L emplacement, le personnel, la baie, la zone transat, la chambre, le rapport qualité/prix, le "all inclusive".

Établissement très grand, bruyant, la nourriture n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4*, plats gras sauf les viandes et poissons grillés très bons. Les jus de fruit et desserts sont vraiment chimiques.

Het personeel, de kamer, de variatie bij het eetmoment, voldoende animatie (zonder zich op te dringen), de faciliteiten in het algemeen, de omgeving errond, de orde en netheid.

De onduidelijkheid over waarborg handdoek en dranktokens mag duidelijker vermeld bij de aankoop van je hotelkamer (we kregen de informatie pas bij aankomst) alsook de betaling van de bedjes aan het water (ondanks dat we deze niet gebruikt hebben).

Rooms are a bit small. Hot water was iffy. Food was cooked with lots of oil,not bad but also not great. No coffee or tea facilities in the room included, was 10 Euro a day extra.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre est très bien avec une superbe vue et bien équipé. Très propre et confort. Le petit déjeuner est très bien ainsi que le buffet.

The staff was very friendly, the prices of food and drinks was reasonable and the location is beautiful. There were also plenty of activities and amenities, the pool is large and accessible and there is plenty of space to sit around during the day.

The food wasn’t great, the beds and mattresses were not very comfortable, they seemed worn out. There was also a pretty unpleasant smell in the hallways.

El servicio de habitaciones fue muy bueno y las comidas fueron variadas y abundantes, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de una alimentación equilibrada y saludable. Pero algo que apreciamos especialmente, y que merece una mención especial, fue la dedicación, simpatía y entusiasmo de los cuatro jóvenes responsables del entretenimiento. Demostraron en todo momento un gran profesionalismo, mucha energía y verdadero placer por el trabajo que realizan, contribuyendo enormemente a que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Ha sido una experiencia fantástica y, sin duda, volveremos! Lo recomendamos totalmente.

J’ai adoré l’emplacement de l’hôtel devant la mer, c’était un endroit très calme avec une chambre très propre et confortable.

J’ai moins apprécié la nourriture, très industrielle et souvent les mêmes choses je trouve ça dommage avec ce si beau cadre. De plus, j’ai eu un problème avec ma Clim le technicien devait passer mais il n’est jamais venu.

The location is perfect, it's in a small cove which is beautiful. Rooms were nice with all necessary things provided. The food was plentiful with a lot of options. The pool and entertainment was fantastic. Shout out to the staff, especially the entertainers Pedro and Jerry - they were fantastic and made the hotel stand out.

The hotel could use a better "map" to display what is where and on which floor was what,the elevator has a map but it's outdated.

Hotelul este foarte accesibil, de la aeroport puteți ajunge cu autobuzul direct. Curat, personal receptiv, are toate facilitățile, chiar pe malul mării.

Mâncarea e gustoasă însă practic aceeași de luni până vineri. La snack bar mereu aceeași mâncare și cașcavalul se topea de la căldură pe farfurii. Însă precizez ca mereu am găsit ce să mâncăm doar ca timp de o săptămână te saturi de una și aceeași practic.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Wir konnten unseren PKW in der Kühlen Tiefgarage in der Nähe des Hotels parken.

Wir sind seit ca. 30 Jahren Gäste des Hotels. Wir konnten erleben, wie der Service mit den wechselnden Besitzer immer mehr abgenommen hat. Früher lagen weiße Tischdecken auf den Tischen im Speisesaal. Heute nur noch Sets. Früher kam ein Kellner und nahm die Bestellung der Getränke auf. Heute alles Self-Service. Getränke komplett an Automaten. Gläser Teller und Besteck nicht richtig gereinigt, mussten immer mit Servietten nachreinigen. Buffet nach wie vor sehr umfangreich aber bei weitem nicht mehr die Qualität, leider ! Teilweise angeschimmeltes Obst, Fisch und Geflügel 3x tot gebraten, Küche 4 Punkte von 10.

Lovely hotel in a great location on the beach and in the bay. We had an all inclusive stay and the meals had many tasty options. Bed was comfortable and the airconditioning good. There is an adult area away from the children and the barlady Ocsana was really good and funny.

Parking. There is no onsite or basement parking.

Location is exceptional. The sunbeds in the rocks with stairs to the sea a real gem.

The food was not great and the cleaning of the rooms not exceptional. The room was clean upon entrance but during the stay the merely changed the towels and do the beds, therefore there was sand in the floor and most importantly they did not empty the bathroom bin (though that might have been a mistake).

Amazing hotel, fabulous location the view from our room was fab. We were on the 7th floor looking out on the hotel grounds and beach. The hotel is lovely and clean, with great staff who are so friendly. Cocktails are gorgeous and the adult only area is a great touch the lovely Vanessa up there is so welcoming. The area is so relaxing, both day and night. We loved this hotel and would definitely return.

Was looking forward to this holiday and I feel there’s a few things that need addressing, it’s advertised as adults only but it actually isn’t and only has an adults only terrace with no pool, and you have to pay to use the adults terrace and then pay again to use the beds. The rooms are covered in ants quite badly and the maintenance of the rooms are poor, broken floor tiles filled in with plaster, curtain rails broken. Receptionists treated our party differently to others arriving at the same time - they all were given cava we weren’t offered any. Wasps everywhere in the pool area and the pool bar was covered in them, especially around the drinks machine, we witnessed staff being stung multiple times. Snack bar wasn’t replenished frequently enough. Food was ok but not replenished frequently enough on the cold section. Entertainment ran later than scheduled and then cut short to finish on time. Hotel needs some maintenance to get it more of a 4 star level, advertising needs to be changed as it’s not an adults only hotel. Staff members work hard there and were very pleasant so this is no reflection on them who do the day to day work.

This hotel has thought of everything to make the most incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay, from the bedside USB and lightning cable ports to the slippers and robes, to the plentiful supply of hooks and hangers. We loved how immaculately clean our rooms were and the sea view was incredible! The beachside seating area was so lovely, and sitting under the shade of the pine trees drinking mojitos was very special. The food was great and provided easily enough variety for our week long stay. We love this hotel and would be thrilled to return, if the beach water is cleaned up… We swam in the sea all week despite a concerning, intermittent whiff of sewage. Our one and only complaint was extremely bad, but not the fault of the hotel. On our last morning, whilst in the sea, we were overwhelmed by the sudden and strong stench of sewage. We raced to the shore in utter disgust! A quick online search revealed many others making similar complaints the very same week. This stretch of Mallorca is absolutely stunning but the sewage issue needs attention fast! We’d love to return, but would need absolute guarantees that the sewage situation was solved… We have no doubt about what we were swimming in on our last morning! The lovely hotel shower was a welcome relief.

Amazing hotel and beautiful place! We returned yesterday from a week AI from 18/08 to 25/08 as a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. From the moment we arrived at 1.30pm the hotel receptionist who booked us in Daniela I believe was a credit to the hotel she was very attentive. Our room wasn’t ready until 3.30pm unfortunately but on arrival we were given all our info and wristbands and went for lunch. The room We were allocated 2 rooms next to each other. We paid extra when booking our holiday for a sea view room and had room 307 and 308 on the end of the hotel so it was very quiet and it was more than worth it. Upon entering the room it was spotless, the floors, the bedding and the bathroom. We were really surprised that the safe in the room was free of charge and the air conditioning was fantastic and kept us very cool at night. Like all hotels you must close the balcony door. The balcony itself could have benefited from smaller chairs and table to give you a bit more room but we only used it when the children were napping. The food Before arriving we read a lot about the food being poor and repetitive. People need to realise these AI hotels have to cater for 1000’s of people each month and the food will be repetitive in some aspects. We saw some repetition but there always a lot different foods each day. There were a lot of drink options at lunch from soft drinks, juice, water, beer and wine. The food was hot, tasted good and we also had two themed station nights, we had a sushi bar/Chinese night and a Mexican night so the people that I have seen complaining are obviously expecting something completely different. The drinks The drink token idea is a stroke of genius, it’s helped keep the hotel and tables ever clean. The Staff All the staff members we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and kind. The pool The main pool was brilliant. There is enough sunbeds but the only issue we saw was one of the staff members who walked around on a morning would remove towels from loungers where people had reserved but not sat on them and place them folded up behind. So when people then laid their towels on and the others returned it caused friction. We saw this cause 4 arguments one in particular escalated quickly where a young lad threw a drink over someone. We worked around this by me going down at 7.30am laying the towels and sitting with my partner and children and letting our in laws go for breakfast and then we would swap. The entertainment The mini disco was ok for the kids who are 4 and 7 but it was only for 30 but the team didn’t always arrive on time so was cut short at times. The kids club was good also for them. The entertainment acts on an evening were very good and entertaining. We all had an amazing time and would go back in a heartbeat! — at Alua Gran Camp de Mar.

Essen einseitig und auch nicht immer sehr geschmackvoll. Ambiente von Essens Raum und Pool Bar nicht sehr einladend. Teilweise zu wenig Liegen am Pool so dass wir als Familie (5 Personen) nur 2-3 Liegen hatten. Sehr viele Liegen sind geblockt von Gästen ohne genutzt zu werden. Dies wird vom Hotel leider nicht konsequent kontrolliert.

Would highly recommend upgrading to the club favourite rooms. It makes your stay more pleasant. You have access to a separate dining area, a private lounge area, an over 16s terrace with sunbeds, bar and jacuzzi, and sunbeds out at the rocks. This was all very valuable particularly with the sun beds as most beds were taken before 9am at the pool! The pool gets very busy and noisy so to have the option to lie in a quieter area really made our holiday. Overall a very good holiday, but lots of children in the summer months so wouldn’t be ideal for couples looking peace and quiet.

Die Qualtität beim Essen und der Getränke (bezogen auf Wein, aber auch auf Trinkwasser / Sprudel) ist wirklich schlecht! Billigste Produkte, ohne großes Engagement und augenscheinlich auch Können zusammengekocht. Wenn schon ein 10jähriger bemerkt wie schlecht es ist... Teilweise war sogar das Obst aus der Konserve...

Overall 4/5 from us. I would say the hotel is a 3 star plus but not a 4 star. We booked this hotel based on some of the most recent reviews. We would return we had a lovely relaxing time. Bit of background. We are a couple, booked last minute for just 4 nights AI. We booked the ‘my favourite club’ (unbeknown to us). Our flight was delayed meaning our check in was at 4am, reception staff were amazing-offered us drinks and food on arrival. ‘My favourite club’ gave some perks including a sea view room with wine, stocked fridge, kettle with hot drinks selection, a small private dinning, free access to the private beach sun loungers and a lounge area. Pros Area- the local area is lovely, peaceful, right on beach with great views of boats coming in and out. The hotel is about 20 mins from Magaluf for a wild night out. Theres a few shops quite close to the hotel for gifts, supermarket and bars/restaurants. Sea view room- beautiful, balcony is good size to sit on. Towels are change regular and beds made up daily. Food- lovely with a wide range, however, can be a bit cold. Snack bar is good. Good drinks range also. Adult only area- this is where we stayed most of our time as it had its own bar and it was relaxing. Also has 2 jacuzzi’s, in the mornings are just delightfully cold. It’s a lovely area. Entertainment- mainly singers but I would say the singers are amazing. Reception- Open and spacious and gives a relaxing feel for the hotel. Staff- friendly, helpful and hardworking. Cons (not many) Pool- is a tad small but was alright for us. Room- the ceiling doesn’t look as though its been finished. It looks very strange. The wardrobe appears broken (photos attached). ‘My favourite club’- the lounge in reception is exclusive but I don’t know why. You can’t get in without your room card but people manage to get in through another door making it pointless. It shouldn’t be made to be a perk. I hope this helps you decide if this hotel is the one for you. I am glad we booked, its been the perfect little break right before summer ends.

We have stayed in many wonderful places and hotels with our 3 children over the last 6 years and this hotel was the best. Great location. Quiet and relaxing yet just a 5 min bus drive to a busy part (peguera) if you wanted the hustle and bustle. Went there for market day on Tuesday which was great. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They all worked so hard- waitresses, chefs, reception staff, bar staff- all brilliant. The hotel was immaculate. The toilets always had cleaner in them and the bedrooms were cleaned so well each morning. Food was fantastic. Lots of choice and variety. Cocktail menu was great and the children loved the non alcoholic San Francisco. Visited the adult only area when the children were at activities and this was amazing. Sat in a huge jacuzzi or the swing chairs, looking out to sea and listening to a saxophone player. Bliss. The pool did get busy and we had to get up early to get sunbeds but no mad rush or fight like some hotels. A final mention has to go to the animation team who made the holiday for us. They activity programme was really good. It wasn't in your face so if you didn't wish to join anything you didn't have to and they were at locations around the site which meant it didn't disturb you if you wanted peace. I did the yoga, pilates and stretching sessions with Gerry and one other team member and the classes were brilliant. They were friendly, knowledgeable, had amazing English and worked so hard. I loved their energy and enthusiasm. They had my twin boys loving darts by the end and we all enjoyed the uplifting aqua fit/fun sessions. The foam party was so much fun!! Ciara in the kids club was amazing with my daughter. She kept asking me to take her to the club because of Ciara and cried so much saying goodbye. Ciara was adorable with her, they did some nice activities eg face painting, clay models, masks, fingers painting etc. A huge shout out to the 4 animation team- you were the best. My children also hired the football pitch out too, enjoyed a walk to the park and loved playing cards in the evening sat at the front of the hotel watching the sea. Convenient few small supermarkets and shops outside the hotel. Could go on about how fab it was. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Leider war das eigentlich Warme Essen zum Teil kalt, Das Fleisch war dünn geschnitten das es schnell geht mit dem anbraten, dafür meistens hart. Auswahl war groß, morgens gab es kein Wasser mit Kohlensäure nur stilles, O-Saft war nicht gut, Brot war gut, kleine Brötchen hart und trocken.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ross at reception, who made our check-in very easy and welcoming. Before our stay, I had seen some negative reviews about the food and buffet, but our experience was actually very positive. There were plenty of choices, and we especially liked that the chefs prepared some dishes fresh in front of us. My husband is quite picky with food, but even he always found something he liked and really enjoyed the meals.

The main thing we didn’t like was that the pool closed at 7 PM. We found this quite early, especially during peak summer when it stays light and warm until much later. The elevators were also very slow, and sometimes we had to wait quite a while. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and especially appreciated the helpful staff and the variety of food.

My family and I had a lovely 10 night stay at Alua. We had a very warm welcome by the reception staff - they were very accommodating when needing to change around our bedroom to suit the needs of our 2 year old daughter. Every member of staff was friendly and approachable - the entertainment team were good fun and made activities enjoyable for adults and children. The food available in the restaurant showed great variety (with plenty of staples for fussy children). The fresh omelettes in the morning and the cooked meats and fish were delightful - the themed evenings in the restaurant were great and added more excitement to dinner times. Always plenty of food on offer, as well as drinks too. The rooms were tidied daily which was greatly appreciated- my main concern was the ants in the room (even on the 5th floor). The swimming pool offered a secluded space for little ones as well as the main pool being easily accessible too. The rule regarding ‘not reserving sunbeds’ wasn’t abided by strictly but did witness staff folding up belongings and placing them to the side or on the table which did allow others to claim them (albeit with minor disputes). I do not think there’s enough sunbeds to cater for the quantity of people staying in the hotel. However, the beach is lovely and the water was very warm in August.

Stayed without children in Aug 2026. Hotel was lovely, a really wonderfully relaxing break. The pool was very busy and all the chairs were taken by 8am. 25% of the chairs were in the shade all day. The pool had regular activities such as a foam party and aquarobics. This didn’t bother us at all because we spent all of our time at the sun loungers over looking the sea but it might be a problem for a couple looking to enjoy the pool. The food was really fresh and tasty. I have several food allergies and was well taken care of. The spa is well worth a visit. Really lovely sauna and steam room and a large jet pool and jacuzzi. My favourite was the cold jacuzzi outdoors on the adults only terrace. It was wonderful in 35 degree sunshine! The location is absolutely stunning but it would be impossible to swim with young children directly outside the hotel as it is very rocky and you access the sea via a ladder into deep water. However, the sandy beach is literally 2 mins walk away. It was very busy but also very lovely. There is a supermarket and ice cream shop but nothing else other than hotels and a few tourist shops. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for adults but I don’t think I’d bring my kids. Having said that, the children at the hotel all looked to be having a wonderful time.

The location and views are great, with amazingly easy access to great places to swim in the ocean. If you swim in the ocean with goggles or snorkel there are fish to see.

Myself and my partner have just returned from our third stay at Alua Camp de Mar. This time we also brought our two eldest boys with us. I’ll start with the positives. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the views over the bay are lovely. The outside areas are also kept clean. Staff are out every morning washing down around the pool and clearing leaves etc. The food was a lot better than last year. I really struggled with it last time as it felt like there was a lot of food but a lot of nothing at the same time. This year it seemed to go together better and there was only really one evening where i struggled. They had a Mexican themed night and a Chinese themed night which were both really good. There’s a good selection of drinks and loads of cocktails included in the all inclusive. If you’re not all inclusive though, I do think the drinks and food at the snack bar are quite expensive. The adults only terrace is nice. You can rent the Bali beds for €25 for the day, but there are loads of normal sunbeds too and you’d never struggled to get one, even in August. The sunbeds down by the sea are out favourite. It’s much more peaceful down there. They’re free if you’re My Favourite Club or €5 each for the day if you’re not. There’s loads going on during the day and evening as well. The animation team do try hard but they don’t constantly hassle you to join in if you just want to relax. The not so good bits… parts of the hotel are starting to look quite tired and there are things that need maintaining. Some of the ladders going into the pool were wobbly, there were loose door handles and the lifts felt a bit shaky at times. The women’s toilets in the lobby weren’t always clean either and a few times there was toilet paper all over the cubicles. Although, staff do clean these areas and it’s more of an issue with guests not respecting the facilities. Housekeeping in the rooms wasn’t a good as our last visits. Some days it didn’t really feel like the room had been properly cleaned. Bins weren’t always emptied and dirty cups were sometimes just left there rather than being changed. Nothing major on its own, but over the course of the week you do notice it. We had Superior Frontal My Favourite Club rooms and unfortunately our boys’ room, 557, had quite a few issues. The patio door didn’t close properly and had a gap at the top, the air con was on but wasn’t getting the room properly cold, the bathroom door handle was nearly falling off and the cover on the distribution board was hanging off, which is a H&S issue. There were also ants in their room. There weren’t loads when we first arrived, but they got much worse as the week went on and by the end there were ants all over the floor, under the fridge and around the wooden panelling desk/ tv area. We raised everything as soon as we arrived. A technician came up to look at the room but couldn’t fix the patio door. She said she would need to speak to her manager and come back to it the following day. With the air con, she told that it was working. Which is was, just very poorly. We went back to reception again on our third day because the patio door still hadn’t been sorted. We were also told housekeeping would deal with the ants, but that didn’t happen and they got worse. By the time we left at the end of the week, the patio door and air con still hadn’t been properly sorted. We were there for a week, so there was plenty of opportunity to sort the issues raised. We paid alot of money for our holiday, especially upgrading to the My Favourite Club rooms, so we did expect better. Another little warning is about the drinks tokens. We bought some additional ones as the week went on. At the end they refunded the ones showing on our booking, but wouldn’t refund the additional ones that hadn’t been added to the room. So if you do buy extra, make sure they’re being put onto your room when you buy them. The other thing that put a bit of a downer on the stay was checkout. We’d been told that because we’d arrived at around 1pm on our first day, we could use our all inclusive until 1pm on our last day. However at 12pm checkout the receptionist went to cut our bands off. When we explained what we’d been told, we were told the restaurant didn’t open until 1pm anyway and really wanted to take our bands off. We did stand our ground and carried on using the facilities until 1pm, but it just made us feel a bit unwelcome as soon as we’d checked out. This bothered me because we’d spent a good part of our first couple of hours after arriving dealing with the problems in our boys’ room instead of actually enjoying the hotel rather than the all inclusive facilities from 1pm. Then a week later, those same problems still hadn’t been sorted. This was our third visit, and we do like the hotel. We wouldn’t keep coming back otherwise. I just think the rooms and some areas of the hotel need a bit of attention and some staff were not helpful. This stay didn’t quite live up to our previous ones, especially considering we’d paid extra for My Favourite Club, which is a shame because there is still so much we really like about the place. Although I can’t remember her name, but when I spoke to the lady on reception on the third day, she genuinely seemed concerned these issues hadn’t been addressed and was helpful. (She has been there for at least 3 years and an older lady).

The all-inclusive buffets were very good, varied and well organized, so there wasn't much queuing even at peak times, and the stations were always stocked. The pool was great, clean and well kept. I really liked the bands that played in the bar in the evenings too. And finally having the option to hire (cheaply) sunbeds by the sea, away from the crowds by the pool, was a nice touch. The parking garage was large, covered and safe.

The quality of the food on the buffet OK but could have been better. For example the coffee was bad (those coffee stations with instant coffee), and some of the cold cuts and bacon were clearly of the cheap variety. I wish there was a quieter corner like a library of a games room to sit down and read or play card games with the kids. The garage s a few blocks away, which is not very convenient.

Jako lijep resort. Osoblje je bilo jako jako ljubazno. Soba uredna i čista. Bazen čist i uredan kao i okoliš oko bazena. Plaža je bila odlična s lakim pristupom u more.

Nije da mi se nije svidjelo ali smatram da može biti nešto raznovrsnija hrana na doručku odnosno večeri. Imam dojam kao da se stalno vrtio jedan te isti meni.

L'emplacement est idéal, les chambres sont spacieuses et si vous prenez les chambres my favourite club vous avez accès aux transats en bord de mer qui sont plus au calme et plus accessibles. Le lit est grand et la climatisation nous a bien sauvée. La vue depuis la chambre était magnifique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et du soir est relativement varié et ce malgré quelques couacs.

Avis aux grands buveurs d'eau, l'eau mise à disposition par l'hôtel a un fort goût de chlore et malheureusement même avec le all inclusive les bouteilles d'eau sont payantes. Il y avait beaucoup de monde et la piscine est très rapidement prise d'assaut dès 7h30. Nous avons préféré se baigner dans la mer et profiter des transats qui étaient top. Le buffet proposé en après-midi n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Tous les jours vous avez le droit à des pizzas hot dog et hamburger ainsi qu'à quelques restes du déjeuner et quelques fruits et salades qui restent là tout l'après-midi.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick, leckeres abwechselungsreiches Essen, bequeme Betten, sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber. Die Zimmerkarten entladen sich nicht mehr, wenn sie in der Nähe vom Handy liegen.

Ameisen im Zimmer. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Es war auch sehr heiss und sie waren wirklich überral, auf den Regalen, an den Gegenständen, an der Wäscheleine, auf der darauf hängenden Wäsche und sogar im Bett. Das Hotel hat sich sehr bemüht und etwas dagegen gesprüht, aber nach einem Tag waren die Ameisen wieder da. Man kann sagen, der Aufenthalt war sehr Ameising. 😀

Das Hotel ist einfach super. Das essen lecker. Jeden Tag was anderes und auch große Vielfalt. Ist für jeden was dabei. Die Lage spitze. Direkt am Meer. Eine Seite ist Sandstrand andere Seite Steine. Alles sauber. Personal freundlich. Wir wurden sogar ein paar Stunden nach dem wir das Zimmer bekommen haben, angerufen und gefragt ob es uns gut geht und fehlt uns was. Sehr nett.

Wir kommen wieder, weil das ist bis jetzt das einzige Hotel wo ich sage. Ich will wieder hier her.

Great location, very good access to the water and beaches for those that like the ocean. The quiet hours were very welcome for our family who was looking to just relax and enjoy time together. The nightly entertainment offered a variety of shows across the week we stayed, there is something for everyone. This resort met all our expectations.

The limited number of pool-side chairs for the number of quests was a significant drawback. The hours of the pool was also a disappointment...it closes far too soon for peak season with high temperatures. The bar staffing has great employees, there are just too few working the bars. IF you like to wait 5-10 minutes for a drink or to return glasses for your token, then maybe its not such a big problem.

Unfreundliches Personal an der Bar und dem Restaurant insbesondere morgens beim Frühstück! Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung - oft leergefegt, wenig frische Lebensmittel und lange Schlangen.

Great views, for most rooms at least. Super nice staff. Great open access to the beach and pool. Food was super plentiful and every day had different specialties available.

There is no access to the hotel by car, you have to walk 5min in the heat with your luggage. So coming and going to the hotel can be challenging. Parking in the area is tricky. It is rather overcrowded and pool at day time you sit shoulder to shoulder with the other guests. There were some issues with an ant infestation while we were there

Our second visit to this hotel and we brought our friends with us this time. A huge improvement from our last visit three years ago, better food, cleaner hotel and more sun beds. I genuinely have never seen a team of cleaners and maintenance work like they do, the outside toilet was immaculate all day. What a team they are. Well done to you all. The pool maintenance man who has his music on, works like a trooper, never failed to entertain us in the morning. Giving us a refreshing shower before the pool opened. There are some bad reviews about the food, don't listen to them. I'm not quite sure what people expect, but with fussy eaters in our group, no one went hungry. We even had crepes, sushi (which was amazing) and a pasta night all cooked in front of you, on a pop up station. Meat and fish cooked fresh. With salmon fillets too. Food is great and warm. Great salad options and veggie options. One of the best all inclusive we have been to. Pool snack bar served burgers, pizzas, hot dogs with some salad options and cold meats. Not my cup of tea but others in the group enjoyed it for a break from the restaurant. No saving the sun beds here, which we were warned about first day and didn't repeat. I'm up early anyway. So just stayed with the two beds. Not a problem as long as you are there. This could cause issues and I think if you are going to do it. You may want to remove the towels and take them straight away,.not fold and put behind the bed, so someone else can come and put a towel down and not realize. But also do it through the day. As there was one family who saved six beds all day but sat behind them in the pool bar all day. Shocking. Whilst others didn't have beds. We didn't do much with the entertainment team this year, but they worked very hard. Our children did like to play the water polo but unfortunately we watched this get more dominated by middle aged men thinking they were 21. Dunking children under the water and squaring up to each other in the pool. I spoke to the staff on the day and in his defence he sent some out. I did suggest that children should be allowed to play this on their own and the adults excluded. There is enough entertainment for the adults to participate in. I would love to see this carried out through the summer. Management please go out and watch these games. Children should not be called out of the games because of the adults behaviour. Location wow wow wow. We paid for a sea view and it was incredible. Kettle and fridge in the room. We ate out at Illeta and twice at beach club restaurant and our whole group preferred the beach club and half the price. Token system, read negative reviews on this too, but in my opinion it stops people being gluttonous, one drink at a time and keep the hotel clean. A great initiative. Well done to the hotel. We used the gym facilities as a group and there was plenty of equipment. The adult only spot is a treat, with different cocktails and a totally chilled out vibe. Evening entertainment ( we didn't watch it was inside, our group, mainly sat outside) I don't think the hotel could move this outside and understand why It is indoors. Camp de mar, stole our heart three years ago and it was even more special this time to come back with our friends, who all loved it too. The only negative is, the beds are awful in the hotel, when they are pushed together as a double, it is like sleeping on a hill. Please look at the beds and upgrade the mattresses. All in all, a 5*star holiday with amazing friends. This hotel seems to listen to feedback as my feedback from three years ago was taken on board. So please stop the adults ruining children's games in the afternoon in the pool and upgrade those mattresses. We will 100% see you again. This is a great hotel the staff are excellent and very friendly. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The food and drinks are the best I have had in a all inclusive hotel. The entertainment team are very good also, with some good entertainment at night and a couple of great musicians in the afternoons. The location is beautiful in the bay.

We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. Excelent location, enjoying the beach and pool all day long. Bed very comfortable, room clean, food variety and quality ok, always warm and refill made fast. Enjoyed the fact that the first week the "reserved" sunbeds were cleaned and a message left to stop the habit. However in the 2nd week they stopped, therefore was hard to find available ones after 9 -9.30. All in all we would definitely go back for another 2 weeks soon.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel notamment l'accès à la mer. Les équipements sont bons et pratiques, l nourritures très bonne est variée et l'ambiance générale est très agréable entre calme, nature, et festivités.
