It was clean and the cleaning staff were so good.

The breakfast was too expensive. The shampoo was not very good, and it may cause an allergic reaction because it contains ginger.

Very good breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Very close to public transportation and all parts of the city are easily accessible.

The reception is not on your regular way to enter or exit the hotel. This creates a feeling that the staff is distant. The WiFi at the hotel was not good. It should be a standard these days.

Estaba relativamente bien ubicado y contaba con lo que se necesitaba para pasar una estadía corra en Viena.

Problemas que detectamos eran que si ponías la tarjeta en interruptor tus compañeros de habitación no podían entrar con su propia tarjeta. No había suficientes enchufes para conectar aparatos tecnológicos. El frigobar enfriaba muy poco.

The staffs were very cooperative. The location was perfect. Room was clean. Amenities were present .for some reason I requested for an early check-in. they helped me with my request.

Direkt an der Tram, in 10 Minuten Am Schottentor. Die Ausstattung war für den Preis angemessen. Tisch,Bett,Fernseher,kleiner Kühlschrank. Die Air Condition wurde auch mit der größten Hitze fertig. Wir benötigten eine Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Stadtbesichtigung. Dafür war es bestens geeignet. Das Fazit: Ich würde dort wieder buchen.

Der Fußboden hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem NIveau.

O experiență foarte plăcută! Hotelul este curat, confortabil și bine organizat, iar personalul a fost amabil și atent pe tot parcursul șederii. Camera a fost spațioasă și liniștită, micul dejun variat și foarte bun, iar accesul către centrul Vienei este ușor cu transportul public. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și am reveni cu drag. Recomand cu încredere!

Das Bad schimmelt. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig (Bad, unter dem Bett, Fenster). Das sind nie und nimmer 4 Sterne.

Parkeringen koster 29euro per dag .Veldig firkantet personale resepsjonen var ikke blide og hjelpsomme.Frokosten var ikke verdt .

No reponían la máquina con bebidas de la entrada del hotel , pero no es algo muy importante en su conjunto.

Pleasant service, clean room. The hotel itself is far from the center, but everything is easily accessible.

I didn't like the sexualized decor of the room (there was a very strange picture hanging). Also, the mattress was very hard. The refrigerator barely worked.

W pokoju czajnik oraz herbata cukier i kawa w torebkach , telewizor na ścianie , nie ma ekspresu. Łóżka wygodne , ręczniki zmieniane codziennie, sprzątanie pokoju też codziennie. W pokoju klimatyzacja cicha działająca. W pokoju łazienka z wentylatorem i mydło szampon w płynie przy brodziku i umywalce. Przy hotelu przystanek z którego łatwy dojazd do centrum do innych miejsc , oczywiście z przesiadkami ale bardzo łatwo jest się poruszać mając aplikację mapy oraz bilety najlepiej kupować w aplikacji Vienmobil a nie w tramwajach bo drożej , w autobusie nie ma opcji kupna biletu. Hotel daje mapkę miasta. W hotelu winda. Czysto schludnie. Miła obsługa w recepcji.

Jedynym minusem to jedne drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej wypadały przy zamykaniu.

Das war sehr sauber, sehr freundlichen Personal, super Objekt, alles vorhanden wie B.s. Restaurant, Supermarkt Straßenbahn viele shoppen Geschäften Einkaufszentrum. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und gerne wieder dabei gewesen.

Pokoje zadbane chociaż w starym stylu. Zasłony bardzo dobrze zaciemniają pomniejszenie co jest na duży plus. Pomimo położenia hotelu przy drodze w pokoju było cicho. Ręczniki były wymieniane codziennie na nowe, a pokój codziennie sprzątany (chociaż nie było to konieczne). Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Jedynym minusem był trochę zapadający się materac, ale pomimo to sen był dobry.

Kleines Frühstück statt Buffet.

Понравилось, что в номере есть электро-чайник и чайный набор. В целом чисто, но сантехника уже изношена. Рядом (как выходите из отеля и справа через дорогу за светофор) есть Турецкое кафе Hühnerparadies С ОЧЕНЬ ВКУСНОЙ едой навынос. Они нас спасли от голода, так как в округе нет нормальных других заведений и еще шел сильный дождь, у них можно заказать курочку гриль, рис, салаты и взять с собой в номер в удобных боксах.

У нашего ребенка была высокая температура, мы ехали из Грац до Вены и у мужчины по-английски на ресепшене мы спросили, могут ли они заселить нас чуток раньше, заселение в 15:00, а мы приехали в 14:20. На что он ответил, что он уточнит, готов ли наш номер, но пока ждите здесь на диванчике. Прошло минут 10 и мы опять подошли на стойку Ресепшена, уточнил ли он, но там уже была женщина, она услышала, что мы говорили по-русски и сказала, что номер готов и мы можем заселяться, тут выходит мужчина и говорит, что номер не готов, они что-то между собой решали и наконец почти уже в 15:00 дали нам ключи. Неужели нельзя было сразу пойти нам на встречу, мы сказали, что нам и так пойдет номер, в каком уже есть состоянии, потому что ребенок буквально не мог ходить, а лежал на диванчике. Считаю мужчину на ресепшене неучтивым и неприветливым гостям. Женщина очень вежливо общалась и помогла нам еще по вопросу, где можно покушать недалеко. Также не понравилось, что разъезжаются кровати в номере одна от другой, неудобный вариант. Ужасный паркинг подземный, все с недовольством ставили свои машины, не только мы. Очень узкие места, неудобно выворачивать, чтобы он открылся на обратку нужно дернуть за веревку в потолке, а при заезде будьте внимательны - очень резкий поворот. Далеко от центра города, в следующий раз будем выбирать что-то ближе к достопримечательностям. Высокая слышимость соседей из других номеров.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przystanek tramwajowy obok hotelu. Dzielnica spokojna i czysta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna w rozwiązaniu trudności.

Nieco zbyt drogie śniadania. Cena za parkowanie mogłaby również być niższa. Brak sprzętu do prasowania.

Close to tram station.

A good basic hotel bit outside of the touristic center of Vienna. But there are good public transport options so the location is not bad. I had a room in a top floor, that I first worried because of the heat outside, but the room had a good air-condition so I slept so good. The room was totally clean and spacy enough. The staff was friendly too, especially at reception. But the breakfast. Selection was ”okay” but I missed youghurt and good juice (not just a sweet liquid with atrificial sweetener). I am happy I only had the breakfast once. Also cleanliness was ”so so”. The staff collected dirty dishes from tables but they did not clean all the dirt on the table. In the end, when the closing time was near, they cleaned all the tables with a wet cloth. Honestly saying it is not nice to come for the breakfast and only see dirty tables around. Maybe this does not happen every morning but the hotel should react for this If it continue like this.

Skvělé místo blízko stanice tramvaje do centra, naproti výborné potraviny i lékárna, která se nám hodila. Pokoj pohodlný, klid a krásný výhled do zahrady. Snídaně byla naprosto skvělá, všeho dost a káva Julius Meinl výborná.

Our stay at Senator Hotel Vienna was excellent from beginning to end. The receptionist lady with glasses was extremely professional, kind, welcoming, and helpful. Even though we arrived two hours before the official check-in time, she kindly arranged our rooms immediately, which we truly appreciated. The entire hotel was spotless, and everything looked modern and almost new. Our room was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. Housekeeping serviced the room carefully every day and paid attention to every detail. The value for money is honestly unbeatable. The price was incredibly affordable considering the cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and overall quality of the hotel. Even the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the hotel bar were cheaper than at many nearby bars. The location is also very convenient. There are many highly rated restaurants nearby, including plenty of affordable choices. Public transportation is only a short walk away, and taxis are reasonably priced. You can even walk to the city centre in about 30 minutes while enjoying Vienna’s atmosphere, architecture, landmarks, and beautiful streets along the way. All the employees were friendly, disciplined, helpful, and welcoming. This hotel is a smart choice for couples, families, or groups of friends who want a very comfortable and clean stay at an excellent price, while saving more money for restaurants, attractions, and sightseeing. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in Zentrumsnähe. Die Zimmer sind normal gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Parksituation am Hotel ist schlecht, wie überall in Wien. Die Tiefgaragenplätze des Hotels teuer (29€/Tag). Wir haben in knapp 2km Entfernung in einem Parkhaus für 7 €/Tag gestanden. Alles andere mit dem Fahrrad erledigt.

Condiții foarte bune,curățenie, pat confortabil ,mic dejun nu am servit pentru ca era 20€ de persoană , dar din câte am văzut era diversificat și foarte bogat!

În cameră era un miros statut, camera nu era suficient de aerisită probabil. Iar parcarea trebuia plătită extra,29€ pe zi. Părerea mea e ca ar trebui trecuta în prețul camerei nu separat pentru ca nu toata lumea citește detaliile dar probabil pe asta mizează. La 90€ pe noapte camera nu e chiar ieftin dar nici scump,as zice.

Het hotel zelf was erg goedkoop.. maar toen we er aankwamen kon je alleen parkeren in hun parkeer garage wat €30 euro per nacht was. Beetje aan de prijzige kant.
