NH Torino Centro

Posizione, insonorizzazione, discrezione, disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.

Parking et centre ville à proximité

Ruimte as geweldig. Locatie. Dichtbij treinstation

Great location close to porta Susa and politecnico, modern facilities

Somewhat overpriced for Turin

Having onsite parking for the car we drove into Torino. Also, the comfort of the bed was exceptional. The location is also fantastic and the main reason why we chose this particular hotel.

The lack of a bellboy to help at the main entrance with the picking up of bags upon check-in.

Tutto benissimo

Desayuno. Limpieza. Servicio.

Staff, breakfast

No kettle in the room Exhaust fan in the toilet is not working

Nada

For me it has a perfect location as we arrive in Torino Porta Susa station so it was a short walk of 5 minutes to arrive the hotel. The staff super friendly, trilingual so is easy to communicate with them. And to move to the city is good as the metro station is in the corner of the hotel.

No commentaries for this

Colazione troppo cara

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, hotel pulito e confortevole, camere insonorizzate nonostante il traffico cittadino. Posizione centrale in una fantastica città.

Posizione centrale e personale cortese

Ottima struttura, staff eccellente.

Great location for the train station, while having lots of decent restaurants (and a great ice cream place) nearby! The hotel itself felt welcoming and clean, with helpful staff

The rooms felt a bit basic, even though they had everything you need in there. Also, the view from the room wasn't great, but that was offset by the convenience of the hotel

Ottima e completa colazione e personale molto cordiale.

Posizione e struttura, e parcheggio riservato

Niente.

I had an excellent experience from checking in to leave. They have upgraded my room to a better one which was more spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety of food was available. Staff was always friendly and kind. Room was always clean and everything was working fine.

Nothing :)

Personale cordiale

On the positive side, the room itself was excellent: beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed in particular was exceptionally comfortable and we slept very well. Overall, the accommodation itself was of a very high standard; unfortunately, some aspects of the service and the additional facilities did not quite match it.

The yogurt served at breakfast was warm and tasted strange for three days in a raw. When I mentioned this to a member of staff, my concern was rather dismissively brushed aside with the explanation that the table where the yogurts are kept is refrigerated. While that may be the case, it does not change the fact that the yogurt itself was not sufficiently cold and did not taste right. I would have expected my concern to be taken more seriously, especially when it involves a perishable dairy product. The hotel should consider lowering the temperature or keeping the yogurts in a proper refrigerator rather than dismissing a guest's concern about food safety. The hotel parking was convenient, but quite expensive for what it offered. There was no lift or direct access to the hotel, so unless you managed to stop in front of the entrance to unload your luggage, you had to carry it outside and up/down the parking ramp. What I found particularly annoying was that, during check-in, I was told I needed to decide quickly whether to take the parking space because many guests were asking for it and it was likely to fill up. In reality, the parking remained almost completely empty throughout our stay, with only one or two cars there most of the time. This made the pressure to make an immediate decision feel rather unnecessary.

Super large bed, good facilities, close to station.

Lokacija

Hotel pulito. Vicino alla stazione Porta Susa. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. Staff professionale e cordiale.

Staff extremely friendly. Rooms spotless.

The bar is ridiculously overpriced. Breakfast OK

The room was spacious, bright and clean. Choice of herbal teas. Staff lovely. Convenient to the train and Flixbus stop. The bed I wish I had at home.

A bit of City noise at night

Nice location, very helpful and friendly staff

Letto comodissimo, stanza silenziosa.

Colazione non compresa, il prezzo è Altino.

Letto comodissimo, stanza spaziosa.

Posizione e gentilezza dello staff

Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

We arrived quite late because of the train timetable but were given a warm welcome by the staff booking us in. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable We enjoyed a good nights sleep. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced. So my family were very pleased to stay there.

Nothing really

Good staff and clean rooms

The AC wasn't working and had a challenge with the bathroom lock

Well maintained property

Ruime koele kamers

Muy buena calidad de las instalaciones.

Incómodo el acceso al estacionamiento

A great place to stay!

Stanza pulita e nuova con tutti i comfort. Staff gentilissimo.

Staff

No coffee machine in rooms

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo !Personale molto preparato

Forse una maggiore manutenzione ai servizi sanitari

Very nice 4 star hotel in great location

Aparcamientos alrededor, zona azul.
