Mercure Nantes Centre Gare

Horroroso

Quiet room that was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was also very good. Ate there a few times and all lovely with good breakfast choice. Staff helpful and friendly.

I arrived late (about 11pm) and couldn't get in - someone coincidentally leaving let me in thankfully. Also requested an alarm call that never materialised.

Easy location next to the train station wasn’t get to from the airport on the shuttle bus which stopped directly outside of the hotel.

Limited staff seem to be busy in restaurant and covering the bar and reception, also saw some used plates cutlery outside of a room that had not been moved by lunch the next day.

i was givem key card for room already occupied and when i open the roon guest was alrady there and without clothes It was so embarrasing for both of us

War alles super....nichts zu bemängeln

War alles gut.

Emplacement et petit-déjeuner, excellent rapport qualité/prix

Obriga a ter cartão de crédito físico. Nao deixam on line. Não nos deixaram entrar. Fomos para outro hotel.

Excellent restaurant. Very handy for the station. Room very comfortable. Stylish.

No fridge. Needed a better wardrobe. Otherwise fine.

L’emplacement, le cadre,la propreté.

La superficie très réduite des chambres

The check‑in process was smooth and straightforward, which made arriving at the hotel very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The room itself was slightly on the smaller side, and there was a bit of noise from the nearby train station at times, but neither issue significantly affected the stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good service and a comfortable atmosphere.

Simple but very functional at a generally high standard well coated for visiting Nantes

It’s right beside the train station which means there is a little noise if you leave the window open. We could also hear the neighbour in the next room taking a shower. But neither of these things are really an issue.

Kamer was goed, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie, prima garage

DINER , DEGOUTANT ! SCHANDALIGE KWALITEIT ! (2 foto's) steak was D-E-G-O-U-T-A-N-T ! ONTBIJT: SCHANDALIG !

Ofereceram as bebidas no frigobar, café e chá.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Right outside train station and airport shuttle bus stop.

Wasn’t a major problem, but bathroom layout was slightly inconvenient with glass door facing the bedroom.

Situation +++

1 er étage en travaux

It's in the perfect place for getting about

Nothing at all

Nice breakfast…. Next to train station, but very quiet. Also next to airport shuttle. About ten minutes to tram. Great room and comfort

Well situated for station and bus station. Comfortable and well appointed. Excellent restaurant ànd breakfast. Lovely staff.

Room was great! Location perfect for our needs. We were tired after a long flight to Paris, and a train ride to Nantes.

The wait to get into our room could have been less long. But we understood!

Lovely greeting and very helpful reception and breakfast room staff.

The bedroom was very small.

Location

Air conditioning did not work in first room we were allocated, and room was small with no fridge. We wanted to upgrade to better room but were refused (even though we were prepared to pay) were moved to similar room- carpet stained, no fridge, limited toiletries

In these weather conditions room was very well airconditioned

The bed is too soft, didn’t have a good night

Very close to the train station, comfortable bed and strong enough AC in the room. Fast WiFi, good breakfast. Just about enough space in the room to get organized and still move around.

Rooms and restaurant plagued by gnats/flies. Somewhat cut off from the town center of Nantes. The restaurant (like most hotel restaurants) pretends to be more than it is. Had to get my keycard fixed every 24 hours (plus change room because the lights broke, but that can happen I guess). Outside the rooms the hotel didn't seem to have AC. Stupid shower design, like most hotels these days - though having a glass cubicle for shower and sink is extra silly. Would've loved more guest autonomy so you don't need to speak to staff for every little thing. No fridge in the room.

Great design, super location, friendly staff.

Nothing!

Great location, great staff, secure parking is very good, excellent breakfast, bathrooms and toilets very good with plenty of room

Air conditioning was OK but did not get room beliw watmrm, although it was very hot outside

Location, location, location (bus/tram, train and airport). A Comfortable bed, great bath products, a window on the canal, and AC (during a heatwave). The front desk arranged for a charcuterie board (room service) after conflicting information regarding restaurant service (during World Cup).

The night staff in the restaurant were Not Interested in accommodating what the Front Desk had conveyed to me was available. I did secure a bottle of water from one charming staff member (after he told me to "chill out" regarding my confusion that orders could only be made from the room). The Front Desk did secure Room Service which took over an hour to arrive. I must admit, I was slightly hesitant to eat it. Thankfully it had been comped. (The breakfast staff were also overwhelmed trying to keep the buffet stocked but they remained very attentive).

V good value, nice room, helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

No Aircon in reception

The room was large clean and well appointed the view was over the railway station but as a one nighter not an issue and no noise. Out the front was a river frontage which was lovely. The staff were friendly helpful and the restaurant was superb

The view over the railway station but there was no noise from station

Location was great, right beside the station. They don't have any bike storage so they allowed us to take the bikes up and leave them in the hallway near the room.

Convenience, excellent breakfast , good parking.
