The fridge was dirty and needed defrosting. The pool closed at 7pm, and after being one of the reasons that I booked at the resort I was unable to use it. Food choices were a little limited, as the main dining room seemed focused upon buffet style food.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026This is an older hotel in a wonderful setting near the airport. We appreciated the quiet and the view from our balcony. It has a nice pool and grounds to wander around in. Our room was big and the bed comfortable and the shower and bath had plenty of hot water. We had dinner in the hotel and the seafood nasi was excellent especially as they peeled the prawns on request for us. There was plenty of food at breakfast.
The hotel is bit tired in the hallways and stairs a bit of faded grandeur and the hallways need a good clean. We were a bit dismayed to be covered in insecticide walking around the halls although we were assured it would not harm us.

Well past the age of needing refurbishment. Everything was old and worn out, from the towels to the general decor. Aircon in room constantly dripping water. Whole facility was clean but showed neglect in maintenance. Food was well below average and what they called a bar had no stock of anything except beer.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026The variety and quality of the breakfast met my expectation, for the price of a night's stay. The property was quiet, Guest will not be affected by the noise of the taking off aircraft nearby.
Their F&B Manager and Staff need to go for fundamental refresher course in basic hygiene. How can you place the utensils on a reusable and worn laminated paper showing your property's brand logo? Guests were unsure if the laminated paper was wiped every day, cleaned with old rag, or disinfected. The condition of the property was in post-WWII condition. Molds and peeling of paintworks were a common sight in rooms. The parquet flooring wooden strips were loosened and dislodged everywhere in the room. My family members and myself's feet kicked into many of the dislodged parquet strips. The balcony wasn't swept before our arrival. I declared to Booking.com I have 2 adults and 1 7yo child while booking this property. But to my horror, I was told I need to pay for a pax's breakfast. I showed them the voucher issued by Booking.com but the reception refused to recognise Booking.com's voucher! suck thumb .. I paid, or else my family member will watch me eating.
