Close to a supermarket only few steps away. Location is great. The staff were excellent and very helpful one of the best and most knowledgable receptionists i have ever encountered.

The hotel is rundown and needs a thorough clean. Mattresses are old you can feel the strings. Breakfast is fair and my least favourite among the other hotels i have stayed in.

I loved the location and the kindness of the staff, who shared amazing tips and recommendations with me. As safety was important to me, especially on my first solo holiday, I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay..

Netter Frühstücksraum, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre auch für einen Aperitiv! Das Geschenk der Wasserflaschen und jederzeit koszenloses gekühltes Sprudelwasser war toll! Die nahe Lage zum Strand perfekt!

Doe Aussicht von unserem Zimmer war nicht so toll! Aber für eine Städtereise ok!

The location was great, as it was two blocks away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The held our luggage because we came before the check-in time, and they also held our luggage after we checked out because we had about 5 hours before our flight. The hotel room was very clean, and the room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Espaço do quarto porque nos fizeram um upgrade para uma suite com varanda. Limpeza boa. Localização muito perto da praia e com vários restaurantes perto. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o serviço de café, chá e água grátis é um detalhe de serviço muito agradável.

O colchão do sofá cama era duro e a varanda não era agradável.

The Jay Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel, beautifully decorated with very friendly staff. I'd thoroughly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere with a bit of character and away from the busiest parts of Nice (although the walk to the Old Town is only 30 mins). The hotel is also only a 5 mins walk from the beach and a 7 mins walk from the nearest tram stop for the airport.

La ubicación, el desayuno, la amabilidad del personal destacamos a Liliana.

El baño era muy pequeño y los artículos de tocador escasos y de mala calidad. El equipamiento audiovisual es muy viejo los led no son smarts lo que no sf corresponde con el precio y la categoría del hotel.

O hotel é um verdadeiro tesouro. Instalações novas e bem equipadas com tudo que precisamos. Funcionários maravilhosos, em especial o Alan. Quartos muito confortáveis. Ótimo café da manhã. Localização perfeita, a três curtos quarteirões da praia. Muita opção de restaurantes próximos. Hotel fornece água no hall, café, chocolate e cappuccino, além de guarda-sol e toalhas de praia.

Gostei de tudo, nada a observar.

Sehr kleine Zimmer, etwas laut in der Nacht.

The staff is really friendly, warm, welcoming and willing to help.

The rooms were extremely dirty. First and foremost we found pieces of broken glass on the floor from the previous person that stayed in the room when we arrived. Also, the towels that we were given had black spots on them. The walls had dust on them, the spoons and forks in our kitchen were dirty. The experience was unpleasant and really noticeable from the moment we entered the room. It was not what someone would expect from a 4* hotel, at all.

Me gustó el estilo del hotel, la decoración, la amplitud de la habitación, tienen té y café de cortesía las aveces y a la hora que quieras, te afrecen botellas de agua para que lleves a tu habitación, buen desayuno buffet. A dos cuadras de la playa en, muy buen ubicado. Te dejan chocolates en la habitación, nota escrita a mano de bienvenida.

Alain at the front desk was lovely, made us very welcome. The rooms were very generous with our two kids, a door to separate us to them if wanted, separate toilet to shower too. Water available still and sparkling at reception was great during these summer days. Also vouchers to beach clubs! Amazing!

Service av personal i resepsjonen og beliggenheten. Aircondition var god, men den bråkte veldig mye.

Fryktelig lite trangt rom, veldig gammelt. Vond seng og vond pute. Lydisolering var ikke god, hadde heldigvis "sov i ro" med meg. Frokosten var veldig enkel.

Krásný pokoj v hotelu v pěkné části města, veliká koupelna, vybavená kuchyňka, opravdu pohodlná postel, klid (žádný kravál uprostřed noci atd), výborné snídaně, milý personál

Není nic, co bych vytkla (jen v koupelně není zvětšovací zrcadlo). Pobyt byl perfektní.

Limited air con and the way it was set up for my particular room meant I found the room hot. Requested an iron/ironing board to be provided as wasn't standard issue but never arrived. Coffee and tea making facilities provided but no coffee or tea.

Просто шикарное расположение. Море близко, любые кафе, рестораны вокруг. 7 минут пешком и ты в центре. Очень добрый и корректный персонал.

В целом, проживанием очень довольна. Из мелких нюансов: местами покрытие пола в углах требует чуть более тщательной уборки и кое-где заметно, что косметический ремонт пора бы обновить (обои отходят от стены). На общее впечатление не повлияло, но было бы здорово исправить.

The location of the hotel was just perfect. I could reach the train station and the seaside within a short walk. I loved the view of the room a lot. The breakfast was very good, and the personnel was very polite with great hospitality. I also liked the free water facility.

A pair of slippers would be a good addition for the room, but there were no downsides other than that.

This is a lovely hotel, where you feel welcomed and cared for as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are lovely, the team are very friendly and informative and the location is perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

I prefer to have a walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath - so that is the only thing I would change in the room we were in - not an issue - just personal preference.

Only complaint is the mattress was a little too firm for our liking.

We are a family of four with 2 teenagers and stayed in a room with a sofa bed and a doubled that worked good for us. The room had a small kitchen that was good since we opted to get/make our own breakfast and also the fridge allowed for snacks and foods to be bought/kept. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed ok. Bathroom clean although a bit outdated perhaps. The room was not very soundproof so there was quite a lot of noice from the corridor/other rooms. In general, the room was very nice but the hotel lobby and stairs/elevator a bit outdated. There was free coffee and filtered water all day which was nice. The personnel were very nice. The hotel is located perfectly just a few blocks from the beach and meny nice boulangeries and restaurants just around the corner. Also a small grocery store on the next block.

The lobby, elevator and stairs (carpet) seem a bit outdated. The rooms were not that soundproof but the neighborhood quite peaceful and other hotel guests as well so this was mostly a problem when wanting to sleep in.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Location great, i prefer being on the edge of the main town but its close enough to walk. I always stay here, great restaurants and cafes near by

I knew before I booked that there wasn’t a walk-in shower but if there were it would make the hotel excellent!

Perfectly positioned within 10 minutes of the tram and train station, and 5 minutes from the beach. Staff were polite and helpful, the room itself was spacious and comfortable!

Breakfast could be a little more varied, but for the price point it was certainly good enough for us for a few days!
