Nous avons loué un bungalow et une petite rénovation serait nécessaire.

Sin duda alguna lo mejor es la amabilidad de sus trabajadores. Te hacen sentir muy atendido en todo momento. Fue el cumpleños de mi pareja y nos decoraron la habitación super bonita y un pastel de frutas en el desayuno! Además la comida muy buena, incluso te dan 10 minutos de masaje gratis y te llevan al puerto en moto con el equipaje el día de salida, ya que con el calor puede hacerse bastante pesado el trayecto.

Generell schöne Anlage und großes Zimmer. Personal freundlich und es gab eine gratis 10 Minuten Massage zur Begrüßung. Tolle Location, um ganztägig direkt vor dem Hotelstrand zu schnorcheln, wir haben dort einige Schildkröten gesehen. Frühstück direkt am Strand.

Strand und Restaurant sind etwas ungepflegt. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Pool ist viel zu warm. Auch das Frühstück ist, verglichen mit anderen in der Region, nicht so gut und liebevoll angerichtet.

The position exactly at turtle point. Every day we saw turtles and is possible to have a very nice snorkeling. Breackfast was good staff very kind. We tried 3 different rooms and all of them were nice.

The restaurant compared to some restaurants of very close resort is not fantastic. Dinner also very slow

Lo que más me gustó fue que estaba en la zona de playa donde se podían ver muchas tortugas y el snorkel era precioso. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien y el personal muy agradable.

Lo que no me gustó es que las camas eran incómodas. Muy duras y se clavaban los muelles.

Las instalaciones por fuera están bastante bien, tuvimos mala suerte porque habían cortes de electricidad los días que estuvimos en la isla y aunque el hotel dispone de generador, tienen que hacer paradas cada cierto tiempo para no sobrecalentar el sistema. Tienen piscina y la ubicación es muy buena.

Aunque a primera vista parecia que estaba bastante limpio, cuando prestabas un poco más de atención te dabas cuenta que debería mejorar el nivel de limpieza.

Die Mitarbeiten waren sehr freundlich und es gab die Möglichkeit, Schnorchel usw. auszuleihen.

Das Zimmer und vor allem das angrenzende Outdoor-Badezimmer schien schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und machte eher einen herunter gekommenen Eindruck. Zudem war der Raum feucht (evtl. Schimmelgeruch).

Posizione fantastica, staff gentilissimo, possibilità di prendere biciclette o scooter. Stanze pulite con climatizzatore perfetto. Spiaggia più bella dell’isola. Cibo molto buono.

La palestra lascia un po a desiderare e ogni tanto va via la corrente.

L’emplacement avec le petit déjeuner très bon les pieds dans le sable face au spot où l’on peut voir des tortues. La gentillesse de l’équipe. Les petites attentions (jus d’accueil offert, snacks dans la chambre ….)

Manque de prises électrique dans la chambre : une seule à relier à une multi prise.

Posizione eccellente e ottime colazioni con una vista impareggiabile. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno davvero coccolati e fatti sentire a casa. I servizi sono tantissimi e tutti molto validi. Plus della struttura—> alle 11.30 se non sono assonnate si possono vedere le tartarughine anziane che vengono a mangiare, top!

Upealla paikalla aivan rannalla. Bungalow oli siisti ja siellä oli hyvä nukkua. Sänky erittäin hyvä. Ilmanvaihto toimi hyvin. Ääniä ei huoneeseen kuulunut. Gekko asusteli ulkokylpyhyuoneen puolella kuten kuuluukin.

Ranta oli julkinen ja välillä aurinkotuoleilla oli ruuhkaa jollet ollut varannut tarpeeksi ajoissa aamulla. Tilaa oli kuitenkin hyvin paljon! Tarjoilijoilla ajoittain hieman hässäkkää tilauksien suhteen, mutta pääosin kaikki meni kuten piti.

Location is great! A snorkeling point just in front. Sunrise was beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly.

PLEASE READ. The room and facilities (swimming pool) were dirty. Water was murky. Curtains, sheets and shower were visibly dirty. The rooms are old… and need a revamp. During my sleep, I was eaten alive by bed bugs or Beatles all over my body. I tried to put another sheet under but it didn’t work. I ended up having a very bed skin reaction from it and one of my bites got extremely infected. You could see the sheets were not washed properly. We also had issues with the hot water. If too many people were using at the hotel, you would get none. I would not stat here again. Not even for free.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und super direkt am Pool und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Preis - Leistung war top! Die Lage direkt am Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gefühlt war es das beste Hotel auf Gili Air.

L’hôtel est situé en face de la meilleur plage de l’île pour faire du snorkeling ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent. L’hôtel dispose de transat également sur la plage. Le personnel est très accueillant ! Vous pouvez louer des scooter directement a l’hôtel.

Nous avons eu quelques coupures d’électricité au début mais rien de bien méchant, le problème a rapidement été résolu.

Het personeel was professioneel en heel behulpzaam! We hebben een prachtige ervaring gehad bij dit hotel. Wij raden dit hotel ten zeerste aan. Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie, rustig en extreem mooi. Het restaurant is voortreffelijk zowel het ontbijt als diner, kortom beste hotel van gili air! Alles was ook nog eens halal!!!

Er was geen warm water in de douche.

Super nettes Personal, bei der Abreise haben sie mich mit Gepäck und Roller bis zum Hafen gebracht und mir geholfen dort das richtige Boot zu bekommen. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Meer. "Blick auf das Meer" ja hat man, aber dazwischen liegt dann noch die "Straße". Dort am Restaurant kann man sehr gut entspannen. Die Unterkunft liegt auf der Sonnenaufgangsseite (August), der Sonnenaufgang war wirklich unglaublich mit Blick auf Lombok und Mount Rinjani.

La salle de bain qui mériterait d'être rafraîchie.

La posizione ottima, lontana dal porto e dai ristoranti ma perfetta per il mare. La struttura offre dei lettini sulla spiaggia e per arrivarci devi solo attraversare la strada. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Ottima colazione, molto varia e buona!

La pulizia migliorabile. Qualità del cibo nel ristorante migliorabile. Umidità altissima in bagno, puzzava di umido.

Right opposite where you snorkel to swim with lots of turtles fish and coral. Breakfast right on the beach with beautiful sunrise view of rinjani. Staff lovely and friendly.

Wij hadden 2 kamers naast elkaar vlak bij het zwembad. Kamers zijn voorzien van een koelkast gevuld met water en stonden snacks klaar.en koffie en alles werd iedere dag aangevuld. Ontbijt meest uitgebreid van onze reis. Voor het hotel liggen de schilpadden te grazen. Nu alleen 4 dagen ook kleine kwallen die vervelende steken gaven. Dit zal een momentopname zijn. Hotwl hielp goed met regelen van teansport en tours. Wij komen graag nog eens terug

Je hebt niet heel veel warm water. Douche is fijn voor even.

Traumhafte Lage: Das Hotel liegt direkt quasi am Strand, man muss nur über den Weg gehen. Gepflegte Anlage & Sauberkeit: Die Außenbereiche wirken gepflegt, die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Tolles Personal: Das Team war absolut super, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Was hier schon als „in die Jahre gekommen“ beschrieben wurde, lässt sich gut spezifizieren: Ohne laufende Klimaanlage roch der Bungalow sehr modrig. Schubladen schließen nicht richtig, der Safe funktionierte nicht, es gab nur eine Mehrfachsteckdose (keine feste Steckdose), die Zimmertüren liefen nicht richtig in den Schienen und ließen sich schwer abschließen. Wasserhahn und Waschbecken waren locker, in der Dusche war eine Steinplatte abgebrochen, an Wänden und Türen waren falsche/alte Bohrlöcher sichtbar. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und das Frühstück war auch eher enttäuschend. Abends dringen Livemusik und Straßengeräusche laut ins Zimmer (nachts ist es aber ruhig und man hört das Meeresrauschen).

Excellent hotel! We had such an amazing experience here. We arrived to the hotel after a walk from the port in the heat and were greeted with a cold towel each which was a life saver. We were then given the choice of a complementary fresh juice each whilst we waited for our room. We stayed in a bungalow which was amazing. The restaurant is directly on the beach which has a perfect view of the sunrise and it is only around a 10 minute walk to beach bars for sunset in the evening. You can also snorkel straight off the beach whete there is amazing coral, turtles and a lot of fish (especially after sunrise). Breakfast was also very good and all the staff are really friendly and helpful, the lovely lady at reception helped us with tours and a boat to Gili Air and they also took us with our bags to the port after we checked out. Overall, a 10/10 experience, could not recommend highly enough.

The only slight negative was that the room is quite dark and some of the lights didn't work very well.

Struttura fronte mare (bellissimo)con piscina e palestra. In spiaggia gli ospiti hanno ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti ed è in spiaggia che si fa colazione, sempre molto abbondante. Le camere sono spaziose e giornalmente vengono rifornite di acqua e snacks. È possibile noleggiare biciclette, c’è il servizio lavanderia e spa. Personale sempre molto cordiale e gentile.

A volte mancava l’acqua calda per la doccia.

L’emplacement est super, proche d’un magnifique spot de snorkeling!! Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins!

Hotel donnant sur la plage ,l’emplacement est parfait !on déjeune les pieds dans le sable ,des transats en nombre sont présents sur la plage. Le petto déjeuner est très copieux ,le personne est très gentil. Les petites cabanes sont bien équipées.

Un petit détail mais lorsqu’on rajoute un matelas d’appoint pour un enfant ,une fois le lit en place on ne peut plus circuler dans la chambre qui est assez petite. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça. Meuble un peu vieillissant.

Le petit déjeuner en face de la mer au réveil. Quelle vue.La gentillesse du personnel, sa bienveillance, aux petits soins. L'emplacement magnifique. Ce petit hôtel cocoonping a taille humaine, a recommander vraiment.

Vlakbij strand en turtle view, dus op 20m van je ontbijttafel sta je in het water en nog 20m dieper in het water kan je een zeeschildpad tegenkomen. Gratis snack op de kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel, spa beschikbaar... De locatie is bij de beste op het eiland vonden wij.

Toestand gebouw kan zeker beter, opkalefateren is nodig. Ontbijt was in vergelijking met andere resorts heel beperkt, maar ok als je 3 sterren in achterhoofd houdt.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Ligt direct aan het strand, maar toch ook super rustig. Super leuke huisjes in een prachtige tuin! Heerlijke ontbijtjes en het personeel is fantastisch! Zo lief en aardig. Doen alles voor je!! Schildpadden voor het hotel!

Anderen hadden het over de waterdruk van de douche. Bij ons viel dat reuze mee (app nr 14) en hij was ook warm!

Vriendelijk personeel.

Voor de prijs krijg je op andere plekken meer, maar denk dat het voor Gili air een prima verblijf is. Kamers wat donker en klein. Voelde allemaal beetje smoezelig.

En face de la plage des tortues et idéale pour le snorkeling. Belle chambre de taille correct et très propre. Personnels adorables. SPA sur place très bien. 3 islands tour proposé par l'hôtel très bien.

Beaucoup de moustiques devant la terrasse et dans la chambre. Faut demander aux personnels ou acheter une petite bombe insecticide ensuite tout va bien. Secteur familial donc beaucoup d'enfants (surtout dans la piscine).

Отель находится на первой линии, что делает его прекрасным выбором. Хорошие завтраки и комфортные номера. Цена немного завышена для такого класса.

Мы два раза бронировали через букинг и два раза снимали бронь в последний момент, так как на букинге стоит скидка, но видимо менеджер не захотела проводить бронирование со скидкой. Так как когда мы приехали на остров, то на месте узнали, что есть доступные номера по стандартной цене, то есть выше, чем на букинге.

De locatie is perfect. Vlakbij Turtle point, dus als je daar de zee in gaat om te snorkelen kom je die zeker tegen. Met een E-scooter of fiets die je daar kunt huren ben je zo bij andere delen van het eiland. Personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Wij hadden maar 2 minuten warm water en daarna werd het koud. Slaapkussen vonden wij te dik, maar dat is persoonlijk.

The location was great, possibly best on the island. We went snorkelling in front of resort and saw beautiful fish and turtles. The staff was incredible and helpful.

The rooms can definitely do with an upgrade.

Een heerlijk hotelletje aan een heel mooi stukje strand met eigen strandbedjes. Locatie was perfect, mooi snorkelen voor de deur, meerdere schildpadden gezien. De spa was ook fijn.

Er was regelmatig geen warm water onder de douche en weinig waterdruk. Vond ik wel echt een nadeel.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay extremely pleasant! Responded to my queries and requests promptly and efficiently, and arranged a scooter pick up for me at the harbour. Property had a nice pool, was at the beachfront. Sunbeds were also available by the waterfront. Property served a nice basic breakfast in the morning.

vieillissant. De nombreuses choses abîmées dans les chambres(sol) et salle de bain vraiment pas top. Jai trouvé que cet hôtel coûte trop cher pour ce genre de qualité.

L'hôtel est très bien placé sur la plage où se trouve le spot de snorkeling et les tortues. Les chambres sont au calme. L'eau minérale est fournie chaque jour dans la chambre avec des snacks également (cookies, chips, biscuits). Ils proposent de venir vous chercher au port en scoot électrique et idem pour le départ. Le jardin.que l'on traverse pour aller aux chambre est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Le seul petit problème rencontré est le temps d'attente pour le repas au restaurant de l'hôtel. 1h15 pour 1 sandwich c'est trop long même s'il était bon. Je conseille de manger ailleurs ce qui n'est pas très compliqué vu l'offre. D'ailleurs je n'ai pas du tout aimé cette île qui ressemble à un parc d'attraction. Trop de constructions, trop de restaurants de toute nationalité, trop de scoot électriques. Mais cela n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel qui est vraiment très bien.

Doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek i relaks. Śniadania serwowane są praktycznie na plaży. Jest to przy tym Turtle Beach więc szansa na spotkanie żółwi jest bardzo duża. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Jakbym miał kiedyś wracać to zapewne do Kaluku 😀
