NH Ancona

The hotel is on a hilltop. Perfectly fine if you have a car. A bit tedious if you are on foot. On the hill it's also cut off from the old town. Lights could be better. Felt like the hotel was past its prime (still fine).

We were quite happy with this hotel. The location doesn't look awesome from the parking lot (a bit industrial - across from the port) but the old city is just a short walk the other direction. The room was roomy and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good.

Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji blizu luke i centra grada. Odličan je dizajn interijera, ali i wellcome desk za goste s osvježenjem. Za ljubitelje doručka info više- ovdje poslužuju jedan od najboljih doručaka u Italiji. Definitivno hotel u kojeg ću se vratiti!

Jedina zamjerka ovog hotela je to, što ako ste pješak, do ulaza u hotel trebate svladati oko 50-tak stepenica. Nisu teške za hodanje, ali ako idete iz hotela u grad nekoliko puta u danu, hodanje u štiklama može biti problem.

Very confidently located

L'hotel si trova su un'altura e la nostra camera lato mare aveva una bellissima vista sul porto e sulla Mole Vanvitelliana. La camera era silenziosa e molto comoda. Il personale è molto gentile e ci ha dato parecchie informazioni.

Quando siamo arrivati c'era della polvere sul pavimento, ma ci hanno cambiato immediatamente la stanza.

La posizione, a due passi dalla Mole Vanvitelliana sede del nostro corso. Molto buona e variegata la colazione. Il Parcheggio. In una zona, quella portuale,dove è piuttosto difficile trovare un posto auto diventa un Plus non da poco.

Camera piccola ma accogliente nonostante fosse una singola. Meno l'arredamento piuttosto datato e la vasca ormai vetusta e pericolosa per una doccia.

La habitación era muuuy pequeña y nosotros llevábamos maletas grandes, entonces fue un poco incómodo

Nice renovations with keeping the classic charm of the property. Excellent breakfast bar. The best we have used in the last 15 plus hotel stays!!

Sehr schöne Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf den Hafen. Alles komfortabel und freundliche Rezeptionistin.

Einzig schade, dass es an jenem Tag kein Abendessen gab.

Bagni da rifare, vasca molto scomoda per l'utilizzo. Consiglierei di sostituirla con una bella zona doccia!!!

3 nachten in Ancona 24 aug - 27 aug 2026 Goed hotel, het ruikt er ook lekker! Het personeel was stuk voor stuk supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het ontbijt was echt geweldig: heerlijk en met volop keuze.

De binnenkomst in de voorstad vonden we helaas niet echt geweldig; dat was toch wel een kleine afknapper. Ook hadden we op basis van de verwachting op zeezicht gerekend, maar ons uitzicht was recht tegenover een haven/werf. Dat maakte het uitzicht helaas een stuk minder mooi dan gehoopt. Daarnaast vonden we het jammer dat je bij het hotel nog apart moest betalen om te parkeren. Er kwamen alleen auto’s de parkeerplaats op van gasten die daadwerkelijk bij het hotel moesten zijn, waardoor we het extra vreemd vonden dat je hier alsnog voor moest betalen. Het was uiteindelijk wel goedkoper dan parkeren op een openbare parkeerplaats. De oude stad daarentegen is zeker een aanrader! Je kunt er heerlijk rondwandelen, leuk shoppen, gezellig eten en drinken en volop genieten van de cultuur. Ondanks de mindere eerste indruk van de omgeving hebben we ons in de oude stad prima vermaakt.

The hotel was pleasantly cool, calm and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and had wonderful views. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had no idea that the hotel was up a very steep hill which was difficult in 32°C with luggage - perhaps the offer of a courtesy car to collect people from the station…

Location was ok, a bit of a walk from the city centre and a hike up a hill. Spooky if you return at night but otherwise not bad. Staff was very helpful, room and bathroom were clean and big. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Coffee was bad, which is disappointing for Italy

Very bad sound isolation. Next door there's an open air club and they play loud, and I mean really loud music till 4am. I did not sleep at all. Closing the windows, window shutters and using earplugs did not help, it felt like the bed was shaking from the music. Unless you plan to be out clubbing till the morning, I do not recommend the hotel

La chambre était un peu vieillotte avec des murs assez fins (heureusement nous avions des voisins musiciens donc c’était plutôt agréable de les entendre jouer) mais pour le prix c’est vraiment très correct. Le déjeuner est en effet varié et copieux, la vue est chouette et le personnel accueillant. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied qui fut une très belle découverte! Je recommande vivement d’y passer la nuit si vous vous rendez à Ancona ☺️

Perfekte Lage, direkt an der Anlegestelle der Fähre von Korfu. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Ancona.

Nourriture, confort, propreté, service

l'emplacement de l'hôtel au sommet d'une colline n'est pas très pratique, le restaurant de l'hôtel n'était pas toujours ouvert.

La amabilidad del personal. Sobre todo Ivano y Haithem. Se han portado muy bien con nosotros. Además tuvimos un problema al dejarnos un objeto en la habitación cuando hicimos el check-out y nos lo han guardado y hemos iniciado el proceso para que nos lo envíen a España. Muy buena gestión por parte del equipo del Hotel.

La localización es buena para llegar en coche, luego ir al centro hay que buscar bien el camino, pero Ivano nos lo explicó y una vez le coges el truco no es muy complicado.

Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich, vor allem der Herr im Frühstücksservice. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut, das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Zimmer haben keinen Balkon. Hotel liegt am Hafen - mit offenen Fenster schlafen ist nicht zu empfehlen, denn es kann richtig früh laut werden. Reinigungspersonal ist sehr nett und höflich, jedoch ist das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber gewesen.

Hotel w dogodnym miejscu, blisko stacji kolejowej. Blisko do zabytków miasta. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty, z klimatyzacją. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, dobre śniadanie. w bliskiej okolicy duży sklep.

To co jest najbardziej zauważalne to ilość imigrantów, którzy zdominowali okolicę (najpewniej ze względu na pracę w porcie). Mało restauracji w bliskim sąsiedztwie.

Emplacement parfait surtout quand vous avez besoin de prendre le bateau. Personnel très agréable. Parking découvert mais très bien. Lit très confortable! J’ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet établissement et c’était toujours aussi agréable.

La salle de bain a besoin d’un rafraîchissement.

The parking area in front of the hotel was very convenient.

The main entrance to the hotel had no ramp and with heavy luggage for two people it was very difficult dragging luggage up the stairs considering my travel companion had a mobility issue and could not help. The internal elevator doors are very narrow. Quite a tight squeeze for luggage!

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione vicino agli imbarchi dei traghetti per la Grecia. Le camere superior sono belle ma il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato.Il personale e’ disponibile e gentilissimo.

Unfortunately this year in 2026 I was not able to travel to Ancona but in the past I have stayed at the hotel and I was very pleased. from the cleanliness of the rooms to the kindness of the staff and all of that the wonderful breakfast am coming next year in 2027 so I can travel to Elkona and stay at your hotel until then thank you very much

Dopisanie do fv wszystkiego z lodówki pokojowej choć wzięliśmy jedną rzecz. Wystawienie fv na osobę prywatną choć rezerwacja była na firmę. To jedyne zastrzeżenia do personelu. Poza tym wszyscy byli bardzo pomocni i mili.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend wenn man mit der Fähre weiter reisen möchte, aus dem Hotel sieht man direkt die Anlagestelle des Schiffes. Bin’s in die Altstadt sind gerade mal 600-700 Meter, das Hitel hat eine ideale Lage

For the price I paid, the room was comfortable enough — what you would expect in a 4-star hotel outside a major tourist hub. The view was also nice, and so were the receptionists. For those who have cars, this place has parking space. It's also near enough to walk to the train station. The lobby and common areas are also very nice and relaxing.

The trade-off in having a nice view is that you need to walk up a small hill to get to the hotel. If you have luggage and don't have your own vehicle, it would be impossible—you need to take a taxi. Also, as in any port city, you need to be extra careful going back to the hotel at night (you would have to pass a dark alleyway to get back from the city centre). The breakfast was so-so and didn't seem extra special, so I just asked the desk for a coffee and pastry since the hotel was a bit isolated (which cost double what going to a nearby coffee shop would have). That said, a kettle in the room and some coffee or tea would have been appreciated.

Окна не открываются, стёкла немытые. В ванной под душем мыться неудобно, т.к. защитное стекло-ширма узкое, душ закреплён на середине ванны, брызги от воды летят на пол (и это совсем не про чуть-чуть). Из трёх лампочек на потолке в ванной одна постоянно мигала. Пришлось выкрутить. При заселении кондиционер (встроен в стену, видна только решетка) работал хорошо. Комната была прохладной, но вечером после прогулки кондиционер не работал (как включить - непонятно, и попытки не привели к результату. Почему выключен и кто выключил - тоже непонятно).. В комнате было душно, но, повторюсь, окна открыть невозможно (закрыты на ключ). Завтрак скудный.

We booked this hotel because of the parking availability at modest price, which met our expectations. What we appreciated the most was the courtesy of the staff at reception. It is becoming rare to find hotels in this category with competent and helpful staff, so this was added value for us. We also loved the harbour view, which made up for the uphill walk to reach the hotel. Check out at 12 was very convenient.

Nothing we can think of. The location is tricky, but we were aware of that and still chose the hotel for the parking convenience. We did not try the breakfast as it was a bit pricey.

Het hotel is goed gelegen voor een bezoek aan het centrum, op loopafstand. Gemakkelijke parking tegen 4 euro voor het hotel. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt.

Ik heb 8 maanden vooraf gereserveerd voor 2 kamers en bij aankomst kregen we een kamer in de kelder. Dat vind ik echt niet kunnen en zeker niet als "member Minor". Bij de uitleg van de kamer stond o.a. zeezicht. We hadden geen zicht tenzij op een klein stukje verdorde tuin. Wij hebben bij Booking geboekt omdat daar een aanbieding was die voordeliger was maar dat mag toch geen reden zijn voor een mindere behandeling. Wij boeken vaak een NH hotel maar dit hoe hotel vond ik prijs/kwaliteit onvoldoende. Veel te duur voor eigenlijk hotel van "vergane glorie". Aan de receptie waren ze ook niet echt vriendelijk

Struttura non nuovissima in posizione panoramica vicino alla Mole Vanvitelliana, in posizione strategica per chi deve recarvisi per congresso. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale qualificato e gentile.

Sehr grosses, sauberes Zimmer. Herzlicher Empfang und stehts freundliches Personal. Super Frühstücksbuffet mit schöner Aussicht über die Stadt. Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu besichtigen.

Vicinanza alla mole Vanvitelliana

Die Lage auf dem Hügel über dem Hafen ist top! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grundsätzlich schönes grosses Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett.

Das Zimmer war aber leider sehr verbraucht und es war im Badezimmer voller Haare von anderen Gästen, das war eklig. Das Badezimmer, die Böden und die Türen müssen renoviert werden, vieles ist kaputt... Ich würde für den Preis erwarten, dass auch investiert wird.

Se dovete andare in questo albergo rifiutate le stanze 320/321 vicino ai motori del clima non permettono di dormire. Personale sempre a muso duro, non un sorriso, li solo per lo stipendio e non per offrire ospitabilita!
