Hotel Quirinale

Great location for us wanting to walk to the train station, and also just a quick walk into Monti. The room was great.

The hotel is a little tired and dated.

The stay was great and the staff were really good, the location was perfect to be able to walk around and explore most, if not all the parts of the city you would want to see.

The breakfast wasn't amazing but definitely not the worst breakfast I've had, and the 14:00 check-in wasn't ideal, I did try and request an earlier check-in but didn't hear back

I liked the old world charm of the hotel. The decor matched the period of the building. The location and proximity to the Metro was good. Close proximity laundromat facilities and supermarket was a plus.

Me gustó todo en general. Está a 5 minutos andando de termini, tiene muchas paradas de autobús en la misma calle, está 1,5 km del panteón, a 1,2 km de la Fontana di Trevi. Vamos, la ubicación perfecta. En recepción muy atentos. Los desayunos perfectos, la comida extensa y los camareros muy amables y atentos. En general, volvería a repetir si tengo que ir. Por poner un pero, nuestra habitación daba a la terraza y el primer día tenían un concierto y a las 11 noche se escuchaba la música, pero solo fue el primer día.

Aquí solo pondré que no me gustó la vuelta que tenías que dar desde el ascensor hasta nuestra habitación…. Jajajajajajaja

Location was convenient to all. The room was spacious with large Windows and high ceilings. Lots of original details. The garden was quiet and lovely for breakfast. Breakfast was included and was top notch.

Ίσως ήταν 4* κάποτε, τώρα σίγουρα όχι. Το a/c έκανε εκκωφαντικό θόρυβο, αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο, ζεστό και κρύο νερό εναλλάσσονταν μόνα τους, η θέα στον κήπο που φαίνεται σε όλα τα δωμάτια πριν πας είναι ο φωταγωγός αφού πας, οι συσκευασμένες παντόφλες φορεμένες!

نفسية الموظفين واسلوبهم ، لا توجد مرايا في الغرفة ، صوت الباركيه جدا مزعج ، لا يوجد احد يساعد في حمل الحقائب، طلبنا سريرين منفصلين جابوا سريرين لاصقين ببعض ولما كلمناهم يفصلونهم نفسيتهم موحلوة واكثر من مرة نكلمهم بالاخير جا عامل وفصلهم وكل يوم لمانرجع من الطلعة نلقاهم لاصقينهم وكذلك فطورهم عادي جدا

Conveniently located within a short walking distance to Termini Station. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Great breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options. Staff were efficient and always willing to assist. Hotel restaurant offers a great menu and live music most nights.

En términos generales, tuvimos una buena experiencia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, lo que resulta muy cómodo para visitar Roma, y tanto las zonas comunes como las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. El desayuno estaba bien, con una oferta bastante completa, aunque sin llegar a ser espectacular. La terraza es especialmente agradable y un espacio muy bonito para desayunar o tomar algo.

El principal punto negativo fue la insonorización de las habitaciones. Se escuchaba bastante el ruido procedente de otras habitaciones y, en particular, los ruidos de las habitaciones de arriba, lo que en algunos momentos resultó molesto, especialmente por la noche. Además, aunque el hotel está bien mantenido en general, algunas partes y elementos de las habitaciones se sienten un poco antiguos y podrían beneficiarse de una renovación.

The location of the hotel is so convenient, close to the train station and right in the centre of so many attractions within a walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ann at the reception she is an absolute gem so efficient and very helpful as our luggage were lost for the first 2 night. Breakfast is good, but cheese selection is too limited and not the best Italian quality. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are quite comfortable. However. The restaurant is very good with very efficient and pleasant staff. The garden is such a good place to sit and chill.

There was an unfortunate situation with a leakage in the bathroom that I reported that wasn't dealt with for a couple of days and developed into a bigger problem that we were moved to another room which took a few hours to arrange! That wasted time for us. I also suggest a pillow menu for more comfort. The noise from the room was too loud. However, when we moved to another room, it was so different and quiet.

Ubicación central, hotel amplio, desayuno completo. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y tenia espacio suficiente, camada cómoda y sin alfombra.

Habitaciónes antiguas, faltan enchufes, y el baño no tiene lugar para poner los artículos personales y la ducha del baño era muy pequeña e incomoda.

Es war alles sehr sauber, das Bett war bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super war auch die Verbindungstür zwischen meinem Zimmer und dem meiner Tochter.

Leider war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht, wie im Zimmer meiner Tochter, zu verstellen. 18 Grad sind auf Dauer etwas kühl.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and historic hotel. The building itself is very impressive — spacious, elegant and full of old-world charm. A special thank you to the hotel for upgrading our room. We originally booked a small room, but they kindly upgraded us to a Standard Room at no extra cost, which was a very nice surprise. The breakfast was good, and we especially loved the lovely terrace with live music — it created a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable. Of course, the hotel has a historic style, so the renovation and furniture are not modern, but we actually appreciated the character of the building. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely rate it as a solid 4/5.

There were a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness was okay, but I wouldn’t say the room was spotless — I would give it around 4/5 in terms of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Also, the walls are quite thin, so we could sometimes hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are several stairs inside the hotel. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, you may have to carry your bags up and down the stairs before reaching the elevator, and unfortunately, there was no assistance available with the luggage. Overall, these were the main points that could be improved.

I loved this hotel in the middle of Rome. It was very well priced for the quality of the rooms and the Hotel itself has old world charm and is very Roman in its decor. The rooms were large, spacious, airy & clean. Bathrooms were large and clean. Beds were large and relatively comfortable by Italian standards. Handy location to train station and metro station which are both in walking distance. Overall this was a gorgeous hotel, good value for money, lovely breakfast. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

There were stairs leading into the elevators and also throughout some of the hotel corridors so difficult to get luggage in and out.

It is honestly very hard to think of something positive about the place. The breakfast was nice i guess. The lady that checks you into breakfast was quite pleasant. Nice attitude for early in the morning.

The room was so tiny and the place is like a maze. So many twists and turns so imagine how crazy it is trying to find your room for the first time. The guy that checked us in was awful and not a great person to welcome us. Not so much as a smile so it was a very odd, unwelcoming experience and the doorman when we first arrived was absolutely useless. Just stood there looking at us while we hauled two suitcases and two carry ons through the revolving doors we later found out they can open up. Awful welcoming staff. Leaving, the other doorman was great and the front desk staff was okay aside from that one guy.

Breakfast exceptional, complimentary esspreso for breakfast was absolute bonus. Garden was so beautiful. Room small but bed was fantastic, very comfortable. View from the room - non-existent which was not a big deal.

I wish we had room with a bit better view. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Hotel decoration was outstanding. Our favorite was still the garden.

Lovely hotel, reception staff a little 'cool'. no smiles or welcome when we arrived. Everything was fine but we found it a little difficult to get a drink, as the actual bar was never staffed. You had to go to the restaurant in the courtyard to find somebody to get you a drink, or sit in the restaurant where everyone else was eating to have a drink before retiring. A little inconvenient but nice hotel.

There were several issues with our room allocation. We booked 5 rooms, but 2 of the rooms were accessible rooms, which we did not need. We asked to change them, as one of our guests was a larger person and would not have been able to comfortably use the very small shower. We expected more attention and sensitivity from the hotel staff in this situation. Instead, we felt as if changing the room was a favor. In the end, we were moved to a smaller room with a very small shower and less comfort. We had to make room changes between ourselves to make things work for our group. Unfortunately, we did not receive any price difference or compensation for the room changes.

Breakfast was not too much to my liking… the scrambled eggs were barely cooked I asked where the boiled eggs were and she mentioned you have to pay for boiled eggs 😳 Also I can’t understand your in Italy and the cappuccino came from a machine .

Very well located to visit a lot of famous places in Rome.

Air conditioning was not working well in my room. I reported it a couple times, and I don’t thin the hotel did anything to fix it. The room got very hot at times.

The location was great, we were able to walk to all the main attractions from the hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old and dated, it was comfortable.

Overall it needs updating. Breakfast was good variety, but we have people smoke on the balcony areas, during breakfast. This should just not be allowed.

التكييف سيء جدا / البوفيه غير متنوع / لا يقدمون الماء بالمجان فقط اول ليلة اماً باقي الليالي فيجب ان تدفع المال / قامو بحجز اول مبلغ لليلة الاولى ثم عند الوصول قامو بأخذ المبلغ الكامل مع مبلغ الحجز لليلة الاولى فأصبح هناك خلل بالميزانية سياسة غريبة والموظف يقول سنقوم بإرجاع المبلغ خلال 15 يوم !!!!! هل يعقل انك تاخذ مبلغ زياده ثم تقول إننا سنرجع المبلغ في وقت لاحق تصرف غريب

It’s amazing old structures, near all the attractions mostly walking distance. Near the Metro and buses, Lots of good restaurants. Cleanliness, amazing garden and lobby.

The guy in the reception was not friendly at all, a bit rude when i queried regarding the reservation refund. The rest of the staffs were wonderful and courteous.
