staff was really helpful and friendly great location

The breathtaking views, beautifully landscaped gardens, and exquisite architecture made our stay truly unforgettable. However, what distinguished this resort above all else was the exceptional level of hospitality. We had never anticipated such impeccable, personalized service. Our wonderful butler, Zico, was truly extraordinary. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth exceeded every expectation. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay at Aleenta was seamless and memorable. We were equally fortunate to be looked after by several other remarkable members of the team, including Gary, Mam, and many others, each of whom contributed to making our experience so special. A heartfelt thank you to Vid for the lovely conversations each day and for your outstanding service. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and genuine care throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our first visit to Phuket such a magnificent and unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning.
There is very little to criticize about this exceptional resort. Although the weather was not in our favor during our stay, my family and I still had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. We had done our research prior to our arrival and were aware that the resort is situated in a relatively secluded location. While this tranquil setting may not appeal to every traveler, it was exactly what we were looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.
Everything was excellent. Zico 👍
Nothing.
Hard to pick anything.
It’s split by a road where locals are driving through at speed. It’s in the literal middle of nowhere and everything you needed, like enough towels for the number of people in the room, additional toilet rolls, the rooms were never fully serviced. The price…. Does not reflect the location, quality and rating of the property. There is a main “restaurant” to get food breakfast lunch and dinner. And when I enquired about the fancy dégustation dining I was told no, the chef isn’t full time and so isn’t there unless they get enough bookings. Breakfast was a total flop, repetitive and limited in options, and the bread knife leaked years old dishwater through a hairline crack in the handle. When raised with staff they didn’t understand why that would be disgusting and we were not surprised when the knife was then out at the bread board the following day! We were beyond disappointed with this place. Go to the Pullman or something more reputable, don’t waste your money or your time coming here. We had a family emergency and were GLAD to check out. We had paid upfront and whilst annoying to not be refunded for 3 nights, we were just glad to leave.
La plage,la picsine et le personnel toujours au service.
Autour il manque des activités
Unser Butler Gary war spitze!
Außerhalb des Hotels gibt es kaum Gastronomie,
Aleenta Phuket has an incredible vibe - calm, stylish, and the kind of place where you instantly slow down. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which makes a big difference. There were a few small hiccups during check-in, but Patrick and his team handled everything smoothly and made sure we were completely comfortable. That level of care didn’t go unnoticed. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.
Without doubt what makes this resort special is the attentiveness and genuine friendliness of all the staff. This along with the beautiful setting on a pristine sandy beach that is very private. No vendors selling goods or massages, no other guests from nearby hotels. Plenty of sun loungers and space to spread out. The sea was beautifully clear with a soft sandy bottom. From other reviews it seems at certain times of the year the sea can be rough. In March when we went it was calm for most of our 10 days, but not still, you get the occasional waves, some bigger than others, so maybe not suitable for young children. Beach boys are very attentive with filling up your iced water and helping adjust your sun loungers. Our entry level Grand Deluxe villa was excellent, huge very comfy super king bed, very efficient air con, large private pool with jacuzzi jets and a spacious dressing area and bathroom. The villas are very private, not over looked at all. Housekeeping was excellent and everything spotless. The Hotel is isolated, and you need a taxi to get to most places, the taxi company across the road was very good and reasonably priced. It’s about 30 mins to the airport and about 45mins to Phuket town. This Hotel is a member of the prestigious leading Hotels of the world, and this is where I have a few minor issues, leading to four rather than five stars. The restaurant service although very friendly was slow at times, very slow. Wait times were long between ordering and getting your food. The longest we waited was an hour from ordering our starters to receiving them. On a number of occasions we skipped dessert because we didn’t want to have to wait to firstly order and secondly to get the food. There are not enough staff either in the kitchen or serving, those that are there are run off their feet. The occasional evening entertainment is very good, especially the fire dancers. There is an under used Thai boxing ring that is crying out for a complimentary demonstration fight, I’m sure it would attract many of the guests and result in some bookings for lessons. The price of drinks was way too high. Wine was around £60 a bottle, cocktails were London prices, £14 approx. The mini bar ( we were half board) was similar. The room has orange flip flops, a hessian beach bag and the obligatory white slippers. The beach bag and flip flops are used, they are clean but used, and not to take home unless you purchase from the hotel shop. The bag was around £45, we thought this was mean spirited and not in keeping with such a prestigious hotel. Serviettes in the restaurant are very thin paper, the cheapest. We are aware of the Hotels eco friendly stance, but this annoyed us , due to the beach setting there was often a sea breeze, the serviettes just flew around and don’t stay on your lap. We took to asking for linen serviettes. A luxury Hotel however eco friendly shouldn’t scrimp on the necessities. The food was mainly good but often under seasoned. Note to chef, please put some salt in your mashed potatoes and pumpkin soup. lot of the dishes were overly sweet. The menu at The Edge was divided up into local, western and healthy sections. On half board you can choose from any section. Being far from local restaurants we ate here every night, we did start to get a bit tired of the menu and one night I asked if I could have something from the lunch menu, this was duly provided without hesitation. The lunch menu to me should be available in the evening as well, as I felt there were a lot of very appealing choices. For those with mobility issues, think carefully before choosing this hotel. There are a lot of different levels and steps. The Grand Deluxe villas are across the very quiet road up and down some steps and then spread out amongst the gardens. The villas have steps up to the entrance and no handrail into the swimming pool, which has steep steps. The main hotel has a number of different levels and steps, including some steep steps into the indoor section of the Edge restaurant. There is an al la carte restaurant which was rarely used, partly because of the position up high and not on the beach and also the menu was a set tasting menu and we didn’t think very appealing. The spa treatments we had were excellent, and the staff all lovely. The guests are a great mix of nationalities, and all age groups.
Very pleasant hotel, they took care of every detail of what I requested for my marriage proposal! They were very attentive and impeccable. I highly recommend the intimate dinner experience with your feet in the sand.

Prior to us deciding if we want to book there we went to visit the resort and decided to have lunch in The Edge Restaurant overlooking the beach. Our so called lunch was so off putting that we wrote a separate review and on the basis of such poor experience certainly would not waste time and money to get further upset. Good luck in getting your act together
Beautiful & immaculately maintained resort that enhances stillness & privacy. Staff cannot do enough for their guests. The beach is sensational with snacks & drinks regularly provided. Anna provided an outstanding service & maintained a brisk response when contacted. The bed is super comfortable and the villa pool area is lovely with a great day bed. Nothing to do but relax. Housekeeping staff efficient & thorough. Daily minibar wellness snacks absolutely delicious. The walled garden in our private pool villa was lush although a haven for mosquitos. Goy’s massage in Ayurah Spa was amazing. Food good BUT breakfast selection underwhelming. Wine selection could possibly be improved. My only suggestion would be to make the whole eating area smoke free. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Aleenta used to be a cool, small boutique hotel with great service and good food . Rooms were modern and well equipped, with thoughtful decoration and little touches that added to a luxury experience. They have clearly had a change of direction as this seems like a hotel that has lost its way, catering for a more mass market crowd and it shows in all details, except the cost which is no longer value in my opinion. The service is poor, the food is mediocre and the attention to detail is sadly lacking. Our room was spacious, however run down. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom, which had no towels in it when we arrived . The lift to our apartment was not working and there was no hot water in the shower. Service at the restaurant for breakfast was slow and confused. Despite many complaints on the small details that make a luxury experience, all we received was a smile and “sorry”. Sadly at this price sorry and a smile does not cut it …. I would hesitate to recommend this place to any discerning traveller . It’s lost its magic .
Our room was fantastic. Number 104 which is a beachfront large spacious room and bathroom with private pool. It was amazing to sit on the deck watching the sun go down and hearing the waves. Everything was new looking and kept beautifully by our loveable housekeeper Eye. Very comfortable bed and lovely linens . Pyjamas, robes and slippers provided, along with flip flops and a beach bag. Also a coffee machine, bottled water, kettle and refilled fruit bowl. The hotel is built on many levels with wonderful water gardens full of water lilies along the paths tended by a lovely gardener, I don't know his name but I enjoyed our interactions. Disabled access is available but I wouldn't say it is an ideal place if you can't deal with steps. The wc's are up steps and a long way back from the beach and main restaurant. Apart from the stunning location on an unspoilt quiet beach , the main thing that makes this place great is the friendliness and dedication of the staff in all areas. Too many to mention all of them but Lita in reception who welcomed us , the lovely breakfast ladies in the Edge, waiters Khun, Best and Yacht and beach guys Pla, Book and Grappa all really added to our stay. Food was generally good with a mix of Thai and western dishes but the breakfast buffet is the same every day, so on a 2 week break it became a bit boring. Things we didn't like were the price of wine which we thought was ridiculous compared to local prices and the lack of a bar to meet and chat to people. Although the ethos is very much about couples having privacy , it's still nice to have somewhere you can get to know other guests or visit for a drink before dinner. The lack of any sign of a manager in the dining room was at times a big problem in the evenings. On busy nights the staff, although trying their very best, were run off their feet and the senior waiter was serving full time. This meant there was nobody to oversee what was happening and we had long waits for food. This is not a complaint about the staff who were amazing but in a hotel of this rating one would expect an F and B manager to be on duty overseeing the smooth running. Its certainly what we have experienced at other similar standard hotels. In fact, there was no sign of any Management staff in the hotel for the 2 weeks we stayed there. The best hotels we have stayed in always have prominent hotel managers who interact with guests and are around to see what's happening. It was also very disappointing for a wellness brand that there was only one complimentary exercise class per person per stay. The impression on the web was that the first class of each day was complimentary but this was not the case. The cost of classes was about double what I pay in the UK, which when one is paying so much for the accomodation was very disappointing. I had stayed at Aleetna Pranburi many years ago and really enjoyed the complimentary daily yoga, meditation etc. The class I did attended had 3 of us. Not surprising! A free daily class would make a great deal of difference particularly as there is not really anywhere much of intetest to go outside the hotel. There is also no service to exchange money so get cash at the airport for tips and taxis etc.
We would not have booked this hotel if we had known what a challenge it is to get around. I have never seen so many steps. Some but not all have a handrail. Parents with young children have to lift pushchairs continuously. Our grand deluxe pool villa across the road was spacious and luxurious, with a huge bed and a splendid swimmable pool, but there were dangerous steps without a handrail leading up to the front door. The pool had no handrail or steps, preventing use by most children and many elderly and disabled people. The staff were delightful, notably Yacht in the restaurant. The food is often good, specially the a la carte breakfasts. The restaurant is too small for the number of users. Expansion into the upper part of the hotel is probably needed, not least to create room for a proper bar.
L’emplacement. Très belle plage
Une route à 2 voies assez fréquentée coupee L hôtel au milieu Je suis surpris que cette hôtel est le label leading Hôtels of World La nourriture était mauvaise Le restaurant gastronomique était un hold up Rien dans l assiette tout dans nos poches Le personnel était gentils mais non professionnels
Excellent stay on a beautiful beach. We stayed in a loft room, which shares an infinity style pool right from the terrace, which was lovely. Service was good and very consistent, especially from our "butler" Anna, who helped us with bookings, reservations etc. Would like to stay again.....
We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel: the villa was gorgeous, the service was excellent, and everything felt very pleasant and comfortable. I would like to make a special note about the butler Ting, who assisted us throughout our entire stay. She was very polite, attentive, and carried out all her duties efficiently and professionally. Any small issues that arose were resolved quickly and discreetly, leaving us with a very warm and positive impression of the hotel and its service.
Alleenta is a beautiful hotel, wonderfully quiet on a vast beach. Beachboy PLA is fantastic. The only downside is the street. We had room 718, and it was right on the street, and we were occasionally bothered by street noise at night.
Hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This isn’t an exaggeration at all. Everything about the place felt special from the atmosphere to the level of professionalism in the service. If I ever come back, I’d return here with my life partner, because the hotel is incredibly romantic and peaceful. The three nights I spent here were honestly some of the best hotel nights of my life.
The property is located in a very quiet, secluded area, so transportation is needed to move around and reach the main areas of Phuket.
My wife chose The Aleenta as a way to celebrate my 60th birthday. It turned out to be the perfect decision. From the moment we stepped through the reception , the warm welcome set the tone for a magical 7‑night stay in paradise. My wife booked a deluxe villa, which sits across the road from the main hotel building. It’s not as inconvenient as it may sound - the separate location feels ultra‑exclusive and private. The villa’s design is immaculate: floor‑to‑ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, French doors swing open onto a sparkling private pool with a sunken bathtub, and a spacious bedroom kept pristine by an outstanding housekeeping team. Special thanks to Doune and her colleagues for their flawless service. The service at this hotel is off the scale. We almost feel guilty by not mentioning everyone by name as each individual embodied the hotel’s warm ethos. That said, the reception team was outstanding. We first encountered Nana, Zico and Sun on our first day, and they almost appeared as excited as we were to be arriving at this beautiful hotel. Check in was a breeze, helped along by the most delicious Welcome drink. Each day we ate The Edge restaurant – an amazing position at the front of the hotel overlooking the Andaman sea. As for the menu, WOW! We were super impressed by the array of choices available. From fresh Thai classics to inventive international offerings, we were spoilt for choice. The menu is absolutely amazing with food matched by outstanding service. We were looked after by a team that made us feel that nothing was too much. In short, the service was the best. Talking of which, there is a waiter actually called Best! Yes, best by name and best by nature - his friendliness, along with his colleagues captured our hearts. Along with names we sadly cannot remember, we are grateful to: Or, Mam, Guitar and Fran to name but a few. The Edge sits in front of a mega (and quiet) pristine beach, which is so large with lounges and stretched sofas overlooking the sea. Both Grappa and Pla kept our glasses full with cocktails while we half-dozed in the Thai heat. Our culinary adventure didn’t stop at The Edge. We booked a Thai cooking class led by Chef Poppy, who first took us on an early‑morning market tour, sharing stories about local ingredients. At the market we all enjoyed a coffee with a local street food called Pa Thong Ko. Back at the hotel, we prepared a delicious lunch under his guidance—a hands‑on experience that left us with new skills and a deeper appreciation for Thai cuisine. Facilities at this hotel included the spa which both myself and my wife took advantage of. It’s a haven of serenity and beauty with a professional team that go beyond your expectations. My Thai massage was awesome. My wife not only had a manage but a facial, both of which she was first rate. All in all, Aleenta Hotel ticked every box for a perfect getaway - outstanding service, exquisite food, superb facilities, and a villa that feels like a private oasis. For those craving a bit of local hustle, the nearby town of Khok Koi is just a short taxi ride away, but if relaxation is the goal, Aleenta is unrivaled. We left Phuket with full hearts and a yearning to return to this slice of paradise. I didn’t think I could love my wife more, until she gifted me this extraordinary trip to The Aleenta.
The property is very pretty and private. The Food was so good. we are vegetarian so we thought it would be hard for us to eat anything but they served vegan and vegetarian food which was equally delicious so it was a great get away for us.
Just that it is far from phuket
Stayed for four days and it ha been an amazing experience. We had a house with own pool! The staff at reception, restaurant, spa, yoga and the beach are truly amazing. Best ever! Easy access to sunbeds on a beach that has fantastic sand. Food at the edge (we had half board) is also great with a huge varsity. I would come back at any time.
Great property.. comfortable stay in private villa.
I think it was a little far from Phuket but I didn’t think it was much of an issue.

Most beautiful beach, wonderful service, delicious food, peaceful and joyful athmosphere. Aleenta is perfect destination for travellers seeking harmony and beauty, balance with nature.
Great private pools.
Although they they are highly vegan friendly we did not see it that way. Also the rooms are not properly sealed, so we were having animals in the room sometimes
La qualité des villas piscine est top! L'emplacement est plus relax que directement à Phuket. Le personnel est chaleureux et très à l' écoute de nos besoins.
Rien d'important à noter de négatif!
My partner and I stayed during the last week of November at the Aleenta Resort and Spa in a Club Villa. The Club Villa features a super comfy king-size bed and comes with a small swimming pool, butler service, and access to the club room, where guests can enjoy afternoon tea and later on, complimentary drinks during the cocktail hour. Why Aleenta Aleenta Resort and Spa is perfectly located on the beautiful Naitai Beach, which boasts fine-grained, white sand and offers peaceful, clean, and secluded privacy with miles and miles of sea views. Here, there are no beach sellers vying for your attention with souvenirs or beach items—just friendly staff doing their utmost to make your holiday special. Hospitality at Aleenta As you would expect from a 5-star resort, the staff is attentive, warm, and always sporting a friendly smile. ☺️ The level of service and attention to detail is superb. I’d like to give kudos to Pla and Argon for their outstanding service at the beach. Small things can often go unnoticed; I don’t expect my towels to be straightened and brushed off for sand grains while I dip my toes in the ocean, but that’s exactly what Argon does. 👏 And thanks to Pla for always ensuring we had refreshments on those hot sunny days. 🥵 The Food There are two restaurants at Aleenta: Seasons and The Edge. Unfortunately, the latter doesn’t get many visitors, which is a shame because the food there is really good. The Edge, on the other hand, has room for improvement. I wasn’t entirely impressed with how my eggs were cooked, and some of the Western dishes didn’t quite meet the mark. I won’t go into details here, but we did voice a feedback to the management, and the issue was solved to our satisfaction. The Thai dishes and the healthy options, however, are really good. Last but not least, I’d like to give a special thank you to Gary, our butler, for making this holiday special. Professional and caring, Gary made our week at Aleenta truly memorable. I also want to thank resort manager Khun Ma’am and front office manager Khun Patty for accommodating our late check-out.
If heaven is a place, I’d imagine it to be just like this. The hotel, the beach, the food, the drinks and the staff, are just amazing. It could be that we timed it well, and the area was really quiet but we took a walk down the beach and had the whole stretch to ourselves. We stayed for 23 hours as a stop over before our next Thailand destination and it was just the R&R we needed before heading to Patong. The room, villa, with its own private pool was taken full advantage of and despite our continued venture was sad to leave already. Highly recommend.
Es un lugar increíble, las habitaciones, la comida es exquisita, el personal siempre dispuesto ayudarte Si quieres un lugar para descansar este es el indicado tiene todo lo que necesitas para estar a gusto
I cannot say enough good things about this resort! We went there last week, and unfortunately had to leave early due to a medical issue, but our experience there was great! Aek, (I believe is how you spell his name), the driver, was absolutely fantastic helping my husband and I around the hospital area and staying the entire time with us and helping us translate. He went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. Everyday someone checked on us to make sure we were okay, and that my husband was feeling better. We utilized the spa a few days and Oil gave me the best facial and massage I've ever had, not sure how anyone in the states can compare after that experience. We ate at the Edge where the food was delicious with a very caring and attentive staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our first time in Thailand, it was one we will never forget!
I have stayed with Aleenta for 4 days and my wife and I have been having vaccinations with Phuket Island for the last decade. Aleenta is almost the best stay above all. Everything has been amazing including staff and the entire places. Just a few nitty gritty things to make it a perfect one. Drainage system of shower room was so bad (causing floods). The mat located at the center of the living room was not serviceable (the corners and the edges of the mat were curled up that would cause tripping off easily). Also a tip for travelers’ choice, access to any of the restaurants or facilities are mainly by staircases.
It was a nice quiet get away. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. I felt there was a safety concern with the loft unit we stayed in during the night hours there where no rails to hold on to making the unit nicer but it should at least have sensor lights under the stairs so you don't have to turn on the bright light at night
The food quality was terrible. Choosing ripe fruits and vegetables is basic culinary 101. The room was dirty as well. I was at the Resort for 2 hours total and finally had enough. I booked a different hotel and transportation. Discussing my concerns with the manager was not successful. I explained I was leaving and still there was no concession. A refund was not provided. The staff is very friendly, but the facility is in disrepair and needs a face lift. I left a more detailed google review. I'm not sure how stars are assigned, but I can't believe this is a 5 Star "Luxury" Resort. Very disappointed!
Two wonderful weeks at Aleenta Resort with private pool, excellent food, wonderful staff, very well cared for. Great place to relax in the warm climate despite some rain.
I had the most incredible stay at Aleenta Phuket, Phang Nga Resort! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how clean, fresh, and tidy the entire resort was. It felt like a luxurious escape, with the attention to detail everywhere you looked. The staff were truly amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to make sure my stay was perfect. I can't say enough about the food—it was out of this world, with every dish a delightful experience for the tastebuds. And the Thai massage? Absolutely wonderful! I didn't want to leave the spa, let alone wake up the next day. The beach was pristine, and while the sea was a bit rough, it didn’t stop me from enjoying peaceful walks along the shore. The private villa I stayed in was simply stunning—having a swimming pool right outside my bed meant I could enjoy a refreshing dip whenever I wanted. A big thank you to the reception team, especially Mama, Set, and Pom. You all made my stay extra special, and the service you provided was truly 10 stars and above! We will definitely be back in 2026 —Aleenta see you soon.
This stunning Phuket resort exceeded all expectations during our 5-night stay. The location is perfect - tucked away in a peaceful area with a practically private beach. The staff's warmth and expertise truly made our visit special. Our pool villa was incredible - being able to step directly from the bedroom into your own pool was such a unique and luxurious touch. The dining was outstanding, easily ranking among the best resort food we've experienced. The daily wellness activities and spa treatments were the perfect finishing touches to a rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility, exceptional service, and those special touches that make a vacation unforgettable.
One of most remarkable acts of kindness and elite levels of services I’ve ever witnessed (pic). Just before bedtime, Turn Down Service the maid (Khun M) accompanied with Khun FHA closed our drapes and on her hands and knee’s creased the bottom of each tip of the drapes so the sunlight in the morning would not show through. Truly an unbelievable sight! Additionally, slippers positioned at the side of our bed with delicious assorted fruits. The property is about a 20 minute drive from the airport, in a very quiet low traffic area and ultra quiet beach. Our room was beautiful with private pool and outside tub, all very relaxing. The beach villas with view and on the beach seem to be around 10,000b/nt. The hotel rests on the beach basically a very private area. In the restaurant we tried many dishes, the most memorable was the Wagyu steak over 1000b, but impressive flavor w/ the peppercorn sauce. Khun Mam is their star waitress- cheery, always smiley, and very prompt. Off property there’s a 7-11 about a 10 minute drive. Restaurants are also about 10-15 minute drive too. Their specialty and main attraction is their wellness department with yoga, complex and targeted areas massage, Tibet sound healing, stretching, and much much more by very highly trained and certified masseuse technicians. Overall with a combination of fun staff, scenic beach view with breeze, and comply rooms really made this to be one of our most favorable stays. A++. Highly recommend.
Nice hotel. Quiet place.
A bit isolated for our taste
Everything is good

Super friendly staff. Good food.
Tiles slippery when wet. No swimming in sea possible end of June.
The staff is very friendly, the room service is excellent, overall this is hotel is excellent
Love that it is not surrounded by built up commercial tourism, it really is a getaway! The spa and food are great, even for a second visit! Love the pool at the beach and private pool villa too. If you looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle this really was just that.
Not on the property but to note that at this time of year (July) the beach is a no swimming beach. The pool is right at the beach though, so you still get the ocean breeze while diving into the water :)
Amazing Place, and the room was fantastic. I attended yoga and Mouti classes at the hotel—very nice experience. The staff was amazing.
All staff at Aleenta were so friendly and helpful, khun Yanika from reservation, Anna and her team from front office ,khun Jak at kids club my son still talk about him, buggy service was good bell man helpful and polite, Room was so clean by khun Fah nice pool in the villa, not far from Phuket International airport and some local restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a place to stay for long weekend or vacation Aleenta Phuket Phang-nga is the good place that you must visit.
The resort was amazing - our own private deluxe villa was perfect for a relaxing break. Food was superb with variety and 5 star tasting and presentation. The staff were excellent and very attentive to all our needs. Could not fault our stay at all
Merlin Hotel, the staff are brilliant, rooms are very good albeit this is my second stay here my first room was better, food something for everyone all great quality, the hotel surrounding are one of the best for me just beautiful, my third time in Khao lak area, and I have found it very safe, tours from here are long days, tip don't book two days in a row leave a recovery day, I hired a car this time for a couple of days easy to see all the rules traffic lights they note after that, well, plus it was cheap to hire.I've been here in June weather was good 2 days of rain, November for 3 weeks again 2 days of rain, this time in May wow rain and thunderstorms due to this mozzies are hungry also note our spray is useless. One foot note on the hotel there's a lot of work ongoing in off peak times of the year, the entertainment is not for everyone, but a short walk down to the village drinks, food, music and sports bars, the market is in town a short taxi ride with plenty of shops and some nice restaurants I've eaten in a few the Golden Elephant is excellent. not sure what it is but this area brings out the best in people always meet some great people.
Aleenta Phuket is truly an amazing place with amazing staff who are so helpful and friendly. The services are fantastic, rooms are great with really comfortable beds. The only thing that I would complain about is the amount of mosquitoes around. Other than it's just an amazing getaway.
We stayed at the signature pool villa. It was very nice except the outdoor shower would have flies or mosquitoes so be careful. Very secluded and peaceful hotel. Nana the receptionist/assistant manager went out of her way to make our stay fabulous. I had a great birthday! Thank you
We stayed at Aleenta Phuket for a few days and absolutely loved it. The room opened right onto the beach with a private pool — pure bliss. Everything was clean, calm, and super relaxing. Staff were kind and helpful throughout, and breakfast was amazing every morning (still dreaming of the mango sticky rice). We also had a great massage at the spa and enjoyed quiet walks on the beach — no crowds at all. It’s a perfect spot to unwind. We’re already talking about when we can come back. 💙
May 2025 I recently returned from a stay at this resort and had a wonderful experience. We booked the four-bedroom villa to celebrate my daughter’s graduation with a small family gathering. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Although the sea was quite rough due to the monsoon season in Thailand, we still had a lovely time together. The private swimming pool, located right by the beachfront, I would highly recommend this resort for families or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, relaxing setting. However, it may not be ideal for younger travelers seeking more activities or nightlife, as the atmosphere is very calm and quiet.
Aleenta Phuket exceeded all expectations. From the stunning beachfront villas to the warm, personalized service, every moment felt like paradise. The wellness offerings, serene atmosphere, and attention to detail make this resort truly unforgettable. Perfect for those seeking peace, luxury, and authentic Thai hospitality. Can’t wait to return!
I recently stayed at Aleenta Phuket Phang Nga Resort & Spa with a group of friends, and it was truly a memorable experience. We booked the 2-Bedroom Ocean View Residence, and it was absolutely superb – spacious, stylish, and with breathtaking views of the ocean right from our balcony. One of the highlights was the expansive beach area. It's wide, peaceful, and perfect for long walks or just relaxing under the sun. The resort overall had such a calm and luxurious vibe, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. This was a perfect retreat for us to unwind and enjoy nature in a serene setting. We’re already talking about coming back again!
Such a great breakfast, a la Card and Buffet to choose what ever you like from local to cross international food in very high Quality and great presented! Best: included . best we received was the great Service of everyone of the staff, who really cares about us.
nothing at all
I already miss this stunning place. For me it was pure paradise. While booking I was already so excited to come to Aleenta. But when I got there, I was speechless. This resort is truly a beauty and hidden gem. The architecture, the interior design, the attention to detail, the super friendly and helpful staff which goes above and beyond as well as the food gave me a feeling of being paradise. The rooms, beach and infinity pool area as well as all other areas were just so nice and beautiful. I always loved walking around or coming back to my room. They refilled water (I could not even use it) and sweet turn down service were also really outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed from the first very first moment and throughout the whole stay. I couldn’t have asked for more and the service was really outstanding from every employee. I am really grateful for this experience ans won’t forget my stay here. i already miss sitting almost alone at this beautiful beach and watch the beautiful sea and sunsets with drinks. As soon as you select a sun bed they also bring you water and refill it all the time. And they always make sure you’re feeling comfortable. If you’re looking for a silent escape / recovery at a very nice pool and beach this is the place to be! But make sure to bring your mosquito spray otherwise you’ll get lots of bites due to nature and humidity in your pool suite. But also here: the staff taken care, brings candles and spray to reduce the bites. Even though there is not a lot around, you can simply order a grab or indrive and explore the area. I highly recommend this place and hopefully I’ll come back one day. 😍
The resort is perfect for those who enjoy peace and relaxation. It has a beautiful spa and a quiet beach with no crowds. There’s nothing to obstruct the stunning view. The food is delicious, and the gym is decent. We didn’t expect the resort to offer healthy food options, but it turned out to be amazing. The rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Even though the resort has been around for a while, it is well-maintained. However, if you’re looking for a place to enjoy nightlife, this might not be ideal as it’s far from shopping areas or nightlife attractions.
I didn’t originally plan to come here, but when I saw the beautiful view and the nice rooms, I decided to give it a try. It’s great! My mom is over 70, so she doesn’t want to walk too much, so we chose a room close to the beach. It was perfect because the villa has three bedrooms, though not all together, but in the same area. It felt like we had privacy, yet it was easy to walk between rooms. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely, and the spa was amazing—I got a massage every day and it felt so good. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to bring their family, though we don’t have kids, so we didn’t check out that area. But I saw that they have a kid's club too.
Excelent breakfast!
Signature vila and its pool definitely needs renovation.
We travelled as an adult Multi Generational Family group traveling around Thailand. This hotel stay was our last and complete luxury for us. We had the 4 bed villa right on the end of the complex. Firstly we arrived early so got arrival drinks and cool towels while we waited to see when we coudl check in. We were a couple of hours early so we opted to go for a walk and then come back for 15:00. We did this and our room still was not ready, so we were given a bottle of sparking wine and a canape selection as an apology in the lounge of the villa, while they finished. The villa OMG is so impressive... it has a ground floor bedroom and ensuite off the main lounge. Then a downstairs toilet. The lounge and TV area is impressive, with a huge kitchen you exit onto the decking area which has 2 bedrooms one either side. The decking furniture is lovely and comfortable. The pool and a day bed seperate the bedrooms. Both lovely rooms. Bathrooms and dressing areas spacious with excellent toiletries. Robes, beach bags, slippers all provided. The views are outstanding, right out onto the pool and beach. There is a lovely garden with sunbeds, (no parasols but if you wanted them I am sure you could get one) .. the beach beds were two and a parasol, again, if you wanted more you could ask ... there were also beach bean bags we noticed too. We were staying for 4 days and we had breakfast included. This was a lovely selection of healthy options, English breakfast hot options, pancakes etc you chose from a menu, freshly cooked, plus a great buffet with Thai options, continental and cereals, cakes, pastries, juices, yoghurts, and a honeycomb.. it was fabulous. Happy Hour at the bar was every day, and we stayed for this most days, although not all cocktails are on this menu we found out after the first day! The hotel has a spa, a gym and communal pool. They are really pushing their exclusive Vegan restaurant which you have to book, but we didn't see anyone in there. We didn't use the spa, hubby used the gym which had water and towels pretty standard. There is a boutique shop for gifts etc too. The best part of our stay was our Butler Gary, and Yacht our waiter. They were just amazing. We didnt need Gary for anything but he was a phone call or message away. He always checked in on us and he would make sure we had the best tables, the fastest service etc. We didn't eat in the restaurant we went out so we cannot comment on the food, but we got a 2,000THB credit for use during our stay and chose to use it on drinks. Cocoloco a dance festival was in town, and there were lots of blacked out SUV's and I am sure famous DJ's around but we didnt know who they were so its worth checking the time you go to see if there is any events on. There are some boujee hotels and cafe bars along the road - worth a look. We had a thai massage on our last day at the beach ladies, and they were fantastic... bit more pricey than in Phuket itself but we felt it was worth it to be on the beach! 7/11 is quite a trek so if you do need anything take it with you! There is not really any supermarkets nearby. Natai itself is the very best beach we went to and it was a purely luxury stay for us, which was pricey but worth it! A great experience and if we ever returned we would defo stay here again purse strings allowing!
Fantastic resort on a beautiful beach. It’s away from the town but this makes it quiet. There are a couple of local shops nearby to grab a few essentials or a coffee. Great staff, they were so friendly and polite, very efficient and remembered the guests names and favourite foods or beverages. The wonderfully private villas had all the essentials and were presented well. The high quality food was always fresh and changed menus regularly. The resort had well maintained facilities and beach spaces. They helped make a milestone birthday extra special.
The villa had everything we needed. It was very private. The location of the resort is in a quiet and non-touristic location. The beach in front of the resort is quiet and nice. The morning buffet was great and very delicious - the location of the restaurant in front of the beach was perfect. We loved it to enjoy our last days in that resort. We only ate dinner in the nearby restaurants which we enjoyed a lot and gave us some local experience. All of the stuff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.
Very nice hotel and we liked the room with pool. Our highlight was the equipped beach and the service offered there by the team of staff, always kind, smiling and helpful. The beach restaurant is pleasant, breakfast is the best. The menu is nothing special and the service is always kind and smiling but quite slow.
