This was the best place we stayed the entire trip. The staff were incredibly friendly the room was so spacious and the facilities were great! Everything you needed was at the resort which made for such a relaxing experience. Food was also fantastic. Swim up bar was also so fun. I did a cooking class which was a fun activity and the chef was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here the reception even organised a moped rental for us and it was so fun to ride around the rural surrounding areas and take in the nature surroundings ( there is also a 7/11 nearby which we went to lots) honestly would recommend staying here to everyone.

Not a bad thing - It can be tricky to get there if you don’t want to pay heaps. We were previously in Patong so caught the bus to Phuket airport and then got a bolt taxi from there to natai which worked out well. Not a negative just something to be mindful of as it isn’t in a easy to get to location but that’s also what makes it so great bc it feels like you are secluded! I’m pretty sure you can also arrange easy pick up and drop off from the airport with the hotel which would be a great idea ( we just didn’t do)

Having traveled to many hotels across the world , i think the breakfast at Natai lacks variety. Very poor breakfast. For the juices its seem they add water

The staff were lovely, the sea view was beautiful, and the pool was large. The room offered a sea view and a stunning sunset. I loved it and will be back.

"Wonderful stay with a beautiful Natai Bech!" I stayed at this hotel for one night during my vacation, the location is excellent, the room was clean, and it had a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were very polite and always ready to help with directions.. Overall, a wonderful experience and good value for money. Will come back!

The location right on the beach is great. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly. I was impressed by Wish who listened and took my feedback on board. Breakfast was good for 400 baht - I had poached eggs and bacon and sausages and pancakes and the pastry on the pain au chocolat was nice and flaky. The pool is big. There were lots of sun beds available for me to use (I felt like I was the only one staying there) The desserts were delicious. I only paid £40 per night which, for the location right on the beach, the pool and the fact that I had a bath in my room I was happy with. However, if I had paid any more than that, I would not have been happy.

The hotel was built 20 years ago and is very tired. There was a problem with ventilation in my room as when I left the AC on overnight, the floor was wet with condensation in the morning. When I got home, all of my clothes smelt very badly of damp. I was glad I was only staying for two nights. The Western food in the restaurant was not good. Don't order the chicken burger or the ham and cheese sandwich. There were a lot of flies at breakfast and only some of the food was covered properly. I didn't eat the fruit on the second day as there were flies all over it. There were no clean water glasses at breakfast on the second day, and when I asked for them to be cleaned, they were 'cleaned' and brought back in exactly the same state. I had to ask for a clean glass from the bar, which was provided. There did not have any fresh coconuts to drink which is strange - I have lived in Thailand for two years and never been somewhere that didn't have fresh coconuts available. The location is very secluded - no 7/11 nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle on certain days that leaves at 16:00 and takes you back at 18:00 to the nearest 'town' which is great, however, the town only has a Lotus and a pharmacy - you definitely don't need two hours there. When I checked out, I was not asked how my stay was (probably because they are used to complaints) and so I asked if they would like feedback. The trainee checking me out said yes to feedback (which I gave) and he thanked me for.

The swimming pool is beautiful and inviting, spacious and feels similar to the beach. The therapist's massage was excellent. The fitness center is superb, open 24 hours with no fixed hours or restrictions. The staff are lovely, friendly, and attentive. I felt very relaxed; it was truly a relaxing vacation. Traveling to the Similan Islands and Surin Islands is convenient with hotel shuttle service.

The resort grounds, facilities, beach, and pool are excellent, apart from a few maintenance issues. The rooms are spotlessly clean with good amenities, although lacking a retractable washing line, which a notice in the room said it had.. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The resort is quite remote, which suited us as we had a car, although there is a shuttle bus to the nearby town three days a week, perhaps more often in high season.

There was no money exchange on site, which we found bizarre for a supposed 5-star hotel. There are some maintenance issues that the management should take care of to live up to its 'luxury' status. Whilst we had a car, due to the resort's location, this may be an issue for others who require cash to use in other restaurants. There was nowhere to hang wet bathing suits. We felt the room rate and restaurant was overpriced for Thailand. There was also a 17% tax on everything.

Value,staff and amenities all good. Location nice and quiet.

I loved the private beach. My favourite room addition was the balcony, nice place to tan too. And the food was great too, especially breakfast and for a decent price too. Would highly recommend to others.

The swarms of giant flying bugs were not nice and feel like that should have been mentioned upon arrival and explained what they are lol. slightly isolated and the town trips you're only given two hours.

Les chambres sont vieillissantes mais encore très confortables.

Everything , and staff so friendly , bathtub, comfort light , bed , everything so comfortable for fully retreat . It will be my weekend return hotel . I really enjoyed everything .

Only one small discomfort , hot water is not coming from tap right away , u have to wait over 1-2 mins with tap open , within this time so much waste of water that feel sorry for .

Emplacement extra, calme, belle plage et belle piscine. Super bar dans la piscine.

Le mobilier mériterait d’être rafraîchit. Le canapé était particulièrement élimé et tâché. Dommage car la chambre était grande et initialement bien agencée.

Our private pool room was spacious and comfortable with everything you might need. The pool was lovely, right on the beach, with plenty of sunbeds. The swim-up bar served great cocktails.

Our room was one of the older ones so could do with a spruce up (some chipped furniture etc) but really nothing that affected our stay in any negative way.

Small hotel if your not into big reports - had everything you need for a short stay Beach was one of the best I have been to and glad that it lived up to its reputation quite and great for early morning / late evening walks

Noisy adjacent rooms

Mir hat die Nähe zum Strand sehr gefallen. Der Bungalow war sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft.

Хорошие большие и чистые номера. Бесплатный прокат велосипедов. Хороший бассейн. Много лежаков. Приятная для общения публика. Мастер класс по приготовлению Tom Kha. Внимательный персонал на ресепшене, говорящий на английском языке. Хороший вход в море и бескрайние пляжи.

Высокая цена номера. Завтрак не включен в стоимость и стоил 400ТНВ с человека. Далеко от города (shuttle bus ходит три раза в неделю). Кроме дорогого ресторана в отеле, есть только пара ресторанов с посредственной кухней и бегающими крысами.

Beautiful hotel. Great facilities. Comfortable posh room...it smelt like a minty spa.. felt very luxurious.. esp after some more basic stays. We stayed in 417.. garden room. Right near the pool restaurant and beach. Bed was huge and soooooo comfy. Robes and slippers. TV. Quiet. Free kayaks to use on the beach which was huge, largely deserted and clean. Activities were arranged on daily basis. App to book food, activities, theme nights and spa. Breakfast was great. Walk to the right on the beach and after maybe 5-10mins you come across a couple beach massage places and a brilliant seafood restaurant right on the beach.. was delicious and very good value for money. Staff seemed nice and helpful too. Alot of people stayed there for 2 weeks... After travelling around we only stayed 2 nights to chill before our flight home so these are 1st impressions.

The aircon wasn't great.. OK but not very powerful. Don't bother with the bbq on Friday night. It was £26pp which is quite alot compared to other restaurants in Thailand. We thought it included drinks but it didn't. Food was delicious but could get alot more for your money elsewhere. The fireshow was good tho. Be aware that the airport shuttle is not included in price of stay.. it is 1000baht extra. Drinks are double what we paid everywhere else we went.

Traumhafte Lage direkt an der Natai beach, tolle Poollandschaft mit Bar. Keine störenden Beachclubs. Das Personal durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist vielfältig, asiatisch bis international, wird bis zum Ende immer nachgefüllt. Es gab MTB Räder in relativ gutem Zustand für 3 Std frei zu leihen. Die Lage zum Phuket Airport - ca. 35min - optimal.

Die Anlage im thail. Stil gebaut ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt - schaut man genauer hin - teilweise sehr vernachlässigt. Wir waren bisher viermal dort und konnten nur wenige Instandhaltungsmassnahmen feststellen. Sehr schade für dieses tolle Hotel. 5 Sterne Landeskatagorie ok.

Великолепная локация, отличный просторный номер с террасой. В ресторане очень вкусное и разнообразную он меню.

Отличное месторасположение отеля. Море чистое, спокойное, купаться одно удовольствие. Вокруг нет много отелей, поэтому пляж фактически пуст. Великолепно засыпать и просыпаться под шум моря.

Отель немного уставший. Нужно провести хотя бы небольшой ремонт. Ну и ресторан на территории отеля очень так себе. Не вкусно готовят. А цена для Тайланда высокая. Вокруг есть только 2 ещё кафешки. Но они очень скромные по виду...

Прекрасный тенистый пляж

Мы жили в домике и это было ужасно! Кровать слишком жесткая, хотя в гостиницах часто матрасы жесткие, но тут это было из ряда вон! Подушки слишком худые. Я в итоге легла спать на диван, стоящий в комнате и хоть я не могла вытянуться полностью это все равно было лучше, чем спать на кровати! Система Кондиционирования на минимальной мощности шумела так, что мне было слышно даже через беруши! Душ не работал как следует — напор горячей воды был очень низкий, а кнопка переключения с верхней лейки душа на нижнюю держалась в нужном режиме только при большом напоре воды, в итоге приходилось включать сильнее холодную воду, для поддержания напора и, следовательно, работы душа в режиме нижней лейки и мыться в полу холодной воде или кнопка переключения режимов соскакивала сама и душ лился только сверху ! Также заказывали еду в номер через приложение — онлайн дворецкий — которое можно скачать по qr коду, размеренному в номер (больше нигде информации о меню обслуживания в номерах мы не нашли) — прождали час!!!! Я в итоге позвонила в ресторан, там начали извиняться и оправдываться, что не увидели мой заказ в системе! Если бы я не позвонила так бы и остались без ужина, но в итоге пришлось ужинать слишком поздно! Это была ужасная поездка! Хорошо, что только одну ночь так мучались в этом отеле! И все это за 5,5 тысяч бат! Просто кошмар и позор!

Встретили,угостили велком дринк,все быстро оформили,объяснили,с улыбкой проводили к номеру. Сам номер великолепен,большой,кровать гигантская,чисто,всё необходимое есть и в номере и в ванной. Огромный плюс - ванная. В ресторане все вкусно,территория большая и красивая. Персонал очень услужливый и улыбчивый.

Beautiful beach

Once a beautiful hotel, but now it’s very dated and rooms and grounds need refurbishment. The breakfast was ok..

Prachtige locatie op een mooie rustige plaats.

Geen aanmerkingen, had wel leuk geweest als het andere restaurant open zou zijn.

Die sehr ruhige Umgebung(nichts für Partygänger!),die parkähnliche Anlage, der sehr grosse Swimmingpool mit ausreichend Liegen und täglich frischen Handtüchern und die absolute Nähe zum flachen Sandstrand am Meer, bei Ebbe für Kleinkinder geeignet machen diesen Ort perfekt. Der Flughafen ist in 25 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Kleine Mängel an Türen und Möbeln.

To już kolejny mój pobyt w tym hotelu. Bardzo podoba mi się usytuowanie, na uboczu (cisza i spokój) Piękna plaża, pełna dostępność leżaków, ręczników plażowych itp. W niedalekiej odległości od hotelu można skorzystać z masażu, są również dwie restauracje. Bardzo miła obsługa.

The staff were just so friendly and more than happy to help with anything. So warm and welcoming even at my my 2am arrival. The rooms are a very good size, tea and coffee available, good sized bath and a shower separate. Room very clean and a nice balcony. The outside area is just beautiful, with a lovely scenic walk through to the pool and dining area. The pool areas pool bar was perfect. Good food available for breakfast lunch and dinner. Best thing for me was the fact you walk into the beach straight from the resort, no walking etc.

The one and only thing that could improve is the staffs timing to when they come to take orders. Other than that this hotel met all expectations one would want on holiday!

This is nice place if you just want to be in the beach or the pool and relax. The beach was Amazing, clear water and clean and nice hard sand sole. Breakfast is varied. Pool is lange and also there is plenty poolchairs in the pool and the beach.

The entrances to the beach houses are bad. Sand is Carried to the houses because there isn't any chance to wash the feet after being in the beach. The resort is far away from anything and there are nothing to see. There isn't nothing to see in the nearest town, not even restaurants.

La chambre est vraiment vieillot et sale. Tout est délabré. On ne se sent pas bien dans la chambre. Beaucoup de bruits des voisins avec musique à fond toute la nuit, c’est inadmissible. On vient dans un hôtel pour se reposer, pas pour être en boîte de nuit. L’hôtel ne vaut ni ses étoiles ni son prix. Je le noterai 3 étoiles au lieu de 5

Останавливались в отеле в начале марта 2026 года. Изначально бронировали Beach House, но потом, почитав отзывы и посмотрев видео, перебронировали на номер с бассейном. Если у вас есть такая возможность, берите этот вариант! По факту, домики на пляже очень старые, плотно стоят друг к другу. На фото показано джакузи на крыше, но по факту ни разу не видели, чтобы там кто-то был. Есть подозрение, что они не работают. Виллы на пляже на первой линии практически от домиков не отличаются. Только первая линия и соседи (в одном домике объединены два номера, перегородки нет). Так что никакого уединения и романтики у вас особо не будет. А вот номера с бассейном - это чудо! Во-первых, они отгорожены кустами и находятся довольно далеко от дорожек, по которым ходят люди. Во- вторых, у них своя заверенная терраса с лежаками. Поэтому, когда припекает солнце, вы можете лежать в тени прохладе и плавать в собственном бассейне. На море довольно сильные приливы и отливы. Когда отлив и волна, то вода довольно мутная, плавать некомфортно. Опять же, наличие своего бассейна очень кстати. Утром на штиле море прекрасное!!! Вода чистейшая, прозрачная, вход пологий и очень комфортный. Поэтому утром мы плавали в море, а ближе к обеду уходили на свою террасу. У отеля большая и зелёная территория, народу было немного, всегда можно было найти место на лежаках. Даже когда был наплыв туристов на мартовские праздники, это не сильно ощущалось. Пляж - отдельное удовольствие! Огромная многокилометровая полоса чистейшего песка, каждый день убирают листья и мусор. Можно бесконечно гулять вдоль берега под шум волн и пение птиц. Ресторан при отеле очень приличный, цены вполне гуманные - не верьте тем, кто пишет, что дорого. Обед в ресторане при отеле на двоих с пивом и соком был примерно на 30% дороже, чем в ресторанчике на пляже. При этом сервис, подача и качество блюд совсем другого уровня.

Sehr freundliches und um den Gast bemühtes Personal! Großes Zimmer, weiches Bett, sehr großes Bad mit Regendusche. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit täglicher Abwechslung. Sehr zu empfehlen

Absolutely loved the pool, gardens and beach here, it was a great place for relaxation and just what we wanted for a few days. Food at the restaurant was good, and in such a lovely setting on the beach. Room was huge, though a little run down. Great sunsets.

There is nothing else in the vicinity, so if you don't want to spend all your time relaxing and enjoying the location you will need a car or rely on taxis, but this didn't matter to us and the remoteness enhanced our stay.
