Free parking in a secured area, a good living space, food and drinks provided, a very well equipped kitchen, responsive owners, good location for exploring Aberdeen and a well maintained building.

Unfortunately, the gas boiler was not working when we arrived and we did not notice a lack of hot water until late in the day, when we reported the problem to the owners. However, it was fixed on the second day and was working when we returned from our day out. This was the only issue we faced and I would have given a 10 had it not occurred.

The flat was lovely and very welcoming with a nice bowl of fruit, milk etc. very close to town and my daughter’s student accommodation. The only thing the window sail was a bit messing but, I believe it was because the window was opened. Bed was ok but I bit uncomfortable. I do recommend and I might be back again. Thank you

The welcome pack for breakfast was a real surprise and really good, not often you get to accomodation and have everything you need for a cuppa, also cereal, pancakes, yogurts and fruit, really good. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Unfortunately the road outside was cobbled so was a bit of a noise but not so busy at night so still got a good sleep

Breakfast was odd. Huge bowl of fruit but only 4 bottles of juice for 3 breakfasts (2of us) Only 4 yoghurts. Only 4 sets of pancakes. Good that they left a litre of milk.

Sufficient breakfast food for both of us if we wanted the same food.

It was a great place however the mattress’s were too hard and sofa was too soft.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, aber es ist trotzdem Nachts relativ laut. Die Fenster halten den Lärm überhaupt nicht ab und es ist grundsätzlich sehr hellhörig.

Great value apartment..same price at a large chain hotel for much smaller space. Well sited near city centre but on a quiet street. Fridge well stocked for breakfast. Communication excellent.

Opción EXCELENTE en Aberdeen. El apartamento está bien ubicado, de forma que llegas caminando al centro en pocos minutos. El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo. Al llegar, te tienen preparado todo un set de desayuno en la nevera, con fruta incluida. Y además, está incluido en el precio una plaza de aparcamiento privada. Por todo ello, considero que la relación calidad/precio es inmejorable.

El único 'pero', es que tienes que subir dos pisos hasta el apartamento y no hay ascensor. Eso puede resultar un inconveniente para personas con problemas de movilidad, aunque no era nuestro caso.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location fidèle à la description et aux photos. Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement et la propreté.

- Le canapé trop petit, prévu que pour 2 personnes. Manque d'un fauteuil pour la 3ème personne. - Le petit déjeuner (nous sommes restés 3 jours et ce que avons aimé et mangé n'était que pour 1 jour. Le reste n'était pas à notre goût. Les bananes étaient vertes et les oranges trop vieilles). Du pain à toaster avec beurre et confiture aurait été plus simple et mangé par tous!

El apartamento es espacioso, cómodo y está lleno de útiles necesarios para la estancia. Las camas son cómodas y la calefacción, ducha y electrodomésticos funcionan perfectamente. El check-in es simple, y el apartamento viene con aparcamiento incluido. Además, nos dejaron fruta y comida para nuestros días allí. Un alojamiento muy recomendable para una estancia agradable y para conocer Aberdeen y alrededores.

Como detalles que no nos gustaron, las puertas que se cierran automáticamente y hay que ponerles un calzador no tienen mucho sentido. Y el wifi de la televisión no conseguimos conectarlo (aun con las instrucciones del casero).

Really spacious accomadation, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with most appliances/utensils that you would need. Also provided with fruits and snacks as well as cereal which was very kind! Free parking at the back and easy to access from the building.

The Wifi was quite spotty and kept cutting out whilst using the TV.

Very clean, well located and very good facilities.

Good central location. Generally clean with the exception of the living room sofas. They could use a good deep clean, at the least remove the cushions and hoover the bases.

General customer service. We had no hot water for 3 days whilst staying at the property. This was reported on day one and whilst they said they would resolve the issue there was no follow up communication to advise what the problem was or if it had been resolved. Reported again the following day and again we were advised it would be investigated. We were told an engineer had looked at the boiler and identified no issues. We should simply reset the boiler should the same thing happen again. Vague instructions were provided on how to do this. Third day of no hot water and we had to rely on ChatGPT for instructions on how to reset the boiler. I asked for some form of refund given the inability to shower (I was fortunate to have close family in the city so could use their facilities!). This repeated request was ignored until the third day where I was told they would provide a £100 refund. I have not received this and it has been radio silence from the owner when I have tried to chase this. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend this property as a result.

L'emplacement est parfait, la facilité d'accès et le parking. Le logement est grand et confortable, conforme aux photos. Le petit déjeuner est très apprécié ! Un vrai plus vraiment super. La literie est confortable, l'espace salon spacieux. La cuisine est correctement équipée.

Malheureusement les WC n'étaient pas propres à notre arrivée. Sinon rien à redire sur le reste de l'appartement.

Frühstück im Kühlschrank, Obstkorb vorhanden. Parkplatz im Innenhof und kostenlos. Gut ausgestattet Küche inkl. wichtiger Dinge die man benötigt z.B. Salz, Pfeffer oder Zucker. Kurzer Weg zum Einkaufen, Lidl 7-10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Ca. 5 Min bis zur Shopping-Mall.

Die Lage. Nicht gerade einladend für Spaziergang. Speckige Couch die nicht zum verweilen einlädt. Keine Haken um Jacken / Hosen aufzuhängen. Internet nicht von der schnellen Sorte.

Unterkunft sehr ansprechend und angenehm Gut ausgestattete Küche , schöne helle Wohn.- Schlafräume Parkmöglichkeit am Haus sehr gut Zentrale Lage

Gute Raumaufteilung, funktionelle Möbel. Kaum Deko. Lage war sehr gut, es gibt eine Shopping Mall in der Nähe und einen dazugehörigen Parkplatz im Hof. Eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion und Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist nur mit Basics ausgestattet. Gefreut habe ich mich über das bereitgestellte frische Obst. Zum Frühstück war Milch, Orangen- und Apfelsaft, ein Fruchtjoghurt, Cornflakes, Müsliriegel, Himbeerjam und Pancakes in dem Kühlschrank vorbereitet.

Laute Möven auch in der Nacht, daher ist das Lüften in der Nacht unmöglich gewesen, sonst hätte ich nicht schlafen können. Möbel funktionell, man fühlt sich auch wohl in dem Appartement, es ist nur etwas „nüchtern“ eingerichtet, ohne Deko. Es war schon halbwegs sauber, aber die Ecken und hinter den Kästen durfte man nicht so genau schauen. Der physische Wäschetrockner war zu schmal: geeignet für Unterwäsche, aber ein T- Shirt geht sich nicht mehr aus drauf aufzuhängen. Dafür hatte man eine Trocknerfunktion bei der Waschmaschine dabei.

Sehr Gute ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral

Wir freuten uns nach einem Hotelaufenthalt ein kleines Appartement für uns zu haben. Die Lage war sehr gut, das Quartier ruhig. Auch freute es uns sehr, im Kühlschrank schon etwas Morgenessen vorzufinden. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Auch waren wir sehr glücklich, unsere kleine schwarze Wolldecke wieder zu erhalten, nachdem wir sie vergassen in der Wohnung. Herzlichen Dank, dem Verwalter und der Reinigungsfrau!

Wir haben die kleine Wohnung auch gebucht, um zu waschen und einen Tumbler vorzufinden. Leider hat dieser nicht funktioniert. Der Verwalter kam zwar sehr schnell, und probierte zu reparieren, was aber nicht gelang.

Appartement bien équipé, il est situé dans une rue calme proche du centre d'Aberdeen. Le parking privé est parfait. Appartement idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. De plus il y avait de quoi préparer les petits déjeuner pour la durée du séjour, et une corbeille de fruits offerte. Je recommande cet appartement.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. A home from home. A lot of thought has gone into what is needed to make someones stay more comfortable. The nice touches like the fruit bowl and other foods for breakfast. I usually go armoured with tea towels and washing up liquid as not always available but that was all there and even hand wash. The flat was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and having the private parking was ideal. We've stayed in the hotel around the corner on previous trips and it's frustrating to get parking. When visiting Aberdeen in future this is where we will stay and will be recommending to friends.

Nachbarschaft sehr gemischt, Drogenhandel etc.; Ausstattung sehr einfach (kein verschließbares Becken zum Abspülen, keine Teekanne); nur ein Geschirrhandtuch für die ganze Woche, Toilettenpapier zwei Rollen, wurde nicht nachgefüllt; Frühstück bestand aus Snacks, kein Brot, Aufschnitt, Butter o.ä. ; kein Infomaterial zu den techn. Geräten,z. B. Heizung, Waschmaschine; Keine Flyer /Infos zu touristischen Zielen oder Restaurants in der Nähe etc.; Keine Reinigung zwischendurch- unklar, was „fully serviced“ heißt; Vermieter/ Verwalter war nach unserer Ankunft nicht mehr erreichbar

Excellent provisions, including oil, salt, pepper, and lots of fresh fruit. Fluffy towels, touch lamps, recycling, all these little things matter.

I would have exchanged all the extras above for one night of heat. Ten degrees is cold!

Everything was really good. Great location, very clean, nicely appointed in all respects.

My only suggestion would be to include hooks for coats and towels. No walls had any - either in the bathroom, bedrooms, or front entrance area.

Όλες οι πόρτες ήταν δύσχρηστες και η πόρτα της μιας κρεβατοκάμαρας δεν έκλεινε. Δεν υπήρχαν κρεμάστες στο μπάνιο και τα σαμπουάν ήταν ελλιπή. Τα στρώματα πολύ σκληρά. Η θήκη των πιατικών ήταν σκουριασμένη.

Der Unterhalt der Wohnung wird vernachlässigt.Der Kühlschrank ist total vereisst. Die Duschstange fällt auseinander. Küchengestank von einer anderen Wohnung im Bad.

Great little "home away from home" very well thought out and loved that breakfast was available! I had long 12 hour days on set and lived off these supplies!

Tv was damaged prior to arrival - not a big deal as I was absolutely cooked after my 12 hour day, but I feel like having a smashed tv was a small hazard and it ideally should have been removed.

Close to everything , easy access , bright and airy . The breakfast packs and milk in the fridge were a nice touch . Towels were large and fluffy and plenty of hot water .

Was relatively easy to find. Had parking - a huge plus in the UK. The apartment was clean beautifully present with a great breakfast selection and cleaning items - b Very well stocked and thought about Prob one of the best in the 5 weeks of travel

A nice clean apartment with everything we needed in a good location. Having some milk, tea and coffee and food for breakfast was really helpful as we arrived late in the day.

The location is great, close to supermarkets, shopping malls, and beauty salons. They leave fresh fruit, cereals, and other things for breakfast. I thought that was very nice.

The intercom wasn't working. One day my cell phone battery died, I was locked out of my house, and I couldn't let anyone know.

Fabulous location!! So easy to walk to places around the city. Very clean. Beds were so comfortable! We arrived to a fruit bowl full of fruit (oranges, apples and bananas). The fridge had water, cereal, picklets and jam, milk and yoghurt. Such a kind gesture and very well appreciated!! Tea and coffee also available and used each morning. Owner very good to communicate with. Lovely to have space during our stay in Aberdeen. Highly recommend!!

The nice touch with the breakfast and it was mostly clean with some exceptions

Location. Didn’t feel at all safe after being harassed in the middle of the night with incessant entry phone ringing. No hot water on the last day to shower and no instructions on heating. Sofa was end of life and sagging and not cleaned under the cushions with rubbish and food waste visible. Otherwise flat was spotless. Didn’t like the method of collecting the barrier key and returning it especially after a very disturbed night and not knowing what to expect outside when I left the flat.

This was a self-catering apartment, but we were nevertheless provided with fresh fruit, milk and yoghurt. The bed was small but reasonably comfortable. Parking was easy and safe. It was a short walk into town.

We had all we needed, nothing to complain about.

A few niggles which spoilt the stay a little. Dirty draw on bathroom unit. Shower extremely difficult to turn on and off. Kitchen sink plug doesn't work and sink drains constantly. Bedroom door self closing mechanism squeaked like hell and woke partner up if getting up during the night. Wedging open only alternative. When leaving car park barrier would not raise. Had to go back to flat to get key which was replaced back in key box to open barrier, drive out, park up and then put key back. Would have been nice to know this before.

The flat was lovely and the location was perfect for a short stay in Aberdeen. Access to parking at the property is restricted by a barrier and this was good for security of our vehicle.

The noise from the street can be a bit intrusive at times, so be aware but its not a deal breaker.

The property was absolutely ideal. Parking place. It is close to the city centre (10-15 minutes walk). I had a ground floor apartment. It is spacious. Living room/kitchen/bedroom and bathroom. The hosts provide an excellent buffet breakfast available with fresh fruit, cereal, milk, yoghurt. Never had to buy anything for breakfast. The rate was very reasonable and due to having to stay another day I contacted the host who answered swiftly and helped me out. I would have given it 10 but for something which is unfair in some respects but perhaps the council could be prevailed upon to act!

Frankly there is only one thing which is not directly located to the property other than location I suppose. The street where the property is seems to be "dog shit city". The fouling on the pavements is very unpleasant. It is the only negative feature.

The appartments is very near city center. It had verything what you needed. The brasfast was simple but very good. it was easy to get keys. The bed was also comfortable.

La casa in generale, a parte quanto specificato sopra, era sporca: c’erano macchie sulle tende e sulla tappezzeria e la cucina/ stoviglie erano unte. Non c’è la lavastoviglie

Uprzejmy i pomocny właściciel. Udostępnił nam przejściówki, których zapomnieliśmy, co było bardzo miłe. Wygodne łóżka oraz pościel. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dostępne kawa, herbata, podstawowe przyprawy.

Śniadania były małe oraz tylko na słodko. W mieszkaniu było generalnie czysto, tylko łazienka nie była dokładnie posprzątana.

Location was great, very quiet and clean and the breakfast and fruit provisions were absolutely amazing - definitely a class above.

We found beds very hard, would suggest mattress topper provision to soften.

Obětování bylo čisté, snidanovy a uvítací balíček skvělé. Vybavení taky velmi fajn, čistota tak na 80%, ale rozhodně bych neřekl, že bylo špinavé. Jen různé fleky, občas vlas, drobek..ale to jsou detaily. Hostitel skvělý, poměr cena/výkon skvělý.

Lokalita není úplně to, co chcete třeba s dětmi. My byli dva dospělí, takže relativně v pořádku, ale jinak jsme za dva dny viděli z okna dvě zatýkání, jedno přepadení, jedno pobodání... S tím spojený hluk z ulice.

Excellent location. Warm and comfortable. Breakfast supplies were really appreciated. Private parking and washing machine were brilliant additions.

Just a couple of tiny things: we could really have done with some hooks for coats and bags; there was no plug or bowl in the kitchen sink which made washing up tricky. Everything else was great. Thanks
