Room, restaurant.. quiet, elegant

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in but what made it really incredible was the staff - every single person working at the hotel went out of their way to make it a great experience.

The staff were super friendly and remembered my name as I came and went, they had everything I needed and the room was super fancy. The pillows were nice and I was able to adjust the temperature of the room. The soaps and shampoos were all nice and there was some fresh fruit in my room when I arrived. The walk to rodeo drive was pretty and reasonable, and I had a few meals at Erehwon. The rooftop bar was cute and good vibes with good food and drinks. (A bit on the expensive side though.)

The shower leaked onto the floor a lot (very minor)

Location is very convenient to reach places in Beverly Hills. There is also a hotel complimentary ride within certain distance. Breakfast menu is satisfactory. My room was very clean and comfortable. However there was no sunshine at any time of the day and the lighting was not efficient.

The lack of light and darkness bothered me. The restaurant is closed after the brunch on Sunday and opens again on Tuesday. Also the menu for dinner does not satisfy all kinds of diets. Lots of seafood not vegetarian friendly.

Excellent hotel. The room was well sized with all amenities and very clean.

Everything... Location, Atmosphere, Cleanliness, The Most Professional / Personable People along with Amenities are Top Notch! The Best in every way. We have visited several times over the years and have really enjoyed the experience. The pool area has been updated and looks Great! The only suggestion is that it is time to do some refreshing on the suits. Most of the furniture has been used for close to 10 or more years and is starting to look tired, outdated and a bit worn out. Please don't take this as a Huge negative. We Love L'Ermitage Beverly Hills and would never stay anywhere else while in Los Angeles.

I loved everything about my stay here. The rooms were fabulous, clean and spacious. The staff were all exceptional and very friendly and accommodating to all my needs.

I just found the Valet price per night a little expensive at $70.

The Hotel is absolutely wonderful in every way. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable, the services available at the hotel, the valet and all the staff in every department were all amazing and so extremely helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet just far enough away from the hustle. Valet cost per night is a little expensive, other than that, I loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

OUTSTANDING! It has been hard to put into words to describe this hotel, but here goes. This hotel felt more like a home than a hotel from the second we arrived. The staff was exceptional, the decor was impeccable and the rooms...this all suite hotel was exactly what we were looking for as a family. Having the space to move around, get ready, relax, enjoy snacks, waking up slowly and drifting off to sleep at night was delicious. All of the staff were attentive, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Smiles each morning and evening greeted us at every turn. We ate in both restaurants and the food and service were both fantastic. The rooms were clean, super quiet and very private. Our 8th floor balcony overlooked the Hills and we got an amazing sunrise peeking over the mountains every morning. We would recommend this hotel over and over and over. Don't wait to book this one. It is simply a NO BRAINER

Great experience at this hotel. From spacious rooms, to complimentary car service within two miles, to welcome gift of embroidered initials on pillowcases made this stay very memorable. Staff are genuinely nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Love the understated glamour and location. My favorite place to stay in LA with large rooms, good food and easy access to all the places to go including walking distance from shopping. pro tip there is a great weeeknd farmers market right next to the hotel.

Location was great, just a short drive to rodeo drive. The staff were amazing, couldn’t help enough even remembered our names. Rooms were modern and amazing.

Felt like being in a home away from home. Very spacious rooms, delicious food, excellent service. Friendly staff. Luxurious yet somehow also very cozy.

Wish there were a few more shops closer to it. The shops aren’t too far but the walk to get to them is pretty dull.

Hotel was beautiful in a nice location with great friendly staff. Very clean, rooftop pool was lovely and will be coming back again.

More and more, my favorite hotel in Los Angeles. Private, quiet, intimate. Within walking distance of the golden triangle. Service is the best I’ve encountered in the US. Every staff member seems empowered to solve guests’ problems and make guests happy. Hotel car service goes above and beyond. Rooms and public spaces recently redecorated by SFA are best in town. Costa Covo restaurant is the neighborhood secret.

The L'ermatage Hotel offers atmosphere, value, Service, cleanliness and a great location. The staff takes a genuine interest in your comfort. We enjoyed the restaurant along with the pool and the unbelievable views you can see on the roof. My family and I have been returning since 1990's.

This hotel is a true hidden gem and the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The location feels secluded, private and beautiful. The concierge staff was attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delish and exceeded my expectations. My little one even enjoyed it too.

We stayed at L’Ermitage for 5 nights and it was GREAT! The staff was lovely, the room and service exceptional and the location is just perfect. Everyone is welcoming and so happy to assist. The location is a bit residential which is fantastic but just a few blocks from the main shopping on Beverly, Rodeo and Robertson. The room (we were in 609) was very well appointed and so comfortable. Highly recommended.

Het was druk bij het zwembad, er was geen bed beschikbaar en ik weet ook niet of dit allemaal hotelgasten waren. Dus dat was wel jammer dat wij daar geen lekker plekje hadden.

I have stayed at many hotels, and L'Ermitage is a stand out hotel. I love the location as I am in walking distance to stores and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool temperature is nice and the roof top pool area is great to relax and take in the views of Beverly Hills. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds and pillow are so comfortable allowing for a fantastic nights sleep. I dined at Costa Cova and I enjoyed the homemade angle hair pasta with marinara and the butter leaf lettuce salad. Everything was fresh and delicious!

This has become the hoodest hotel in Beverly Hills. The valet are absolutely absurd. Aggressive and rude to every guest. This blonde kid working valet there is out of his mind. They need to clear house and bring a new image to this hotel. Rooms are small stuffy and view of a street and some trees. No real views. Stay at a real hotel in Beverly Hills, so many amazing ones to choose from in area.

Good location, house car is good. but room need renovation. Some closet is broken, have hot water shortages Noise level is too high. And service is average.

We had a great stay

Rooms are generously sized, clean, very comfortable and a tiny bit tired, but still great. Friendly staff but service at roof top bar wasn’t the best with long wait times to get served and to deliver food and drinks.

One of the best hotels my wife & I have ever stayed at - cannot recommend enough! From the location, the staff, the rooms - literally everything was perfect.

Loved the large & comfy suite! Chilled having cocktails in our seating area & enjoyed the king sized bed. Soaked in the deep bath for relaxation. Enjoyed the balcony for fresh air & sunshine. Appreciated restaurant recommendations & a ride in the courtesy car to dinner. Walked back in the cool evening.

Pool had no vacant chaises for us. Hardly anyone was sitting on them. They were just used with dirty towels on them. We were placed on a waiting list but left since there was no where to sit comfortably. Later, tried to get cocktails to watch the sunset & it took a very long time since only one person was bartending/waiting tables. Saw one couple just get up & leave.

After reading many of these reviews, I had high expectations for my recent stay at L'Ermitage. Even so, this place blew me away. Everything about my stay was incredible, starting with the staff. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, valet, housekeeping, bar staff, concierge, etc) made me feel special, and attention was paid down to the finest detail. The location of the hotel is perfect; within walking distance to Rodeo Drive and a quick car ride to West Hollywood. It's on a semi-quiet street, and there is an option to valet or park in a nearby parking garage (I choose the latter and it wasn't inconvenient at all). There is a free hotel car that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The rooftop pool and veranda is a true gem within the property, with an opportunity to sunbathe or have a drink while enjoying the beautiful 360 degree view of West LA.

This hotel might not have the grandest lobby. I was absolutely blown away by my room. The space and the comfort were exceptional. Many little details were very nice as well. Any shortfalls this hotel might be percieved are more than made up for by the exceptional staff. Everyone was thoughtful and attentive. Really made me feel special.

The accommodation and staff in this hotel are all truly excellent It has become my home-away-from-home. I wish the restaurant had a few more choices of pasta dishes but other than that, I LOVE this hotel and definitely will be back....again!

An incredible stay from the moment the door is open for you at the curb. This hotel is beautiful, comforting, and an overall lovely experience. The sunset with dinner on the roof, delicious bites downstairs, and room that warms the soul. Location is great for walking to the Triangle and jumping off to anywhere in LA. Everyone who works here was engaging and welcoming. It was a pleasure to be in their company
