Location is lovely. A beautiful area and sea/pool view room was gorgeous . Adult only and very relaxed around pool. Seemed happy to let you buy from onsite shop and eat/drink at pool loungers. Food from poolside cafe was lovely too. Amazing salads! Good music/ entertainment on every night 9-11pm

The hotel only has two elevators, and they are extremely slow. The massage service was also very disappointing. The therapist left without telling me the session had ended, turned on all the lights, and nobody responded when I called out. She only returned about 15 minutes later. I complained to the hotel, but they said the service was outsourced and offered no meaningful follow-up.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Sauberkeit, die große Auswahl beim Essen und das reichhaltige Frühstück. Die Betten waren bequem und die Nähe zum Strand ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Auch das Abendprogramm hat uns gut gefallen und die Drinks an der Poolbar waren top. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert, was bei den Temperaturen besonders angenehm war.

Allerdings gibt es auch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Was uns besonders gestört hat, war die Situation mit den Liegen am Pool. Viele Gäste haben bereits früh morgens ihre Handtücher auf die Liegen gelegt und sind dann erst zwei oder drei Stunden später tatsächlich gekommen. Dadurch waren zahlreiche Liegen über längere Zeit blockiert, obwohl sie nicht benutzt wurden. Für uns persönlich ist das ein absolutes No-Go. Hier sollte das Hotel unserer Meinung nach konsequenter gegen das Reservieren von Liegen vorgehen. Die Rezeption war leider nicht besonders kommunikativ. Außerdem schließt die Poolbar bereits um 16:30 Uhr. Auch beim Badetuchservice hätten wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel mehr erwartet. Die Handtücher werden nur dreimal pro Woche gewechselt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten wir, dass man die Badetücher bei Bedarf täglich wechseln kann. Gerade bei einem Hotel mit Pool und Strand gehört ein täglicher Handtuchwechsel für uns zum Standard. Massagen werden leider nur zweimal pro Woche angeboten. Beim Buffet waren außerdem immer wieder schmutzige Teller zu finden – hier könnte das Personal besser darauf achten, dass ausreichend saubere Teller zur Verfügung stehen. Außerdem fanden wir es nicht ideal, dass der Safe zusätzlich 3 € pro Tag kostet.

• Herausragende Lage direkt an der sehr gepflegten Bucht von Camp de Mar • Besonders schöne Kombination aus klarem Wasser, Strand und den bewaldeten Bergen rund um die Bucht • Unser Zimmer mit frontalem Meerblick und einem großen Eckbalkon • Zimmer zwar eher kompakt, dafür modern und angenehm eingerichtet. • Schöne und großzügige Pool-Area direkt oberhalb des Strands • Sehr ansprechend gestaltete Lobby und insgesamt gepflegte Anlage • Fitnessraum, Tennis, Bar mit Sport-Übertragung und Billiard, abendliche Live-Musik, usw... • Camp de Mar ist angenehm überschaubar und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen zu weiteren Buchten oder nach Port d’Andratx. • Gerade der Blick über die Bucht von unserem Beachfront-Zimmer in der 6. Etage war eines der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts.

• Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und teilweise optisch ansprechend präsentiert, die Qualität der Speisen hat uns geschmacklich aber nicht ganz überzeugt. Wir hätten persönlich lieber etwas weniger Auswahl und dafür eine etwas höhere Qualität gehabt. Wiederholt gab es viel Frittiertes und eher für Kinder (oder den britischen Geschmack^^) geeignete Speisen, was uns für ein Adults-only-Hotel etwas überrascht hat. • Die Zimmer sind relativ klein; insbesondere im Toilettenbereich ist der Platz etwas knapp bemessen. • Für den Safe wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr berechnet. • An der Pool-Area wurden teilweise bereits früh viele Liegen reserviert. • Der Service war insgesamt in Ordnung, wirkte im Speisesaal aber etwas routiniert und unpersönlich oder zeitweise etwas hektisch – wie man es bei einem größeren Hotel mit entsprechendem Durchlauf gelegentlich erlebt. • Das Publikum war Anfang Juni überwiegend älter und insgesamt sehr gemischt. Die Atmosphäre entsprach dadurch für uns nicht immer ganz dem stilvollen Adults-only-Charakter, den wir aufgrund von Lage und Aufmachung erwartet hatten.

The location is stand out. Camp de Mar is a small resort but very well serviced with shops and restaurants. The hotel couldn’t be in a better place. Literally right on the beach. It was spotless and all the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. Our room was very nice, especially the bathroom with the shower being exceptional. We found the beds a little hard, but that’s personnel preference I guess. There’s a fridge in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. Air con was super efficient. Breakfast was as very good, with so much choice! Everything we had was tasty and well prepared.

My only small issue was how busy the pool area was. It was impossible to get a sun bed unless you were there the minute it opened at 8am. However, we did find space on the beach which we prefer, although you do have to pay for the sunbeds down there as they don’t belong to the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the beach is just a short walk away. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Location is great. Hotel was very clean. Shower was very good.

DO NOT book a single room at this hotel. My room was directly next to the lift, which was running until well past 1am and started again around 5:30am, resulting in two nights of terrible sleep. When I complained, I was told dismissively that all single rooms are next to the lift. This was not made clear when booking, and had I known, I would never have chosen this hotel. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I raised the issue and offered no solution whatsoever, not even the option of moving rooms. I later complained again in the hotel's guest survey and never received a response. The room was also tiny, and the balcony was unusable due to fumes coming from the Indian restaurant below. The sunbed situation was frustrating, with most seemingly reserved from as early as 6am. I had half board, and both breakfast and dinner felt rushed at times. Food quality was very mixed and defo better at dinner than at breakfast. As someone who is gluten-free, I also found the allergen labelling confusing and concerning: some dishes displayed a warning for wheat or cereals containing gluten while simultaneously being labelled “gluten-free”. This made me reluctant to trust what was actually safe to eat. Overall, the biggest disappointment was the complete lack of care when legitimate concerns were raised.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Personal sehr sehr sehr Freundlich und wunderbar - wir haben uns wirklich wie zuhause gefüllt! Es war alles Sauber .. genug Liegen am Pool .. sehr ruhig und angenehm. Lage ist top - Supermärkte, Apotheke, Essen und mehr einfach neben dem Hotel direkt - Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet - Essen war auch gut. Sehr gerne wieder!

Having visited many times before , this was our first for a few years but happy to say it is still fabulous . Amazing room with sea view , delicious food and staff that cannot do enough for you ! So friendly and polite ! Perfect location on a beautiful bay with a few bars around if needed . Will definately be back , such a great chilled out week !

Breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, so much choice. A great pool area with easy access to the beach and a range of really nice bars and restaurants, really good Japanese just next door (pictured). Amazing views from both sides of the property with the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. A pretty good pricing during high season noting that everything was very busy.

Nothing about the property was unsatisfactory. Camp de Mar is a fair way from the main part of Palma so the 3 days I spent there was more than enough to relax and not get bored.

Amazing hotel situated right by the beach. On arrival was greeted by a lovely lady, checking in was done quickly and efficiently. Room was excelkant everything we could have wanted, sea view is a must. Would recommend going for swim in the sea early morning great way to start your day. All the staff in the hotel were amazing always had a smile and a hello when they saw you. I had no issues with getting a sunbed there is plenty if not life guard is there to get you one. We stayed half board, breakfast was great plenty of choice, evening meal also the same. We have been here many times, and never disappoints, looking forward to seeing Jose and staff next year when we return. Thanks for a great holiday.

SUNBEDS GALORE!! This is our second visit to this amazing hotel and we are already planning a third next year. If you want a relaxing adults only holiday where sunbeds are not a problem, you want sun, fantastic rooms, fantastic staff. a gorgeous never over crowned pool, a guaranteed sunbed, fantastic entertainment, wonderful restaurants, then this is the place!! The pool guy is amazing, he will seek out to find you a bed whatever the time of day, he will even discuss your needs such as shade or full sun, when super hot, it reached 47 degrees, he will come round with umbrella's to shade you. We even got a voucher for a free bottle of house wine as a returning customer. The entertainment is fantastic, shows of Queen, Abba, MJ, rock legends and many more start at 9pm. They also do quizzes and keep fit by the pool during the day. You are right by the sea so can also swim in there if you wish. The breakfast buffet is also amazing, loads for vegetarians and choice of freshly made pancakes and eggs for you. The scenery is spectacular and watching the beautiful yachts mooring up is a sight to sea. Cannot recommend it enough!! Back again next year!!

We came here a few years ago ,there was activities in the day ie games etc. The place is def not the same theres no atmosphere! Everyone races to get sunbeds like little ants scurrying ,although there's no need as there is the lovely guy who is always there to help u with them at any time of day. The food isn't great not much choice . Just no atmosphere at all anywhere . The only thing I Would say that the hotel has thats good is the chairs on the balcony . The rooms are nice but small and the cleaning of rooms isnt up to much. We won't be back

Yet another great holiday there.food and staff amazing. The entertainment ok this year but there has been better. The life guard thavoir went over and above to look after guests. Excellent view from balcony for sea and pool. Our 7year and will definitely go again next year

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Es gab alles - Obst, Pancakes, Omeletts, Salat, verschiedene Brote, Kartoffeln, Sekt, usw. - wirklich ganz toll und so lecker. Da findet jede Person etwas für sich. Das Personal war so so lieb und zuvorkommend. Beispielsweise wurden wir super bei der Wahl eines Mietautos unterstützt. Auch die Bucht ist der hammer. Wir sind immer oben am Pool gelegen und dann innerhalb von einer Minute waren wir am Strand unten im Wasser. Das Hotel war super für uns, da es die perfekte Mischung aus ruhigen Urlaub, aber doch einige Orte erkunden ist. Wir hatten für 3 Tage ein Mietauto, um Orte wie Soller oder Es Trenc zu besuchen. An den anderen Tagen fuhren wir mit dem Bus oder Taxi nur wenige Minuten in Orte wie Port Andratx, Paguera oder Portals Nous. Es war so toll!

Der einzige Punkt, den ich bemängeln würde ist, dass es nicht offiziell Außenplätze beim Frühstück gibt. Man kann zwar einfach mit dem Teller nach draußen sitzen (haben wir erst am letzten Tag bemerkt), aber ich glaube es ist nicht vorgesehen und wären auch definitiv zu wenig Plätze.

Returned to this hotel after 3 year absence and we were very pleased to find the hotels high standards remain the same . The staff in all areas were excellent, although it’s hard to single out anyone person , l must thank Nataly Anna and Otumba for their special kindness towards us . Food and how clean the hotel is spot on .The entertainment as improved since our last visit .

Pour rendre l'accès plus équitable, quelques ajustements simples pourraient être envisagés : * Règle des 30 minutes : retrait par le personnel des serviettes et affaires sur les transats inutilisés depuis plus de 30 minutes (avec un système de carton horodaté). * Ouverture différée : interdiction d'installer des serviettes avant l'ouverture officielle de la piscine (ex. 8 h 30 ou 9 h 00). * Distribution contrôlée : remise des serviettes de bain uniquement à l'ouverture de la piscine. La mise en place d'une de ces mesures améliorerait grandement le confort et la satisfaction de l'ensemble des clients. »

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. We went to see the eclipse and had a good view from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our ground floor room was excellent and we had an extended balcony. Air conditioning was effective, if a little noisy. The buffets at breakfast and dinner were very good and catered very well for dietary restrictions. We would not normally stay at this type of hotel but we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Firstly this hotel is in the most beautiful bay, stunning beach, crystal clear water that’s clean and teeming with fish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are a great size, immaculately clean and in good order. The beds are firm but comfortable and the bathroom is a great size and is stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We had a fantastic sea view and balcony. The pool is great for its accessibility as it has a gentle slope into the water with a handrail. There are plenty of sun loungers. Despite the early morning brigade running out to get to beds overlooking the bay, there are plenty of loungers and Javier the lifeguard is very accommodating and happy to set up loungers wherever you wish. The whole pool area is meticulously cleaned every day and kept to a high standard, probably the cleanest I have ever experienced. The restaurant is great, plenty of variety and the staff are so friendly, Isabella and Otunba particularly stood out. the service is brilliant. My only criticism would be that I’d like to have seen more Spanish food, patatas bravas and a proper seafood paella would have been welcome! The evening meal provides many ‘safe’ options for the mainly German and British guests. Breakfast was excellent, great selection and the chefs do an amazing job. I can recommend the half day trip to Sóller port which involves a wooden tram and train we booked this at reception. We also did the dolphin spotting boat trip which was also well worth doing as we saw lots of dolphins which we booked directly with Comoron outside the hotel. The highlights of our 10 day holiday were, the view, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the final nights entertainment which was ‘Mama Mia’, a girl group doing ABBA songs, they were fab! All in all this is a fab hotel, brilliant for those with mobility issues and wheelchair users, lovely and peaceful as it’s adult only and in a stunning location. We will go again in the future.

our second visit to this fantastic hotel for a weeks stay with family and what a view that greets you through the floor to ceiling windows as you enter the lobby. Beautiful. Rooms are immaculately presented and cleaned daily by the excellent cleaning team. The restaurant and pool bar food and staff are all exceptional. If you ever want a change from busy resorts once in a while, looking for some quality relaxing time, then this adults only hotel in this small bay is a must. We look forward to our next visit. What an absolute awesome hotel .The staff are amazing,nothing is too much trouble .The location , is perfect for a peaceful holiday, but a very good bus service to Palma and other local resorts .Must not forget the food , Oh my goodness , delicious.

Excellent location by the beach. Rooms were good and cleaned daily. Food good with friendly and attentive staff. Service at the bars was good. If you like walking the tracks to the adjacent resorts are reasonable and well worth the effort. Good bus service nearby if you want to go further afield. Wouldn't hesitate a return stay in the future.

Wow! What a fantastic hotel. My wife and I have just returned, We both wanted a quiet week to enjoy the resort and totally relax. This hotel did not disappoint. We were half board. A vast variety of food on offer which changes each night. Fresh fish and meat being cooked by the chefs and plenty of other dishes to try. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. If you’re not half board, there aren’t many other places to eat so might be worth checking that before arriving. The restaurant Illeta is a must!! We visited twice and the food and views are amazing!! You must book beforehand though to avoid disappointment . We really liked the fact that this is an adults only hotel as it felt quieter and more relaxing for us. The bus service is great, tap on and off. Fares are cheap, buses are clean, on time and air conditioned. We caught the bus from Palma airport to the resort, took just over an hour. We would definitely return in future

I was on the first floor in a corner for the special price. Room was very spacious but not the best view.

The location

The lifts do not work - veryone in the hotel was annoyed at it. The security is non existent. Anyone can walk in. Even if you leave bags at the reception they have tiny unlocked room right next to entrance and anyone can walk in. They dont tell you they host music nights for seniors every night. You get an awful singer with high annoying pitch everynight singing super loud on a speaker until 23:30.

A great hotel let down by allowing people to reserve sunbeds with their towels. If you go down to the pool after 7:30 you probably will end up sitting by the toilets without a view. Although they complain about the Germans doing it, when asked, it’s just English people. Ironic. One of them told me the hotel was in the Daily Mail with a video of guests doing the ‘Sunbed Derby’. Staff and food are 5*

Grupotel Playa Camp de Mar is a very lovely hotel with amazing staff and one that is very comfortable and extremely clean. The buffet style breakfast was something to behold. Unfortunately our week stay was marred by the algae in the water on the beach which apparently happens quite often. The water turns brown and smells of sewage as it rots. As the pool overlooks the beach, the only beach, you can’t escape the smell there either. In respect of that I couldn’t in all faith recommend staying and risking the same unless you want to travel by bus to another beach. It’s such a shame because the hotel is wonderful. Obviously this isn’t something the hotel can control but I would have liked to have been made aware of it beforehand as this would have affected my choice of resort. The one thing they can control however, and is my only criticism I have with the hotel, is that they charge for use of the safe that is already in the room! I have travelled extensively around the world and have never been charged usage even in cheap motels. It’s not something I would have expected from a high end hotel such as that and perhaps they might consider changing that to be in line with everyone else.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und genug Platz. Das Buffet ist vielfältig, etwas britisch angehaucht und für uns etwas zu wenig gewürzt, aber es ist für jeden genug dabei.

Bemängeln können wir nur fehlende Umziehkabinen und die geringe Beschattung beim Pool sowie die doch hohen Preise für Softdrinks.

Pas de terrasse extérieure pour le restaurant, donc obligés de manger sous la climatisation, les bars qui ferment très tôt, le bruit généré très tôt le matin par le garçon qui chasse les feuilles avec son aspirateur, et comme toujours avec les anglais et les allemands, ces gens qui viennent réserver un transat au bord de la piscine avec une serviette dès 8h du matin et n'y viennent suite que des heures plus tard !

I would recommend this hotel to anyone the hotel is beautiful and clean very welcoming the pool area is fabulous and the views are stunning definitely one of the best adult only hotels we've been in the food is amazing with plenty of choice both breakfast and evening meal the staff here are all amazing especially the boss of the restaurant he is fun and exceptionally friendly and looks after everyone the whole experience was one we'll never forget and will return at some stage we would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all the staff here who made our holiday so good not forgetting the great entertainment every night would definitely recommend 100%

The location, staff, and the facilities. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good, lots of varierty. As I've been here before, I received a very sweet welcome back surprise gift, which was unexpected, so thank you. Overall, it's a great hotel and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, has entertainment throughout the day, music in the evenings. Taxis are outside and a bus stop only a few minutes walk away. Beach is very clean and the hotel leads directly on to it. Several boutique shops, plenty restaurants and sports hire, ice cream and convenience stores offering a wide selection of drinks, food, gifts and sun protection etc. Pleasant evenings and relaxing vibes. Quiet and orderly management. We were here for the Eclipse and it didn't disappoint.

Was some confusion with my booking, which was resolved once I was able to show my booking confirmation. The only thing, which I did report to reception was my shower drainage was blocked and quickly filled up, causing the water to escape and flood the bathroom, it wasnt repaired during my stay. Sunbed huggers, yep from 7am people are claiming sunbeds and brollies and then leaving them, for long periods of time, ALL DAY!. I didnt use the hotels sunbeds or pool, yet if I wanted too, I would be out of luck!

Keine Liegen am Strand, man musste extra zahlen. So schön war das Meer auch nicht dass es sich lohnen würde für Badeferien in dieses Hotel zu kommen. Wir waren zum Glück wegen der Sonnenfinsternis da und nicht wegen Strandferien. Sonst wären wir sehr enttäuscht gewesen.

Grupotel Playa is just the perfect place to relax and wash away the stresses of the working year. A hotel which has the most perfect staff, food to die for and cleanliness of the highest standard from the minute you approach it. The ambience is 5 star! A great place to mingle with couples from many countries and all ages. This hotel goes from strength to strength thanks to the manager Jose. We will return!

What an amazing location! Literally a few steps down to the crystal clear waters of the stunning Mediterranean. Hotel was modern, luxurious and spotlessly clean. Our sea view room was well worth the extra money. Comfy beds , fridge was very useful and bathroom spacious . We couldn’t have asked for more for an absolutely perfect holiday . Staff were all so friendly , professional and hardworking! Pool life guard was amazing at finding beds and umbrellas . Entertainment was second to none . Just right - and finished by 10.15 We are definitely coming back !!

This is our 6th visit to Grupotal camp de mar and once again a wonderful relaxing experience. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in and we are frequent holiday goers. From the manager Jose and all the reception staff always a warm welcome. The food here is of a very high standard either theme nights and fabulous desserts. All restaurant staff are so nice and polite under the management of Ontumbo assisted by Aurora, Andrea, Anna, Denise, Karen and many more. Entertainment is held on the outside stage by the pool and is mostly very good. A big thank you to the Bar staff, Natile, Mercedes, Pilar, Sandos and all the waiters, One of the most important things is the cleanliness of this hotel a big thanks to all the cleaners and chambermaids. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

The location and sea views were lovely. Good selection at breakfast, great access to the beach and local restaurants.

Too overcrowded. Guests claiming sunbeds from 6am and not using them for hours so no free sunbeds at 9am. Sad this is being allowed. Budget plastic sunbeds and table/chairs in the pool area. No coffee machine in rooms. Our room was incredibly small, both friends rooms much bigger. Service lift broken and not labelled as Do Not Use and we got stuck in it for 20 mins in 35deg with no one knowing we were there and no water.

Great holiday. Clean and friendly. Food amazing.,problem with housekeeping sorted out with many apologies. Prefer beech and sun loungers and parasols always available for E16 a day., safe sandy beech- no need for beech shoes! Great air con. 2 close by small supermarkets for water etc .,would definitely return.

Les transats au bord de la piscine sont constamment réservé très tôt le matin par des gens qui laisse leur linge et ne l'utilise même pas., heureusement que le personnel est aimable et propose d'aider à installer d'autre transats en réserve mais je trouve ça énervant pour un environnement de vacances🫩. Je pense que le personnel devrait être autorisée a retiré certains linge de personne non présente.

At folk reserverte solsenger. Det var jo bare håndklær som lå på alle solsengene, ingen folk. Folk la bare håndklær på sengene, og så gikk de inn igjen i flere timer. Skulle ønske det var noen regler mot det.

The hotel is top notch, with great staff, awesome location, and breakfast fantastic. The rooms have beach view, clean, spacious, and provide toiletries. We have only great things to say about the hotel, and are looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend.

Firstly, I would like to say what a fantastic hotel Group Hotel Camp de Mar is. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been exceptional. The receptionist on the front desk Arwen was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. We are currently staying in Room 625, and the accommodation has exceeded our expectations. The room is beautifully presented, finished to a very high standard, and the views overlooking the pool, the sea, and the world-famous Restaurant Illeta are simply breathtaking. Everything is spotlessly clean, making it an absolute pleasure to stay here. Every member of staff has been warm, friendly, and eager to help. In the restaurant, Karen and Denise have been outstanding, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Javier, the pool attendant, also deserves special recognition for his kindness, professionalism, and respectful manner. They all work incredibly hard, especially in the intense heat, yet they always take the time to greet guests with a smile and offer assistance whenever needed. Their dedication is truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with wonderful restaurants nearby and plenty of lovely places to relax with a chilled glass of wine and some excellent food. I would normally wait until after returning home to write a review, but as we still have another week of our holiday remaining, I felt the hotel and its amazing staff deserved this praise now. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable. We are thoroughly enjoying every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. ¡Muchísimas gracias por vuestra hospitalidad y por hacer que nuestras vacaciones sean inolvidables!

Nėra viešbučio parkingo, nuomotą/asmeninį automobilį reikia parkuoti už kelių šimtų metrų esančiose viešose aikštelėse.

The beach nearby is amazing and the hotel is overall very good

The most problematic thing is how the guests put their belonging by the pool before 7:00 in the morning and then not use the sits for long hours. Never seen such a phenomen and I was in a loot of beautiful hotel. I don’t know how the hotel can put a stop to it but if you go to the pool at 8:00 and all the sits are taken for all day long its not a nice experience… The other minor thing is the pool bar could have better cocktails and the option to have a clean pool towels only in specific days (if you want to be ecological and save money, start with smart room keys that dont leaves the AC on when you go from the room and stop lightning all the balconies all night long with no option to tern the light off…)

Super Lage direkt am Strand, man konnte vom Pool runtergehen. Zimmer mit Meerblock war sehr schön, ganz vorne erste Reihe.

Das Essen ist auf den englischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, daher sehr viel fettige Würstchen etc. Das Essen hätte regionaler sein können, als Vegetarier wenig Optionen, das ist aber überall in Spanien leider so.

Kiváló elhelyzkedés , nem egy buli hely , a szálloda gyerekmentes-csendes. A tengerpart homokos, a szálloda kifekvős részéről könnyű lemenni a tengerhez. Egy öbölben fekszik az adott rész, nincsenek nagy hullámok, kényelmesen lehet úszkálni , nem mélyül a part hirtelen. A szálloda alatt van egy közért. Mindent is lehet jó áron kapni ,nem kell napközben a szállodában fogyasztani . A hotel medencéje nem egy pancsoló. Jókat lehet úszni abban is .Este jó élőzenés programokat adnak .Tényleg ki lehet kapcsolódni .Reptérre a helyi busszal remekül , simán eljutottunk. A szállás tiszta , újszerű. A hotel strandját is folyamatosan tisztítják. A kilátás gyönyörű. A személyzet kedves. Én újra elmennék. WIFI hasít.

Az ételek ízesítése néha nem az én ízlésemnek való volt, de ezt nem rovom fel a konyhának , mert kissé maradi vagyok.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a relaxing getaway. The bars and restaurants offer excellent service, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A special thank you to the team at the seafront restaurant. Pedro was always there with a warm smile, and Oscar's charm and friendliness made every meal even more enjoyable. That said, every member of the hotel staff deserves recognition. Javier, who looks after the pool area, is always professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing the best possible service to guests. The hotel is spotless, and the housekeeping team does an impeccable job every single day. We'd also like to thank the reception team for their dedication, patience, and kindness, as well as the maintenance team, who work efficiently behind the scenes to ensure everything runs perfectly. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown by everyone. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Das Hotel muss dringend schauen, dass die Sonnenliegen nicht bereits am frühen Morgen mit einem Handtuch reserviert werden - absolute Katastrophe !! Um 8 Uhr fast keine Möglichkeit mehr am Pool eine Liege mit Sonnenschirm zu bekommen, die Leute liegen nur leider gar nicht auf ihren Liegen… das muss man wirklich unterbinden, machen bereits viele Hotels, wieso hier nicht, mir ein Rätsel. Poollandschaft im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auch nicht sehr schön gestaltet… Würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

We booked a 5 night break for a relaxing beach based holiday. On arrival into the Hotel the impressive Reception area was cool and welcoming, very tastefully decorated. The Receptionist told us we could have our room straight away even though it was just lunchtime. We cannot fault anything about the hotel at all, very clean, staff in all departments are lovely, air conditioned rooms have been modernised to a very good standard, the choice of food (buffet style) at breakfast and evening meal is extensive and very good quality. There are a few nice "english" touches in the dining room. The pool area was lovely with access to the beach by steps. On one or two occasions we could not find a sunbed because of residents putting towels on them at 7am! But not to worry, as there is a charming Pool attendant named Javier who will fetch another one/two from a stack for you and position them where you want to be. There are lots of parasols for shade too. On the outside of the Hotel there are a few shops and supermarkets, also about 5 individual restaurants which we had no need to try being on half board. Restaurant Illetas in the sea is apparently hard to get into as it is booked in advance. In conclusion, it had everything we needed from a relaxing break and I am sure we will go back there again.

We stayed at Grupotel Playa Camp de Mar in July. The hotel was lovely. It was extremely clean, the room was modern and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The food was good with a variety of choices and a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the pool attendant, Javier who went out of his way to locate us sun loungers and an umbrella every day, as we did not reserve our sunbeds before breakfast, as most people annoyingly did. Although the view of the beach was very attractive, on closer inspection it did have some rubbish on the beach and in the sea and the water visibility in the shallows was poor. The beach was extremely busy, especially at the weekend. A mention to the Gran Sol restaurant which we visited twice, the food was very good, but you need to book. We would definitely recommend the hotel, but not the resort in the height of summer.

Just got back from what we think is our tenth holiday at this hotel. We had a fantastic time and I want to reiterate that there are MORE than enough sunbeds, parasols and side tables to go round, plus PLENTY of space to put them in, whether you want sun or shade! A big thank you to lifeguard Javier who goes above and beyond every day helping guests in the pool area. Also it was great to see familiar faces such as Otumba in the restaurant, and Gino keeping everyone supplied with eggs cooked exactly you like them and tasty omelettes. Two poached for me every day! All the food was of a very high standard and the desserts beautifully presented. Lots of choice for all diets. See you next year we hope!

Excellent hotel staff were very friendly rooms were spotlessly clean food was amazing and the location was excellent. Only thing to take into consideration is it is very quiet if you just want a pool holiday it's perfect but if you like a walk out round a town at night it would not suit you.

What a beautiful hotel, situated in a small bay. Grupotel is ideal if you want a relaxing, quiet holiday with a fabulous beach on your doorstep. The staff are pleasant, friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant is probably one of the best we have encountered in all our years of holidaying. The choice of food was excellent right down to the roast beef and Yorkshire puddings and bread and butter pudding. Otumba and all his staff are on another level and nothing is too much trouble a real asset to the hotel. Javier who looks after the safety of the pool area will always find you a bed and works his socks off from morning till night. The rooms are tidied every day and are spotlessly clean with beautiful views over the bay. I couldn’t find a fault if I tried by and will definitely be making a return.

Perfect location with just the right amount of busy, we upgraded to suite and it was perfect, great value for money

Location, staff and food were all excellent. Food was so fresh and some was made to order. Bed was super comfy and the beach metres away with a supermarket and an ice cream shop also. Definitely will be returning for another stay.
