Tout a été parfait, la gentilesse et amabilité de toute l'équipe, aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour au TOP. Ils proposent des excursions multiples et variées. La chambre etait propre, une piscine pour agrémenter votre voyage.. parfait

Le prix ! La convivialité ! La piscine ! Le calme ! Le joli jardin ! Lorsque je pense à cet hébergement, je pense au mot : "convivialité !" C'est un endroit dans lequel je me suis sentie plutôt bien... le bar/restaurant de l'hotel est le lieu ou se retrouvent tous les touristes qui dorment à l'hôtel. On peut donc discuter les uns avec les autres, faire des connaissances. Après une bonne journée d'excursion, on peut manger dans le restaurant de l'hotel = c'est vraiment très pratique ! Pas besoin d'aller ailleurs... On peut réserver des chauffeurs privés et des excursions dans cet hotel... encore une fois, c'est très pratique ! Le petit déjeuner est pas mal... j'ai bien aimé les pancakes. Pour le repas du soir, je conseille l'assiette "burger/frites" = très bonne !

J'étais dans la chambre n°3 coté jardin. J'ai été un peu déçue de voir des fissures structurelles dans la chambre et des infiltrations dans le plafond et les murs de la chambre. C'est pas très joli et pas forcément rassurant... Du coup je pense qu'il doit y avoir de l'humidité dans la chambre l'hiver. J'imagine que ceci a été engendré par des séismes ou de fortes pluies.... Quoi qu'il en soit, ce serait bien de remettre un petit coup de "rafraichissement/peinture" dans certaines chambres...

La struttura è immersa nel verde, un luogo perfetto per chi vuole trovare pace e tranquillità. Un può fuori dal centro ma a Lombok ci si muove solo con i mezzi (Grab o noleggio) .. staff veramente eccezionale, come una famiglia. Mi hanno fatto sentire subito a casa… molto Consigliato

The house is nice and clean, air-condition works propely. the breakfast is good and we took lunch and other food also in the hotel as it was delicious and cheap. The staff is very friendly and did all for our convenience. They have free transfer to Sengiggi center and we used it to get better beaches that was very good of them. Also free tea and coffee in the morning.

Soundproofing could be better. But we were unlucky with the neighbours.

La propreté de la chambre était un peu limite, et les odeurs de remonter d’égouts dans la salle de bain ont été particulièrement désagréable..

Séjour parfait Grande chambre confortable avec climatisation Grande piscine propre , espaces communs bien entretenus, calme Très bons repas Personnel adorable Proche de la plage Eka nous a organisé mène à distance toutes nos activités sur Lombok (transfert gili meno, location de van pour 9 personnes, rafting etc etc), elle était systématiquement compétitive, rapide et efficace . Une gentillesse extrême aussi.

Personnel au top seul point. Négatif, comme c’est un hôtel assez familial c’est assez bruyant dès le matin vers sept heures avec les enfants dans la piscine

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gab es zu einem guten Preis. Ich kann das Omelett und die Pancakes empfehlen. Wäscheservice gab es auch. Die wäsche war perfekt sauber und roch super gut. Wir hatten das Apartment hill view. Man kann sich vor Ort auch einen Rollermieten

Im Apartment hat eine Kleiderstange oder ein Schrank gefehlt. Die Sachen müsste man auf dem Boden legen. Der Duschkopf war undicht und hat nach hinten raus Wasser rausgelassen

La piscine est jolie et le personnel très agréable

Les petits bungalows derrière sont vraiment très sommaires, les équipements tombent (rideaux, robinets…) on dirait que c’est presque abandonné. Nous n’avions également pas de drap qu’il a fallut demain. Pour le lieu, c’est en ruine un peu tout autour donc un peu glauque. Nous sommes venus pour la note de 9/10, franchement ça ne les vaut pas. Les autres + grands sont peut-être mieux. À voir.

The staff were amazing

Personnel très gentil. Chambre confortable, bonne climatisation. Belle piscine. Hôtel au calme, pas de mosquée à proximité donc nuit paisible. Chauffeur disponible sur place pour aéroport ou excursions. Propose aussi scooter à la location pour 75 000 roupies / jour. Très bon restaurant sur place, pas cher.

Wo soll man da Anfangen. Die Unterkunft wird von einer so netten und hilfsbereiten Familie geführt, da fühlt man sich gleich willkommen. Die Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltete und hat einen riesigen Pool. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Betten super bequem. Alles ist sauber. Roller Vermietung ist ebenfalls super. Gute Preise und die Roller sind in einem Top Zustand, außerdem sind sie versichert was in Indonesien ja nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Zur Lage: die Anlage liegt etwas oberhalb der Hauptstraße was perfekt ist da die umgebung schön Grün ist und man den Lärm nicht hört. Man ist aber über eienen kleinen Fußweg, den man auch mit dem Roller befahren kann, innerhalb von nicht mal 5 min bei Mini Markt und beim Strand. Es gibt aber auch einen gratis Shuttle Service nach Senggigi. Was man am Ende besonders hervorheben muss ist das unglaublich lecker Essen im Hauseigenen Lokal. Egal was wir dort gegessen haben war extrem lecker. Wir haben bei unserem Aufenthalt dann ausschließlich dort gegessen. Es hat uns Super gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder wenn wir in Lombok sind.

Hôtel familial accessible avec des prix très raisonnables à tous niveaux. Propriétaires adorables et personnels agréables, aux petits soins pour les clients. Emplacement idéal car isolé donc calme mais proche de tout avec Énormément de possibilité d’excursions sans jamais gonfler les prix. Tout est possible à Makarma! Merci 🙏 pour l’accueil chaleureux.

El personal es muy amable. Sitio tranquilo, con piscina, bar restaurante y el dueño nos hizo un trekking para ver el sunset y nos explicó curiosidades.

Había hormigas en la habitación y un poco pequeña, pero no era algo grave.

Vraiment une place chaleureuse, les employés sont sympathique! Tout y est, il y a beaucoup d’options pour booker un one day trip ou autres activités, nous avons d’ailleurs réservé un one day trip snorkeling et c’était super agréable. L’emplacement est munis également d’un restaurant et c’est super bon, nous y avons mangé là pas mal toute la durée de notre séjour et aucun regret.

Struttura accogliente, così come il personale, ci si sente in famiglia. Molto gentili e disponibili, hanno un banco escursioni e servizio trasporto. La struttura è immersa nel verde, ma con una stradina si arriva a piedi al mare in 3 minuti. Offrono il trasporto in città gratuitamente. Diverse opzioni per la colazione, tutte includono tè o caffè gratuiti. Per il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente consigliato.

Purtroppo abbiamo combattuto con le formiche in camera, ma essendo nel verde è normale che ci siano questo tipo di inconvenienti.

Le site est joli et bien situé, proche de la plage. Les bungalows ont une bonne superficie et les matelas sont confortables. La piscine était très grande et propre.

La propreté de nos 2 bungalows laissait un peu à désirer. Il y avait énormément de calcaire sur les douche qui ne coulaient pas bien, quelques taches sur un des lits et beaucoup de fourmis dans un des 2 bungalows. L’eau de la piscine contenait énormément de chlore au point d’avoir les yeux et la peau qui piquent et mal à la tête par la suite. Enfin, le restaurant était très cher. 15% de taxe en plus des prix affichés au menu, avec un petit déjeuner complet à 100K (+ les 15%), le café à 30k (+ les 15%), etc. Au moins c’était bon.

Deze plek heeft echt potentie als ze beter onderhoud zouden plegen. Van buiten zien de huisjes er mooi uit. Het bed sliep gelukkig heel lekker.

Alles is slecht onderhouden, je ziet dat het gedateerd is. Laat je niet voor de gek houden door de foto’s, want die zijn denk ik oud. Ook wordt er niet goed schoongemaakt, er lagen zelfs sigarettenpeuken in de badkamer. Dit moet echt beter.

La ubicación es muy buena, personal atento y el restaurante correcto! La piscina está limpia y el bar es acogedor.

Il était bien placé, l’endroit était avenant, il était proche de la mer et le personnel était gentil.

La clim faisait beaucoup de bruit et le lavabo fuyait donc il y avait toujours de l’eau par terre.

The family and staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, they can provide you a lift to senggigi and back so location is not an issue. Please with my stay and would come back.

Awesome room, very happy with the bed, pillows, size of the room. Cotton towels. The swimming pool was nice. Secure parking for the scooter/car. Quiet area.

Bathroom could use a better shower head and faucet.

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in my 6 month trip. It was lovely and quiet and the staff were so kind and helpful - they even offer to drop and pick you up for free(!!) at nearby locations if they are available. The food was great too, particularly the tomato penne pasta and egg sandwich. They offer a bunch of services for really good prices too. Highly recommend!

The room was nice. The personnel was amazing, chill, professional and helpful!

Lovely pool, super helpful staff. They helped to organised scooter hire (65k), transport to Bangsal harbour and answered any questions that we had. We stayed in the deluxe double and had a tv with streaming services which was a lovely treat! Amazing value for money! Thanks for a beautiful stay!

The room and food service was exceptional. We stayed here for three nights and we were made to feel at home with the families kind generosity. Will definitely be returning in the future :)

Das Bad war etwas unsauber aber für den Preis nimmt man so etwas in Kauf.

Die Zimmer sehen nicht mehr so gepflegt aus wie auf den Fotos, spartanische Einrichtung. Wenn man ohne Scooter da ist, gibt es in der Gegend nicht viel zu sehen. Der fußläufig zu erreichende Strand ist nicht besonders schön.

Beaches around walking distance are full of rubbish... 😪 Need a scooter to go to nice beaches unfortunately.

Makarma est un petit paradis. Wayan, Eka et leur famille ont été absolument merveilleux avec nous. Le sens de l'hospitalité nous a beaucoup touché, nous avons été accueillis comme des membres de la famille et avons passe des moments mémorables avec eux. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable et ils nous ont aidé généreusement pour toute question, notamment pour plannifier notre séjour avec de super conseils et de bonnes adresses pour les sorties snorkelling, plongée et le Mont Rinjani. L'endroit est verdoyant, les chambres sont très confortables, les lits aussi. Le restaurant est très bon et les prix très correct. Un très bon séjour, nous vous le conseillons à 100%!

Super nettes Familienunternehmen & sehr süße, entspannte Anlage. Man bekommt hier eigentlich alles was man braucht, die Jungs bieten Fahrdienste ueberall hin an , aber auch Vermietung von Rollern. Man kann zudem eine große Auswahl an Aktivitäten direkt über Makarma buchen, super entspannt und top organisiert. Wie hatten eine Schnorchel Tour zu den Gilis gebucht, dieser haette nicht besser sein koennen. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen :)
