One can reach attractions and cafes and restaurants on foot and is also within easy reach of airport shuttle bus, trams and buses to other parts of the city for other attractions which are not in the centre. The room was comfortable, modern and functional. Breakfast excellent and staff friendly.

Nuestra habitación tenía rajas en las paredes y huellas de filtraciones y colillas en las ventanas, lámparas que no daban luz y ausencia de enchufes. Encontramos un solo enchufe accesible en toda la habitación, insuficiente para las necesidades de tres adultos hoy en día. El hotel no ofrece espacios comunes agradables donde relajarse, parece una cafetería de los años 80. Desayuno poco apetecible. Cogimos este hotel porque los desayunos de Novotel suelen ser muy buenos, algunos fantásticos, y este no es para nada el caso aquí. Una hora antes de que se acabe el horario de desayuno falta de todo, incluido pan, nos sacan pan tras pedirlo y esperar 10 minutos y estaba congelado por dentro, lo devolvimos sin que nos dijeran nada ni nos ofertaran algo a cambio. No ponen dosis individuales sino tarros grandes, algunos casi vacíos. Nos encontramos un moscardón en el tarro de miel que se limitaron a retirar con una cuchara, tuvimos que repelar el tarro de Nutella para untar el pan y abocar el dispensador de zumo de manzana para obtener un vaso. Cuando les dijimos que faltaban muchas cosas se hicieron los sorprendidos. Está alejado del centro. El aparcamiento que está al lado es de pago y el precio es el estándar en la zona. En resumen, hotel poco recomendable. Hay mejores opciones, de tres estrellas, en el centro.

Me suis rendue à la Cité des Congrès avec mon compagnon pour un spectacle à deux pas de cet hôtel, emplacement idéal et surtout un parking souterrain juste à côté. Je recommande fortement. J'ai aussi apprécié au retour de ce spectacle, boire un verre de leur detox bien frais à l'accueil au vu de la chaleur encore présente en soirée.

El hotel esta antiguo, el baño huele a desagüe, no sirven cenas, las luces se apagan solas, el desayuno es escaso y ademas a parte se cobrarte a la llegada toda la estancia te obligan a dejar una fianza de 200€ por dos noches.
