You have to pay for the coffee in the lobby.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Frühstück war sehr einfach, Obstsalat aus der Konserve muss nicht sein, Bananen waren ueberreif und daher matschig. Das Zimmer zur Straße hin war sehr schön aber auch zum Schlafen sehr laut, was aber nicht am Hotel oder dem Personal liegt. Das wird nicht zu ändern sein. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und ich würde wiederkommen.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026다음날 이른 아침 취리히 공항으로 비행기를 타기 위해서 선택한 숙소입니다. 위치도 공항으로 가기위한 HB역과 아주 가깝습니다. 시설은 신식은 아니지만 기본적으로 넓은 비즈니스호텔 느낌이었습니다. 취리히 도시가 크지 않기 때문에 관광하기에도 불편함이 없었습니다.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Centrally located, but set back slightly in a quiet road, I found the hotel to be very clean, with great aircon and a super comfy bed. It had good wifi and everything I needed. The breakfast was good value for Zurich, as was the hotel. And thank you to the kind and helpful staff. They gave me lots of info, stored my luggage after check out, and ran after me when I forgot my jacket. I would stay again when I need a good value and well located hotel in Zurich.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Room and bathroom was clean, quiet and comfortable for a family of three. The air conditioner would not get cold, even though it was functioning; simply needed to be recharged. Breakfast was bland, with no seasonal fruit, day old commercial bread rolls, just two soft cheese varieties and sliced turkey. Eggs were gone. Coffee machines kept needing to be tended-to in order to function.

There was a tall, skinny man staff member at the hotel reception around 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, he treated us in a condescending and unprofessional manner, as if he was unhappy that we were staying at the hotel. His attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
