Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wir bekamen sogar ein größeres Zimmer, was sehr komfortabel war. Das Frühstück ist super und es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben vorab einen Garagenplatz reserviert. Für große Autos ist die Garage allerdings relativ eng.

Es ist in teilen etwas alt. Ich öffnete das Fenster aber es war nicht offen,es war der Fensterrahhmen der herauskam. Ich drückte ihn wieder in die Wand zurück.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026C’è stato un misanderstunding con la nostra prenotazione Booking che asseriva che avevano prenotato la notte successiva a quella che risultava a noi. Stanchi, infreddoliti e quasi disperati chiediamo aiuto alla gentilissima receptionist Natalie che in pochi minuti ha annullato la prenotazione errata e subito ci ha riservato una camera a un prezzo vantaggioso. Gentile, professionale, empatica e incantevole (so che questo non c’entra per nulla a livello professionale ma è davvero di una bellezza mozzafiato con uno charme difficile da trovare di questi tempi)! Ci ha regalato l’ultimo ricordo positivo della Norvegia. Takk Natalie, we’re waiting for you in Italy 🩷

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Das war bereits unser 4. Aufenthalt in dem Hotel und die Lage und das Frühstück sind einfach hervorragend, sowie die guten Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett.
Die Zimmer sind teilweise klein, aber für den Zweck völlig okay. Bei unserm letzten Aufenthalt hat uns überrascht, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und das Bedienelement nicht richtig angeschlossen (siehe Bild) war. Da es lediglich eine Nacht war, war es okay, aber wir sind eigentlich besseres von dem Hotel gewohnt.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Micul-dejun foarte bogat. Camera spatioasa, patul confortabil. Vedere catre apa. Hotelul situat in centrul.orasului si cu un mare plus, garajul subteran cu plata pentru care trebuie facuta rezervare.
Una din camere avea fereastra catre curtea interioara cu restaurantul pentru mic dejun, motiv pentru care nu se deschidea geamul deloc si nu am putut aerisi. O mica incurcatura la check-in, care s-a rezolvat rapid fara consecinte.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La posizione dell'hotel è centrale e facilmente raggiungibile con l'autobus dall'aeroporto. La camera era accogliente e la colazione a buffet molto varia e molto buona. La staff è stato gentile e disponibile, molto comodo il fatto che ci abbiano tenuto i bagagli fino a tarda sera.
L'unico piccolissimo inconveniente è stato che, a causa di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione, l'ascensore non era funzionante durante il nostro soggiorno.

Blevet for dyrt med hund. 700 kroner ekstra for at have hund med. Kaffemaskinen måtte gerne kunne lave mocca. Der er altid annonceret vafler til morgenmad, men de to dage jeg var der. Ingen vafler :( Puderne er lidt små til min smag :)

En pitänyt siitä, että vaikka varasimme ”lemmikkiystävällisen” huoneen, meidän täytyi lemmikkimaksun 300NOK lisäksi ”upgradeta” huoneemme koiran vuoksi (200NOK/yö). Tätä ei ole tullut aiemmin vastaan ja informointi asiasta oli huono. Siivouksen sai kysymällä, mikä oli ok, mutta kun kysyimme sitä, emme saaneet siivouspalvelua.

Fikk først et rom med skråtak hvor senga sto nesten i taket. Vinduet opp mot himmel som ikke kunne åpnes. Liten plas for 2. fikk nesten pusteproblemer. Grei betjening så vi fikk byttet. Det va god service.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Jeg likte servicen veldig godt; rommet var veldig rent. Alt var komfortabelt, og det var frokost. Personalet var rett og slett utmerket og veldig oppmerksomme. Jeg er takknemlig for alt. Jeg anbefaler dette veldig gode hotellet på det sterkeste.
Det er ikke noe eget røykeområde, noe som er upraktisk. Jeg skulle gjerne sett at hotellet opprettet et eget røykeområde. Kanskje litt til siden, men med et askebeger der, slik at vi ikke forstyrrer forbipasserende.

Koirat mukana , hinta NOK400 viipymältä ja auto parkki muuttunut maksulliseksi mutta hallista pääsy suoraan hotelliin,joka iso plussa. Ilmainen kahvi hotellin asiakkaille tarjolla.
Hotellin palveluista ei kerrottu etukäteen, kerrottiin kyllä jos osasit kysyä. Kannattaisi heti kertoa , mitä hotellilla on tarjota asiakkaille.

La cama era excesivamente blanda muy incomoda y demasiado calor. La caefaccion no se podia apagar. Una luz se encendia y apagaba sola, estaba esteopeada, no conseguimos apagarla y asi toda la noche.

Vyhovovala nám poloha v centre mesta: - zastávka autobusu z/na letisko bola v tesnej blízkosti, - nástupné miesta na výlety, či už loďou, alebo mikrobusom; - výhľad na prístav a katedrálu; Hotel ponúka fantastické raňajky, rozmanité a pestré.
Pri rezervácii sme prehliadli, že v izbách sa nevysýpajú smeti a nemenia uteráky počas pobytu.

Szekrény nincs a szobában , így hosszabb időre nem ideális, nincs lehetőség kipakolni a ruhákat. 4 főre kicsit szűkös a családi szoba.
