Breakfast was excellent with wide variety to select from. Staff was excellent in being helpful and professional and welcoming. Guard was nice too. Room on 8th floor was exceptional. Cafe was good too! Room on 5th floor was okay.

Rooftop lounge and resturant was not accessible due to mobility difficulty. (I especially booked a stay as view of Acropolis was advertised from restaurant ).I was sad that I could not make it up the stairs. Room 510 had problems with: coffee maker needed to be pushed in and plug held to work. Water leak from base of shower. General -1 euro charge for small bottled water!! should be complimentary. Cafe closed too early for all day tours -had to go to Melia for food.. No close by restaurants except for Melia. Only English speaking program that I could find was NHK world news, needs a streaming program like Netflix.. Room service did not have many Greek dishes to order main course. --only Souvalki.

Everything about the hotel was great

The only thing I didn’t like was we ordered a taxi and it took more than an hour and a half to come and he never showed up. I had to go on the road to pick up a taxi

The staff is very polite and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located to omonia station.

The immediate area of the hotel is not very pleasant. At night walk from omonia station may feel a bit uneasy. We did not encounter anything bad though.

O hotel se denomina 4 estrelas, mas não é. O quarto para 03 pessoas, não cabe nem 02 pessoas, o banheiro é mínimo e o box é impraticável. A vista da Acropole à noite é bonita, apesar de ficar espremida em um canto do terraço do hotel. A localização é razoável, 30 minutos caminhando até a Acropole. O que salva é o café da manhã, que é farto.

Il Posizione stato molto strategico, un quarto d’ora a piedi da Acropolis , 8 min da un centro commerciale e metro. 10 min da museo archeologico del Atene. maggiore parte dello staff erano molto gentile. La stanza era molto piccola per 3 persone. Colazione varia e buona.

Goeie locatie - ophalen voor activiteiten/tours aan het hotel of dichtbij op het plein. Mooie kamer met balkon op de 7e verdieping - uitgebreid ontbijt. Rooftop bar waar je lekker kan eten. Koffie en thee faciliteiten aanwezig op de kamer. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, je kan vanuit het hotel ook activiteiten boeken. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt aan de receptionist die ons hielp bij het boeken voor de ferry/uitstap naar Mykonos.

Ontbijtbox (toen we voor 7u niet konden ontbijten) viel wat tegen. Enkel één sapje, een ontbijtreep, tosti, stuk fruit en cake per persoon. Dit mag toch iets meer zijn, zeker aangezien je het pas 's ochtends zelf kan ophalen. Het is namelijk de bedoeling dat je deze meeneemt naar je uitstap.

The best part of the hotel is the staff and the breakfast. The food is amazing!!! Many options and all of them very good. The staff was nice since the check in The room is also very good. Bed was comfortable, space was also enough and I felt the room very comfortable. They have daily cleaning service. They have a train station very close to the hotel as well.

When I did the reservation, I felt a little bit afraid about the location. I could see a lot of people saying that it was not safe. I can tell you it is not the worst but also not the best. The hotel is close to Omonia Square which has a lot of homeless. I didn’t feel afraid but also it is very dirty (smell really bad around the hotel) and it is one of the worst tourists places. I would prefere stay closer to Monastiraki. But if you like the hotel and would like to book it, just a few streets away you can see better views and it is very close to train station. Since we didn’t feel safe to walk around, we would just use the train and in few minutes be in another neighborhood.

The staff go out of their way to help and to make sure that you have everything that you need. The breakfast is fantastic and the view from the roof top bar of the Parthenon is not to be missed. The hotel is very close to the Archaeological Museum which is totally stunning and is indeed worth visiting.

The property is in an area of Athens that’s totally covered with graffiti everywhere. Some of the graffiti is racist and deeply offensive. The area is truly awful and feels very unsafe. I am glad I was not a lone traveler. This is not the fault of the hotel - but I believe that visitors should be made aware.

What an awesome hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was top class and I am so glad we booked a room on the 8th floor with a view to the Acropolis - especially as we did not have the time (or budget) to visit it. The breakfast was exceptional and fed us for the day! The hotel stored our luggage VERY safely while we explored the area before heading to the airport. Well located to walk to all the major sights, including the Plaka, Monaistriki and Santygma square. A 5 min walk to the Omonia metro stop so its easy to get to and from the airport.

We did not know that it was a major public holiday and everything in the area was closed - obviously not the hotel's fault!

Locatia e buna pentru a ajunge destul de repede la principalele obiective turistice. De asemenea, am apreciat privelistea de la restaurantul rooftop. Micul dejun a fost extrem de variat si delicios.

Camera a fost cam demodata, invechita, conditiile nu reflecta pretul. Prosoapele nu au avut miros frumos, unele dintre ele erau deja ingalbenite, pe jos in camera nu era curat, aparatul de aer conditionat era vechi, tremura si facea zgomot puternic din toate colturile, a trebuit sa il fixam cu niste hartii sa putem dormi de el. Dusul este foarte inghesuit, perdeaua de la dus nu era curata. Lifturile sunt extrem de incete si mici. Mirosul dupa curatenia zilnica era de otet atat in camera cat si pe hol. Nu exista etajere sau dulap sa iti scoti hainele din bagaj, noi am stat mai multe zile si zi de zi am tras de bagaje sa scoatem sau sa bagam haine.

Cama muito confortável e chuveiro maravilhoso, quarto extremamente limpo e aconchegante. Café da manhã espetacular e localização ótima, bem próximo ao metrô. Funcionários muito cordiais e simpáticos.

A geladeira do quarto não gelava, então tínhamos que comprar já bem gelado para apenas manter a temperatura.

The AC in the executive room was not working 4 hours after was turned on. so we asked the staff to change our room. They were super helpful and tried to find immediate solution. They upgraded our room to the suite.

Rooms are very small, very noisy, water was charged !! Also no coffee just the kettle. No outdoor space. Just the cafe and you should order to be able to sit outside. Smell of the lobby is very bad.also the parking is charged!! 15€ /day!

Perfect service, the guys at the reception were very helpful and nice. They offered different attractions that we could visit and offered the help to book them if needed. We could also leave the luggage for free at the reception for the whole day bcs our flight was in the evening. Nice cafe on the reception floor. The bar at the rooftop is also great with a nice view. The breakfast is 10/10, big variety, great taste, perfect timeframe.

Not the best soundproofing, you could here people and the staff outside your door, like the were about to come inside and that woke us up a couple of times early morning or in the night. The AC needs either to be replaced to a new one, or at least to be cleaned, bcs the air is clearly not fresh. The acropolis view from the room is not really worth the extra money, bcs it's a side view and in front of the balcony you have a scary building.

Location is not at the heart of the city, it is about 15-20 minutes walk. In summer sometimes it s very difficult. But for the other reasons the hotel 10/10 for me.

Sehr freundlicher Service, alles blitzsauber, exzellentes Frühstück, 24 Stunden Rezeption, Einchecken deshalb auch noch um 2 Uhr morgens möglich. Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten bis zur Metro.

Niet schoon, was erg klein, dat geldt voor alle ruimten. Ontbijt was okey, maar bv in Turkije kun je dezelfde ontbijt in geen sterren hotel krijgen! Alles was met munt voorbereidt.

La struttura dell'hotel è abbastanza moderna ed è tenuto molto bene. La camera aveva materassi e cuscini molto comodi e un bagno dotato di molti specchi. La doccia era abbastanza grande. Tutti gli spazi sono risultati molto puliti. La colazione era molto abbondante e gustosa, offriva sia pietanze salate che dolci. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per raggiungere il centro.

Il condizionatore si trovava sopra la mia testa mentre dormivo. La posizione è in un quartiere un po' degradato, ma non pericoloso.

Location was not want I expected - area didn’t seem very safe for walking around at night, room was very small with no direct sunlight. Bed was hard. No tea or coffee in room - unless you pay an additional cost.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Mr. William, who provided a very professional and friendly service throughout my stay. The room on the eighth floor features a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view of the Acropolis. On the upper floor, the restaurant with its panoramic terrace offers a unique view over the city, from the Acropolis to Mount Lycabettus and beyond. The breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide selection of both sweet and savoury options. I will definitely come back.

Our cruise line added this hotel for one night. The first sign this was a bad idea came when the driver made a right turn down an obviously sketchy street lined with drugged-up individuals and clear signs of fentanyl use. We quickly rushed into the lobby. The rooms were very dated with basic amenities and extremely tight quarters. The bathroom was decent, though. One bright spot was our server Elias at breakfast—the food was impressive with a wide selection. Our compliments to the chef and the entire food staff. On the downside, when I called for more bottled water, I was rudely told to go upstairs and get it myself. Then, as we were checking out, the owner called out my child’s name, Olivia, and rudely confronted them about leaving a review. My child had innocently given a 3-star rating (being nice) after a pop-up prompted them to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. While standing there with my spouse, the owner gave a very smug look, clearly upset. My child was confused about why they were being given a hard time. Bottom line: This is not a 4-star hotel by any means—consider yourself fairly warned. The location is also in a lower-rent migrant district, far from central Athens and the many better options available there.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and we stayed there at different times during our entire Greece trip. The first 2 rooms we stayed were tight on space for a family of 4 but clean. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good spread. The last room was a pent house with a wrap around Terrace with a view of the acropolis, which was magnificient. The roof top restaurant had good food as well.

While the hotel itself had their own Security staff, we did not realize this specific street runs directly through the Omonia district, which per TripAdvisor and other sites is not desirable. While we walked to Monastraki square and back around 9/10Pm in the night back to the hotel, would reconsider staying here again.

Very centrally located, efficient and friendly staff. Roof top was a good choice for dinner. Rooms and Showers were clean and AC efficient. Value for money! Paid Parking round the corner + Packed Bfast for early flight.
