Our stay at the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning location, luxurious atmosphere, and most of all, the incredible service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that our every need was met with a smile. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered breathtaking views of the Alps and Lake St. Moritz. The hotel’s facilities, including the spa and dining options, exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the town center and ski slopes, with convenient shuttle service available. I had a great staying! The staff is very gentle and available, the rooms are big, the interior of the hotel is elegant and cozy and the lake view is just priceless. The best part of all was the spa, one of the best I’ve been to. Also 5 stars for the Grand Restaurant at the hotel!

The Carlton hotel is “Top of the World” The staff are very professional, warm and kind,exceeded all expectations. Everything is perfect: spectacular views, wonderful location, live music at the bar,, very good breakfast,tasty food at restaurants,impecable service, clean rooms with outstanding views, excelent spa, the attention to details… all absolutely amazing!

During our stay, we found the majority of the staff to be exceptional in their service and friendliness. However, we did encounter a slight challenge with the concierge. Unlike the rest of the team, his demeanor felt a bit less welcoming, and we often had to work harder to extract information from him. Typically, we expect concierges to be eager to share insights and provide helpful recommendations. Overall, while our experience was largely positive, a more engaging approach from the concierge would have enhanced our stay even further.

Carlton st.Moritz is special. Visiting for ski, relax and food. Every detail is at the finger tips for these activities. A perfect stay, will be back, thanks to all staff and management. Keep doing exactly what you do, its perfect. Stayed in twin junior suite, and its a perfect home when you are in st. moritz/the Alps.

Have stayed several times previously at the Carlton and prefer it to the kempinski and the more famous Badrutt’s palace hotel as it is a little more low-key with generous size rooms. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful however, the food is not perhaps up to scratch for such a world class establishment.

Trip Advisor was correct! This one is the number one hotel in St. Moritz. The hotel met us at the train station with their limousine service which is included in the hotel services. They gave us a room upgrade and the room and view of the lake were incredible. Everyone in the hotel knows your name and we were treated like royalty. Michael the general manager and his lovely wife could not do enough for us! Timon the front office manager kept a good eye on us throughout out stay The breakfast was incredible and the staff could not do enough for us. They also have a great concierge staff! There are also two incredible restaurants in the hotel. WE WILL RETURN

We stayed at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz in February 2022 for 4 nights. Located just over 2.5hours from Lake Lugano, this was yet another stay at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz for our Family of 4. For absolutely breathtaking views of Lake St. Moritz, and a warm, private 'home-like' feel the Carlton ticks all the boxes. We had a slight issue driving up to the property, due to the tyres of the car, and the team were able to resolve it, taking the worry immediately away from us, allowing us to resume our short break peacefully. Testament to their professionalism, and prioritising their guest's comfort. There are several things that make the Carlton special (1) the stunning views, privacy and service, down to the mindful quotes that scroll on the TV (2) the food, from Michelin starred Da Vittorio where you will leave more than satiated; to the breakfast in the grand room with views of the Alps; to the home comforts in front of the fireplace at the Carlton Bar and (3) the indoor and outdoor pools which provide you with the utmost relaxation within the spa area. As always, throughout the hotel, the main areas and the suite, seemed to be clean. We would rate the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz a 8/10.

The property was beautiful and quiet and the service was too notch. The pool and and spa area was amazing.

Everything: impeccable service, wonderful location, plentiful breakfasts, luxury terrace with fantastic view, good livemusic bar, restaurants.. Fantastic Spa. This is one of the best hotels.

Gorgeous. Every detail is immaculate - if you use the pool make sure you dip into the heated towel closet.

We had to leave at the end of our stay !!

We came to this hotel for the fondue in the Gondala. It was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend. The staff were delightful, all very polite and attentive. The food was delicious, it was clean, very warm and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. The waiter was chatty, smiley and his enthusiasm enhanced our experience. They also provided a driver to take us back down to the town afterwards.

A for service, what a great hotel!

The views from the pool area, terrace and the room was spectacular. I love how I was greeted and helped starting with the front desk and the valet crew as well as the service crew at the breakfast session. The hotel has a pleasant dining hall also with great views of the mountain and lake area which is breathtaking. I had a relaxing spa session which is highly recommended.

Breakfast was just ok nothing special considering the price range and the 5 star status.

It was one of my most memorable experiences. Absolute seamless luxury experience of hospitality, and exceptional service. Private car service to Corviglia base and city center was available at moment's notice. Everyone made sure we were well taken care of. Dining at Da Vittorio was superb. Definitely deserve 10 out of 10!

If I could give The Carlton St. Moritz a rating beyond excellent, I would do it in a heartbeat! From the time we arrived, to the time we left— everything was perfection. I really can’t express how much they blew me away with their sincere attentiveness and warmth. Every single staff member we encountered during our stay was amazing! There was nothing that we requested that they didn’t take care of. This is beyond a 5-star hotel in my eyes. I can’t wait to revisit and enjoy this beautiful property and it’s wonderful staff again! Absolutely phenomenal!

The Carlton is obviously a five-star hotel. Everything is top notch in the staff is incredible. Every one of the staff went out of their way to make sure that it was the best stay ever. Rooms were incredible and the view was outstanding. Restaurants were also fantastic. If I could give the six stars I would. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far.

One of the nicest hotel stays we have ever had. Nice touches included Bentley car transportation, top of the line amenities, complimentary fruit & water in room daily. Staff was so nice and accommodating it was truly a pleasure to stay there.

The service at Carlton Hotel was top-notch! Staff were attentive without being overwhelming, and always wanted to ensure I had a great stay. The lounge is really comfortable with a great fireplace, and staff in the dining room at breakfast were very friendly and always ready with more coffee (thank you Giovanni!). The room was exceedingly comfortable (if a bit dated in design) and had spectacular views of the lake. Definitely the best place to stay in St Moritz!

A good deal for a five star hotel. I liked the fact that room service was great and cheap, and goodies offered in the room were free!

The hotel is perfectly located from everything. The service and staff is excellent. The restaurants and food were amazing. I would definitely recommend it. They made our stay even more worthwhile

Amazing hotel with lot of activities around

This was without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in for service. The staff made you feel welcome and couldn't do enough for us. I have stayed in many five star hotels previously and would rate this a six rather than five it was so superior to any other hotel I have stayed in. The staff seemed to be genuinely wanting you to enjoy your time with them. The fact that they met us at the station without us asking is just one of the lovely touches that occurred. The hotel indoor outdoor pool was divine so well set up and comfortable I used it every day. The meals were outstanding even when we had the half board option included in our price. We were very lucky with the weather as it was outstanding. All the lovely touches in the room were also appreciated like the mini bar being part of the cost and some nice chocolates and fruit on arrival. The room was a great size and the views over the lake just magnificent from our balcony. The bathroom was the best size and appointment on any I have stayed in. The price was a little more than some five star but worth every cent if you want a special treat.
