El personal super atento y amable,la ubicación perfecta para hacer snorkel,estaba limpio y el restaurante muy rico y variado. El personal ha conseguido que nos enamoremos de Gili Air y ampliamos 1 noche mas

Que haya poca hamaca en la piscina,habitación un poco anticuada,camas un poco duras,que no tenga presión el agua. Pero lo compensa todo con el personal tan amable y simpático

Eine kleine, gepflegte Anlage mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Das Frühstück war gut. Man müsste sich zwischen einem Kaffee und einem Juice entscheiden. Beides zusammen ging nur mit Zuzahlung. Das fand ich etwas knauserig.

Wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite, klingt erstmal gut. Beim Betreten des Bungalows habe ich mich gefragt, wo hier Deluxe ist. Alte dunkle Möbel, der Wohnraum selbst Recht klein und beengt, aber ein Bad mit einer Größe, die niemand braucht. Also wir waren von der Unterkunft enttäuscht.

Everything was great, it’s located directly on the beach front, at turtle point, so to see loads of turtles you just have to get your fins and mask on, and dive from the hotels restaurant :) The room was nice and spacious, the pool was cozy, breakfast is included and is good (including the Italian coffee!) but the best of all is the people! Everyone from the waiters at the restaurants to the guys at the reception were just great, friendly, and always smiling! A special thanks to Alloha who helped us throughout our stay, booking the transfer from Lombok airport, the snorkeling trip, scooter renting, everything, thank you so much Alloha and Alibaba for make our stay in Gili Air just perfect!

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel suite à un mauvaise expérience la veille avec un précédent hôtel. Toute l’équipe d’Alibaba Bungalows est souriante, toujours prête à aider et surtout aux petits soins avec les voyageurs.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, un véritable petit coin de paradis ! 🌴✨ Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également idéal. N’hésitez surtout pas à tester le restaurant de l’hôtel, qui est lui aussi excellent ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et y retournerions avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

Problème sur l’insonorisation des chambres

Het personeel was mega vriendelijk en het zwembad was zalig, het eten en de locatie top, je hebt een eigen watertap in de kamer, ze zijn zo gedienstig om je het beste van het eiland te laten proeven, steeds met de glimlach.

Situato alla fine della zona meno caotica e meno bella di Gili air. La struttura è sul mare, ma dietro al bar-ristorante. Staff solo sufficiente al nostro arrivo perché non ha dato molte informazioni, ma poi è stato ottimo grazie a un altro ragazzo molto disponibile. Colazione buona. Camera pulita, semplice ma con bagno riammodernato

La manutenzione è carente. Gli ombrelloni della piscina sono distrutti e i materassini dei lettini rovinati.

It was lovely in every way

Enjoyed our stay. Loved Gili Air and property has great location right on the beach. Staff at the apartments very friendly and helpful. Helped my daughter book ferry boat crossing to Bali. Fab warungs , eg The Good Warung and Sunny Warung. Worth snorkeling early am before waves pick up. Saw so many fish and a turtle. Snorkeling trip arranged from hotel also very good value and fun. Saw loads of turtles and fish.

Apartments a bit basic. Tho to be fair we had just come from an amazing, and cheaper, place, in Senaru, Lombok, so was a high bar to follow. Food bill at end of 2 days very reasonable. Maybe more Indonesian choice at restaurant, though I guess it is Italian. Coffee sachets in room would be good. Plus pool towels in room. . Tho saw people ask for pool rowells on last day.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación idonea para pasar unos días en Gili Air. Buen servicio y buen trato. Las instalaciones no son lujosas, pero se mantiene cuidado. Cabe destacar que fuera tiene como servicio el Rte. KARISMA, uno de Los mejores de la ISLA y un trato excepcional. Como sugerencia para Alibaba, me hospedé en el 3, la parte de arriba la condicionaria como habitación con entrada desde dentro con la escalera que hay fuera, así, si que seria una villa familiar de 10. Gracias por todo!! Bonitas vacaciones!

We loved everything about our stay! We will highly recommend! The staff was amazing and so kind! The food was honestly amazing, as were the views of the turtles in the morning and afternoon! You can sit there, see the turtles and jump in the water to find them. The location is great, because you can walk to along the coast and snorkel, but you are also further away from the busy area by the port. We also had a small gecko come and say hi, which was lovely because they took care of all the mosquitos ( however there is also a mosquito net).

Everything was perfect, relax guaranteed, super friendly staff.

Wir sind mit zwei Familien angereist(mit 3 Kindern) und hatten zwei Bungalows. Diese waren sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage, genügend Betten. Der Hauspool war perfekt. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht; welches sehr gut war. Zum Strand waren es ca.1 min. Dh. dieser befindet direkt im angeschlossenem Restaurant, wo wir auch gegessen haben. Manchmal gab es auch abends live Musik, was ebenfalls sehr schön war. Das Personal war immer sehr sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist.

L’emplacement face a la plage des tortues et idéal pour le snorkeling. Le restaurant qui est rattaché à l’hôtel est vraiment super ! Le personnel aux petits soins. Merci pour la petite deco de chambre pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. La piscine est vraiment agréable Le petit déjeuner servi jusqu’à 11h est appréciable.

Un mini frigo serait super ! Lorsqu’on veut dormir un peu le matin c’est difficile car les chambres sont proches du passage et on entends tout. Peut être pas assez de transat détente autour de la piscine.

Extremely nice staff, that made everything possible for us to have a great stay. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us from renting snorkeling gears and bikes to ordering a buggy to take us to the port. Good pool, spacious bedroom and bathroom. We really appreciated having a full gallon of mineral water at our disposal in our room.

We would have liked to have a softer mattress (theirs is more than firm) and better pillows. There were no hand towels available and the shower towels weren’t changed during our stay. The water pressure was very weak in the shower. The included breakfast consists of only one dish (eggs OR pancake OR fruit) and one (small) drink (one small cup of coffee OR tea OR juice) - you have to pay extra for everything else. The bungalows are very close to each other, so there is not much privacy (you can’t rest in your room with the door/window open without being seen by everyone else in the hotel).

Todo. La ubicación perfecta, a unos pasos de la mejor zona para hacer snorkel, tortugas enormes que se ven casi en la orilla. El desayuno increible, buenisimo; la comida y la cena del restaurante espectacular también, además al alojarte en el hotel te hacen descuento. El personal super amable, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Nos regalaron un coco y una bebida de bienvenida, todo riquisimo. El bungalow super bien, buena limpieza y te hacen la habitación todos los días. Si algún dia vuelvo a Gili Air, no tengo ni la menor duda de que me volveré a quedar en este hotel. Nada malo que decir.

Alibaba bungalows was fantastic, the location is perfect, clean, really comfy bed and beautiful pool and the breakfast was delicious and a treat to eat it looking out over the sea. The staff are amazing, always friendly and Alho went out of his way to help us with trips, and booking the ferry etc. they even gave my husband a lift to the ATM to get money

Nothing we didn't like, it was perfect, although we couldn't work out the air con, which worked to well, so was a bit chilly at night

Está del otro lado de la zona más animada y con ambiente. Hay que coger una moto o bicicleta para moverse.

La situation top au meilleur endroit pour admirer le lever du soleil et faire du snorkling pour voir les tortues et les beaux poissons. C’est aussi le côté le plus calme de l’Ile. L’espace jardin piscine très cosy, La chambre est simple, propre, climatisée lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse les pieds dans l’eau est délicieux. Nous avons déjeuné au Restaurant karisma la nourriture était excellente. Et bien sûr le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Bref pour nous c’était un sans faute. Nous ne regrettons qu’une chose c’est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps.

Best location! You can see turtles snorkeling just in front the resort but the best was the personal and the bar from the hotel, they really make the experience better! Good breakfast and lot of options around the area!

20-25 min walking to the harbour

L’emplacement sur gili air est idéal, juste à côté du turtle point et parfait pour voir le lever de soleil. L’hôtel est super cocooning. Le coin piscine n’est pas à la vue des passants comme c’est souvent le cas pour les autres hôtels, les bungalows sont suffisamment spacieux et confortables et tout sent très bon dans ces bungalows ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable. L’accueil est top et le personnel hyper serviable et sympathique. Il y a la possibilité de louer des vélos depuis l’hôtel ce qui est pratique pour se balader dans l’île (tour de l’île fait en 30 minutes). Les petits dej sont sympas.

Very good place in front of turtle beach, breakfast with feet in the sand

De locaties is super. Tegenover de accommodatie is direct het turtle point en kun je met name in de ochtend fantastisch turtles spotten. Ook kun je bij het restaurant heerlijk eten en is de bediening erg aardig.

De accommodatie zelf vond ik smoezelig. Het zwembad is vies en de bedden zijn doorgezakt en kraken enorm. De badkamer was wel erg netjes. De vele katten die naast het zwembad worden gevoerd vind ik ondanks dat ik zelf een kat heb niet prettig. Ook hoef ik de rotzooi van het restaurant of personeel wat er woont niet te zien. Je ziet personeel ook overal hangen als ze pauze hebben. Personeel van accommodatie en restaurant zijn wel super vriendelijk. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding slecht.

Die Lage war wohl das einzige was hier gut war.

Es wurde de facto nicht geputzt sondern nur überall lieblos Wasser draufgeschüttet. Einen Putzlappen oder Wischmopp habe ich in 4 Nächten nicht einmal gesehen. Das Frühstück war trist und lieblos, extrem limitiert im Vergleich zur Restaurantkarre. Alle Tische vom Restaurant waren immer dreckig und klebrig. Auch hier wurde nie der Tisch abgeputzt. Selbst als unser Kind ein volles Glas Saft umgekippt hatte musste ich um Servietten bitten, und dann auch noch explizit nach Wasser. Das wurde auch einfach drüber gekippt ohne nachzuwischen. Wir haben dann letztendlich bei den Lokalen nebenan gefrühstückt und nie wieder dort gegessen. Die Toten Kakalaken in der Dusche wurden nie weggeräumt und der Badezimmerboden nicht einmal gereinigt. Hier hätte ich maximal 20€ bezahlt… Am meisten hat uns enttäuscht, dass für den übertrieben hohen Preis (unsere anderen Unterkünfte in der Preislage waren purer Luxus, für über 200€/Nacht) wurden uns auch noch 3% Kartengebühren draufgeschlagen. Im anderen Lokalen waren es auf Gili 0% oder 1-2%. Ich finde das muss beim Buchen erwähnt werden, dass man auf der Insel schwer so viel Bargeld bekommt und die Kartenzahlung so eine hohe Gebühr hat. Auf meine Anfrage vor der Anreise, zur Unterstützung wie wir vom Hafen mit Gepäck und zwei kleinen Kindern kommt, kam nur ein “laufen oder selber Pferd buchen”. Danach wurde uns gesagt wie teuer das Pferd war und sie uns gerne ein privates Boot für die Überfahrt nach Lombok organisieren können. Haben wir dann dankend abgelehnt. Unsere Hotel auf Lombok hatte uns das für einen fairen Preis schon organisiert.

Nice place very close to the beach. The staff were friendly, pool was nice (but could be cleaned more often), and the restaurant had nice food. Very good area for snorkeling as we often saw turtles there. We also liked that the rooms were tucked away from the street.

The a/c was very loud, which made it difficult to sleep. Without it, the room was too hot, but with it on, it was really noisy. Breakfast options were very limited. You could choose between an omelet, pancakes, a fruit bowl, or the cake of the day (which was lava cake during our stay, and we wouldn’t really have that for breakfast). Since we stayed there for a week, you really get tired of these options. It was also a bit strange that you could choose either coffee (not from an espresso machine) or fruit juice. At all our other stays, both were included, and breakfast options were more diverse, especially considering the price.

Séjour incroyable à l’Alibaba Hôtel ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’hôtel Alibaba à Gili Air. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil chaleureux du personnel nous a mis à l’aise. L’ambiance est authentique, calme et dépaysante, parfaite pour se déconnecter du monde. L’emplacement est vraiment un atout : à 2 minutes à pied des plus belles plages et de l’eau turquoise de Gili Air. Le coucher de soleil vu depuis l’île est à couper le souffle. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour découvrir la sérénité de Gili Air. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, avec des fruits frais tropicaux tous les matins. Le personnel a toujours été disponible, souriant et de très bon conseil pour organiser des excursions (snorkeling, tour des îles, etc.). Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent authenticité, tranquillité et hospitalité indonésienne. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, der Pool ist sauber, die Bungalows sind groß genug und sauber und die Angestellten sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, um direkt am Hotel zu schnorcheln. Das eigene Restaurant ist super, weitere Restaurants, Souvenirshops, Massage, Schnorchelverleih alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Es gab nur zwei Steckdosen rechts vom Bett, keine weiteren. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte höher sein, aber das ist ja nichts Ungewöhnliches.

Nos encantó TODO. Desde nuestra llegada hasta que nos fuimos, el personal fue maravilloso, especialmente el chico que solía estar en la recepción. Fue súper atento y nos ayudó con todo. La ubicación era perfecta. Estaba en el mejor punto de la isla, la mejor zona para hacer snorkel, y literalmente en frente de la playa. Nuestra habitación era una pasada, estaba justo en frente de la piscina, y estaba muy bien todo. El ambiente era muy tranquilo. El desayuno la verdad que bastante completo y bueno en comparación con otros hoteles en los que hemos estado en el país. Pudimos alquilar allí unas bicis a buen precio para moverte por la isla, y ellos te facilitan el traslado de vuelta al puerto el día que te vas.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, right at Turtle Point, making it ideal for snorkeling and enjoying the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We also booked our transfer to Lombok through the accommodation, and everything was perfectly organized and went very smoothly. We would happily come back!

Sitio con encanto, con ubicación maravillosa a primera línea del mar. Recorrimos la isla y creo que es de los mejores sitios que te puedes alojar a un buen precio. Aloha es encantador, se mostró amable en todo momento, haciéndonos la estancia mucho más cómoda. Sin duda alguna, puedo decir, que me encantaría repetir.

Por decir algo, quizás un nórdico en la cama, ya que solo había sábana y bajera .

El primer día encontramos cucarachas. Los dos primeros días nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría. Y LO PEOR: EL SEGUNDO DÍA VIMOS UNA RATA EN NUESTRO DORMITORIO Y CACA DE RATAS EN LA MADERA ARRIBA DE LA PUERTA. Le informamos al personal y ellos inmediatamente taparon los agujeros donde se metía la rata. Sin embargo, escuchábamos ruido de ratas todas las noches, y no fue nada agradable. Entendimos porqué hay tantos gatos en la zona. Además de eso, no dan ningún tipo de acolchado, solo sábana.

El ambiente en el hotel, la comida en la playa. Playa donde se ven las tortugas... Por supuesto la atención del personal.

Dåligt utrustat. Inga sänglampor. Ett nattduksbord. Inga galgar, kläder kunde inte hängas någonstans. Myggnätet till sängen smutsigt, var hellre utan. På hotellets gård mycket skräp, ej städat. Golvstenen ute algiga. Lite magert frukost till priset, vill man ha två koppar kaffe/thé så kostar den andra koppen. Boendet i sig ok men priset alldeles för högt till standarden.

We booked 3 separate rooms and all were of good standards. One of the rooms had issues with the air-conditioner on arrival but the staff worked quickly to get it fixed. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Great location for swimming. Long trek from the harbour if you have a heavy bag.

La ubicación es perfecta para poder nadar con las tortugas y no estar en el centro, siendo un lugar más tranquilo. El restaurante también está muy bien.

Para el precio que tiene, comparado con el resto de Indonesia, la calidad no va acorde. El bungalow necesita una buena reforma, los muebles, el baño, etc. lo único que se salvaba era la cama. Con lo que cobran, y eso que cogimos la suite más cara, ya podrían comprar muebles nuevos que no estén rotos. El personal también deja un poco que desear.

Breakfast was fantastic, pool was lovely and it’s the perfect spot for snorkelling with turtles.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly on arrival. There was no toilet paper and hair from the previous guest on the bathroom walls. Shower is close to the toilet so the whole bathroom gets wet after a shower. Didn’t have a lot of the amenities listed when booking.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste en face de Turtle Point, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des tortues et des activités de snorkeling. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre double Deluxe ainsi qu’une chambre double standard, toutes deux très confortables, propres et agréables. L’établissement est en bord de plage tout en étant légèrement en retrait, ce qui garantit un environnement calme et reposant. Le restaurant est excellent, avec des plats délicieux et variés. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et permet de bien commencer la journée. Un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Leur gentillesse a largement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Die Lage direkt am Turtle Spot ist perfekt. Man kann schon beim Frühstücken Meeresschildkröten beobachten, die zehn Meter vor einem im Meer schwimmen. Der Strandanschnitt ist relativ ruhig, da er am Ende der touristischen Zone liegt. Wir hatten den Familienbungalow. Er ist sehr einfach und könnte etwas Zuneigung vertragen. Alles riecht etwas muffig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, könnte mit Blick auf Sauberkeit (Pool, Garten, etc.) aber etwas aktiver sein. Das Frühstück und generell das Essen fanden wir sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und die Sauberkeit haben noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Maybe the upper windows, were not actually windows it was like some air flow space with a net for the mosquitoes but it was always open so maybe the noise from outside was a little annoying and the fresh air was escaping

The only thing I liked was an amazing food. Nice breakfast and also food from regular menu was great.

Unfortunately, there were several things that were not good. The bed in the room was very squeaky, and on the second day there was a strong bad smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the drain. I stayed at the accommodation for two nights, and the Wi-Fi did not work in the room on either night. The Wi-Fi worked in the restaurant. The accommodation does not have any sunbeds on the beach at all, only sandbags, but you cannot lie down on them. The accommodation also does not provide any beach towels. When the tide is high, the accommodation does not have any beach at all, because the water comes right up to the sandbags. The beach only appears when the tide is low. The accommodation does not rent out its own bicycles, but you can rent them from the shop next door.
