Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Wir bekamen kalte, feuchte Handtücher und ein leckeres Begrüßungsgetränk – genau das Richtige nach der langen Reise. Unsere Poolvilla mit zwei Schlafzimmern war sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr privat. Überall gibt es Palmen und tropische Pflanzen. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, mitten im Dschungel zu wohnen – einfach unvergesslich. Der Strand ist ruhig und fast menschenleer. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und ist jeden Morgen sehr lecker. Auch die Abendessen im Restaurant waren hervorragend. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert, war frisch und aus hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Preise sind für ein 5-Sterne-Resort absolut fair. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett, freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man fühlt sich hier vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

The resort is clean and tidy , the staff is very friendly and helpful, resort is located in natai beach , very quiet and peaceful area, if you are in your honeymoon or looking for few days escape, I highly recommend it , one of the best places i stayed in , I arrived very early and they let me check in before few hours

Ausgesprochen geschmackvolle Thaistyle Häuser in einem sehr schönen tropische Garten. Luxuriöser geht's eigentlich nicht mehr, in Europa wäre so eine Unterkunft unbezahlbar. Wir sind in Phuket gelandet, hier war es für 3 Nächte zum Ankommen ideal (im Anschluss Rundreise durch Südthailand), nur 45 Minute vom Flughafen entfernt; würde ich wieder so machen, aber länger bleiben.

The greenery and carved wood. The breakfast was amazing and the service we received from Sana was so very very good!! She made us feel special and well cared for. This was the highlight of our stay…thank you Sana.

Expensive, the food was average, especially the beach bbq.

The hotel’s view and facilities are pretty good. Unfortunately, there are many rats in the house we live in. In the middle of the night, they squeak on the beams and in the wooden walls, scurry around, and fight, making a huge racket. We are all woken up from sleep, and it is truly terrifying. At night, when the kids hear noises, I have to soothe them by telling them not to be afraid or worried—it’s so overwhelming. I showed a video recording that the hotel changed my room and delayed my check-out, but did not provide compensation for the discounted room rate. I can only say that the hygiene and safety of such a high-end hotel are worrying, and I hope you can make changes to completely prevent incidents involving rodents like this.

The room smelled rotten, like there was fungus from rotten wood. The team did not want to recognize the smell and the solution was to move me to a room half size and half price without any compensation. The manager of the place is incompetent and several times avoided us, so he postponed finding a solution. The place is outdated and I would not recommend anyone spending the money to stay in rotten rooms.

Lots to like. Great rooms with decent pools. Fast room service and very friendly staff. Amazing fire show, much bigger than we expected.

If you like to leave the resorts to explore not a lot around. Zero fault of the resort and it is excellent but not much else around. Staff can be on Thai time as well and could be a little faster when ordering beach side with drinks and or food

My second time and Santhiya and didn't think it could get any better. It can. It's the most breathtaking place, everything is beautiful and hand crafted in traditional Thai style. Attention has been made to every detail even the toilet is beautiful. The staff are all so friendly and attend to every need with a big smile. I dont have a bad word to say. In fact it's the most amazing place I've ever stayed and for the price it's very good value. We felt like royalty.

Can't think of anything our stay was more than perfect.

This place is absolutely out of this world. The location, the people, the food, the amenities, the rooms, everything from start to finish was faultless. Kent was incredible at making us cocktails! Sana was an amazing waitress during our evening meal. She made us feel so welcome and was so attentive. Yaya on the front desk was so warm and a friendly face. You HAVE to come here if you ever get the chance. We 100% will be back

الفله الملكيه المطله على المسبح العام و مواجهه للبحر ولكن ليس بالشكل المباشر.

انه لم تتوفر لديهم في الفله الملكيه التي بها غرفتين إلا حمام واحد ( دوره مياه واحده لغرفتين ) كما ان لم تتواجد بها مسبح خاص. وإطلاله الفله. ليس مباشره على الشاطي وانما تبعد عن الشاطي اكثر من 200 متر عكس ما هو مذكور

Alles was perfect, op één dingetje na. De beste Santhiya van alle drie die er zijn. Wanneer Hua Hin, Santhiya? Heerlijk en vriendelijk personeel, extreem behulpzaam. Credit per dag werd goed besteed, en zelfs ijsjes voor kinderen zijn beschikbaar! Bar en restaurant aan strand is oké, maar ik had meer authentiek Thaise gerechten verwacht bij bestellen van vis van de gril.

Mediterranee bereidde vis van de gril, met gepofte aardappel. Dit is iets wat je niet verwacht, evenzogoed, de vis was wel lekker en een Thaise seafood sauce werd snel geleverd.

The hotel is beautifully designed in traditional Thai architectural style, with intricate wood carvings and elegant decorations that create a unique and authentic atmosphere. We had a fantastic holiday and loved everything about our stay. The beach was clean and peaceful, the lush tropical gardens were beautifully maintained, and the large swimming pool was wonderful. Our favorite feature was the private swimming pool, which made our stay feel extra special. Above all, the staff made our experience memorable. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were attentive to every need, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

We've stayed at two other Santhiya resorts in Koh Yao Yai and Koh Phangan, and this one may just have been our favourite. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special mention to Kent, who couldn't have done more for us at breakfast and lunch, and to Dew and Palm at reception, who were always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food here was also the best we've had at any Santhiya, especially the breakfast, which was outstanding and a definite step above the other resorts we've visited. If you're looking for a stunning beachfront hotel that's only around 30 minutes from Phuket Airport, this is the perfect place to unwind for a few days. The setting is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Staff are lovely, villa including bathtub and swimming pool is heaven and the architecture is incredible. Booked here because we had stayed at Santhiya Ko Yao Yai before and after this was just as beautiful, we’ll make sure to eventually try the other Santhiyas.

We had a wonderful stay at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa. We were deeply impressed by the beautiful Thai culture, the exceptional hospitality, and the genuinely heart-warming service provided by your entire team. Our time at the resort was full of great experiences, and we truly appreciate the staff's dedication to making our holiday so special. We would especially like to highlight how incredibly friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout our visit. The beach restaurant staff and the breakfast team provided flawless service every day, and your crossing guards were always so attentive and helpful. A special note of thanks goes to Palm, whose helpfulness stood out during our stay. Additionally, we want to give a very special shout-out to the young lady from Nepal. While we cannot recall her name right now, she was tall, absolutely beautiful, and provided an unforgettable touch of hospitality by bringing tea directly to our room and ensuring it was perfectly ready for us at breakfast each morning. The resort grounds and the beach were stunning during the day, but everything was truly breathtaking at night when it was completely illuminated. Thank you once again for a memorable stay, and we look forward to visiting Santhiya again in the future.

Der Hauptpool wurde unzureichend gereinigt. Das digitale Bestellsystem ist sehr mühsam und die Preise exkl. Steuer und Service. Das Essen und der Service war ok, aber eher 3*. Sehr unkoordinierte Abwicklung. Das Essen kommt vor den Getränken. Auch das Essen wird nicht gemeinsam serviert. Somit hatte ich schon gegessen, als die Pizza meiner Frau serviert wurde. Auch der Preis der Getränke beim Abendessen waren zu hoch!

We loved everything. But especially the Thai architecture villas, the wild garden setting, but also the breakfasts and dinners. Each of the villas is unique and the private pool is wonderful. We felt really spoiled.

Enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff is very helpful. My wife had the best massage she had in Thailand - aroma. Wonderful views, good food, amazing pool in the villa.

Despite the area surrounding the hotel being relatively quiet with only a limited number of activities nearby, the hotel itself more than makes up for it. Most of the activities require a taxi ride and Phuket is about an hour away. The stunning architecture, inspired by traditional Thai design, made our stay truly memorable, even if you could argue that there’s a lack of view onto the ocean due to trees and the position of the villas. Combined with the amazing level of service, this made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel as well as the entire Santhiya hotel chain. The food and the spa is worth their money, especially during the off-season. A special thank you goes to Nat, Kent, Bee, Sonya, and the hotel manager herself. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality went far beyond our expectations and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.

The food options were very limited, especially for guests staying for a longer period. Most menu items were Thai-style, with very few international choices. There were very few evening activities, making the stay feel boring at times. There were also many mosquitoes around the resort, which was uncomfortable for families with young children. During our entire 8-night stay, the beach had a red flag warning every day, so swimming in the sea was not possible. Communication was sometimes difficult because many staff members had limited English skills. The facilities and services did not fully meet our expectations of a 5-star resort.

Room is lovely, bath doesn’t work properly tho, they sent guys out to fix it but 20 mins in and they had made it worse. when we arrived we couldn’t go into the main part of the building as they were doing filming for a tv show, wouldn’t of minded so much if we would of been told beforehand. We went for dinner at the restaurant, asked for a beer, took 10 mins and it wasn’t even cold, took another 10 mins for that to arrive and was only slightly cold. I ordered my food, half of it came. Then they brought us food that wasn’t ours then had to wait ages for the rest of my food. Very disappointed

Beautiful rooms and nice staff.

Aside from the lovely rooms, this hotel does not offer value for money. The food was average (and it’s a fair way from other restaurants so hard to get other food) and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Perhaps because it was off season, but one night we waited a long time to even order dinner. The airport pickup was just a taxi off the street, with a surcharge of course. For a five star hotel and a very expensive per night price, the service or luxury vibe just isn’t there. Finally, the checkout process made me feel like we had been suspected of theft or something, we had to wait 10-15 minutes until the check was complete before we were able to leave. Despite having our credit card details on file.

Nur die Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant ist für Vegetarier eher ungeeignet und das Essen könnte etwas appetitlicher gestaltet sein. Frühstück war aber sehr in Ordnung! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Trubel, aber das weiß man ja, bevor man hinfährt. Ansonsten alles wirklich super!

We have had the most beautiful time again at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort and Spa (which is why we keep coming back! 💖). This was our fourth visit. We truly love this very special resort. The setting and villas are wonderful. It is quiet and peaceful, and the villas are so spacious and comfortable. All staff, whatever their role, every one embodies what we love about Thailand, and this resort. From the minute we walked in the door on arrival until we left, we were met with beautiful smiles and treated with warmth, thoughtfulness, kindness, sincerity, and a genuine concern for our comfort, and a desire that we experience a relaxing and special holiday. We believe that Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort and Spa offers an exceptional Thailand holiday experience where guests are always placed in the forefront. Santhiya staff are wonderful and we thank them all. It was lovely to meet again staff who have continually gone out of their way to assist us. Special thanks to Kent, Pui, Mim and Hunny. A truly beautiful and memorable stay. The biggest stars go to the amazing staff – especially Kent, Sana and Mew – as well as the wonderful breakfast team and the lovely live music in the mornings. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience extra special. The hotel itself is stunning, with an incredible temple-inspired Thai bohemian atmosphere and interior design that feels both magical and authentic. Housekeeping and room service were absolutely top class throughout our stay. Only small note: the lunch and dinner food could be improved to fully match the otherwise exceptional hotel experience. Les villas sont sublimes, les piscines sont grandes et totalement privées, les boiseries dans l’ensemble de l’établissement en mettent plein la vue, le petit déjeuner est très complet et de qualité, la plage est magnifique et vide!

C’est un peu isolé en dehors de la province de Phuket donc les excursions ne sont jamais possibles avec transfert inclus et les déplacements coûtent rapidement chers.

Das Hotel ist ein echtes Highlight und wunderschön Unsere Villa war sehr groß und bot durch die Aufteilung eine enorme Privatsphäre. Ein absolutes Highlight war der private Pool direkt am Zimmer – einfach herrlich! Der Strand war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort, weshalb es angenehm leer war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass man sich morgens frische Speisen nach Wunsch zubereiten lassen konnte. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Der große Gemeinschaftspool am Strand war leider eine Enttäuschung, da er viel zu warm war (sogar wärmer als die Außentemperatur). Man hatte eher das Gefühl, im heißen Wasser zu kollabieren, statt eine Abkühlung zu finden. Dadurch war der Hauptpool für uns leider überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Außerdem war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise sehr schwierig. Wir wollten spontan eine Nacht früher anreisen und haben das Hotel zwei Tage vorher über zwei verschiedene Kanäle kontaktiert – wir haben jedoch keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Wir sind dann auf gut Glück hingefahren. Da Nebensaison war, konnten wir die Nacht zum Glück unkompliziert vorziehen, aber eine kurze Rückmeldung vorab hätte uns viel Unsicherheit erspart.

The service was excellent. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The one person that stood out from the rest was Sana, she always made you feel you were the only table in the By the Sea Restaurant. Sana always paid attention to the detail and nothing was too much trouble.

This is a beautiful resort, located on a beautiful beach! We stayed a family of four for four days , and absolutely loved it. Breakfast was very, very good. Staff is super sweet and serviceminded, always greeting and smiling, and if you asked for help with anything, they were so quick to respond. Communication was flawless via What’s App. There are lots of activities to opt in on, but also just chill.

Only thing would be that it is quite remote located. Not much around, just two local restaurants within walking distance (but those were quite good), and the food on the hotel is also good, just the regular resort price (almost double price). Santhiya offers a daily transport to the closest «city», but mostly for grocery shopping etc. Another thing we misliked was the neighbouring resort played loud music that felt disturbing (bad taste techno), on Saturday and Sunday. They were located hundreds of meters away, but we still heard them.

The staff were phenominal. They were quick to reply to all needs over whatsapp and aside for a delayed check-in, everything else was lovely!! The room was beyond what I expected and I loved how private it was

The room was wonderful. Clean , spacious and a lovely private pool. Breakfast was very good and the pizza from the restaurant is some if the best I've ever had. The staff are all helpful and happy.

The only things that were not as good were the restaurant and bar couldn't serve the beer cold enough without ice and there could have some board walk in the sand around the bar and restaurant beach area.

Die Villa war ringhörig, so dass man die Tiere sehr gut hören konnte. Aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Das Restaurant am Beach war fein, dennoch kann man den Service noch einiges verbessern.

Mega schöne Anlange inmitten eines Gartens. Jedes der Häuser ist liebevoll mit traditionellen Holzschnitzereien angefertigt. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und konnte jederzeit über WhatsApp kontaktiert werden. Zudem hatte man pro Tag Wert Gutscheine bekommen, die man für allerlei Hotel Services anwenden konnte. Die Massagen waren wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Wir haben auch ein paarmal am Strand in dem Hotel Restaurant gegessen; das Essen war auch sehr gut. (wenngleich man es natürlich außerhalb deutlich günstiger bekommt.) Zudem gibt es noch ein großes Kinder Spielzimmer (allerdings unbetreut), ein Gym und am Strand Spiel und Sportgeräte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich.

Was man wissen müsste – es liegt schön ruhig und abgelegen (falls wir sehr genossen haben), aber man ist entweder auf Mietwagen (was wir hatten) oder auf Shuttle Taxifahrten angewiesen, um mal rauszukommen. Es ist definitiv nicht belebt da.

Trist att folk sitter i badkläder på restaurangen när vi kommer ner för kvällsmiddag. Känns inte fräscht. Ligger väldigt avsides. Du behöver moped eller ta taxi. 7-Eleven ligger någon kilometer från hotellet, så dit lär du använda fordon, ej gångavstånd.

Es fehlt an Management Attention für Abläufe und Sauberkeit im Strandrestaurant, unter den Tischen liegen Papierreste von Strohhalmen und an den Liegen auch Papier und Kippen. Der Mäusekot am privaten Pool wurde eine Woche lang gar nicht entfernt. Die Kommunikation im Beschwerdefall (wir hatten eine falsche Villa - kleiner als gebucht) hätte ich mir auch anders gewünscht. Ich wurde abgewiesen mit dem Hinweis, wir hätten doch 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Anfrage dazu über Booking wurde erst gar nicht bearbeitet. Der Hauptpool war aufgrund der hohen Wassertemperatur gar nicht nutzbar. Viel zu warm! Die Preise für Getränke sind sehr hoch.

A very stylish and unique hotel with villas in the Thai national style. In this hotel you will get the emotion and experience of a real Thai trip. The territory is in two parts, between them there is a driveway (with very little traffic). In the back part there is a Thai village with two-story villas in a lush tropical forest. Also reception, Gym and SPA. On the other side of the road in the beach side part there is a restaurant, a large swimming pool (+ separate large children's pool) and a beach area where there is also a beach restaurant. The villas have two rooms, on the upper floor there is a slightly smaller (115 m²) Deluxe Pool Villa and on the lower floor there is a larger (140 m²) Garden Pool Villa. Each room has its own private pool. Everything is very richly decorated in the Thai national style. The territory with lush vegetation is well maintained, a whole army of gardeners takes care of the maintenance every day. NB! The downside of a nice tropical garden is also some insects, which can scare a person accustomed to life in a concrete city. There are not many insects and they are not dangerous, but a city dweller is often afraid of meeting a fly. Deluxe Pool Villa has a large bedroom with a separate kitchenette and work desk. Separate dressing room. Toilet and shower are in the room, but the bath is on the terrace. The large terrace is partially covered with a roof and has a pool, bath, sun loungers and a table with chairs. The terrace is located so that it is hidden from prying eyes. Standard-sized mini-fridge, which is full of goods sold by the hotel and there is little space to store personal belongings. Very beautiful beach, with pleasantly crunching fine-grained sand under your feet, just what you expect from a tropical beach holiday. Breakfast is good. There is live Thai national music at breakfast (starts at around 09:00). The company of visitors is very international, no one nationality dominated. Very quiet place, ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. There is nothing within walking distance except a couple of hotels. There is a small town a 10-minute drive away, but it is not a tourist-oriented town. All activities are relatively far away. If you can manage a few days without action, then it is definitely worth coming for a couple of nights, because the experience is very unique. You can rent motorbikes from the hotel. There are some cons too, but despite these cons, we plan to visit this hotel on our next trip. The service is chaotic, as it was on all previous occasions. There are a lot of staff and everyone is helpful, but the activities are chaotic. Some examples: The room had very small bathrobes. We asked for a larger size, they promised to bring it, but it was not brought. We asked three times, they promised each time, but nothing happened. Finally, we got the answer that they only had one size of bathrobes. When I reported that on previous occasions they always had large bathrobes, they promised to look into the matter, but nothing was done and we did not receive any feedback. NB! The hotel shop had a bathrobe in a large size for sale. We were the first to come for breakfast and there were over ten waiters there. We were immediately asked what kind of coffee we wanted, since the coffee did not arrive within 10 minutes, so we brought the coffee from the machine ourselves and only some time after that the waiter arrived with the coffee we had previously ordered, You were not allowed to order an omelet directly from the chef at the omelet station, a separate waiter came to take the order. Five minutes after placing the order, he came to us again and this time with a tablet and asked us to confirm our order again and now a form was already filled out with our room number and names and we had to sign it - why such unnecessary dealing with food that is already included in the breakfast price. If we had ordered directly from the chef, we would have already had an omelet. The next morning we were the first ones for breakfast again, but no one offered to bring coffee to the table and you could also order an omelet yourself directly from the chef. Last time, the biggest chaos was in the beach restaurant with service, but this time everything was surprisingly good. This time, the right meals were always brought and they arrived quickly. Only once did we have to wait 25 minutes to place our order, because after being seated at the table, we were forgotten. One day we left the room at 9:00 and also left a sign “please clean the room” – at 17:00 we received a message on WhatsApp asking when our room could be cleaned. The beach towels are a nice piece of thin fabric made of natural material, which stylistically fits well with the hotel's image, but as towels they are completely useless, because the water absorption of such a thin fabric is close to zero and they are also significantly smaller than a classic beach towel. I recommend bringing your own beach towels. Adjusting the air conditioning in the room is very difficult. There are two air conditioners in the room next to each other and they are controlled by a single remote control that has many different functions that you don't understand, and there are no instructions. Sometimes the buttons don't work at all, sometimes you can change the fan speed but not the temperature, sometimes the opposite. Charging an electric car is not possible on site, although they have a charger for their own cars and this charger was always free. You could come up with a system where customers could use it, or even sell an hourly ticket. In many hotels, customers can even charge their cars for free. Fortunately, we had a hybrid car and charging was not vital, but with an electric car, this hotel would not have been the right choice. The car park is about 300 meters away and although you can be taken there by golf cart if you wish, it is a bit annoying to constantly order a ride to and from the hotel. As far as I can remember, this is the only hotel I have visited where a customer's birthday is completely ignored. Some places even give a small gift on a birthday, but even leaving a greeting card in the room would be enough. The large pool is a very good size for swimming, but the water was too warm, I planned to swim for about an hour, but I only lasted 15 minutes.

Cet hôtel a été une magnifique surprise pour clôturer notre séjour. Les Villas sont magnifiques (malgré quelques menues imperfections), entièrement sculptées et taillés dans le bois avec un mobilier confortable et un lit King-size ++. Le personnel est infiniment gentil et attentionné. L'ensemble des Villas est situé dans un magnifique jardin tropical parfaitement entretenu qui donne l'impression d'être en pleine nature. Nous avions hésité à nous déjeuner au restaurant de la plage au vu des critiques négatives que nous avions lues, mais si vous mangez Thaï en Thaïlande, vous mangerez toujours très bien. Y compris dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est toutefois éloigné de toute attraction touristique ou des commerces (hormis un ou deux petits restaurants) Nous y étions allés en parfait connaissances pour 2 nuitées donc aucun souci pour nous.

Amazingly well placed location right on Natai beach, lovely solid wooden villas with very comfy beds and plenty of private lounging space. Staff were very friendly and helpful, made the stay so much better. This could be a nice place for families or romantic getaway.

restaurant had a few issues with orders, but if you are patient it all works out in the end. Maybe give the wine a miss!

Alles was geweldig aan dit prachtige hotel. De ligging, ontbijt, de service top!! Poolvilla heel mooi schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel super vriendelijk en service uitmuntend! We gaan hier zeker terugkomen!!

Rust, prachtige natuur op het park. Vriendelijk personeel en een voortreffelijk ontbijt. Een unieke ervaring! Even weg in het paradijs.

Er is niets in de buurt en het eten en drinken is aan de hoge kant. Tip! Ga eten bij de twee lokale vrouwtjes zo’n 200m lopen naar links.

Bardzo ładny klimatyczny hotel przy pięknej plazy,bardzo dobre jedzenie i udogodnienia.

Frukost och personalen på frukost var toppklass! Strandområdet var väldigt fint och personalen där var också hjälpsam och toppen. Stranden var väldigt lugn och ren. Rummet var superfint och rymligt.

Personalen i restaurangen var väldigt rörig och ibland tog det väldigt lång tid för maten. Ofta kom drycken en stund efter att maten kommit på bordet. Vissa kvällar var det alldeles för hög musik, gick inte att prata med varandra vid bordet. Vi hade pool och badkar på utsidan vårt rum. Det kom väldigt mycket löv som föll ner i badkaret och poolen. En dag missade städet att ta vårt rum.

The room and beach front/view were really nice. The restaurant/pool staff were incredible, super friendly and attentive. The food was also on point.

It is extremely clear there’s a lack of staff. The staff on site (restaurant/pool) were working extremely hard but we still encountered significant wait times due to understaffing. The front of house staff seemed excessive and the work performed was conversely very slow. Check out took 30 minutes despite it being a print and sign job. Finally, we encountered various issues with our room including a sporadic, weak pressured shower, broken amenities (ironing board collapsed onto my wife’s foot) and at times dirty glasses and bedding didn’t seem to have been dealt with.

The staff are friendly and helpful,the see view is otherworldly very beautiful very quite , Thai themed rooms and resort in general.

I booked a deluxe pool villa,for starters I was put in a room where one of the 2 ACs wasn’t working it was really hot I couldn’t stand it I called the reception a guy came immediately but wasn’t able to solve it along with this there was noise from repairing (cutting drilling hammering) I said well this problem would end shortly so let me hop into the pool to cool ,the view was directly where the staff where working and and sitting ,the pool water was salty.I’ve waited for an hour and a half from checking in to this point so I called the reception it took them an hour to change rooms.our new villa was better yet still hot.we went to the beach the view was stunning at sunset. We ordered two mango juice they delivered them hot so I had to walk to them to ask for ice cubes. Near the pool there’s a bathtub with a lot of ants around it and it was dirty.

Der Service war exzellent. Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bemüht. Ein herzlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft, in den Restaurants, am Strand. Man fühlte sich umsorgt und willkommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage.

The pool villa was simply stunning. We’ve never stayed anywhere like it. The staff were incredibly helpful and the pools were beautiful - loved the boat day beds! I also had an amazing facial at the spa

In comparison to other luxury resorts the spa and kids club were a little disappointing. For example, the kids club could be renovated to be more modern with more exciting things for the kids to play with. Some toys were quite old and some broken. There was also not babysitting services. The spa offering was great, but it’s a small spa with no private adult pool / area to enjoy some child free time.

Im Vergleich zum Santhiya Koh Chang fanden wir die essensauswahl beim Frühstück schlechter, aber immernoch hohes Niveau Nebean wird viel gebaut

Smukt hotel med venligt personale. Perfekt til en familie med en baby. Smuk strand og poolområde, selvom vi brugte det meste af tiden på vores egen terrasse med pool.

Beliggenhed kunne være bedre, men hvis man bare ønsker at slappe af og være på hotellet er det lige meget
