Top locatie voor Negombo. Op goede afstand van de luchthaven. Supervriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt met een mix van Europees en Sri Lankaans eten.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam, erg goed ontbijt met westers en traditioneel Sri Lankaans eten.

Het hotel was prima schoon, er was een lekker douche, goed ontbijt, lieve mensen bij het hotel en op loopafstand van lekkere restaurants.

Als je naar het oude centrum van Negombo wilt, dan heb je echt wel een taxi/ tuktuk nodig, anders is het echt nog best ver. Aangezien wij niet in het hoogseizoen waren, was het dakterras niet open.

It was beautiful and loved the decorations and balcony. The staffs also very good, humble and helpful. Breakfast was also good and my kids loved the fresh juice.. I will stay there next time.

The staffs were friendly and peaceful.

The pool wasnt little clean and there was no lunch or dinner to order. No milk powder for making tea or coffee and no tea cups were kept in room.

The room is great and the location is hard to beat everything is within walking distance, including the beach just 5 minutes away. That said, a couple of things left us with a bad first impression. When we arrived tired from our trip, we asked if we could eat at the hotel and were simply told to go find a restaurant outside no recommendation, no apology. A little more consideration for guests who've just checked in would go a long way. We also weren't given any information about the pool hours, which we had to figure out on our own. Overall a solid stay, but small details in the welcome can make a big difference.

The connection to the T. V is comfortable and relaxing for the children if it was available unfortunately it was not connected.

L’hôtel est proche de la plage et des restaurants, la wifi marche très bien, les chambres très propre.

Als wir mit dem Taxi dorthin fuhren, hatten wir zunächst Bedenken, da die Umgebung (bis auf die schöne große katholische Kirche nebenan) wirklich nicht sehr ansprechend ist. Aber sobald wir das kleine, liebevoll gestaltete Hotel betreten haben, sind unsere Bedenken schlagartig verflogen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, das gesamte Hotel ist sauber und wirklich schön ausgestattet. Wir haben ein gutes Frühstück serviert bekommen und haben ein paar nette Stunden an dem zwar kleinen aber ansprechenden Pool verbringen können. Außerdem haben wir auch unseren Balkon sehr genossen

Das Badezimmer ist etwas spartanisch, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Umgebung ist wie gesagt nicht sehr ansprechend. Nach etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man das Meer, allerdings erschien uns alles etwas verlassen und schmutzig. Was aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat. Hier waren wir wie gesagt sehr zufrieden

Struttura nuova in un quartiere tranquillo a 300 m dal mare. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Le camere sono belle. Colazione semplice ma buona.

Forse la piscina, molto carina, è un pochino sacrificata. Piccola e all'ombra. Ma il mare è vicino. Il disturbo viene dalla chiesa vicina che spara a tutto volume la messa ......

Sehr liebe und nette Gastgeber, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, Frühstück war auch sehr lecker (frisches Obst, frischer Saft, Eier und jeden Tag dazu eine singalesische Kleinigkeit)

Staff was very kind

A lot of moschitos inside the room. Bad small was going out from the bathroom after we took a shower. A very nice church is located right in front of the hotel but they celebrate Mass with a megaphone until late in the evening, and start again early in the morning around 6 or 7 in the morning.

My flight was cancelled and these hotel people got me a back to London through their travel agent friends. I had tried every day to try to get a flight through India USA Thailand Vancouver America Kuala Lumpur. So many airports and nothing but thanks to these guys they secured me a ticket it cost about 7 times the price but I’m just happy to be going home

Despite our 4 AM arrival, we were greeted with a warm, personal welcome from the owners. The hotel is absolutely spotless, and the breakfast was a highlight as was the comfy bed—truly lovely and the perfect start to our holiday

The property is located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which we really appreciated. The room was exactly as described on the website — comfortable, well-equipped, and very clean. We booked the triple room, and it was spacious enough for us, with two comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around. The room also included a refrigerator and tea and coffee-making facilities, which was a nice and convenient touch. We also enjoyed having access to the swimming pool during our stay.

One small issue we experienced was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom from the time we checked in. However, the owners were very kind and responsive and tried their best to fix it by cleaning. Unfortunately, the smell still bothered us a bit during our stay. Another point to note is that the property is located directly in front of a church. On Sunday morning, the early prayers were quite audible and slightly disturbed our sleep. This may be something to consider if you prefer to sleep in on Sundays. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-maintained place with friendly and helpful hosts, and a good option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the beach.

Ruhige Lage, Strand in Laufnähe, kleiner Pool, saubere Zimmer und eine heiße Dusche :). Zudem ein sehr nette Gastgeber, der unglaublich gut Deutsch spricht.

Hotel jak na warunki lokalne jest godny polecenia. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, a w przypadku wcześniejszego wyjazd y,, dostaliśmy lunch boxy. Pokój ok, duży, wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy (lodówka, czajnik, klimatyzacja, wiatrak). Położony na obrzeżach Negombo, ale tuk-tukiem można tanio wszędzie się dostać. W okolicy kilka rewelacyjnych restauracji. Wifi ok. Możliwość płatności kartą na plus. Bardzo podobała nam się strefa relaksu z basenem i huśtawkami, jednak woda w basenie była zimna.

Przydałoby się odmalowanie ścian, czystość była akceptowalna ale przydałoby się gruntowniejsze sprzątanie

Die Besitzer Bobby (spricht deutsch) und seine Frau waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Situation, es war eine schöne Zeit in dem kleinen familiengeführtem Hotel, der Strand ist in 7 min gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bobby bietet, bzw. organisiert Sightseeing Touren jeder Art und bietet auch Transporte in jede Richtung an. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Enklare hotell en bit från stranden. Rent med bra frukost. De har en liten pool att doppa sig i. Ligger bredvid en kyrka så vå både somnade och vaknade av mässa och sång via högtalare.

Virkelig beskidte værelser. Vinduet til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes, så der kom mange dyr ind. Meget små værelser uden særlig komfort. Vi havde bestilt to værelser med balkon - det ene havde en stor balkon, det andet en meget lille balkon. Der var meget lydt, så vi kunne høre alt fra de andre værelser.

Die Besitzer des Hotels waren unglaublich fürsorglich (wir waren da, als die fürchterlichen Überschwemmungen das ganze Land heimsuchten) und wir haben uns sicher und geborgen gefühlt. Wir danken ihnen von Herzen und wünschen ihnen und dem ganzen Land Sri Lanka alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer! Der Inhaber ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – wir wurden sogar spät abends, fast mitten in der Nacht, noch sehr nett empfangen. Er hat sich direkt Zeit genommen, uns Tipps und Tricks für unseren Aufenthalt zu geben, und war bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Am nächsten Morgen hat er uns ein frisch zubereitetes Frühstück serviert, nur für uns zwei, und währenddessen viel über Sri Lanka erzählt. Man hat richtig gemerkt, wie viel Leidenschaft und Herzlichkeit in diesem Haus steckt. Trotz anderer Gäste hat er sich Zeit genommen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein

Mr Fernado abd Ms. Nadee both greatly helped me to take maximum benefits as per hotel industry perks, which is highly appreciated. They truly made me feel at the hotel and were always willing to lend hand with anything i needed. Recommend this place for someone who needs a peaceful stay with a local family treated hospitality. Very pretty guesthouse with a lovely pool area to relax in. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and always willing to help (they even stored my extra luggage so I could travel around Sri Lanka light before spending one last night in Negombo!) with anything I needed. And breakfast was great: juice, plenty of fruit, yogurt, coffee, eggs & toast plus an always different Sri Lankan delicacy. I will stay there again if I am back in Negombo.

Zelo prijazni lastniki in osebje, čudovito urejen hotel. Vse nama je bilo všeč. Gospod Bobby nama je ustrežljivo uredil vse potrebno za rezervacijo udobnega klimatiziranega avtobusa do naslednjega kraja na najinem potovanju. Žal nama je edino, ker nisva mogla ostati dlje!

We had an amazing stay at Queen’s Palace! The place was super clean, peaceful, and just like in the photos. The hosts were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with fruits, yogurt, and tea. The room had all the essentials — good AC, minibar, TV, and a nice bathroom with great water pressure. We came as a group of friends and had a lovely time. Totally recommend this place and would love to come back!

De bedden waren erg comfortabel en de douche was goddelijk! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de eigenaar Bobby en zijn vrouw hebben ons niet alleen daar een fijne tijd bezorgd maar ook voor een super chauffeur gezorgd die ons 10 dagen door Sri Lanka heeft gereden!

Muy limpio. Personal muy amable, gestionado por una familia acogedora. Lugar y hotel seguros. Buen desayuno. Contacto con centro de masajes muy bueno.

La amabilidad del personal. Cerca de la playa y con un buen paseo en los alrededores. No tuve problemas de mosquitos ni nada parecido. El desayuno muy rico. Ideal para la primera o última noche del viaje.
