Le Riviera Collection, Signature Collection by Best Western

The location, the decor, the beds and restrooms were all exceptional

We loved everything

Nice and clean hotel. The staff all are cooperative and friendly. They also upgraded me to junior suite

The price was little high maybe because the Ironman event

L’attention l’accueil

Great location to explore the city. Very clean and a great breakfast

The bedroom was very small. Not 4star accommodation.

We had a great stay! The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming — David and the girls were all lovely, smiling and very helpful. Communication was excellent. The hotel was very clean, had a great vibe and the location was perfect — very close to the train station and easy to reach from the airport by tram. We also felt very safe. We had a late flight and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out without any problem.

No negatives really — we’d happily stay here again!

Amazing location - short walk to the Plage De L'Anglais and all the beach clubs. Staff are wonderful - very helpful & accommodating.

Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Team We had a wonderful stay at Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection by Best Western. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. What truly made our experience special was the amazing team. A very special thank you to Beatrice and David, who were absolutely outstanding. Their warmth, professionalism, kindness, and personal attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They truly went above and beyond. Many thanks also to Claudia, who was wonderful and welcoming, and to Benjamin, the night receptionist, who warmly welcomed us after a long and exhausting flight and made our late-night arrival smooth and comfortable. A fantastic team, a very clean and comfortable hotel, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended — we would happily return!

Delightful boutique hotel with exceptional staff

Super mooi, schoon en fijn hotel! Personeel is ontzettend aardig! Echt een top ervaring!

The hotel was clean, the room compact but had everything needed. Wardrobe, fridge, and lovely large shower. Great view and balcony. Very close to one tram line and about 8 mins to the other.

Nothing!

The location was great and the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Nothing

.

Todella siisti hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ja kiitos mainioista aamiaisista!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff! Beautiful decor, and also a good breakfast.

The rooms are quite tiny, but that is to be expected from European hotels

the warm welcome and the lovely room

tv channels and bar

Stylish. Welcome gift. Staff showed us to room and were very kind and helpful. Comfy bed with very nice view. Good location. Coffee machine in room with new capsules everyday.

Shower was small. Not a lot of space to put things on. Cleaner walked into room without knocking. Have read this happened in other reviews.

Posizione vicina stazione centrale ma sicura. Vicina anche alla promenade des anglais. E all'albergo Le Negresco. Zona tranquilla.

The property is conveniently close to many good restaurants and grocery stores. Love the decor of the reception and breakfast area. Our room on 3rd floor is small but has a balcony which overlooks the streets. Espresso machine in the room. The shower has good pressure, and I love the amenities. Breakfast was adequate with options.

It’s a bit pricey but understandable given the summer season.

An incredibly pleasant and cozy hotel with wonderful staff.

The breakfasts were monotonous and by 9 am they were already cold.

Great location, friendly staff, Clean rooms. Fun elevator

Hotel very well located, comfortable rooms

Quality of breakfast can be improved, specially on the variety

Room wit the balcony, location not too far from beach.

Limoted choices for breakfast.

L emplacement

We loved everything about our stay here. The hotel was spotless, and you honestly can’t beat the location. We walked right into Old Town with ease, and getting to the train station for our day trips up to Cannes and Monaco was a total breeze. The staff completely blew us away with their hospitality. A massive shoutout to David, who went out of his way to take care of us the second we walked through the door. He managed to get us into our room for an early check-in and even surprised us with an upgrade! David and the rest of the team made our entire trip so seamless and welcoming. We’ll definitely be staying here again

All of it,

None

Breakfast were always good and the location is central

Keep up the standard

Really lovely aesthetic as reflected in the photos. The room was small, but comfortable. It was a really lovely area of town to stay in, despite not being fully in the mix. I would definitely book again. Cleaning staff was really great each day in our room, as was everyone at the front desk.

Showerhead placement- the whole floor would get soaked because of the shower format. If possible, it would be helpful to put the showerhead in the opposite corner! We figured it out by the end even and it wasn't a huge deal.

Everything was amazing! The staff welcomed us with wine in the room. We also got upgraded to king bed with balcony. The location is perfect near the train station. The staff is really helpful. overall it was a very positive environment

The breakfast was good but I wish there was a bit more variety.

Ilmanvaihto huoneessa huono. Vaati parvekkeen oven aukipitoa. WC puhallin toimi ajoittaisesti ja ilm. ajastinkello sekaisin.

Great location

Rooms small

Skønt

Boa localização! Confortável

Location excellent. Handy for beach, old town and train station. Staff friendly and helpful. Room impeccably clean.

Only small things: Coffee pods were not replaced daily and safe too small for an iPad.

Lovely room with a balcony. Excellent location and excellent staff - extremely friendly and were more than happy to answer all of our questions. Special mention for David - who was exceptionally helpful 😃

Everything except the breakfast

The breakfast had to few options

Very nice hotel close to all facilities in Nice. Room is spacey enough for a family with one child

Allt!

The rooms were clean. Nice location .

N/A

Clean bright rooms and exceptional service by staff

Nagyon kedves a személyzet. A reggeli finom, friss. A tengerparttól 10 perces séta, a vonatállomás és a villamos 5-6 perc. Egész napos séta utánra, megfelelő a szállás. Kényelmes ágy, egy kis erkély. Kávékapszula bekészítés.

Property was good.

Clean , modern rooms . Good location.

The tall gentleman on reception was quite rude when I asked for an extra English breakfast teabag for our room because none were left there in the morning, only herbal teabags. He said that I would have to pay for them! Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel at all.

The hotel was adequate. The bedroom and bathroom were recently decorated and fresh and also very clean. It had a safe, kettle and fridge. The staff were very professional.

We didn’t feel it was 4 star standard. No foyer, no restaurant or bar area and only one chair in the bedroom so basically it lacked any form of comfort. While there was the breakfast area in reception it was not inviting and during our entire stay didn’t see it in use outside breakfast time.

Location of the property

Very poor service . The air con was leaking water and hence unable to sleep No coffee or tea replacement / no milk or sugar replaced ( inspite of repeated requests ) No shower gel ( inspite of asking multiple times

Sehr freundlich, sauber, gutes Frühstück, liebes Hotel

Sehr kleine Zimmer, Kleiderschrank winzig. Max.

Only has street parking.

Everything was great.

All was good

niente

Good location, close to Promenade des Anglais and to Nice Centre train station. Walking distance to Avenue Jean Medecin. Good food.

Would recommend to offer transfer option from the airport to the hotel

It was clean with nice interior. The breakfast and stuff are perfect!

There’s no place for suitcases in the room

RAS.

Excellent accueil, emplacement, confort

L’accueil et l’emplacement

Rien

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Riviera and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the main train station and very convenient for the tram line directly from the airport, which made getting around incredibly easy. The rooms are fabulous: beautifully presented, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Because we had stayed previously, they very kindly upgraded our room, which was such a lovely touch. They also allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service in a perfect location. We will absolutely return the next time we visit Nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing not to like

Séjour agréable dans cet établissement.Belle décoration. Personnel tres accueillant, hôtel bien situé, jolie chambre. Petit dejeuner conforme à nos attentes.
