Emplacement, chambre spacieuse, très bien insolé du bruit, piscine.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The location is not too bad. It's relatively close to an MRT station (metro), and within walking distance of Chinatown. Apart from that, everything pretty much needs public transportation. There are places to eat nearby though. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a run-of-the-mill hotel, nothing special or exciting, the location is not great, yet it's quite pricy. Breakfast was varied, but eating the omelet proved to be a mistake (I'll spare you the details), and arriving within the last hour of service meant that a lot of the dishes were already gone, never to be replenished.

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben genoten van een comfortabel en prettig verblijf. Ook de locatie beviel uitstekend: het metrostation, diverse bezienswaardigheden, Chinatown en verschillende musea bevinden zich allemaal op loopafstand. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om Singapore te ontdekken.

Struttura moderna, camera pulita e molto bella, non le mancava nulla. Drinking water direttamente al rubinetto del bagno molto comoda (sopratutto per lavarsi i denti) Doccia ampia e vasca stupenda dopo un volo di tante ore.

Da un 5 stelle mi sarei aspettata un po’ di più, a partire dalla colazione che non era inclusa

Fast elevators. Close to MRT stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cafe in foyer made mornings easy.

The electronic toilet seat was loud. The AC seemed too cold - set to 25c and was freezing.

Gute Lage, Zimmer hat ein paar extra Quadratmeter, die man merkt, wenn man mit Kleinkind verreist. Frühstück nicht genutzt, also keine Aussage, brauchts aber auch nicht, weil direkt gegenüber ein Hawkercenter ist.

The cost of a beer at the bar was exceptionally expensive.

L’hôtel est correct et correspond au standard d’un Carlton, mais sans véritable élément qui le distingue ou rende le séjour particulièrement mémorable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, avec un choix convenable, mais là encore, rien d’exceptionnel.

L’hôtel nous a accordé un late check-out jusqu’à 13h00, mais nous avons trouvé dommage qu’il ne soit pas possible de rester un peu plus longtemps. Au-delà de 13h00, il fallait payer 50 % du prix de la chambre, ce qui nous a semblé assez élevé pour quelques heures supplémentaires.

Einfach vom Flughafen zu erreichen. MRT bis Tanah Merah. Dann East-West Linie Richtig Stadt. Ausstieg Tanjong Pagar (EW15). Exit A. Zum Schluss ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Dauer gesamt ca. 40 Min. Rooftop Bar. Ca. 30 Min. zur Mandarina Bay.

Relativ „hellhörig“, ziemlich kühl in der Lobby/im Hotel. Frühstück war ok, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich.

Classy hotel with great views from upper floors. Big clean rooms and very quiet in the rooms. Easy walk into Chinatown. Close to MRT. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a grocery shop across the road,

Housekeeping didn’t always clean the room but came quickly when requested. Rooftop bar had great views but was quite pricey. We found the location a bit far from Marina Bay.

Had a wonderful stay at Carlton City Hotel Singapore! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the space did not disappoint, big, spotlessly clean, and beautifully tidy. It made our stay so much more comfortable. Breakfast was a definite highlight, with a great spread and everything cooked to perfection. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk from train stations, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. When we wanted to unwind, the pool area was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. And in the evenings, the rooftop bar was a great spot to enjoy a drink with a view. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfort, and location. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Singapore!

I went to the restaurant called Plate to have buffet. Their waiters and waitresses are very good especially Mr Geva. He is very polite, patience and attentive. He coordinated very well with me to arrange the birthday celebration for my husband. The buffet is value for money and the food is nice. The restaurant is clean and cozy. The location is easy to find.

Party of 6 and all of us enjoyed our buffet dinner alot. The spread was good and service by all the staffs was immaculate , efficient and very friendly. Special Thanks to Mr Deva, who went extra mile to give us a wonderful birthday celebration.

Had such a great meal! The food tasted amazing, and the team did an excellent job — food was always topped up quickly, and used plates were cleared right away. Fantastic service all around. Will 100% return and highly recommend!

As for location I will say is convenient & the service provided by your staffs Gopala & David was excellent 👍 They are very courteous and attentive 😊 The spread of buffet was not impressive and not valued for money compared to the Buffet I eat in York Hotel Crystal Palace and Amara Hotel, the Buffet Dim Sum cusines served in Canton Paradise & Peach Garden is 100% pure Hong Kong Dim Sum compared to those served at Plate Restaurant! My 1st time patronising Plate Restaurant and left me with a feeling of disappointment with the Dim Sum. Thank you and hope you will try to improve it 🙏

Thank you Deva and Team for the wonderful evening experience we had at Plate. We were there for my wife's birthday celebration and the team was excellent, they really made our day. Went there with friends. Porridge spread had around 10 dishes - braised fatty pork, braised duck, bean curd puff, vegetables, prawn paste chicken, eggs, aside from the usual porridge salted condiments. For dessert they have like three types of cakes, green bean soup, muah chee and chendol. Coffee and tea over machine as well. Overall an average spread with some dishes better than others. It's an experience but will probably not go again.

Today was my birthday, I decided to go for Ah Mah porridge buffet @Plate as my wife has missed porridge buffet for a long time. The atmosphere at plate was nice and relaxing. The staffs Jackson, Gopak and Deva had surprised me with a small cake with birthday song. I would want to compliment them for a wonderful experience with good food for my birthday.

Enjoy good food and nice companies. Friendly staff.
