部屋が広く、机がいくつもあったので荷物が多い子連れ旅行には助かりました。 ベビーベッドもお借りできてありがたかったです。 ホテル前の信号を渡るのにすこし時間はかかりますが、モールなど買い物施設も近くにあり、買い物には不便しませんでした。

他のホテルもそうだったのでそういうものなのだと思いますが、日本人的にはシャワーを浴びたあとお風呂で温まりたい。 浴槽があるのは嬉しいですが、浴槽とシャワーが離れており、間にトイレがあるので、トイレの前が水で濡れてしまったことがありました。

Die Lage ist top. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis/Leistung eher hoch. Für Singapur aber wohl im Durchschnitt.

Betreffend Sauberkeit kleine Abzüge. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Die Karaoke Bar habe ich leider am letzten Abend entdeckt - der Abend war super witzig und die Leute dort waren super nett. Das Zimmerpersonal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit - einfach top

Die Rezeption im Check in - die Herrschaften müssen noch an ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit arbeiten.

Breakfast was great everything you need. Close to train station.

Air on was on a timer at night so you would wake up hot wave your arms then it was sense movement in room then turn aircon back on so it was always hot then cold and no opening window. If you left devices on charge and left room come back and nothing had fully charged as power turns off again. Could hear every movement in floor above we were 25th floor.

Comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast

Pillows were hard and only 2 coffee packets given amount 3 people.

It was clean but very much in need of a total renovation as not to the normal M Hotel standards. Disappointing.

Very old and in need of a full renovation. Also no info on the main 2000 restaurant/cafe closed. A very small and insignificant cafe provided in main reception area. Very poor quality.

Excellent location, close to everything. The front desk staff was really nice and allowed us to check-in early and arranged a connecting room for us.

The staff at the breakfast buffet are not friendly and they are upset if you don't stack up your plates correctly. The drawer and the bathtub has tiny hairs but the room is generally clean and comfortable.

I booked a room size 37 m2. It felt more like 30 m2. When I called to inform that the room was smaller than what I had booked, the person insisted that the room was 37 m2 which was not likely to be the case. The hotel is going through a renovation and the bathrooms on the gym floor were not in service.

The spa area was closed and the pool was very average. Could be improved.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with quite a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the biggest advantages is the location — the hotel is just a one-minute walk from the entrance to the metro station, which makes getting around very convenient. The swimming pool is not huge, but it is more than sufficient for relaxing and having a swim. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für U-Bahn und Bus in alle Richtungen. Man kann auch gut zu Fuß zum Hafen laufen. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gut. 24h Checkout und freundliches Personal.

Hotel ist gut gelegen, MTR direkt hinter dem Haus. Staff sehr freundlich! Speziell die Portiere die uns mit allen halfen, Grab Taxi, Gepäck aufbewahren, viele wertvolle Tipps und besonderes Dankeschön an Mr. Wan der sich Zeit genommen hat einen Arzt (leider schon in der Nacht) für unsere Tochter zu finden, waren dann auf seinen Rat in der Nähe vom Hotel um eine TCM Behandlung zu bekommen gegen den schweren Husten kurz vor Abflug. Thank you so much.

Het was druk bij het ontbijt. Te weinig tafels voor aantal gasten. Locatie voor het Buffet restaurant lijkt ook te klein . Het was erg druk. Hotel is verouderd en heeft wel een opfris beurt nodig. Ik vind het geen 5 sterren hotel meer.

It has a halal restaurant so could not get a drink or non halal food. This was not stated at time of booking. Didn’t stay the second night I paid for. Left and went to another hotel which was brilliant.

Check in was seamless even though i arrived earlier than expected i was given a room. Room was very spacious and comfortable, bathroom was excellent and room was very clean. Maid service every day which was very good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Quality of food was very good and always cooked well. Hotel location was good to visit all attractions. Concierge was very helpful with taxi rides required daily. Late check out was not available unfortunately but apart from that the experience was absolutely wonderful.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Singapur. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die große und abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksauswahl. Auch die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und haben jeden Morgen zu einem schönen Start in den Tag beigetragen. Das Hotel bietet insgesamt einen guten Standard und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Leider war die Sicht aus dem Zimmer nicht wie erhofft, da mittlerweile neue Bauwerke die Sicht einschränken

Good location for easy access to Marina Bay area. Lovely outlook over the port to the water. The pool was way better than expected.

Check in was a bit slow. Breakfast had a good range of food but having to wait 20 minutes in a line to get in wasn’t really good enough.

Renovations, very very old hotel..

The accomodations were nice, and easy to find. The location made it a good choice in order to get to sites we wanted to see. The breakfast options were also really good.

The views of the port were not worth the "upgrade." They were better than just facing another building, but looking out at an industrial port was not particulalrly picturesque.

Es ist halt schon ein bisschen älter

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit einer tollen Auswahl an frischen Produkten - sehr lecker. Der Pool war sehr nett angelegt und war wirklich erfrischend. Das Hotel ist gut mit der Metro zu erreichen - ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten Station. Im Umkreis sind viele Restaurant und Supermärkte.

Die Zimmermöbel bzw. die Zimmerausstattung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und lässt die Zimmer etwas altbacken erscheinen. Hat uns auf den ersten Blick gestört, da der Preis ja auch stattlich ist - man ist halt in Singapur, war unsere Erklärung.

Breakfast was great with many options. I received complimentary cake and warm wishes my birthday. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Every one was kind. It was a beautiful experience.

Passage way carpet on floor 19 could do with cleaning. We sometimes could smell smoke across passage way

Unfriendly check in staff. Check in took a long time to complete. It’s hard with young kids late at night. The room bed configuration was not as advertised. The bathroom was poky and and mouldy.

Personal súper amable, habitaciones amplias. Al llegar (antes de la hora del check in) nos dejaron usar la pileta. Tienen un baño con toallones en el piso 11 donde está la pileta ideal para una ducha antes de ir al aeropuerto. Jugaba Argentina y llamaron a distintos lugares para ver dónde podíamos ver el partido. Excelente todo!!!! Nos prestaron paraguas cuando hubo lluvia. Muy muy amables!

No había acondicionador en el baño. Solo eso.
