Very good breakfast, rich in joices, with a pleasant view over the port. Very decent restaurant on the top floor with a fantastic terrace. We had a great corner room with big windows on two sides, which gave a lot of additional flavour. Great open space night bar at the entrance to the hotel.

The rooms on the bottom floor facing the parking are not encouraging.

Phatastische Lage oberhalb des Hafens mit Blick auf Adria, Hafen und Stadt. Tolle Lobby/Bar. Großzügige Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Angenehmes und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und unkompliziert.

The breakfast was very good.

Location was terrible. I asked the front to call a taxi to take me to the station, whatever company they are calling for the guess should be investigated. The driver refused to put on the meter and overcharged me. He said he charged me according to where he was when the hotel front desk called. Not an honest taxi company that they use.

struttura curata, elegante e contemporanea, con una posizione splendida e una vista che da sola merita il soggiorno. l’atmosfera: raffinata senza essere fredda, rilassante e mai eccessivamente formale. Il personale professionale, disponibile e attento.

L hotel è davvero bello, la stanza e il bagno grandi, letto e cuscini comodi. L hotel affaccia sul porto ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente alcun rumore. C’è la spa e il servizio parcheggio. Il bistrot molto buono.

Neben dem Hotel und Zimmer das Restaurant Ginerva. Sehr wahrscheinlich das Beste in Ancona. Der Service und die Betreuung durch den Chef ist ausserordentlich. Auch wenn wir nur1, 2 mal pro Jahr dort sind - vor der Fähre nach Patras und bei der Ankunft. Hochstehende Küche mit nicht alltäglichen Gerichten und die Weinempfehlung auf den Punkt - der Mann hat ein echt gutes Gedächtnis oder eine minutiös geführte Karteikarte. :-)

Beautiful hotel, really special and beautiful design of the rooms, the bistro and the terraces. Wonderful breakfast and outstanding rooftop restaurant. Parking is tight but works. Only 5 min walk into the city centre. Nice view on the harbour with all the ferries coming and going.

Location was perfect for our 1 night stay. Short walk into the town centre and many nice restaurants. Every staff member was engaging and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was brilliant and with a view over the port.

La reception e la sala colazionel valgono il viaggio. Stupendo lo stile e l'attenzione ai dettagli oltre alla vista del porto. Abbiamo visto un tramonto stupendo sorseggiando degli ottimi cocktail in questa sala. Molto comodo anche il servizio parcheggio. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

Little bit far from the centre of the city and the path to the city was not so comfortable to walk.

Location was nice, with the beatiful view of the port. Room was good size, with comfortable beds. Breakfast had great selection of food. Ginevra restaurant was superb!

Panorama splendido mentre consumavo colazioni e cene sublimi in ambienti arredati con gusto. Pulito e tranquillo, dormite rigeneranti. Staff eccellente. Comodo parcheggio auto sotto la struttura all'aperto o in autosilos.

Modern rooms with great view of the port. Friendly staff who were willing to assist during our stay. Good breakfast. Convenient location to city centre for amenities/restaurants. Easy to drive to nearby towns. Bistro was very good on site.

Bathroom - very small (awkward for shower), quite dated and had black mould beginning to appear in corners. Sealant was beginning to fail and shower doors would not close entirely. Toilet would continue running after flush and required an extra press. Parking on arrival was quite confusing - the valet parking seemed to be focused solely on the approach road to the hotel and consisted of (very professional and kind) staff shuffling cars in to tight spaces along a cramped road. It didn’t quite match up to the hotels own description but we don’t know for sure that cars weren’t moved to a secure garage elsewhere.

La struttura è molto bella e accogliente. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile. Le camere sono confortevoli, pulite e fresche. Il servizio di parcheggio molto comodo. La colazione è eccellente, servita in un salone con una splendida vista sul porto.

L'unico punto debole è stato la doccia: pressione dell'acqua scarsa e diffusore da sostituire.

Sehr gute Lage gleich am Hafen von Ancona, eigener Parkplatz, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zimmer etwas eng aber zweckmässig. Schönes Bad.

Une nuit cauchemardesque , le seul établissement médiocre de notre tour d’Italie Nous voyageons énormément et, après avoir effectué cet été un véritable tour d’Italie en séjournant dans de nombreux établissements, celui-ci restera malheureusement la grande déception de notre voyage. Dès l’arrivée, le ton est donné avec le stationnement. Le parking intérieur ? Personnellement, je n’aurais même pas osé y engager ma voiture. Quant aux quelques possibilités devant l’hôtel, se garer devient rapidement une véritable galère. Mais passons à l’essentiel , une chambre d’hôtel est avant tout faite pour dormir et se reposer. Et sur ce point fondamental, notre expérience a été catastrophique. Dès l’après-midi, un bruit extérieur revenait régulièrement. À chaque fois qu’il se produisait, nous avions littéralement l’impression que quelqu’un venait d’ouvrir la porte de notre chambre. Une sensation particulièrement désagréable. À cela s’ajoutait un éclairage beaucoup trop tamisé. Et puis est arrivée la nuit… Environ tous les quarts d’heure, un claquement, puis un “boum”. Encore et encore. Difficile de s’endormir et encore plus difficile de rester endormi. Vers 4h30 : coupure d’électricité. Vers 5h30 : le comble, toutes les lumières de notre chambre se sont allumées toutes seules en pleine nuit. À ce stade, il ne s’agissait plus d’une simple gêne mais d’une nuit presque blanche, éprouvante et franchement cauchemardesque. Le lendemain, nous avons naturellement signalé tous ces dysfonctionnements à la réception. Réponse, des excuses et l’assurance que l’équipe de maintenance allait être chargée de vérifier les problèmes. Très bien pour les prochains clients. Mais pour nous ? La nuit était terminée et le mal était fait. Concernant le restaurant et le bar, même constat de déception, des tarifs que nous avons trouvés beaucoup trop élevés au regard du service et des produits proposés.

The location was great. Breakfast had a nice selection. The views from the hotel were amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The jacuzzi in the room didn't work, and spat out dirt from inside the tubes in the bath. We also used the gym, but there was no aircon and it was uncomfortably hot in there.

Die Aussicht auf den Hafen, die Zimmerausstattung und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Hotel ist durch seine erhöhte Lage sehr gut gelegen und ruhig, obwohl es in der Nähe des Hafens und einiger Strassen liegt. Das Restaurant und die Bar bieten ebenfalls eine schöne Aussicht.

- Die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht wärmer als 22,5° einstellen, was mir etwas zu kalt war. - Ein etwas grösseres Angebot an glutunfreiem Brot wäre nett (z.B. Toastbrot).

Unser Aufenthalt im SeePort Hotel war rundum gelungen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Service war jederzeit freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den ausgezeichneten Autoservice, der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 😊🏨🚗✨

Εξαιρετικό μέρος φιλοξενία και προσωπικό

Perfekte Lage, moderne Zimmer, äusserst freundliches Personal. Schöner Blick auf Meer und Hafen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört alles im Hausgang und Nebenzimmern. Ein Pool oder eine Aussenlounge im Hotel wäre schön, um sich ein paar Stunden zu erholen nach der Stadtbesichtigung.

Suite molto più bella di quanto lascino intuire le foto sul sito. All’ingresso c’è un soggiorno, una camera ampia con cabina armadio, bagno elegante, accappatoi, ciabatte, macchina del caffè e un angolo bar con whisky, grappe e altre bevande offerte gratuitamente. Punti di forza: sauna, bagno turco e una vasca idromassaggio interna con vista sul porto, più una seconda grande idromassaggio esterna sulla terrazza, perfetta per due persone, con lettini prendisole e tavolino per godersi il panorama. Ristorante sullo stesso piano, con ottima cucina e splendida vista. Un’esperienza di lusso che supera ogni aspettativa. Suite, vi hanno dato la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina dell’altro hotel che hanno, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. Un servizio aggiuntivo che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo.

Non lo so se l’hotel fornisce o meno lo spazzolino e il dentifricio, ma per un cinque stelle ti aspetteresti anche questi dettagli. Il secondo giorno non erano state rimesse le tazze per il caffè. Sono attenzioni di base che un hotel di quel livello dovrebbe garantire senza che l’ospite debba segnalarle. Sono solo piccoli dettagli che nascono da una mancanza di attenzioni, e capisco che una stanza grande richieda cura, ma… sono proprio i dettagli a fare la differenza. Quando viene voglia di bere un caffè e non trovi la tazzina, e devi chiamare il personale, anche se il contatto via WhatsApp è comodo e moderno, resta fastidioso dover segnalare queste cose di continuo.

Le falta una piscina.

Trotz großer Schiffe im Hafen ist es nicht laut. Durch die erhöhte Lage hat man einen guten Ausblick. Die Zimmer modern, die Betten sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt wird dafür gesorgt dass das Auto parken kann.

Manche Fußboden -Dielen im Zimmer sind entlang der Fenster locker und im Bad stand auch ein kleiner Nagel raus. Nicht schlimm aber sollte man kontrollieren. Wenig Kleiderbügel.

Il bagno un po’ usurato, per essere un 4 stelle andrebbe tenuto in condizioni migliori. All’arrivo ci è stata prospettata come unica soluzione per parcheggiare quella a pagamento nel garage per poi capire che si poteva sostare anche nel cortile gratuitamente. Mi

Die Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer war wunderschön. Frühstück der Hammer! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider hat ein bisschen Flexibilität gefehlt. Wir wollten gerne 21.30uhr noch einen Drink auf der Dachterrasse nehmen. Doch leider wurden wir abgewiesen es wäre nur mit Nachtessen möglich. Zu der Zeit hatte es aber schon mehrere freie Tische, von daher leider ziemlich unflexibel.

Lo staff è molto accogliente e cordiale, oltre ad essere sempre a disposizione per qualunque esigenza. La colazione è eccellente, qualità ottima e tantissima scelta tra dolce e salato.

Il servizio di parcheggio è comodo ma il prezzo di 9€ al giorno è sopra la media. Ci sarebbe qualche miglioria da fare nelle camere, che rispetto alla hall e sala colazione sono un po’ meno curate.
