J ai du faire changer les draps il y avait une petite tache de sang😬 Nous étions dans la villa authentique avec beaucoup de charme une terrasse etc mais c est dans son jus, le ménage a été fait mais le bâtiment commence à être vétuste Nous avions aussi accepté de payé le prix car piscine etc mais pendant notre séjour la piscine ne pouvait pas être utilisée car des algues moutarde étaient au fond.. le troisième jour à notre départ cela semblait propre mais c est un problème de fond à prendre au sérieux !! Donc pas pu utiliser la piscine c est frustrant… Nous avons demandé à réserver tard certes ( la veille au soir) une excursion sur les gilis aidés par l accueil ( très très serviables) mais au final ce n était pas un bateau avec fond transparent comme demandé ( bon ce n est pas la faute de l hôtel c est déjà sympa de réserver pour nous en mm temps on paie à eux donc probablement un arrangement). L hôtel a fait des gestes commerciaux pour compenser tous ces déboires ce qui est appréciable Le taxi commandé par l accueil le jour de notre départ n était pas de la bonne taille par rapport à ce que j avais demandé et précise la veille ( succession de malchance) mais à nouveau un personnel qui essaie de faire de son mieux c est appréciable À noter besoin de taxi pour tout faire ( mer à 10/15 mn de taxi) hôtel en hauteur dans la montagne avec route difficile

Le personnel est très professionnel, très accueillant. Ils ont l'air de travailler dans une très bonne ambiance et ça se sent. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la vue et la piscine. C'est l'un des plus beaux hébergements que nous avons connu sur Bali.

Sicuramente lo staff non sempre presente (anche per quanto riguarda il ristorante, una sera volevamo mangiare lì e non c’era nessuno così come anche in occasione del checkout) e che non sa parlare bene in inglese. La doccia della nostra camera andrebbe sistemata visto che bagnava tutto il bagno non essendo collocata bene. In generale da una struttura a 4 stelle mi aspetto di più

Wonderful place on the mountain/hill side with great ocean / sea view. Nice pool, nice breakfast, smiling staff, great place to stay and travel around Lombok.

A beautiful boutique hotel with breathtaking views over Senggigi Beach. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights! The Balcony Sunset Room was incredibly comfortable, with amazing ocean views from both the bed and private balcony. The bathroom overlooking the sea made for a luxurious experience, and the cooler mountain air meant we never even needed the air conditioning. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, juice, and tea, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. A perfect place for a romantic getaway or anyone looking for a peaceful place to work remotely. We’d happily stay here again.

There was no oat milk or dairy free alternative for ththe smoothie bowls for breakfast - which was the only vegan option. But, the staff did accommodate and offer extra fresh fruit. 🙏🏻

Absence totale de service. L’hôtel n’a pas l’air d’être géré. La nourriture n’est pas du tout bonne, nous avons dû commander à l’extérieur. L’accès à l’hôtel n’est pas facile aussi car en hauteur et route délabrée.

It has an amazing view from the pool area. The working staff was helpful and welcoming.

Everything was so dirty. There were ants in the room and a dead insect on the carpet. Toilet was terrible. Towels and bedsheet were stained and dirty. The pool was dirty…

Amazing view, very tranquil and very generous breakfast. Our Grab driver got us stuck in a ditch on the way to the hotel late at night, and the staff very kindly helped get the car out and transported us the rest of the way.

We only stayed one night, and arrived quite late, so we didn't get to experience the amazing sunset view.

Surely the location is good, up on the hill. The ambience and good service. Breakfast was good, better if it was served earlier.

Great property with excellent staff. I was unwell during my stay, and the team kindly made me hot ginger tea, which I really appreciated. The views are amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a better room. The property is about a 10-minute scooter or taxi drive to the main town. You’ll need a scooter or cab to get to shops and restaurants, but overall a wonderful stay.

Imearmas majutus, lummava vaatega merele. Unustamatud päikeseloojangud. Tuba oli väga puhas, avar, mugav, suur terrass ja mõnus bassein. Personal viisakas ja abivalmis. Hommikusöök oli väga ilusasti serveerirud ja maitses hästi. Igal õhtul enne päikeseloojangut askeldasid ahvid tee peal. Üks parimaid majutusi meie puhkuse ajal!

Given it excellent sunset, hilltop location you will need a scooter or taxi to get back into town. We hired a scooter from the villa and it worked well for this purpose and to explore the north end of Lombok

El personal fue muy atento, nos ayudaron a reservar una moto para poder movernos y las excursiones para hacer por Lombok. Desayuno muy bueno! La piscina del hotel tiene unas vistas increíbles!

Einfach alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Angefangen hat unser toller Aufenthalt hier mit einem reibungslosen Shuttleservice von Bangsal (gg. kleine Gebühr). Das Service-Team hier ist der absolute Hammer, immer freundlich & hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und wirklich sehr herzlich. Es war mit der schönste Aufenthalt hier in unserem Indonesienurlaub. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß (inkl. Bad), sehr schöne und liebevolle Einrichtung, traumhafter Pool und legendärer Ausblick auf das Meer bis nach Bali, Rollerverleih unkompliziert & top Geräte, sehr nette Gastgeber & Hotelbesitzer, Frühstücksauswahl total super und immer lecker; einfach ein Rundum-Wohlfühlpaket. 🤩 Das Restaurant wird von einem separaten Unternehmen geführt und hat auch ein gutes Angebot und sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist eine kleine, aber feine Unterkunft mit atemberaubenden Ausblick und tollem Restaurant. Der Pool ist schön ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein, das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag frisch für einen zubereitet, hierbei konnte man zwischen unterschiedlichen Gerichten wählen. Ein Roller konnte günstig geliehen werden.

Das Bett war etwas hart. Die Lage ist schon sehr außerhalb, wenn man für sich sein möchte, ist es perfekt. Wenn man abends bummeln und mal woanders essen gehen möchte, ist man auf den Roller angewiesen.

No hay nada en la zona del hotel , solo vistas y tranquilidad , obligatorio transporte para salir y entrar del hotel , ya que está en una cumbre .

Nous étions 11 et nous avions réservé tout les établissements qui composent le lieux. Avoir l'hôtel entièrement permet de profiter de la piscine pleinement avec les enfants. Le lieux est très agréable et de haute qualité La vue extraordinaire Le calme Le personnel attentif Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et savoureux

The bedroom and the food

We were told the restaurant closed at 8pm which restricted us in the evening to having to eat before 8pm, they also asked us from 5.30pm if we wanted to eat when all we wanted was a drink . Also it was 2kms up a hill so not easy to go to local restaurants which means you are long held there with their 8pm curfew. We asked for our room to be cleaned once in the 3 nights we stayed there, they cleaned the room but didn’t clean the bathroom which needed cleaning. The pool definitely wasn’t clean when we arrived but was cleaned after we arrived. The staff are very nice but It’s the same price to stay there as the Sheraton Hotel directly on the ocean… wish we booked there.

Hotel położony na wzgórzu z naprawdę pięknym widokiem. Duże przestrzenne pokoje i łazienką. Hotel ładny ale wymaga remontu, opadający tynk, niedomykające sie drzwi.

Obsługa ma problem z komunikowaniem sie po angielsku. Czystość pokoju a w szczególności łazienki wymaga poprawy. Wyjeżdżaliśmy we wtorek rano, wiec zdecydowaliśmy ze ostatnią kolację zjemy w hotelu. Okazało sie ze w poniedziałki restauracja nieczynna o czym nikt wcześniej nas nie poinformował. Co najlepsze, mieszkaliśmy 5 dni a pokoje posprzątali i wymienili ręczniki dzien przed wyjazdem. Daliśmy brudne ubrania do pralni za pośrednictwem hotelu, niestety białe rzeczy byly brudne, nie doprane. Świerzy sok z owoców na śniadanie to niewielka ilość soku z wodą i całą szklanką lodu. Soku w tym jest może 10%. Nie powinni pisać ze świerzyński sok tylko woda o smaku np pomaranczy. Jedzenie przeciętne. No i wprowadzają w błąd w ofercie, pisząc plaża. Nie ma żadnej plaży, chyba ze wsiądzie sie w taksówkę i na nią pojedzie. Podjazd do hotelu jest stromy, długi I skomplikowany. 2 x zamówiona taksówka nie mogła go znaleźć.

El servicio de los trabajadores de Villa Umbrella, y las instalaciones, que tienen una piscina preciosa con vistas a la playa. La habitación era muy espaciosa.

Todo bien. Solo tener en cuenta que ir es conveniente moverse en coche o en moto porque hay un camino largo cuesta arriba para llegar. Allí mismo alquilan motos.

The views are astonishing and it’s amazing value for money.

There were some small issues. The internet signal was weak. The water pressure bad and a plumbing issue in the shower. The staff were mostly great, but had to be reminded to clean the room.

I'm not usually one to review, but Villa Umbrella was such a wonderful place to rest and recharge that I feel almost compelled to! Zima (Z) and her team were absolutely fantastic. I felt welcomed and cared for from the minute I arrived. They were so friendly and kind to me, and the place was so beautiful that I immediately extended my stay. They are all what made the place so special. The pool side room was massive, and an absolute dream. I could see the sunset from bed if I wanted. The little lounge area was such a bonus. The pool was wonderfully clean (I saw them scrubbing the tiles several times during my stay to keep it that way), and the view over the water to the mountain was surreal. I witnessed two of the most beautiful sunsets that I have ever seen there. Breakfast was fantastic (smoothie bowls, fruit, coffee/tea and a juice!!).

Amazing sea views by the pool. Loved that there was Netflix on TV so we could spend the night enjoying some take-in food & shows. Staff were also kind & friendly and tried their best to assist us in any way possible. We had issues using the TV and they offered assistance promptly. They were also gracious to provide cutleries for our take-in dinner and helped to clean up after too. Also always greeting with a smile.

The room we booked (suite for 3 pax) was not available due to maintenance issue but we were only informed during our arrival/ check in. They mentioned because the room "hadn't been booked for a long time", so there were issues they didn't know existed (alarming for us). The issue was found two days before our stay, so it was also odd they did not try to inform us in advance to let us know of the issue or provide us with the option to stay elsewhere. They offered us a family room which was too large for our liking (amongst other reasons like visual comfort), but fortunately other room types were available for us to stay. However we had to book two separate rooms for 3 pax so it was a little disappointing as we intended to stay together as 3 girls. They did a last minute clean up of the rooms which we appreciated, although it did look like the rooms hadn't been used for some time too. Hot water would occasionally run out & both the AC and the fridge did not work for one of the rooms upstairs. I think this place is beautiful & has potential, but definitely need some upgrading works done. Kudos to the staff though, they (and the pool) were the saving grace of our stay here.

Amazing views, good breakfast, and good restaurant. The staff were very nice: they were patient and helpfully accommodated my gluten food allergy. They also coordinated airport pickup and motorcycle rental for us at good price and very efficiently. There was also unlimited purified water in each room and the lobby, which was a great touch.

The room was not clean when we arrived and the hotel could use some new towels and linens. They cleaned right away after we said something but the floors and toilet were still not very clean.

Nous avons demandé à changer de logement au sein de l’hébergement, et avons eu la possibitle de prendre les chambres de l’étage de la maison principale. Un bel espace avec une superbe vue, petit déjeuner bon.

La maison en bois que nous devions avoir au début était très humide et le ménage pas super bien fait, on a changé par la suite, et après tout était très bien

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and the view is amazing. The breakfast is very nice and the villa includes a restaurant which serves very nice food in the evening.

The amazing view also means the location is not very central. With a taxi it takes about 10 minutes to drive up the hill, but you will be rewarded in the views.

I arrived at 5pm. When I got into my room on the second floor, the view was stunning -- full sunset with Mount Agung at the drop back. The bar provided good light food -- it was what I need most after the trekking in Rinjani Everyone has a big smile on the face :)

The poolside suite was perfect for us, comfortable bed and a couch to relax and watch TV at night. There's also a small bar fridge and a large water dispenser in the room. Obviously the view is incredible, so it's perfect to chill in/around the pool. Breakfast was good and the staff are all lovely. Great value for money.

The wifi could be a bit hit and miss sometimes but really only in the restaurant area. Otherwise everything was great.

Der Ausblick war zauberhaft schön und das Personal super freundlich. Der Pool ist richtig gut und im Restaurant nebenan gibt's super Essen (außer Montag, da ist es zu!). Wir konnten auch direkt vom Hotel einen Roller leihen. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung!

Wonderful stay at Villa Umbrella. Beautiful room, fabulous views, lovely swimming pool. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast included in room tariff.. Other meals were fine. It does help to have your own motor transport as the elevated site means that visiting away from the resort is not feasible on foot.

Beautiful spot with comfortable room and cool pool. Attached to the villa sits Zanzibar. A nice bar for you food and drinks while watching the sunset. I stayed for a week and never went went down. It was too easy to sit and relax.

Everything, staff were great. The rooms were large, clean with good linen. Breakfast was excellent. The pictures in the ad don’t do the view justice. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever visited.
