Leider eine große Bettdecke, wenn man nicht grad mit dem Partner unterwegs ist, unpraktisch. Die Badezimmertüre ist unten offen, man hört also alles raus, nicht so angenehm.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Camera pulita ed accogliente, con tutto il necessario, dalle ciabattine ai cioccolatini di benvenuto. Staff super cordiale e davvero disponibile (abbiamo chiesto di poter fare uno scherzo ad un amico e si sono improvvisati attori bravissimi). Abbiamo trovato davvero comodo il tram 44 (direzione Schottentor per il centro poche fermate) che si ferma davanti all'hotel sia per andare al centro che per ritornare, la fermata è proprio lì. Altri mezzi comunque a pochi passi. Colazioni varia ed abbondante con tutto il necessario e di ottima qualità. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Cordialità, pulizia. Alla reception abbiamo trovato una ragazza italiana che ci ha dato varie informazioni utili sia per l’hotel che per la città. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, il quartiere non è bellissimo al primo impatto, ma sembra stia rinascendo pian piano. Con il tram 44, che passa proprio davanti all’hotel si può raggiungere comodamente il centro di Vienna in pochi minuti (capolinea Schottentor).
Per quanto pagato, assolutamente nulla da ridire.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Het ontbijt was vers en uitgebreid, makkelijke verbinding naar zowel het centrum als naar Schloss Schonbrun. Het personeel was steeds vriendelijk en hielp waar nodig. De kamer was mooi en ruim.
De badkamer rook een beetje naar de afvoer.

The room was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the breakfast was mid. Also, our room was smelling weird when the ventilation/ac system was operating. LASTLY, THEY HAVE WHITE CURTAINS SO THE LIGHT WAKES YOU UP IN THE MORNING, IT WAS UNBEARABLE AND OF COURSE IT MADE THE ROOM WARMER WHILE IT WAS 32 DEGREES OUTSIDE.

There is refreshing water with grapefruit and apples at the reception, which refreshes after a long journey and waiting for accommodation. A detail that made you happy. Location in the wider city center. Tram 44 stop in front of the hotel or a 10-minute walk to the U6 metro line station Alser Straße. Parking is either directly at the hotel or you can use the Ottakring P+R parking lot. Great 4* breakfast with a hot and cold buffet including Austrian local specialties such as cheese pretzel and leberkase, There is a grocery store and an artisan bakery right next to the hotel. Perfect price/quality ratio.
Glass doors to the bathroom and toilet. I guess I'm too conservative for these fads of the time. There was no toilet brush.

Scarsa pulizia, sotto il letto e sotto ai mobili c’era un dito di polvere. La bimba ha camminato 30 secondi senza ciabatte e i calzini sono immediatamente diventati neri. Capelli in vasca da bagno e macchie gialle. Stanza enorme (junior suite), ma bagno striminzito tanto che le spalle non ci stanno se sei seduto a causa del porta rotolo ingombrante. Non è previsto lo scopino per il wc. Insonorizzazione camere inesistente. Colazione più che sufficiente.

El día que volvíamos a casa mi hija se dejó olvidada una chaqueta en la habitación y cuando volvimos a por las maletas que teníamos en consigna nos dijeron que ya habían limpiado y no habían encontrado nada.No obstante nos pidieron el correo por si acaso aparecía. Situado a unos 30 min del centro de Viena está un poco lejos para ir andando,pero en la puerta del hotel está el tranvía 44 que te deja muy muy céntrico.

The shower hose was too short for the shower head to be positioned above my head (I am not tall). The toilet is in a cramped space that anyone of larger build would definitely find challenging to deal with (I am not large). I got the room directly opposite the elevator and therefore spent a lot of time hearing people having loud conversations right outside my door while they waited.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026On the plus side, the reception staff gave a warm welcome, and the location is convenient with a 25-minute metro ride to the center and cheap cafés nearby. Amenities include AC, a mini-fridge, and toiletries. Note that parking costs 25 euros.
Poor housekeeping - we found cobwebs on the ceiling and dust on the furniture, and the room is very small and cramped for two people.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Lage Hotel war gut, sind in 15 bis 20 min. am Rathaus gewesen. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung vor dem Hotel. Parkplatzmöglichkeit vorhanden, vorausgesetzt das ein Platz frei ist. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung für die Preisklasse war sehr gut. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Frühstücksraum hatte keine Fenster nach draußen. Essen fanden wir insgesamt zu Süß (Zuckerhaltig) vor allem Kaffee und Müsli. Hätten uns mehr Gemüse (Paprika, Tomaten, Guken usw.) und Obst (Erdbeeren, Heidelbeeren usw.) gewünscht.

Близко распложены остановки трамвая, что позволяет удобно добраться до всех достопримечательностей, центра города и аэропорта. Номер чистый, кровати удобные. Особенно хочется отметить завтрак, вкусно и полноценно.
Маломощный кондиционер в номере.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Wien. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Unser 3-Bett-Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite. Durch die geschlossenen Fenster hörte man keinen Straßenlärm. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, die Betten waren prima. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und gut. Zimmer ausreichend groß und klimatisiert. Einziger Wermutstropfen, Servus TV nicht in der Senderliste, daher konnte man die Fußball-WM an dem Wochenende leider nicht sehen, da an der Rezeption auch kein HDMI Kabel verfübar war, um einen Laptop anzuschließen, aber selbst schuld, wenn man sein eigenes zuhause vergisst ;-) - Zimmerservice war perfekt. Lage ist sehr gut, da Innenstadt perfekt mit der Tram erreichbar ist, das war ein Auswahlkriterium.
Fernsehen siehe oben. Ansonsten natürlich zuwenige Parkmöglichkeiten, wir mussten auf eine öffentliche Parkgarage ausweichen, die allderings in der nähe ist, und man zum Be- und Entladen vor dem Hotel kurz parken kann, war das kein großes Problem.
