The villas are gorgeous, and the private pool was the absolute favorite spot for the kids, who had the time of their lives. What really set this resort apart were the incredible perks included with our room package, the complimentary airport transfers, VinBus access, and Safari tickets made our trip so convenient and fun. We also love it that the location is very close to Vinwonders, Grandworld and to the beach. Coinciding with my birthday on our check-in day (September 1st), the resort surprised me with a lovely birthday cake, which was such a touching gesture. We also loved the ~USD150 property credit, which we happily used for a stunning dinner by the beach and deeply relaxing massages. A massive shout-out to the incredible staff who made our stay unforgettable: General Manager, Mr Pham Thanh Nahn (Thank you! Your team is wonderful!), Ms. Belly at Akoya Spa, Ms. Hong Ha at The Haven Club, and Ms. Cam Nhunh (the most wonderful masseuse!). Their dedication to outstanding service truly shines. Vinpearl Wonderworld Resort delivers wonderful hospitality, and with a small tweak to the dining layout, it would easily be a 5-star experience for all travelers!

We loved starting our mornings with the amazing breakfast spread, complete with delicious coffee and great halal/vegetarian options. That said, one area for improvement is the buffet setup: having the halal food placed right next to pork dishes felt a bit off for us. Unfortunately, we didn't touch those options out of caution, which felt wasteful and meant we missed out on trying local specialties like the halal pho. We kindly recommend that the resort introduce a dedicated, separate section for halal food to better accommodate Muslim guests.

Location to safari and theme parks was fantastic. It is a huge resort with plenty of space. Each villa is massive

Poorly maintained, not clean, whole property only has 2 restaurants, spa and gym closes early, property is very rundown, service is very slow even at check in and check out.

The 2br villa is large and spacious. Breakfast has a good variety of options. The buggy’s to go to and from your room are very quick. The connected tourist attraction of Grand Safari is great. Vinwonders Phu Quoc, not so much.

Whilst it was great to have our own private pool, the cleanliness was poor even after I requested on day 3 to clean it. We have a pool at home, this was not maintained to standard. To add insult on the morning of check out they had the pool vacuum. When I turned one of the AC units on, the room smelled like sewerage so we had to turn it off. There was mouse poop behind the sofa, along the window track. The tiles when wet outside from the pool would get very slippery, even where not running they’re dangerous. Housekeeping doesn’t refresh or provide sufficient towels for shower and pool use. Room service couldn’t accommodate a set of cutlery per meal and serviette, we had to continuously make do with what they’d provide. The meals were overall of a poor standard (except Pho) and limited choice, so on the last night we took a taxi to the Sheraton which was great. There is a kitchen with not even a sponge, so you’ll need to accept the dirty and smelly leftovers hang around unless you ask otherwise by phone. On one occasion housekeeping didn’t provide the complimentary water, just because we hadn’t drank it from the day before so we had to go back out and purchase our own for the last night, as we required more then we had. The main pool has broken tiles everywhere. I picked up three and placed on the pool edge during one swim. Finally, about 3 weeks ago I paid the reservation with my debit digital card and as they then after this fact mentioned they need to verify the card and couldn’t accept the digital evidence. I have paid twice and I’m still waiting approximately 20 days later, for the refund of the double dipped payment. Overall, my family will not return to this place and I don’t recommend it. Be prepared to be spammed so many emails before your stay and even after you leave, that it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Very old furnitures and room smelled too old And staff didn’t clean the rooms and dustbins and after multiple calls made they still haven’t done it completely. Towels were not changed and replaced and toilet flush were not working

Everything was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The luxurious villa gorgeous pool area peaceful surroundings and the exceptional service provided by the staff made our family holiday truly wonderful

We absolutely loved our large villa, complete with a private pool. It offered a great space to relax and unwind. The buffet restaurant was fantastic—so good that we ended up booking it twice during our stay! The dinner show featuring a fire dance was a great experience and a real highlight of our evenings. The resort grounds and overall beauty compensated for the initial hiccups, ensuring we still enjoyed our trip.

Rigid & Inconvenient Verification: During check-in, staff demanded a physical credit card matching my name for a pre-booked reservation. I did not have the physical card on me, but I was able to pay for our advance lunch and dinner fees on the spot using the exact same card via cardless payment—proving ownership. Despite this, management refused to accept it. Privacy Concerns: They insists on seeing an online version of the card and requested to take a photo of it. When I refused, they only agreed to proceed after placing a sticker over the CVV number to photograph it, which felt unnecessary and invasive. Noise Distortion: Our villa was located right next to another unit playing loud Indian music late into the night every single evening, which disrupted the tranquil atmosphere.

The resort is spotless, the villas are spacious, and getting around inside via buggy is easy; the staff is very cooperative.The breakfast was varied, and everything was well-organized. I would like to thank Mr. Ben, the Duty-Free manager; he made things much easier for us and was always understanding and smiling—which was truly appreciated.

Despite the kitchen's large size, there isn't even a single spoon in it; it is completely empty.

We stayed in a villa with four rooms and it was the permit size for our families. Villa was spotless and spacious and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast in the morning was amazing and had so many options for every taste. The shuttles between our Villa and other buildings were easy to arrange and frequent. It was a wonderful resort and the pool facilities for our children were perfect.

The overall stay was perfect, environment, breakfast, service, staff all perfect. The hotel provided a doctors who visited us at our villa to check on my mother in law who was ill, and were following up with her condition on the days we stayed at the hotel, appreciate their care. Thank you.

The charges for extra person was high. I would recommend if the hotel management review the policy especially if there is no extra bed to be provided. In my case they managed to provide the extra bed when we insisted in the following day. Thanks to the manager on duty. The villa has small pantry, but lacks essential cutleries. Also, the breakfast was with lots of varieties, however lacks Halal options. Something for further improvement especially.

- الحقيقة أن مستوى النظافة في الفندق لا ترتقي لفندق 5 نجوم، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الأثاث قديم ومتهالك ويوجد عليه اوساخ سابقة لم تُنظف، بالإضافة إلى أن خدمة تنظيف الغرف غير جيدة إطلاقاً، ترتيبهم وتنظيفهم للغرف بدائي جداً وغير احترافي، - الفيلا التي سكنتها فيها ما لا يقل عن 7 وزغ داخل الفيلا وقمت بالتواصل مع خدمة الضيوف وارسلوا لي موظفين لطرد هذه الحشرات لكن للاسف حتى بعد طردهم، يدخل الوزغ من خلال النافذة بطريقة غير معروفة ويكون متواجد معك في الغرفة مرك اخرى ويصدر اصوات مزعجة ليلاً والحشرات طبيعية جداً في هذه الأماكن وتحديدا شرق اسيا، لكن جميع الفنادق الراقية تعمل على طرد هذه الحشرات من خلال الاجهزة والذبذبات، لكن في هذا الفندق تحس انك ساكن مع فريق من الوزغ دون وجود اي جهود لطردها اقول هذه الملاحظات بما يرضي ضميري لكل من يريد أن يسن في هذا المنتجع، ولو كنت اعرف هذه الأمور لتغيرت خطتي بالكامل

近くにすぐテーマパークがあり、子連れにはすごく良い施設でした。

الصراحه كل شي فالمنتجع كان جميل عندهم شهاده ان كل الاكل اللي عندهم حلال ماعدا اللي يحتوى على الخنزير تسجيل الدخول كان زحمه شوي بس سريعين يوفرون خدمه صرف عملات في الريسبشن وبسعر ممتاز يوفرون تذاكر دخول مدن الألعاب والسفاري البوفيه كان ممتاز وفيه تنوع كافي موقع الفناق كان ممتاز وكل شي قريب منه بالسياره 10 دقايق الفيلا حيل وسيعه وشرحه واطلالتها جميله

المسبح ممتاز والماي فيه كان جميل ولكن الخصوصيه للاسف مو المطلوبه مكشوف شويه خدمه الغرف متعبه شوي ومزعجين شوي يدخلون لو انك موجود ونايم

Location close to wonderworld, safari

We stayed at Vinpearl Wonderworld Phú Quốc from July 9–12, 2026. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, especially because we are returning Vinpearl guests and have also stayed at Vinpearl Nha Trang. When we purchased the Safari + VinWonders combination tickets, we were not clearly informed that the operating hours would make it difficult to enjoy both parks in one day. We arrived at Safari around 11 AM, and by the time we finished, there was very little time left for VinWonders. Many attractions were already closed, and our children were extremely disappointed. If we had received clear information about the timing, we would have planned the parks over two separate days. More seriously, our CPAP bag was misplaced by the bell staff and ended up with another guest. A CPAP machine is an essential medical device, so this caused significant stress for our family. Fortunately, another guest returned the bag when they checked out. Because we had already left, the resort arranged for the CPAP bag to be delivered to the airport by taxi, and we were charged 400,000 VND for the taxi. The amount itself is not the issue. The issue is that the bag was misplaced because of the resort's own handling error, so we believe the resort should have taken responsibility for the delivery cost. We contacted the resort and requested a refund of the taxi fee as well as a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the VinWonders experience. The resort declined to provide any refund or compensation. What disappointed us most was not that mistakes happened—mistakes can happen anywhere. It was the lack of meaningful accountability and resolution afterward. The response we received was essentially an apology, but there was no effort to compensate us or restore our confidence as returning customers. We chose Vinpearl because we trusted the brand and had positive experiences at other Vinpearl properties.

The resort villa is nice with wide rooms and sloon,, the private pool was good as well.

The housekeeping cleaning staff enters the room without permission,, "Don't disturb" sign or switch was not provided. The curtains do not have blackout. The landscape trimming noise in the early morning

I liked the spacious and very comfortable house where I spent fun and unforgettable time with my family. I also liked that we could swim at the private pool in the morning and swim at the big pool in the evening.

I think that the absence of a microwave was a bit of a challenge for us as sometimes we had leftover food that needed to be warmed up.

We got the buss transport from the hotel to airport, we arrived 10 minutes earlier as what it says but it was delayed because some others guest forgot their passports so we had to wait 10 minutes, there was 3 pick up points and the second place we had to wait because other guest wasn’t ready, I talked to the driver, he doesn’t have permission to drive, it’s not his fault but it’s the hotels fault when they allows to wait for the ones that late or not ready on time. It’s so disrespect to us who followed rules. It’s made the hotel so unprofessional. We were happy about everything else but after the bus we will not return to this place.

Hotel failed to provide a safe place for its guests. A cracked tile on the bottom of the private pool caused an injury. Hotel were informed accordingly and was fixed the same day. Hotel staff were helpful in terms of dressing and treating the injury etc.

الاكل الحلال و خاصه بوفيه الافطار لا يوجد اي اهتمام في نوع الاكل و الوجبات الحلال من جهه السياح العرب و المسلمين مما جعلنا نضطر لأطباق البيض و الفواكه فقط و ارجوا الاهتمام للسياح العرب و المسلمين في منيو الافطار و الاكل الحلال في مطاعم المنتجع و هناك الحشرات و الضفادع موجوده داخل المسبح بكثره مما جعلنا لا نستخدم المسبح الداخلي للفيلا .

Das Personal ist sehr ungelernt. Der Kids Club kostet extra. (STUNDENTARIF) Nicht zu empfehlen. Gepäck kommt nach dem check in nicht automstisch ins Zimmer. Einfach traurig

Upgraded us to a 3 bedroom from the 2 which was nice Place and rooms were HUGE! No lack of space at all. Location wise- it’s fantastic if you plan to do the theme parks so vinwonders (walking distance) safari and grandworld. Hotel does regular free shuttles. If you want to visit the south it’s about an hour away. Breakfast- amazing! So many options and lots of space to sit. Fresh banh mi and pho stations. Coffee station for Vietnamese iced coffee. Yum!! 10/10 Staff friendly 10/10 always nice and chatty and helpful. Beds comfortable good size, sheets clean. Aircon is freezing if you like that we had to open door to let some cold out as turned Aircon off but seemed to be still on. Kids club is small area for toddlers only (as soft play) so big kids have some outdoor small play area. Swim up pool bar is nice (seats little high so sit outside the water) Kids can rent blow up jet ski and blow up mouse roll things) they loved this and made lots of friends. Would we stay again- yes!

The rooms are getting a little run down if you look close. We arrived after a flight and kids keen for a swim in the private pool but it wasn’t full. Staff called and promptly filled it up. So rectified quick. Arrived to room dining table wasn’t wiped down and carpets not vacuumed properly. Found other peoples properly left behind in the couches so I think cleaning could improve. No soap or towel in WC near entry. Not sure if the room was checked properly before we checked in really. The water in the showers takes a good 5-10 minutes to warm up and the shower pressure isn’t the best. Other people we met had same issues with shower and cleaning they spoke with management. All little things but adding up they are off the mark for a full 5 start resort.

The staff were very welcoming, responsive and nice.

Food options for non asians and muslims is very limited and kept getting less and less every day we stayed, and the low level of cleanliness was extremely annoying. The villa was never vacuumed during our stay and we found someone's sunglasses under the bed, empty soda cans under the trees next to the swimming pool, and dust bunnies everywhere. There were a couple of cockroaches and a baby lizard

The villas were great and the food on offer very good, fresh and the buffet has a lot of options. Getting around in the buggy is very easy and the on site restaurants at the beach were also good.

The language barrier felt bigger than in most Asian countries, if you're an English speaking westerner, then having access to a translation app is a must. It could be cultural but the staff seem more scared about someone not paying a bill that it takes away from the hospitality, everyone is made to feel like a criminal even after providing a card as a down payment, charging to your room/villa was always a challenge. The area where the property is, is very new, this means that access to Vin Wonders, Vin Safari and Grand World is easy but outside of that it's a fair distance from the rest of the things on the island

飯店進去前臺少了完整的資訊介紹 但是整體的硬體跟環境跟性價比非常非常的好 尤其遊泳池可以現場加購很多有趣的設施譬如說小朋友的水上氣體摩托車 也有接駁車到遊樂園 英文能力雖然不是很ok但是現場都有翻譯軟體 下次還是會再來 遊樂園 動物園 大世界 三個各留一天玩

入住時可能要更完整介紹園區 還有附近環境 才不會摸索很久ˉ
