Za cenu 1000€ na dve noci by sme čakali oveľa viac. Personál bol fajn aj atmosféra hotela, ale samotná izba nezodpovedala mojim predstavám ani potrebám.

Our room was dreadful. Noisy especially as the air conditioning units for the hotel were outside our window. Certainly not value for money. Also the inability of your breakfast staff to allow us to view the Ironman from the restaurant area even though Olga tried so hard.

Friendly staff, beautiful room, location was perfect

quand on réserve une chambre à près de 500€ la nuit , on a le droit de savoir à l'avance que la chambre donne ....sur un mur aveugle . La déception est immense dans un établissement qui donne sur la promenade des Anglais et la Méditerranée ! Évidemment je n'aurais pas fait la réservation . Pour être complet , à noter l'attention délicate de la manager qui m'a fait porter une bouteille de champagne dans la chambre pour atténuer ma surprise et mon désagrément .

The location was good as it was only one night prior to a cruise from Monaco.

The room was small but we deliberately booked it due to the fact we were only there for a few hours, ie just to sleep.

In garden , faces to sea. Full variety.

Our experience regarding dinner in the hotel restaurant was awful, to the extent that we left without ordering anything. The hotel provides free WiFi and that's fine but the speed of the internet connection is totally unacceptable for this standard of hotel - to all intents and purposes it is unusable.

Hotel po mału nadaje się do remontu, niezbyt przyjemny zapach w pokoju. Pokoje urządzone w starym stylu. Śniadanie mogłoby być lepsze.

The property is in an ideal location to explore Nice, access the beach, trams to the airport and trains along the coast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Having inclusive breakfast was good and there is sufficient choice. The room we had faced on to the side avoiding noise from the busy main road. Comfortable bed and quieter room allowed for better sleep.

The privilege room has an awkward layout and feels cramped. The safe is on the floor inside the wardrobe which is quite awkward. The rooms feel dated.

The building looks great, good location!

The Hotel is outdated, our room had an unpleasant smell when the ac was on. The bathroom needs refurbishing. The Hotel itself is not worth the money.

Hot rooms, need updating, old old everything, breakfast ok. There is so much the staff can do when facility is so old, some guest turned on the coffee/ tea maker in their room and the whole floor lost electricity- it’s that old. We got 3 fans bright up to our room, and it was still very hot and uncomfortable!

A good neat and clean hotel with good location

The old man at concierge was trying to be little tricky while fetching a taxi for us on our way back. Ultimately even after more than half an hour of his tricks and calls no taxi arrived and we were getting late for train called uber myself. Thanks God didn't miss train for Milan

We had 11 nights in our favourite hotel it was fabulous a sea view room with an incredible view of the promenade. It was kept spotless. Staff here can’t do enough to ensure your stay is relaxed. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with welcoming staff.we also love the restaurant again the staff are amazing. This is as always our second home it’s home from home thank you all so much we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Nice Love from the Shiltons

Dobre śniadania (choć np jajecznica taka breja , leżąca w bemarze - to mogliby poprawić jakiś mały live coocking czy coś żeby to było smaczne po prostu ) . Reszta super , piękne wnętrza , secesja, hotel z duszą ale też pokoje są nowoczesne jak jak za Ludwika XVI :) super pogoda hotel przy samej plaży , zniżka na leżaki (64 eur za komplet za dzień ) . Super wypoczynek . Obiekt w sezonie dość drogi - szczególnie właśnie apartamenty czy suity , ale też to nie jest miejsce gdzie ktoś wpada przypadkowo , aha - super restauracja , manager i wogole pracownicy extra a jedzenie - bajka. Chatobriao z polędwicy : poezja ! Pozdrawiamy Was raz jeszcze !☺️🫶

Nie działał mini bar przez jeden dzień (lodówka nie działała ) ale hotel zareagował sprawnie i grzecznie . Lodówkę wymieniono

Breakfast and location was amazing!

Bathroom was extremely small. me is 1.60, my husband 1.80.. even for me I had to sit sideways, it wasn't comfortable when you pay more than 300e per night.

Мы столкнулись с отвратительным отношением и грубостью официанта в ресторане отеля. На ресепшен был отличный персонал. Кондиционер не справлялся тк номер на 6 этаже и скорее всего крыша нагревалась за день и это давало сильный жар в номер. Кондиционер шумел. 2 ночи не спали. Белье не пахнет свежестью. На нем спать неприятно. Вода работала с перебоями. Полотенце сушитель работал с перебоями. Низкого качества тапочки в номере. Есть шампунь, но не предлагается кондиционер. На балконе никто не прибирает птичий помет. Цена - качество = МАКСИМАЛЬНОЕ НЕСООТВЕТСтвие. Я бы никогда не вернулась в этот отель. Думаю на береговой линии есть за такие деньги варианты лучше.

Camera cu vedere pe spate, aproape de un generator foarte mare cu un zgomot insuportabil. Micul dejun poate fi imbunatatit pentru un hotel de 4 stele din Nisa.

I was genuinely shocked by the condition of this hotel. We paid approximately €1,400 for three nights, and what we received was a room that had clearly not been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival. The floor had not been vacuumed, and there was visible dust everywhere. Two weeks before arrival, I had specifically requested two separate beds. Instead, the beds had been pushed together and prepared as one. Reception promised to send someone to fix it. After waiting for about an hour, nobody came, so I eventually decided to separate and remake the beds myself. That was when I discovered something far worse: after removing the bedding, I saw that the fitted sheet underneath was visibly dirty and appeared not to have been changed after the previous guests. Not changing bed linen between guests is, in my opinion, one of the most unacceptable hygiene failures a hotel can make. This alone was shocking. There were also no basic bathroom amenities such as hair conditioner and shower gel in the room. Once again, I had to call reception and ask for them, after which they were finally delivered. Why should a guest at this price level have to chase the hotel for such basic items? Is this really where the hotel is trying to save money? For me, good service is service you barely notice. When I come to a hotel to relax, I do not want to spend my stay calling reception, waiting for staff, reminding people to prepare the room properly, or asking for basic toiletries that should already be there. A well-run hotel anticipates these things before the guest has to ask. The final shock was outside the room. In the corridor, directly near the guest rooms, there was a used tampon lying on the floor. It remained there for hours, with nobody from housekeeping apparently noticing or bothering to remove it. Unfortunately, the same attitude was noticeable in the restaurant. The food itself was quite good, but the service was extremely poor.

Camere non insonorizzate rispetto alle camere adiacenti. Wi-Fi scarsa. Parcheggio prenotato prima dell’arrivo ma non ti avvisano che se la macchina è un po’ alta non entra nel garage convenzionato adiacente all’hotel. E sono impreparati a consigliarti una soluzione. Basterebbe avvisare prima, così ti organizzi da solo per tempo, e non all’arrivo. Da un hotel così non te lo aspetti.

Un albergo elegante, pulito, attento ai dettagli, ottima la posizione rispetto al centro di Nizza e di fronte al mare con la possibilità di andare sia al beach club convenzionato che alla spiaggia libera

Отличный исторический отель в отличном состоянии, хороший завтрак и ресторан для ужина. Угловой номер на 5 этаже дал великолепный обзор Ниццы с видом на море, всю Английскую набережную, Негреско и музей Массена. Все великолепно! Останавливались здесь уже 2 раз и будем останавливаться дальше.

Замечаний нет.

Location is very convenient. Quiet, decent state (slightly oldish but it has it charm). Great restaurant close by. Parking outside so keep this in mind.

Uneven staff quality and those with Cyrillic obvious skillset which seems to be the majority do not belong to the helpful/friendly capabilities.

Gutes Frühstück, schönes Hotel, gute Lage

Ein Punkt, der unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt hat, war der Umgang an der Rezeption. Wir empfanden das Personal teilweise als wenig freundlich und nicht besonders zuvorkommend. Zudem hatte man stellenweise den Eindruck, dass Gäste unterschiedlich behandelt wurden – abhängig davon, welchen Eindruck man hinsichtlich Auftreten oder finanzieller Möglichkeiten vermittelte. Diese Wahrnehmung war für uns leider unangenehm, da wir uns einen wertschätzenden und respektvollen Umgang mit allen Gästen wünschen würden.

Расположение отеля прямо на Английской набережной рядом с центром города. Прекрасное море, но имейте в виду, что вход в море - крупная галька, без специальных тапок очень болезненно.

Выезд до 11-00 застал врасплох. Моя ошибка, что не акцентировал на этом внимания при заселении. Пришлось спешно собираться. Завтрак хороший, но проходит на улице. В условиях жаркого лета это не очень комфортно.

Perfect location, right next to the Negresco Hotel. Beautiful view. Everything is close by. 10 minutes to the airport. Just a few steps to the beach. They cooperate with the Blue Beach Beach Club opposite, but you don't get many benefits, the prices are quite high. Rooms cleaned regularly. Breakfast good in a nice environment. There was enough of everything.

But there are many more negatives: The rooms and the whole hotel, which can be described as a historical building, is a bit worn. The ubiquitous carpets seem to be trying to cover up the shortcomings. The rooms are surprisingly very small and there is only a small wardrobe, where there is not enough space for even one guest. The bathroom is also small, but sufficient. At this price per night (we paid about €600/night), water could at least be free in the summer. There are many small damages in the room that spoil the overall impression. Upon arrival, there is a slight smell, it needs to be aired out. The maid even left us a spray to freshen the air. We were shocked by the dirt and mold around the air conditioning vents (see photo). The sea view becomes a disadvantage at night. There is lively traffic on the promenade and the adjacent roud even after midnight and it is impossible to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately, the air conditioning blows directly on our heads, we had to sleep the other way around. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it, for the money the hotel does not make sense :-(.

Location was great. Facilities were real nice. Breakfast was tasty and service was good.

Breakfast was pretty good but not great about saying if items were gluten free. They said there was beach access across the street but did not say it was $80 to reserve chairs each day until I asked. If we wanted to reserve chairs at the front desk of hotel - it was cash only. We asked for two twin beds but they gave us a room with them made together. Staff was not very friendly, not rude, just not friendly. There were major road closures the week we were there. It would have been nice for them to alert us ahead of time. Our taxi driver had to drop us off two blocks away which we had to walk with our luggage on a very hot day.

This property is beautiful and across the street from the sea. Rooms are well appointed and staff is excellent. Breakfast was wonderful.

We had a fantastic experience at the West End Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, with a unique historic character and an amazing location right on the Promenade des Anglais, within easy walking distance of the Old Town. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was of very good quality. One thing I would especially recommend to future guests is taking advantage of the guided tours offered by the hotel. They were an excellent way to discover Nice and the surrounding area, including places and paths that you might easily miss as a regular tourist. It made our experience much more special. A beautiful hotel, a fantastic location and genuinely warm service. We would definitely stay at the West End again and highly recommend it!

Die Lage war sehr schön,außerdem ein schönes altes Haus.

Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich es wurde nur einmal Obst gereicht dann wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt. Die Rühreir ließen zu wünschen übrig. Sie kochten in einem großen Topf vor sich hin. Außerdem waren sie aus der Packung und nicht frisch. Außerdem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, der war eigentlich nicht als Balkon zu bezeichnen. Es stand nur ein Stuhl darauf, und es konnte auch nur eine Person darauf sitzen. Wir waren da enttäuscht.
