Food in Italian restaurant outstanding
Felt like a prison block from outside at pool area looking up at Building. A huge concrete block , they need to paint really or put a mural on of something. Our first Four Seasons and really disappointed with what you got for the cost. Pool smaller than a postage stamp and not really kid friendly
Location
Old and not up to four seasons standards
Had the most incredible 3 night stay!! Booked balcony deluxe room and had requested to face back of hotel/high floor since we are light sleepers. Sam in in-house reservations was amazing and our room on 15th floor was the most quiet room ever!! Everyone at hotel super friendly and everything very clean, beautiful decor. We especially loved The Penalty box to watch Cup games. Breakfast and room service also great. Concierge also great. Nice location. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!!
The Four Seasons Hotel on Doheny Drive is a truly wonderful hotel from which to explore beautiful Beverly Hills. The hotel is very well-maintained, the reception staff was friendly, and our Hollywood Suite was spacious and cozy. Since we were staying on the ninth floor, we were able to make wonderful use of the two balconies. On the fourth floor is the pool area, which is spacious for an LA city hotel. A pretty pool, exceptionally comfortable loungers, and good service put you in a good mood. The hotel’s complimentary shuttle service within a 2-kilometer radius is a nice touch, as is the walking distance to Rodeo Drive. All in all, a lovely hotel to stay for several nights and explore the greater Beverly Hills area, including Brentwood, Venice, and Malibu. We enjoyed our six nights there and would choose this hotel again anytime.
Long (10 day) business stay at the Four Seasons. Atmosphere: luxurious, yet understated. Harkens back to the early 2000 and one can easily understand why many celebrities opt to stay here, away from prying eyes. The lobby could use a bit of a refresher. Service: top notch, especially Tom the bellman and housekeeping. Check in desk was courteous but nothing extraordinary. Location: decent, but action is at least a 20 minute walk away (Rodeo Drive, The Grove). Room: 14th floor rooms are beautiful and discreet, the highlight being the ultra comfy bed and spacious bathroom with glass shower and tub. Beware, some lower floor rooms are dated and desperately need an upgrade. Pool: Comfortable, slightly small, no fuss. Food: Probably the lowest mark for the hotel, nothing special or stand out dishes. Very expensive for what you get. Overall, very comfortable but would expect a bit more wow for the rates. A tech upgrade would be welcome in the rooms and the kitchen needs an overhaul.
The service the Four Seasons offers is excellent. Our room was OK (1118) but the star of the show are the beds. There is something about sinking into that incomparable mattress that just lulls you off to sleep in no time at all. I am Coeliac, and I have to be so careful with food. They gave me my own special gluten free toaster in the room and a separate bigger fridge and I was so grateful for it. We've been coming for a very long time to this hotel and the staff remember us. The welcome always feels genuine. I recommend the Caesar Salad with prawns for lunch - those prawns are enormous! What a treat. We had a great stay as usual. We had a big birthday to celebrate and the hotel staff pulled out the stops for us to make it very special indeed. Thank you! The only downside for us was that we just couldn't use the pool because the music is so loud and not relaxing at all. It's like "Let's have a very loud party" instead of "Let's relax by the pool". Looking around, we noticed that most people were wearing their earbuds and we were not surprised. It stopped us from going there the following days, we tried, we really did, but as soon as we got there it felt so inappropriate to the goal of relaxing that we turned around and left. Which was sad - it's a lovely space. That's why we could only do 4 stars this time.
We had such a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. My wife and I came out from cold NYC and it was the perfect escape into the California sunshine. The property is beautiful, with lovely landscaping everywhere you look like succulents, citrus trees, and so much greenery that it really feels like a little oasis in the middle of the city. The spa was incredible. I had the best facial I’ve ever had, and we both also had massages. The therapists were fantastic and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. It was one of those spa experiences where you leave feeling completely relaxed. We had great meals at Culina for both breakfast and dinner. Juan took wonderful care of us and recommended a beautiful bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our very indulgent order of pastas and steaks. The deconstructed key lime pie at the end was the perfect finish. Even room service was excellent. Service throughout the hotel was warm, attentive, and effortless. We truly felt taken care of the whole time. It was exactly the kind of trip we needed and we can’t wait to come back.
We had the best stay here. The pool is so beautiful and feels like a little escape tucked into the middle of LA. You could honestly spend the whole day there and be very happy. Pretty pink setting with beautiful sunsets. Culina was such a highlight too. The carbonara is insanely good and one of those dishes you keep talking about after. We also had drinks at the bar and everything was great, especially the ice cold martinis and the more interesting cocktails. The lobby florals are gorgeous, and the whole hotel just feels warm and special. But more than anything, the staff really made it. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and made us feel completely at home. We already want to come back.
Five stars, no hesitation. The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is one of those places that immediately makes you exhale the second you walk in. The best part for me was honestly the pool. It is so beautiful. Lush, sunny, and calm in a way that feels almost impossible for Los Angeles. It feels like you are tucked into a little pocket of peace above the city, surrounded by palm trees and that classic Four Seasons feeling that everything has been thoughtfully taken care of. We ended up spending far more time there than we expected because it was just that relaxing. And the food. Wow. We ordered snacks by the pool and I am still thinking about the wagyu tacos. Hands down some of the best poolside food I have had anywhere. Fresh, flavorful, and actually memorable, not just good for a hotel. Everything we ate felt thoughtful and well prepared. Service was another standout. It never felt stiff or overly formal. It was warm, attentive, and easy. Every person we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to help and truly wanted us to have a great stay. They strike that perfect balance of being there when you need them while still giving you space to enjoy your time. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and the entire property has a polished but welcoming energy that makes you want to come back. If you want a true Los Angeles escape without leaving the city, this is it. I am already looking forward to coming back, mostly for that beautiful pool and those wagyu tacos.
Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service. My partner and I visited the Four Seasons Spa to celebrate our anniversary, hoping to spend time together before and after our services. Because this is a gender-specific spa, communication was especially important — yet it was completely mishandled. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes—twice—while my partner was inside, and the staff never once informed her that I was waiting. Later, I went to the pool, and again, they failed to tell her where I was. As a result, we lost valuable time together on what was supposed to be a special occasion. What made the situation worse was the response from the manager, Carene. She spoke down to us, dismissed our concerns, and denied that anything went wrong, even though the lack of communication was obvious. There was no apology or accountability—only repeated statements that she “disagreed” with our experience. For a brand like the Four Seasons, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Our anniversary was impacted, and instead of being met with empathy or professionalism, we were treated with indifference. I would never return here again. The customer service was terrible, and I do not recommend this spa.
We were there for their Thanksgiving brunch and it was a huge disappointment. 1. We were seated in the back room where they rolled out banquet tables and chairs. I think paying $250 per person to eat as if I'm paying half price is not appropriate. 2. When I asked the host for a new table, instead of even pretending, she asked what exactly I didn't like about the table and said there wasn't anything she could do. 3. They claim they have live music but... when you are put into the back room sitting on banquet chairs, we can't really hear anything that's going on in the actual restaurant. Bc we weren't eating in the restaurant.... We ate in the back closet. 4. They didn't even have the BASIC Thanksgiving desserts: pecan pie and pumpkin pie. How do you have a Thanksgiving buffet, chatting $250 pp and not have the basic holiday dessert? 5. Every other parties that were brought to this back closet room demanded another table and seemed to be taken away. Except for us, some breastfeeding woman, someone else that brought a DOG, and a group who came in literal sweatpants. Meanwhile, our family took time to dress nice and wear matching outfits. We will never forget the experience and the way the manager and host made us feel like second class citizens or as if we were being given half off for our meals. To pay $1700 for brunch to be treated that way is unacceptable. I can’t add photos bc we didn’t waste time taking pics of the abhorrent banquet room and banquet tables n chairs. Additionally right above our table was a huge water stain. Truly gross for a four seasons experience. I've been going to their brunches for Mother's Day in the past and have been sat inside the restaurant and have had good service but after today, will never to back. We let the manager know and he couldn't have cared less.
During a busy week, I had to zip to LA for a meeting. I'm so glad I chose the Four Seasons, which proved to be an oasis of calm and quiet elegance. Just what I needed to recharge my batteries. Nothing beats the Four Seasons service. The personal touches. And the beds! I had a wonderful and blissfully quiet stay and will return home a bit less stressed than when I started.
The Four Seasons Beverly Hills is the best of the best! Great Staff Great Service Great Rooms Great outdoor spaces Great Food Great Swimming Pool Great Restaurants Great Smelling Great Car Service
Excellent staff and exceptional space. Convenient location
Great location and friendly staff.
This hotel is so outdated it’s an embarrassment to all Four Seasons. There a real Four Seasons hotel on Wilshire Blvd right off Rodeo that one is fresh. This one isn’t even technically in Beverly Hills it’s West Hollywood they just use that name to be able to charge guest more money. Salvador at valet is not nice at all. Super rude staff all around. Go to one of the 100 hotels around in area that are legit hotels worth your money.
Excellent room service, and great staff!!
מלון נהדר.
יקר...
Favorite hotel in LA.
It was below what I expect of the Four Seasons. When you are paying a crazy price point you expect at least a nice room or great service or ideally both. First the good: front desk was courteous. Room service delivery woman, pool attendants, and spa receptionist were sweet. The waitstaff and especially the bar guy in the morning making coffee were attentive and nice. What knocked it down 1 star - valet parking rude and really poor sense of how to keep the traffic area clear. Like if you are going to be loading or waiting for a vehicle to load, don’t have all 3 cars lined up side by side blocking all 3 lanes of traffic. One night, after 5 minutes of waiting in my vehicle when I just want to get going, I suggested they move the parked car off to the side I was told “we are busy right now!” (I can see that but honestly my high school kid could easily tetris the vehicles around to create an open thoroughfare). The “wellness room” I paid a little extra for on fitness level came with a yoga mat BUT no place to do yoga in the room! Small room and more on par with an Aloft room. The Osea body lotion seemed watered down and not hydrating (should have stuck with L’Occitane products). Front desk staff in evening sometimes seemed a little like they were in training? Nice enough but would say no to things until a coworker who overheard would come over and correct them. This happened with a couple of front desk staff. I feel like the default at most 5 star hotels is to accommodate the guest, so if the staff is new, they should say “let me check” first. I was disappointed but 80% of the staff was great so 4 stars.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable: Mr Momobou and Ms Lilian at the reception desk: your kindness has been so appreciated and we loved our beautiful room so much. Mr David was so attentive and Mr Nick made our dinner at La Ola restaurant especially nice. Having said this, we liked everything about this hotel: the lobby with the astonishing art works, the well-kept garden, the pool area and the great valet service. A heartfelt Thank you to everyone. We cannot wait to return!

The staff is so unbelievably remarkable here. There’s a reason why they are the one and only Four Seasons Hotel-the service is impeccable! Thank you for always making me feel like family! 🙏
Los Angeles is a destination we travel to frequently, though not every year. Each time, we stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, where I have stayed a total of five times. Before that, I had also stayed twice at The Beverly Hills Hotel. Beyond the excellent service of the staff and the comfort of the property, the main reasons I choose the Four Seasons are its location and atmosphere. You can easily walk to Robertson and Beverly Hills, and although it is centrally located, it never feels overcrowded. I also love that local residents choose the hotel for dinner, breakfast, or even weekend stays—it truly makes you feel like part of the community. That sense of belonging is one of the things I look for when I travel. Most likely, I will be staying here again on my next visit.
Beautiful property all around
Staff were courteous and respectful. Service was very good.
Excellent property and service. 5-10 minutes away from a good selection of restaurants.
The attentiveness & friendly manner of the front desk lady Jesenia , I requested a late checkout, I got an offer to upgrade our room with a late checkout which worked fantastic for us as our flight was late at night! So pleased with our stay!
I have stayed at several Four Seasons Hotels but this one might have had the best customer service of all of them! The staff was some of the friendliest we had ever seen. That's not a knock against the other four seasons properties we stayed at but this one went above and beyond their usual above and beyond. The property itself was perfect. We happened to be there when they were doing some press for a few Big movies so it was cool to see some of that Hollywood experience you hear about. Some people who really shined were Mike -Valet - took time to welcome us and explain a few things to make our stay even better Yesenia- Front desk super helpful and super nice very informative Danny -Bellman really told us alot about the Hotel and how to enhance our stay. But the star of the show was Jonathan P in Security. Super friendly and knowledgable. Employee of the Month if it were up to me. This is one of those people that you could see do any job at Four seasons and be the best at it. Thank you for everything you did for us during our stay! We normally stay at the Westlake or Beverly Wilshire property when we are in town but this is our new favorite Four Seasons!
This is truly one of the worst luxury hotels I have ever stayed at. I have been lucky enough to stay at most luxury hotels in LA and most of the main groups globally and I can say regrettable this is by far the worst of any.
Dear Four Seasons Beverly Hills Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the conduct of one of your staff members, specifically Mr. Bill, who currently serves as the Service Manager at your Beverly Hills location. During my recent visit to your hotel, I encountered behavior from Mr. Bill that was both unprofessional and deeply unsettling. His manner was condescending and provocative, and he displayed a clear lack of courtesy not only toward me but also toward other guests. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful—completely inconsistent with the standards of hospitality I have come to expect from the Four Seasons brand. Most troubling, however, was Mr. Bill’s discriminatory behavior. His actions and tone suggested bias and prejudice, which made me and others feel extremely uncomfortable. In a diverse and inclusive environment such as the Four Seasons, such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and conduct a thorough review of Mr. Bill’s behavior. As a loyal guest and someone who holds the Four Seasons in high regard, I believe it is important that all employees, especially those in leadership positions, uphold the values of respect, professionalism, and equality. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps that will be taken to address this issue.
The 3rd floor newly opened Mexican food restaurant is the best. Valet parking is the best. Four seasons this one is truly great and I will return soon
Since this is a Four Seasons, it's exactly as good as you imagine. Our check-in experience was great, the team got champagne for my wife and I, and gave our daughters goodie bags. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which is perfect for a family. The kids slept on a pull-out sofa, and had their own bathroom. In-room dining was excellent, if pricey. We'll stay here again.
Dated bathrooms and rooms good service
I went for a convention. Food, service and drinks were perfect as usual. However, I have one concern. While we were in a tent having food and drink, it was announced the President was going to speak. Since we all had drinks and plates of food, it would have been difficult to take these items back to our room without spilling. We asked about watching in the bar on the first floor and was told “no.” That the hotel was a “neutral space” and the bar was a party spot. This was the President of the United States who was going to speak about a matter of national security that affected the entire world, and was only going to take a few minutes. Heavens if the beloved sports on the tv was interrupted for a few minutes. This is a rare event, and I will think twice about going back to one of their hotels.
From the moment I stepped into the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, I felt transported into a world of calm sophistication. Nestled on a quiet street just minutes from Rodeo Drive, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between Hollywood glamour and understated luxury. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a private balcony overlooking the treetops—ideal for soaking in those golden LA sunsets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design truly elevated the experience. The outdoor areas are a true highlight. The lush pool deck and tranquil gardens offer a peaceful escape, and dining on the terrace felt like a scene from a classic movie. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. But what sets this hotel apart is the service. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, attentive, and discreet. It felt like staying with friends who truly understand hospitality. Highly recommend for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a serene and stylish stay in Los Angeles. I’ll definitely be returning..
We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Very clean and comfortable. Turn down service was wonderful. Great coffee and muffins in the morning near the lobby, comfy bed, nice little balcony off each room. Nice pool and hot tub area. Beautiful flower displays throughout the hotel. Safe and walkable area. Parking was great. Felt safe and secure and at home. We will be back!
Perfection in every way!! Will be back!!
Great staff, always making efforts to ensure the best experience for their guests.
My wife and I, along with her daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren and a few friends were here for 5 days. We loved it. The breakfast was good and the dinner with all of us, was excellent. The service by every staff member was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely return. The only negative was their elevators - they were pitifully slow!
The staff was very friendly. If I have to identify one person out of them, Laura at the concierge was great, probably better than any other I have experienced.
Amazing
This is the most overhyped hotel in all of Los Angeles! Old and out dated. Don’t waste your money here. The valet is super aggressive and rude too. Salvador in valet started pounding my car window with his fist to get my attention. This place is an absolute joke. Stay at the Waldorf, Beverly Hills Hotel, L’Ermitage, or any of the many hotel right in the area. This hotel isn’t even in Beverly Hills!! lol West Hollywood zip code.
Great
Excellent hotel
Really good stay for a few days in November. The restaurant was outstanding especially for dinner. Nice pool area, helpful staff. Good location too. The garden was much appreciated. Organised a hire car fdelivered to the hotel or us without any hitches.
The property definitely has elegance. I had been there 10 years ago and everything looks about the same . The thing that really stands out is the service. The staff was wonderful and always friendly, helpful and informative throughout our stay. The rooms are nothing special unfortunately. The general upkeep of the rooms looks to be taking a toll over the years. The shower door rubbed on the adjacent piece of glass and the tile work had many layers of repairs that were noticeable. Perhaps time for a renovation of the bathrooms (or at least the room we had. We loved the Juliet balcony’s. Had room service 2 nights. They were very prompt and food arrived hot and delicious. Wish the late night limited menu had a few more options. Overall had a wonderful stay.
It has been awhile since I stayed at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. The staff and service was top notch. Not many places better in that respect. The facilities were very nice and clean. It is an older property, and there were a few nit picky items I would like to see changed, but they are not even worth mentioning here. Book this hotel with confidence.
Most beautiful hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in LA, I will definitely be back. The front desk staff, spa and valet parking team are genuinely world class! Can’t wait to visit again.
Test
Elegant urban hotel with superb staff, especially David. It is likely time for room renovations comparative to other Four Seasons, but the operations of the hotel were as you’d expect from a Four Seasons. Perhaps more of a corporate stay location than leisure.
This is a fantastic hotel with the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. Everyone was so very helpful from the front desk to the concierge, to the valet staff. It seemed like they all knew you by name after the initial interaction as well. If you have an issue, they are ready to find a solution and seem genuinely concerned about the overall quality of your stay. The elevators can get a little busy if there is a conference, but even with that minor inconvenience I would highly recommend staying here.
Check in was excellant, Pool attendant was really not what we expected but Ryan the manager was really nice and offered a great recovery. He was truly helpful to provide us with the service you woukd expect from FS. Your room was super and the property was in prestine condition. Today we will again ask the young man to stay away from us and we set up our own launge chairs, provide our own cold water and purchase our Food and beverage pur selves. We live our lives with Aloha and have enjoyed our FS stays with almost no issues.
I always feel at home here. The best and kindest staff. Even a last minute reservation is treated with the most respect and accommodations. It feels like family every time.
You can’t go wrong with the Four Seasons anywhere and this was no exception. Excellent service, accomodations are too notch and the staff is so nice.
Staff very attentive, food was great, good attention to detail. Room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable.
The quizzical thing about this property is that the lobby, restaurant, and pool areas are stunning and incredibly inviting. However, the rooms look like they haven’t been touched in *decades.* The coldness and worn down nature of literally everything in the rooms here are so uninviting that spending time in them feels almost creepy to an extent. This is further exacerbated by the fact that a basic room is $1,200. I was even upgraded to a suite and even that felt like a cheap and dilapidated room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat but until it’s completely done over.
Very comfortable hotel with great staff!
High quality hotel as one would expect of Four Seasons. Good location excellent housekeeping nice if small pool. Breakfast a bit limited in choice.
Had an amazing mommy daughter weekend at the four seasons. Staff was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.
Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and made us feel special. Definitely gonna stay here again next time I’m in LA
1. The Hotel definitely needs a major renovation. This level of exhausted amenities for the price charged is beyond my understanding 2. Poor level of service: slow to change stuff on request 3. Great location!
Dear Four Seasons Team, I wanted to extend my sincerest gratitude to the entire team at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills for the exceptional hospitality and luxury experience during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unparalleled service and attention to detail, making my time at your hotel truly memorable. I would like to especially thank Mr. Hassan for his outstanding efforts in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. His dedication to providing the highest level of service did not go unnoticed, and it significantly enhanced my experience. Your hotel has consistently set the standard for luxury and excellence, and I look forward to returning in the future. Please extend my thanks to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Warm regards,
I had a FABULOUS time celebrating my friend’s birthday at the Four Seasons for two nights. I found myself missing my darling dog Oliver and I texted a dear business associate, Jessica Leah Berger, and told her how much I missed my dog. Minutes later, the door bell rang and I was presented with a beautiful framed portrait of Oliver! The concierge Edward in seconds pull this all off and I was touched beyond belief. Thanks to Edward and the concierge team, I felt at home when I was missing my dog. We spent the rest of the day at the spa and pool and will return for another fantastic stay very soon.

Clean room
Overall very aged hotel. Needs serious renovation Reception staff not super friendly
Great stay. Everything super clean and staff was very attentive and friendly. Can’t forget to mention the super comfy bed! It was my husband’s birthday and they also offered us a complementary upgrade and a birthday cake. Food was a bit hit miss but no other issues. I would definitely go back.
Great service and beautiful hotel
I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills with my daughter for four days, and it was an overall wonderful experience. Although we encountered a few issues initially, the management was fantastic in resolving everything to my utmost satisfaction. This is exactly how a 5-star hotel should act! Their dedication to guest satisfaction turned our stay into a memorable one. We will definitely be back
