Proximidade à praia; limpeza nos apartamentos e bem equipados; a simpatia de todos os empregados, nomeadamente a Sara do bar, bem como os dois senhores da receção, sempre disponíveis para ajudar. A comida era ótima, desde saladas a hambúrgueres!

Infelizmente, no nosso apartamento, a janela da varanda da sala estava estragada e não fechava; apesar das incansáveis tentativas da equipa de manutenção, a janela estava mesmo danificada nas caixilharias e será preciso substituí-la, o que não terá sido possível em tempo útil e em pleno mês de Agosto.

It can be noisy if your apartment looks over the road side.

The pool is public. Impossible to relax. Lots of loud people coming in from the steet. Will never comeback!! Furter the pool is Way to warm

La location era in una buona posizione per raggiungere una baia molto carina della zona a piedi.

Non mi è piaciuto non aver trovato una base (sale, pepe, macchina del caffè ecc... una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo)

Apartamento con ubicación excelente y preciosa decoración. Terraza enorme. Empleados profesionales y dispuestos a ayudar siempre. Especial mención a Gabi, Álvaro (socorrista) y las chicas del gastro bar de las cuales no recuerdo el nombre, sorry. Muy agradecida por el trato, cariño y atención recibido de Gabi y Álvaro ante el percance médico que me ocurrió y ante el cual reaccionaron con profesionalidad. Espero tener la oportunidad de volver a alojarme en sus instalaciones.

Stora, ljusa och nyrenoverade rum/lägenheter, bra ac, sköna sängar och stora balkonger! Bra och god mat i restaurangen på kvällen. Trevlig personal! Litet och trivsamt lägenhetshotell och nära till allt!

Ett minus att poolen inte öppnade förrän kl. 11.00 samt att det varje dag var stora lokala sällskap som hade poolparty/lunch vid poolområdet från lunch till tidig kväll vilket gjorde att poolen var proppfull på em. Verkade vara ett erbjudande som hotellet ordnade för lokalborna.

The location is very nice, beach has wonderful views. Town is very small and quiet. It is a perfect location to relax if you like quiet places. Hotel room was spacious, but with limitations. Pool was small but quite cozy.

Our room was on the top of the restaurant and right on the street so it was noisy in early morning and late in the evening. Bed for our kid was broken. Door knob was broken. There was no hairdryer and safe.

A really spacious bright airy apartment with a real third bed rather than the sofa bed we expected. Just perfect for myself and two daughters. We had a huge balcony with a sea view. Honestly so much more than I imagined when booking. Looks like the whole place has been recently refurbished as all so fresh and clean. We only used the swimming pool briefly as we love the beach which is literally 2 mins walk away but it seemed lovely with loads of comfy beds and a cafe bar. The restaurant looked lovely too but we didn’t use and the staff always said hello as we walked through.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Es un apartamento muy acogedor, reformado y limpio. La zona de la piscina es perfecta para pasar el día, y en primera línea de playa. A 2 minutos andando hay un supermercado, la ubicación es increíble. Muy recomendable, mis amigas y yo hemos salido encantadas!!

The mosquitos, which were already in the apartment when we arrived and it took us 3 days to kill them all. There were a few marks of stuck mosquitos on the walls from previous guests which hadn't been cleaned. We also didn't like the fact that the bedroom had no door so if one of you snores, the other one cannot get a proper rest.

Schöne moderne Zimmer. Tolle Poolanlage. Nahe am Meer, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Essen im Restaurant war gut und preiswert.

Das Frühstück wird an den Tisch serviert, es hat eine kleine Speisekarte mit ca. 8 Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Da wir 2 Wochen dort waren, wurde es mit der Zeit etwas "langweilig", da für uns einige Optionen gar nicht in Frage kamen. Kaffee war sehr gut. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer gegen die Strassenseite. Das war eher lärmig, auch durch die Musik vom Restaurant. Infolge Bauschaden (wurde umgehend repariert) mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln und haben eines zur Poolseite bekommen. Das war definitiv viel ruhiger. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, wir haben aber immer in der Nähe einen gefunden.

The Pool was closed

Das Apartment war geräumig und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kühlschrank ist relativ ruhig, sodass er trotz offener bzw. fehlender Tür zwischen Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer auch nachts nicht wirklich gestört hat. Da habe ich schon anderes erlebt. Ein großer Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe, da habe ich (in der Nebensaison) immer einen Platz gefunden. Kurzer Weg zum kleinen Strand und schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe runden das Ganze ab. Die Dusche hatte sehr guten Wasserdruck.

Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend, aber nicht besonders. Die Pfanne war schon arg zerkratzt, ein Pfannenwender, ein Schneidebrett und ein Gemüsemesser fehlten. Um sich mit mehr als einer Person wirklich selbst zu versorgen, reicht die Ausstattung kaum aus, es sei denn man greift auf Mikrowellen-Essen zurück oder möchte sich nur das Frühstück selbst machen. Dafür reicht es allemal. Die Matratze war für mich viel zu weich, daran war leider auch nichts zu ändern.

Fabulous property in a great location and rooms were excellent and spotless. Restaurant service was excellent with delicious meals and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

Grand appartement, moderne, propre, grands lits, draps et serviettes changés régulièrement, bonne situation, personnel sympathique et arrangeant.

Everything, this place is FAB . You won’t be disappointed. It’s close to beach , shops , restaurants, Bars bus stop to anywhere on the island . The onsite cafe /Bar has everything you need . Joseph at reception gets 10/10 , nothing a problem 🤩

Gebucht wird ein DBZ ...die Betten im DZ zu schmal und das Zusatzbett auch zu schmal ....

Spacious rooms, small but comfortable kitchen. Great location. Great restaurant with delicious food. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby for different tastes and budgets. A few minutes walk to the nearest beautiful beach.

We didn't experience any problems or discomfort with the hotel itself, except for the noise early in the morning from the trucks servicing the large hotels nearby.

Raumaufteilung des Appartements (WC als Verbindungsraum zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer)

Jose ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der lösungsorientiert und sehr freundlich ist. Die Lage des Apartmenthauses ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Sehr nah am Strand einerseits, aber andererseits auch nah an zwei sehr großen Hotels gelegen, die ständig von Bussen und liefernden LKWs angefahren werden. Wenn man nach vorne heraus schläft, dann schirmen Ohrstöpsel gut von der Geräuschkulisse ab. Der Strand ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch einige gute Restaurants. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war o.k., einfach, aber ansprechend. Es gibt einen Pool und Sonnenbereich, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Es sah dort gepflegt und einladend aus. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles wirklich ganz o.k.

Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser bzw. umfangreicher sein können. Hier ist nur das Notwendigste vorhanden. Wir haben uns eine neue Pfanne gekauft, weil die dort vorhandene schon sehr abgenutzt war. Das Apartment wurde alle zwei Tage gesäubert (Bad), allerdings wurden die Böden nicht gereinigt. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zweieinhalb Wochen hätte ich mir das allerdings zumindest alle drei bis vier Tage gewünscht, dass der Boden feucht durchgewischt wird. Manchmal war es nachts viel zu laut im unten liegenden Restaurant. Laute Musik, lautes Mitsingen, Gekreische und Gegröle sind nicht so unser Fall, wenn wir eigentlich schlafen möchten. Überdies hatten wir ein viel zu kleines Doppelbett in unserem Apartment, so dass wir nolens volens getrennt schlafen mussten.

Good location, you can walk to the beach and a good starting point to discover this part of island.

Breakfasts are ala carte, not many choice. You wait a lot, and many times we didn’t feel very welcome.

Als unsere Nachbarn über uns meinten ihr Badezimmer beim duschen unter Wasser zu setzen und dadurch das Wasser das unsere ebenfalls mit Wasser volllief, wurde sich überaus schnell darum gekümmert und alles in den Urzustand zurück gebracht. Wäre dies nicht gelungen, hätten wir auch ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Schnell und unkompliziert

Das Hotel ist ziemlich hellhörig, so dass man nachts auch gerne mal durch die Nachbarn geweckt wird, vom Türen knallen, Zähne putzen, Husten, etc., Schallisolierung wurde wohl zumindest wo unser Zimmer war vergessen.

Personnel sympathique. Bon emplacement très proche de la plage et de quelques commerces. Grands parking publics à proximité. Logement correct mais pas fou.

Le bruit très présent (ventilation très forte à l’extérieur qui s’entend une bonne partie de la journée et de la nuit même fenêtre fermée ; ou encore fête du samedi toute la journée avec musique forte, alcool et cigarette sur tout l’espace piscine. Le mobilier très restreint. Devoir demander pour la réparation ou remplacement de choses basiques, même si c’est fait derrière on préférerait que cela soit vérifier et fait avant. On n’a pas tout signalé d’ailleurs, trop contraignant.

Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück wäre bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wünschenswert. Zimmer, etwas hellhörig. Zimmer zur Straße vermutlich etwas laut. Sonst wirklich alles top.

Fantastisk hotel, med den skønneste beliggenhed. Det eneste minus med dette hotel er, at I weekenderne er der ekstrem mange lokale, der kommer udefra. Det giver rigtig meget støj og mindre liggestole til de betalende gæster.

We loved every second of our almots 2-weeks stay. The staff and management are so friendly, helpful and professional. The poolbar is great and has proper variation of food and drinks. The room was spacious (ours 205) and fresh, nice interior and lovely balcony. As many write it gets overcrowded at weekends by locals, yes a bit crowded, but we didnt mind at all. It was fun and gave it a buzzing lounge pool bar vibe. Good music and tasty drinks by the pool! Our stay was perfect in every way. Big thanks to all staff that made our vacation so memorable <3

Everything was perfect! Kind staff, clean, quiet, big room with kitchen. All you need with a kid. Apartments located close to the beach. Restaurant is available all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed. We could change beach towels everyday. Rooms have towels, shampoo, cleaning once in 2 days and some kitchen utensils.

Maybe no view on a very beautiful beach, but that is ok when you are with kids and also want to save some money as this apartments are cheaper than hotels and with bigger rooms plus kitchen.

Great apart hotel giving the option to self cater or eat out.excellent pool area. The only slight problem was the fact that the pool became very busy at times , particularly weekends,due to an “arrangement “ with the local residents..

Ho soggiornato a Villa Real con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambine) per 4 notti. La struttura è molto carina, l’appartamento era spazioso e ben attrezzato, letti comodi e spazio esterno privato dove potersi rilassare. La piscina è grande e molto ben tenuta. Personale gentile e disponibile a venirci incontro per qualsiasi cosa, ad esempio dato che avevamo l’aereo di ritorno alle 20 ci hanno consentito di fare il late check out alle 13 in modo da goderci la mattinata al mare/piscina. Abbiamo anche cenato e pranzato 2 volte nel ristorante della struttura, cibo buono e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente! Un grazie speciale a Jose e Sara per la loro gentilezza e professionalità!
