Fiyat biraz yüksek ama zürih şartları için normal sanırım düşününce 😅 otelin lobi kısmında ücretsiz su, çay ve kahve alabilirsiniz.
Oda iki kişi için biraz küçük ve wc de çemensi bir koku vardı temiz gelmedi

Not a lot to say here, if anything it would be nice if the rooms had a mini fridge or something to keep groceries cool.

El desayuno estaba incluido en la reserva y lo tuve que pagar. Excesivamente costoso. El inodoro está encerrado en un box y quedas encerrado al ir al baño. La ducha estaba resbaladiza con restos de jabón. Detrás de la cortina había una bolsa de Zara de otros huéspedes. No respondieron a mis consultas por correo electrónico sobre el pase de transporte. El restaurante tiene una carta muy pequeña y con valores muy elevados.

They advertise air conditioned rooms, but there was hardly the ac fans were working as well, so stuffy and claustrophobic. Extremely disappointed how they advertise AC rooms and provide a worst experience. Wasn’t just us, we spoke to few other people staying in the same property, similar experience because of AC not working.

Room was very small, to the point where it's difficult to open 2 suitcases (as expected for hotels in this location). Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable, and they didn't have any alternatives. No basic amenities in the room such as a mini fridge.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The room was nicely laid out with good facilities inc toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for a stay over en route to France or elsewhere. Very clean. Coffee and water available free in reception.
We couldn't work out the air con so our room was warm. We ate at the restaurant and we were very disappointed with the Caesar salad which was basically a plate of lettuce with hardly any chicken at all. Had we not paid extra for the bacon option it would have practically been vegetarian. Very overpriced.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Atendimento excelente, funcionários muito pacientes e gentis. Me ajudaram a entender como funcionava a compra de bilhetes de trem na estação e me sugeriram passeios. Tem água e café de graça na recepção. A localização é incrível e pude ir a pé para todos os lugares, fiquei apenas dois dias então não usei tanto os trams e ônibus. Vale demais a pena ficar nesse hotel.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Llegamos y estaba roto el baño, se negaron a cambiarnos la habitación y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora al técnico para que venga a repararla. Ingresos y egresos sumamente confusos para la entrada y salida al hotel, el desayuno de muy mala calidad y encima abren a las 8 am, lo cual nos parece muy tarde si tenés ganas de empezar el día temprano. Fuimos solo una vez a la pileta y la zona a de las reposeras estaba rodeada de basura. La tarjeta que me dieron para estacionar el auto en el parking se desnagnetizaba todo el tiempo, además el parking cuesta 15 euros por día, conviene dejarlo afuera por ese valor.

La habitación era enana, cero cómoda y con un aire acondicionado inexistente. No existe puerta que separe la ducha del dormitorio como tal, solo una cortina antigua que está escondida. Por otro lado, la recepción fue muy cortante y sin un trato amable por parte del establecimiento por lo que cuando hubo un problema (el mando de la tele no funcionaba) ni nos molestamos en hablar con el lugar porque ya sabíamos que serían cortantes y no se solucionaría rápido. Por otro lado el parking del lugar no es propio, es un aparcamiento que es funcional pero que cuesta mucho de aparcar como tal y tienes que llamar a recepción para que muevan los coches de enfrente cosa que hacen a desgana. En referencia a la habitación, si quieres tranquilidad es el lugar perfecto porque a penas entra la luz, hay una ventana pero que ni se abre del poco espacio que hay y si tienes cosas de valor tendrás que llevarlas contigo porque no hay ni caja de seguridad ni nevera ni nada. Finalmente, el desayuno no tenía a penas variedad y lo que tenían era bastante malo. Lo comí porque no había otra y ya estaba pagado pero lo mejor era el zumo (cosa que ellos no hacían ya que se notaba que era de bote.) en resumen. Se que es una marca low cost pero por el precio que tiene me siento estafado ya que no cumple ni con las 3 estrellas que tiene.
