Sehr gute Lage, ruhiger und friedliche Straße in der Nähe vom Straßen mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und vielen Geschäften. Das Hotel ist sauber. Das Restaurant bietet reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück.

La ubicacion esta muy bien. Muy cerca del centro. El desayuno correcto

El hotel tomo la decisión de cambiarme de habitación y no pude quedarme en la que yo había elegido y pagado. El mismo dia de llegada, me escriben diciendo que me hacían un "upgrade". Yo les pregunte si el upgrade incluia las 2 camas separadas por las que habia yo reservado/pagado. Me confirmaron que si, y yo acepte el upgrade. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar a la direccion del hotel, me dicen que ya no tenia el upgrade, y que me tenia que ir a otro hotel que estaba cerca. Como yo no habia pedido un upgrade, no me importo y me fui al otro hotel. Y me llevo la segunda sorpresa. La habitacion que me dieron no era la que yo habia reservado y pagado. Ellos decidieron ponerme en otra habitacion que solo tenia una cama doble, y le pusieron un sofa cama para poder tener "2 camas separadas". Es decir, yo habia reservado/pagado una habitacion con camas separadas, y ellos despues de varios cambios, me ponen en una habitacion con una cama y un sofa cama. La excusa que me dieron es que era una habitacion mejor. Pero el problema es que no tenia las camas que yo habia reservado. Yo habia reservado un tipo de habitacion/camas, y ellos con la excusa de que es un upgrade y es una habitacion mejor tomaron la decision. Pero pensaron el ellos y lo que les convenia, mas que en las necesidades del cliente. En fin, que creo que las cosas se pueden hacer mejor y que el trato recibido por el equipo del hotel ha dejado mucho que desear. Finalmente, yo desistí de seguir reclamando y perdiendo tiempo al teléfono, ya que veía que no iba a tener solución. Es mas, como no tienen "recepcion fisica" solo te hablan por whatsapp y tardan mucho en contestar y su ingles deja mucho que desear lo cual hace las cosas mas dificiles. Moraleja. Si les ofrecen un upgrade, piénsenlo muy bien si aceptan, ya que les podrían estar ofreciendo algo distinto de lo que han pagado.

Non molto pulito , stavano zanzare uccise su muri e porte ...ormai secche .Perdita del lavandino del bagno come una fontana . Colazione non presente , solo 2 cialde per il caffè e 2 bottigliette d' acqua. Poi la fragolina sulla torta è stata la mattina del check out che le signore delle pulizie hanno aperto la porta con noi nel letto ....se esiste un check out non dovete aprire la porta ! Direi solo ottima posizione.mi dispiace per questa recensione negativa ,ma era da fare !

Excelente localização, excelente pequeno-almoço, limpeza, uma estadia excelente que recomendo vivamente a quem gosta de viajar e sentir-se confortável como em casa. 😍

First of all, staff are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and likeable. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the ladies who clean our room every day and to the ladies who prepare breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day, and our towels were replaced. In fact, one day the bathroom drain got clogged; I told the ladies who were cleaning the room, and they fixed the problem right away. I must especially mention that on the day we first checked in—after arriving at the hotel from the train station in the heat of Bari—when we walked into the room, the air conditioner was set to 16 degrees and the room was freezing cold; for that alone, I’m giving it 10 points. It felt like an oasis in the scorching desert at that moment. The hotel's location is great. Everything is within walking distance. The Wi-Fi connection is good. The room is spacious and airy. The balcony is really nice. Breakfast is good. I definitely recommend it.

The access code system for the room malfunctioned. More specifically, the locking mechanism broke. They helped us right away, and we were able to get the key. This aspect could be improved.

The accommodation was more or less okay. It had 2 rooms — one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. The rooms were fine, clean, perhaps with windows that were too small and with no view whatsoever, but that didn't bother us too much — what mattered more was the convenience of having beds for the children and a hallway in between.

The bathroom, however, was very problematic — if you took a shower or did anything else, the floor would get very messy — puddles of water, dirt, hair, accumulated dust — and it gave a very unkempt feeling. Breakfast was somewhere on the ground floor but not very generous, and the ladies there were not particularly friendly. A very big downside was also the check-in process. After receiving an email saying I should download an app and enter all my details there — worse than applying for a VISA — which I did, and it took a while!!! — in their system, no check-in appeared as completed. We arrived at the accommodation at 2:30 PM local time, and check-in was from 3:00 PM. We called to see if we could get in, considering there were only 30 minutes left, and they told me that no check-in was showing up in their system and to send them scanned documents, and maybe they would give me the access code afterwards. In the meantime, it was 2:50 PM, I sent them the documents and let them know we were downstairs and could come in, but we didn't receive the access code until around 3:10 PM — while we were sitting and waiting in front of the building with the children in the car — a sad experience.

Locație excepțională, aproape de gara centrală si de centrul vechi, lângă aleea pietonala. Micul dejun se servește chiar vis-a-vis de locație.

Quarto bom. Porém era no sótão. Subia um.lance de escada e meu marido tem.problema.no.joelho. Assim, dece estar escrito quebtem escada, pois, quem tem.problema de mobilidade já descarta esse quarto.

Chekin on line. Para nós não.foi.legal. Prefiro suporte físico. Na reserva não ficou claro para mim que seria on line. Tivemos dificuldade para acessar quando chegamos ao.local, uma hóspede, gentilmente, nos ajudou. Só depois da reserva enviaram as informações para acessar on line.

Mh! Considerazione personale, il terzo letto ( divano letto) nella stanza a me non piace molto, comunque nel complesso buono

Nagyon nehéz volt a bejutás és senki nem válaszolt az emaileinkre.

The location was great - it’s close both to the train station (10 min walk) and it’s a 4 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to the beach. The breakfast is a big plus! Same thing was served everyday but it was convenient to have something in the morning. The staff were helpful.

The floor of the room was scratched everywhere. When we arrived there was mold in the shower and all over the AC unit. We contacted the staff and asked to be switched to another room. They said it’s impossible as they were fully booked but told us someone would come to clean it the following day, but the following day they said they were waiting on cleaning supplies. So finally on day 3 someone came and cleaned it. They cleaned it well but it was inconvenient to breathe in mold for 3 days.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 3 al 5 agosto con mio marito e mia figlia. Avevamo prenotato la camera tramite Booking.com, dove le foto e la descrizione sembravano molto promettenti. Il giorno del nostro arrivo abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in camera e siamo usciti subito per visitare altre città. Solo la sera, al nostro rientro, ci siamo resi conto delle reali condizioni della stanza e siamo rimasti davvero scioccati. La camera era estremamente sporca. Sul letto c’erano capelli e la biancheria non sembrava pulita. Il pavimento della camera e quello del bagno erano sporchi. La doccia era sporca, con muffa e ruggine. Anche il bagno presentava evidenti tracce di ruggine e sporcizia, perfino i rubinetti erano incrostati e sporchi. C’erano capelli sul bidet e nella doccia. Le pareti della camera erano macchiate e sporche. Inoltre, nella stanza era presente un piccolo letto aggiuntivo anch’esso in condizioni igieniche pessime. Anche la sicurezza e la manutenzione lasciavano molto a desiderare: la porta della camera era danneggiata e non dava una sensazione di sicurezza. La maniglia della porta del bagno stava quasi per staccarsi, così come la maniglia interna della porta d’ingresso della camera. Un altro problema è stato il rumore continuo e molto forte fin dalle prime ore del mattino, probabilmente proveniente dai motori degli impianti di climatizzazione. Dormire è stato praticamente impossibile. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente tutti questi problemi al proprietario. Tuttavia, ci ha risposto soltanto la mattina seguente, quando noi eravamo già sul treno diretti ad Alberobello. Ci è stato proposto un cambio di camera, ma solo se fossimo stati presenti in struttura. Era ormai impossibile, perché avevamo già programmato la nostra escursione e ci trovavamo fuori Bari. Inoltre, la camera proposta come alternativa non era nemmeno equivalente a quella prenotata: era una camera singola nella quale sarebbe stato aggiunto un piccolo letto per nostra figlia.

Check In anscheinend vor allem auf Whats App abgestimmt. Wenn man Whats App aus guten Gründen nicht verwendet, wird es mühsam und bürokratisch. .Ich stand 1 Stunde in der Hitze vor dem Haus, bis alles erledigt war, das mit mehr praktikabler Information wesentlich schneller hätte sein können. Im allgemeinen war das Zimmer sauber, das Bad weninger, daher Abzug.

Izvrstna lokacija, enostaven check-in, prostirna, čista soba. Odlična vrednost za ceno. Soliden zajtrk v zelo elegantnem lokalu, oddaljenem 1 minuto.

Pri zajtrku bi kahko bika ba izbiro kakšna apulijska specialiteta.

Tutto è in automatico, non ci sono le persone che ti incontrano e spiegano come si apre la stanza. C’è poca linea e Internet non prende bene, considerando questo la struttura stessa richiede di scaricare la loro applicazione e proseguire con varie impostazioni prima di entrare nella stanza. Meno male che mi ha accompagnato mio marito e si è messo a risolvere tutti questi passi imprevedibili e molto scomodi. La camera è comoda, però non c’era il dentifricio. La posizione è comoda.

A bejelentkezés nem volt zökkenőmentes, mert a kapott kóddal nem nyilt a szoba, de a WhatsApp-on gyorsan kaptunk segítséget. A szoba jól elhelyezett, tiszta (első látásra) volt. A hűtő jól hűtött és kaptunk kávét, teát is a szobához. A takarítók napi rendszerességgel megjelentek, de tiszteletben tartották ha nem kértük a szolgáltatást.

A wc oldala fekáliával szennyezett volt, ahogy a csempe is egy helyen :( A reggeleiztető személyzet kritikán aluli volt, egy mosoly nem hagyta el az arcukat a 4 nap alatt, a búcsú napján pedig ( 9 órakor) már se üdítő, se étel választék nem volt a kontinentális reggeliből. Volt család aki nem is étkezett aznap, pedig a reggeli ideje 10 óráig tartana.

The check in process is terrible. The property is not manned and requires an app to check in. Use of the app is not intuitive and we managed to lock our bags in a room that we should not have been in. One of the door locks did not work. Thankfully we were able to contact a staff member to come help.

We had a wonderful stay at Gatto Bianco House. The location is super right in the center, close to everything. The room was specious, with an amazing balcony. bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast at the caffe right on the corner.

Everything was good no complaint, except the floor could have been a bit cleaner.

De ter um teto para me acolher, não recomendo e não voltarei .

Quarto sem janela , tem uma janela no teto, eh claustrofóbico para mim, banheiro ok, mas o piso do quarto feio, feio, velho, não tive coragem de levar minha amiga para conhecer .

La lista è abbastanza lunga... 1) siamo arrivate e le lenzuola non erano state cambiate... abbiamo sollevato il problema e, dopo aver messo in dubbio la nostra parola, ci hanno lasciato le lenzuola pulite sul letto... Abbiamo dovuto sostituire noi le lenzuola! 2) il bagno presentava segni evidenti di non essere stato igienizzato 3) polvere ovunque 4) le pareti erano tappezzate dal sangue delle zanzare... super presenti! 5) al checkout ho dimenticato in camera un paio di scarpe acquistate la sera prima, dopo la segnalazione fatta alla struttura, mi è stato negato il ritrovamento dell'acquisto, mettendo in dubbio la nostra parola (per la seconda volta!)

-Llegamos muy cansados y nos dormimos rápido, pero al día siguiente nos dimos cuenta al levantar la manta que tenia una mancha marrón, tras olerlo nos dimos cuenta que era EXCREMENTO, LAMENTABLE , además encontramos pelos en la cama. Deducimos que no habían cambiado las sábanas. Increíble nunca me había ocurrido nada parecido

Die Zimmern waren dunkel und hatte keine Fenster. Gefühl w Als wäre man in einem Gefängnis. Es war ein stickiges Dachgeschoss Straßenseite.

Location is convenient.. Nice size room. We had the Bianco room up upstairs. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet. For one night before a cruise it was perfect. There is plenty of room for 4 people in Bianco room and nice places to put your luggage.

We didn't have our passports uploaded online ready to go for self check in, so we had to wait for a while. I didn't realize it was self check in. I needed more pillows. I also was unsure which room was ours at first and entered the code at the wrong room. The code worked which makes me wonder if they are all the same code. So I was a little worried leaving our things inside.there are a lot of stairs. A small elevator for luggage or people.

Naszym celem w Bari nie był ten hotel, jednak z powodu awarii kanalizacji w pierwotnie zarezerwowanym miejscu musieliśmy szybko znaleźć alternatywę. Za jedną noc zapłaciliśmy 405 zł po obniżce z prawie 800 zł. Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje sprawna komunikacja z obsługą. Miałam problem z zameldowaniem przez aplikację, ale bardzo szybko otrzymałam pomoc i odpowiedzi. W pokoju było również cicho i nie dochodziły żadne hałasy z ulicy.

Niestety na tym pozytywne aspekty się kończą. Otrzymaliśmy pokój Rosa, który nie miał normalnego okna, a jedynie świetlik, przez co wnętrze było bardzo duszne, ciemne i przytłaczające. Po włączeniu klimatyzacji zauważyłam, że była zagrzybiona, dlatego natychmiast ją wyłączyłam. Pokój był też bardzo słabo wyposażony, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę cenę. Na jedną noc można to jeszcze zaakceptować, ale na dłuższy pobyt zdecydowanie nie polecam. W życiu nie zapłaciłabym tak wysokie ceny za taką kiepską jakość.

The room was spacious and well equipped. We had a view of the courtyard from the room, but at least it was quiet from the street. The accommodation is in a perfect location, not far from the center. We only met the staff at breakfast (a short distance from the accommodation) - the breakfast was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The wifi signal in the room was weaker - the Verde room. Otherwise, the accommodation was as expected.

The only small disappointment - there was a large bathtub in the room and we wanted to fill it, but the capacity of the boiler (which we only found out when the water in the bathtub was cold) was not at all sufficient.

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowana 10 minut od starego miasta i nabrzeża. Otwieranie i meldowanie sprawne, ale trzeba ściągnąć aplikację. Śniadanie w pobliskiej restauracji, pyszne, duży wybór smacznych produktów i słodkich i wytrawnych jak na włoskie zwyczaje i elegancko.

Brak okna, jedynie świetlik … Ale przecież nie siedzimy w pokoju…

Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster . Nur eine Dachluke und die hat am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert

Dobra lokalizacja obiektu, blisko starego miasta, dobre - jak na warunki włoskie; śniadania aczkolwiek serwowane były w restauracji na przyległej do obiektu ulicy.

Czystość w pokojach, były sprzatane każdego dnia ale nie było tego widać, zdarzyło się, że serwis sprzątający po zakończeniu sprzątania zostawił otwarte drzwi do pokojów, bardzo utrudniony kontakt z administratorem obiektu, dostęp do pokojów punktualnie o 15.00 - włoska precyzja;)

L'estrema gentilezza della signora delle pulizie e la colazione intesa come offerta ma anche come location. Ottima la possibilità di depositare i bagagli presso l'ufficio poco distante.

Qualche difficoltà con l'app, anche altri ospiti stranieri non si sono trovati a loro agio, bisogna pensare anche a chi è meno tecnologico.

Exelente desayuno , comparado con otros B&B., ubicación exelente , buena comunicación con el anfitrión, nos guardaron las valijas .

The room was bellow expectations! Probably it was not updated since construction… the walls were dirty, there was rust in the bathroom, the water in the toilet did not stop and we could hear it from the room… all night. The door lock was not working… after we insisted that we cannot leave the room and let out stuff inside they give us a key. Another problem was with a window that was broken and could not be closed…. so it always stayed open.

Ern kleine tegenvaller was dat er geen raam was, wel in het plafond een lichtraam, maar niets wat opengezet kon worden. Voor 1 nacht geen enkel probleem

Een week eerder sliepen we in Gatto Bianco Duchesa, wat een stuk luxer is, maar ook een stuk duurder. Voor Gatto Bianco House en Gatto Bianco Duchesa geldt trouwens dat prijs/kwaliteit prima is!

Sehr zentral gelegen. Gutes Frühstücksangebot: große Kuchenauswahl, auch Käse, Ei und Wurst. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne wieder
