Las instalaciones y la vista a las montañas y el lago. La ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, sumado a la cálida y excelente atención del personal del hotel, siempre dispuestos a hacer de tu estadía lo mejor posible.

nous avons été up gradé à notre plus grande surprise dans une catégorie juste au-dessus. l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, et le restaurant Péruvien - Asiatique était à la hauteur de nos attentes, comme l'ambiance au bar avec un pianiste sympathique. de la réception au transport de la navette, concierge...bref, nous garderons un excellent souvenir et l'envie d'y retourner. le SPA est également très agréable.

rien à signaler....si ce n'est que nous aurions dû rester un jour de plus!

The only downside of my stay was that it ruined every other hotel experience for me. I upgraded to a Junior Suite, and it exceeded every expectation. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. The concierge team was exceptional and went above and beyond to help with every request. The restaurants were equally outstanding, with excellent food and service throughout. This wasn’t just one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at it was the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.

Sehr sauber und alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Personal alle sehr freundlich. Für unseren Hund war ein Hundebett bereit was unser Hund gerne in Beschlag genommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich ist Hervorragend.

Es hat mich etwas gestört das beim Morgenessen alle 10 bis 20 Sekunden jemand gekommen ist um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung sei. Da möchte ich eigentlich meine ruhe haben zum essen. Viele Mitarbeiter konnten kein oder nur wenig Deutsch. Das Rührei beim Morgenbufet war nicht abgedeckt und meist nicht mehr warm.

True historic elegance with modern upgrades and amenities! Everyone from the reception & concierge to the restaurant staff & alpine lounge team were fantastic! This hotel is at the top of my list of anywhere I’ve traveled!

2年前に宿泊してからの再訪です。今回も安定の素晴らしさでした。施設もスタッフも食事も最高です。部屋からの景色も素晴らしく落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができました。今回は1泊だけでしたのであまり時間が無く、プールは利用しませんでした。再訪していることで素晴らしさは分かっていただけると思います。次回もここですね。

前回宿泊したときに、素晴らしい対応をしてくださった、コンセルジュの方に再会できなかったことだけが残念でした。良くなかったことは何もありません。

Location, facilities especially the Pool and spa facilities

Eine tolle Lage! Uns haben die schönen Zimmer gefallen, die sehr ruhig waren. Ein Highlight ist der Spa Bereich. Ein großer Pool und ein außergewöhnlich gut ausgestatteter Fitness Raum. Wr hatten tolle Behandlungen.

Die Restaurant Reservierungen haben nicht funktioniert, man konnte online nicht buchen. Eine erste telefonische Reservierung war dann nicht mehr auffindbar. Eine Woche vor Ankunft haben wir wieder reserviert und standen dann am ersten Abend im peruanischen Restaurant ohne Tisch da. Das war peinlich und kein guter Start.

Spa area is exceptional. Ball room for breakfast.

Issues with dinner booking. BUT. They did go out of there way to sort our menu requests. Thank you.

They did not plan the location of rooms properly, near to each other or in the same floor .. since I have kids the should have plan to have the rooms next to each other or at least in the same floor .

Everything! It is AMAZING! The facilities are GORGEOUS. And clean and they just have so much to offer! Kids club. Arcade. Swimming pool. Spa. Lounge. Playground. Trampoline. Ping pong. It was INCREDIBLE!

Loved the cleanliness of room and Comfort of toilet. Loved that hotel is flexible with deposit and payment.

Language was a bit of a challenge and concierge staff were very difficult to deal with. I did not like the checkout process, where our baggage was taken out from the room without our presence.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world- but this one takes the cake. The service was incredible, unlike anything we have experienced. The food, the room, the attention to details- all absolutely amazing.

The hotel is beautiful. and you can tell is a St. Moritz landmark. We were very impressed with the rooms, the food, the service and how the staff goes above and beyond to take care of it´s guests. The details for our kids were amazing, from stuffed animals to free ice cream. We would love to go back.

When I asked my ski pass they told me that I already got it. I said no then they discussed with me. I feel like a liar. Then they accepted the mistake. After spend 4000 chf they asked more 20 chf for ski pass cards. Also no one told me that I should give them back. Just expensive ; nothing special. Location is good , rooms clean but I do not suggest.

It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well. It was the top experience and I would like to come back every year.

great hotel, best I ever stayed, top SPA beautiful outdoor pool, several saunas, hotel has several restaurants, bars, everything has a lot of space, a lot of facilities for kids as well, play rooms,.... hotel is huge, ski rental directly in hotel, shuttle bus hotel - Corviglia 5 mins so you can really arrive in suit or pyjama and in 15 mins you are on slopes, service more than 100%, every member of the stuff will do their best, no pretended no played, naturaly, humanly. Definitely we will return back in future
