Aberdeen Serviced Apartments - The Lodge

Excellent communications. Really lovely layout with gorgeous views across Aberdeen to the coast. Immaculately clean. Nice area with easy, on-street parking. We really appreciated the thoughtful selection of breakfast goodies - including a bowl of fruit.

Nothing really. Could perhaps do with a bigger saucepan for pasta, and the shower hose needs to be replaced but these are very minor considerations.

It was in a quiet, residential area. It was excellent value for money.

The push button on the toilet was cracked and needs replacing. The panel along the side of the bath/shower was hanging loose and was a bit cracked and needs replaced.

Appartement très spacieux, lumineux, très calme et très agréable à vivre. Literie très confortable, salle de bain pourvue d’une vraie baignoire. Dans le salon, une télévision grand format permet de regarder un vaste choix de programmes les jours de pluie. À l’arrivée on est accueilli par un petit déjeuner offert et des fruits dans une coupe. Accès rapide au centre avec les bus. Je recommande très fortement.

Peut-être j’aurais aimé pouvoir faire l’obscurité dans la chambre.

It was modern, clean and private. The host provided breakfast materials for the duration of my stay. Although the bathroom is compact, it was perfectly adequate and the shower was good with a strong flow.

The only thing that I would recommend is that they install blackout blinds in the bedroom. Otherwise you get woken up when daylight breaks.

1.Perfect location for our visit, 5 mins from our family. 2. Generous "breakfast package" in fridge and a lovely selection of fruit in the fruit bowl.

Quiet location. Easy parking. Good range of food left for breakfast. All basics supplied.

Windows were left open and unable to access them. Few issues in the bathroom-needs some TLC.

Location and apartment both fab. So much food in the fridge, we couldn't eat it all. Great value for money.

The bed was a bit hard and you heard the springs when you moved. Pillows were lumpy.

Large, spacious apartment, well equipped and in a quiet area, with on street parking. The continental breakfasts were good with pancakes, jam, yogurts, milk and cereals. A large bowl of fruit and muesli bars was provided too. The WiFi worked well The sofa was comfortable.

The apartment needs a little tlc. One of the blinds in the bedroom was slightly damaged, bent.and needed a good clean. The panel on the side of the bath was cracked and the panel opened up revealing an inch gap. I pushed it back into place again. The skirting board behind the sink in the bathroom needed painting. The pillows were too high for a comfortable sleep and would have resulted in a cricked neck. I had read a review warning about this, so had brought my own pillow luckily. These minor details could be fixed so easily and would improve the apartment for future guests.

Sehr sauber, komplett eingerichtete helle Ferienwohnung incl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nichts zu beanstanden

The location was easy to find and convenient to get to. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and included all of the amenities I needed. The breakfast provided was a nice touch.

The water pressure in the shower was pitiful and the temperature swung wildly from extremely hot to extremely cold. It was usable for a quick wash, but not a proper one. The cutlery needed a wash before I could use it.

Nice big space including anything you'd need in kitchen. Nice breakfast. Washer dryer It was clean and comfortable

3 flights of stairs. Decided to do a load of wash. The machine scared the beejees .out of me. It was very loud. The curved. Ceiling and walls. A guide book of how the washer worked ie 3.5 hrs to wash and 4.5 to dry. My clothes dried faster on the railing. Not many restaurants near by. How the TV worked.

Everything. The thought that has gone into making this a welcoming stay is subtle but classy. The bowl of fruit is full of first class items, as is the continental breakfast. The toiletries in the bathroom are good. Nothing is stinted on. Parking outside the property is easy and readily available. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

Being really picky, I would have liked a coat peg on the bedroom door. And the toilet roll holder could be better placed away from the wash basin on the side next to the door. But that really is nit picking. No nice bars or restaurants within walking distance.

Only negative was pillows too big and uncomfortable

The flat is spacious and has all you need for a self catering stay. The host had left an ample fruit bowl and a generous continental breakfast. Tea coffee sugar were also available. A good supply of hot water and lovely soft towels. We would happily stay there again.

It’s in a lovely area of Aberdeen only 5 minutes drive from Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

The only thing was that settee. Really uncomfortable and actually difficult to get up from.

I liked the location, facilities, price and the breakfast items. The fruit bowl and cereal bars were a good addition too.

The pillows were very high, firm and not that comfortable. That was the only negative.

Wie die Bewertungen zu stande kommen weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht. Zum positiven: das Bett war bequem, eine tolle Größe, ruhige Gegend, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, Obstkorb und ein kleines Frühstück im Kühlschrank. Genügend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Waschmaschine auch ein Pluspunkt.

Zum negativen: es ist in die Jahre gekommen, genauer hinsehen sollte man nicht. Anscheinend haben unsere Vermieter das Besteck und Geschirr dreckig hinterlassen, es wurde jedenfalls nicht kontrolliert. Wir waren froh unsere campinguntensilien zum kochen und essen dabei gehabt zu haben! Die Toilette ist nicht richtig fest. Es ist hellhörig, das laminat ist schlecht verlegt, der Kühlschrank war dreckig. Bis auf zwei bilder, die Hausansicht und das Bett, hat keines zu unserer wohnung gepasst. Ich würde nicht noch einmal kommen.

The coziness and warmth of the apartment.we have stay a few times at The Lodge. Owners always go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

The sensor alarm in the kitchen is very sensitive and may need re-setting to a different level. The fire brigade should be able to help with this.

Property was good has everything you need. Bed was comfortable.

Hot water was Non existent - cold shower for 4 days hot water lasted under a minute easily that was the only fault.

The apartment was very clean and breakfast left for us was such a lovely addition to the stay. It was very cosy and felt like home!

The water temperature was a bit tricky to set, it was either very hot or very cold.

A very spacious, warm, comfortable and quiet apartment in a perfect location for our needs. It was wonderful to arrive to a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and everything to make a good cup of tea! Everything was exceptionally clean and all the essentials were in the kitchen. The accomodation offers really good value for money. Thank you for a great stay.

The only thing we can think of to improve the apartment is a second bedside table and lamp - that's how good the accomodation is :-)

Quiet neighbours with plenty of on street parking. 10 min drive from PJ live where I was attending a conference. Comfortable bed.

This was my second time staying at this property both while attending work related events at PJ live. However this time I stayed at apartment E and the experience wasn't as good. This apartment is in a converted loft meaning I (being 6'3) couldn't stand upright in some areas (had to bend down to reach the sink and do the dishes and be careful reaching the bed). Spending 2 nights for business I was also disappointed with the reliability of the WIFI which kept dropping off preventing me from doing some of the work I had planned.

A few issues with the boiler not working and no hot water, but these things happen and the host was very helpful and attentive to get it resolved.

The apartment was well equipped and tasefully furnished. Plenty of parking available in the street outside. The area was exceptionally quiet. Some nice extras like a fruit bowl, milk and breakfast things waiting for us.

Our little apartment was in the attic space so had some steep stairs up to it. The bedroom had a coombed ceiling which onlly had full height above the middleof the bed. We are both tall people which meant manoeuvering into bed was quite interesting!

It was comfortable and clean, couldn’t ask for more.

WiFi did drop now and then but worked the majority of the time

Het bed is te klein om met twee comfortabel in te slapen. Het ontbijt was oke, maar wat te weinig variatie naar mijn mening.

Bit of a trek into city centre but bus stop is close by.

The apartment had some very good and not so good points. It was a lovely size and was bright and fresh. The view out of the living room window was lovely and you could see the ocean in the distance. If was a warm apartment and the bath was a great size.

My main disappointment was the flooring. The laminate wooden flooring was not well fitted and made a constant noise when you moved. The other apartments were obviously the same as the one above was very noisy. On my first night there the occupants got up at 5 and moved around for 3 hours disturbing my sleep. The floor boards on the landing were noisy and it sounded like somebody was constantly coming to my apartment door as the door was not completely flush so noice came in through the gaps. Some shelves in the bathroom would have been nice along with some hooks as there was nowhere to put personal items. The bedroom was a bit bare and some wall decor woukd have been nice along with a chair in the window. The bed was small although comfortable. A few softer pillows would have been nice too. The blinds were cheap and didn't stop light coming into the room. The kitchen was short on cooking utensils and the dryer didn't work. If you have mobility problems the stairs to the front door and the internal staircase are not easy to cope with. This all said I did gave a nice 12 day stay.

The apartment was excellent. Comfortable with everything we could need. We were grateful to be able to bunker in away from Storm Amy and be very comfortable. Convenience stores nearby. Excellent supply of fruit and breakfast items was very handy and much appreciated. Great place to stay.

La ubicación es buena, se encuentra cerca de una Reserva Natural que es preciosa. A unos 30 minutos del centro a pie, pero tiene muy buenas conexiones de autobús que te llevan rápidamente al centro o a cualquier parte. El desayuno estaba bueno. El personal es muy amable y te ofrecen un buen trato. Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario y están limpias.

No me gustó el zumo del desayuno pero lo demás estaba bastante bien.
