Exe International Palace

It was close to everything.

Had a hard time working air conditioner until we had one of the staff members to help us with it. Another thing was tin was very slippery to get in to take a shower.

Staff was helpful and location was great. Also breakfast buffet was delicious

Nothing

Aria condizionata rumorosa

Air conditioning was not great

Temizlik personeli ve resepsiyondakiler güler yüzlüydü.

Tuvalat kapısı kapanmıyordu.Girişte verdikleri kart çalışmıyordu her gün resepsiyona tekrar uğradık.

We were upgraded to an amazing room for our one night and truly enjoyed the experience. Amazing location (right in the heart of Rome). Amazing staff and very helpful in so many ways.

The hôtel is in the city center

It’s not really luxury. Staff were not smiling at all.

Habitación pequeña aire acondicionado insuficiente olor a humedad alfombras viejas y sucias bañera con desgue tapado

Schone ruime kamers en ligging goed t.o.v. metro en bezienswaardigheden en zeer uitgebreid goed ontbijt.

Geen opmerkingen

It was as expected. Breakfast is available. The hotel location is very convenient. Service was great.

This might be just me but the AC didn't get very cold. But to be fair, this is the same issue in all the hotels I've stayed in in Italy.

Clean and comfortable and close to all attractions

Great location and easy to find, staff was friendly.

Small shower

small and old style. needs revamping totally

Location

The response from the staff was unexceptable and the facilities was poor especially the aircon wasn't cold and couldn't be adjusted as the weather was scorching hot.

excelente ubicacion

todo bien

Ubicacion

The location is perfect, close to most important things that everyome should see

AC is not good at all especially during noon time, they need to improve the service

Café da manhã é tamanho do quarto

Estava parcialmente em reforma

Erről a szállasról szinte csak jó dolgok mondhatóak el: nagyon kedves szemelyzet, finom bőséges reggeli, tiszta lakosztály jellegű szobák, jól működő klíma, központi helyen: a szálloda előtt áll meg a helyi busz. Csendes, a szálloda az egyedi igényeinknek maradéktalanul eleget tett. A foglaláskor szinte pillanatok múlva felvették velünk a kapcsolatot.

Location. Kind of. Very busy locale.

A queen garden room view was really a king, in an L shaped room overlooking a tiny 🟥 where odd items were put. Boxes in on sides and a view of the building/wing opposite. Bathroom was very updated

Location

The hallway smelled like horses. Very run down and elevators very small

Clean and tidy hotel, good location near Repubblica and Termin metro. Helpful staff.

No coffe snacks etc available between breakfast and dinner, so you have to go out. No kettle in the room to make tea.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff The accommodation is easily reachable on foot from central train station. A bus stops right infront of the door

Location

A bar/cafe open during the day

Location of the hotel is great and you can walk to all the main sites. The front desk staff are all friendly and very helpful.

The public areas and rooms are in need of a renovation. They are quite tired and dated.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal.

Veľmi dobrá poloha hotela. Super raňajky.

Shower in our room was too small even for a single person

The location and wifi.

Rooms definitely don't appear as in photo's. Bed uncomfortable. No space for suitcases.

I had had a wonderful stay at Exe International Palace! The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and cleaned every day, and the air conditioning was a great plus. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The location is excellent—close to the Colosseum and many other attractions in the city center. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the staff is amazing, the location is prime

Air Conditioning need to be replaced, the rooms it has to be refurbished

Good location, walkable distance for most of the attractions. Breakfast was amazing, lot of options.

Romada gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafede harika konumu var

Bel Emplacement.

Location perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Room ok as Air Con was not working properly.

Room was hot.

Bueno

Vieja

the location of the hotel

the corridors carpet was average and hot for not having aircondition

Location were great and so were staff

Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner

location of the hotel which is nearby good restaurants and close to all site seeing places

Great location to access everything Staff very helpful We were in a junior suite and had everything we needed

I liked the staff, the room, the breakfast and the overall service. Everyone was very nice, helpful and serviceminded.

Nothing

Beliggenhet

Dårlig ac. Det var altfor varmt på rommet. Over 30 grader

Posizione ottima in centro Roma. Camera e hotel piulito e tranquillo.

Limpeza do quarto, excelente.

Very old property. Room lacks a lot of basics.

View

Nothing

Amazing decor at the entrance to Reception. The historical building has been well renovated with modern amenities. Breakfast is very good. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

No food or beverage available between breakfast and dinner at 7pm. In the middle of a heat wave, no complimentary water was supplied in the mini fridge.

Everything was good

Excellent location , staff were very helpful throughout our stay . Comfy very large bed , plenty storage . Spacious room . Very clean . Staff are doing a great job , they need renovations to hotel to match their efforts and worth .

some parts are tired and hotel needs investment. Hotel needs major renovations
