Excellent location. Close to restaurants and train station.

Great location 35 euro fixed rate to airport 5min to train, bus or tram. Staff all great. Nice breakfast. We booked superior room so were on 10th floor- it was v quiet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again if we come back to Venice

Location is great, stuff is very nice and helpful. Room fresh and nice, you have everything you need - slippers, robes, tea, coffee , water. Breakfast was also good.

The place is a very good location if you are not going to Venice. You have everything that you need in a walking distance. The breakfast was delicious.

The front desk staff were exceptional.

Locatie naast treinstation (in 10 minuten in Venetië), mooie kamer, goedwerkende airco, goed ontbijt.

Omgeving was niet fraai, maar prima als uitvalsbasis om naar Venetië te gaan (tip: koop dagpas €25 pp, is 24u geldig voor openbaar vervoer, dus ook voor boot in Venetië).

Hotel blízko vlakového nádraží, takže spoj do Benátek je skutečně v dosahu, hned vedle je i spojení busem. Vše perfektní, naprostá spokojenost.

Camera a fost confortabilă, linistita, cu vedere spre strada. Personalul a fost amabil, profesionist și disponibil pentru a ajuta. Locația hotelului a fost foarte buna, aproape de statia de autobuz si de gara. Micul dejun a fost variat pentru toate gusturile.

Laptele obișnuit a fost disponibil, însă dintre opțiunile vegetale a existat doar lapte de orez. Ar fi fost apreciată și disponibilitatea altor alternative, cum ar fi laptele de migdale.

Lo principal el personal de lo mas agradable, en especial las dos chicas que atendían en recepción, nos aconsejaron sobre el transporte a Venecia, donde aparcar de forma gratuita, donde comer y cenar, y encima en español.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus stops offering connections to Venice Marco Polo Airport and Venice. It is an excellent choice for those who prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle of Venice while still having easy access to the airport and nearby cities. The room was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was good.

Un aspetto da migliorare riguarda la gestione delle allergie al ristorante. Nel menù gli allergeni erano indicati correttamente e, sulla base di quelle indicazioni, avrei avuto diverse possibilità di scelta. Tuttavia, alla mia richiesta di conferma, il personale di sala e la cucina sono sembrati poco sicuri e piuttosto sulla difensiva. Alla fine mi è stato proposto semplicemente un piatto di spaghetti al pomodoro. Sarebbe utile una maggiore formazione pratica del personale, perché su temi così delicati il cliente deve potersi fidare delle indicazioni riportate sul menù e ricevere risposte chiare e competenti.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the train station. From there, it takes only eight minutes to reach Venice by train.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the location was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained.

We had a lovely stay over night here and a day trip to Venezia.Nice modern and clean hotel. The room is clean. Parking garage just on the corner. you can’t hear trains or noise. Walking distance to the train station and literally 5 mins ride to Venezia Santa Lucia.

Staff are very generous and attentive. Indoor instalations are great. Food is very good as well.

The only point is the rooms need minor repairs. A fly was smashed on the wall with a blood mark and it wasnt cleaned, some black marks from use on the walls. But nothing that spoiled our stay.

Its not my first time staying at Leonardo hotels worldwide. The mestre one is the simplest im comparison to the one in Barcelona, that one is luxurious. I booked this one in Mestre thinking it will be the same, in terms of facilities, breakfast etc. but that was not the case. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ordinary.

The view was disastrous it was on the roof of the building nearvy so basically no view at all. And for all I mentioned above in "what I liked", pricewise it is expensive.

Die Lage vom Hotel direkt an den restaurants und an der bahn Haltestelle nach Venedig. Das Personal geht auf alle Wünsche ein und versucht diese umzustellen.

Das Zimmer sind meiner Meinung nach viel zu klein.

It was a great location for us, and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was excellent.

The carpeting in the hallway on the sixth floor was very worn and looked dirty. This made me worry about the carpet in our room, so I was sure to put on slippers after seeing how dirty that carpet was.

Ad said near airport. It was 29 minutes to airport in an area that seemed to have office buildings.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder sehr zufrieden. Sehr schönes City-Hotel, modern eingerichtet, alles neu und sauber. Zimmer und Bad angemessen groß, Betten sehr gut. Personal sehr nett. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir für 4 EUR pro Tag in einem separaten Raum unterstellen, sehr schön. Tolles Frühstücksangebot und für 12 EUR preiswert. Für einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig sehr gut geeignet, weil der Bahnhof fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Fahrzeit nach Venedig 11 Minuten. Wir vergeben gerne 10 Punkte.

Ήταν πολύ βολικό για τις μετακινήσεις με τρένα και λεωφορεία. Είχε κοντά του αρκετές επιλογές για φαγητό. Πολύ καθαρό. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πολύ καλό πρωινό και άφθονο. Υπήρχε ικανοποιητικό εστιατόριο ως λύση, σε περίπτωση που δεν επιθυμούσε κάποιος να μετακινηθεί εκτός. Πολύ βολική η τελική ώρα για check out.

Δεν μπορούσε να ρυθμιστεί καλά το A/C, για τα δικά μας δεδομένα, αν και προσπάθησαν κατευθείαν να μας λύσουν το πρόβλημα.

I really appreciate the staff effort to help and guide. As example, I found I forgot to print "green card" (car assurance. There wasn't any problem to get it printed at the reception. And I got immediate info that I have a discounted price for parking. Many thanks to staff for such level of service. Also we got great guidance how to go to Venezia.

The location of this hotel right near the train station and the Mestre Europcar office was perfect for our one night transit. Also close to restaurants and supermarket.

Ótimo café da manhã, localização muito próxima de transportes públicos, com fácil acesso a ônibus e trens, distantes uns 200 e 400 metros, com fácil acesso à maioria das cidades da Itália. Aeroporto próximo com acesso por ônibus e táxis. Acesso fácil por trem aos principais pontos turísticos de Veneza e, por fazer parte do município de Veneza, o hotel fornece o passaporte de turismo exigido nos finais de semana do verão.

A parte frontal da portaria do hotel conta com acesso por escada com uns 5 degraus. Por ser muito largo, esse acesso poderia ter uma rampa para facilitar o transporte de malas. Existe uma rampa distante do acesso principal, mas sem boa sinalização.

La cortesia e professionalità del personale alla reception sempre pronta ad accoglierti con il sorriso. La camera comoda, accogliente e silenziosa (ultimo piano) nonostante i treni .. Gli spazi della hall ampi e comodissimi rispettosi della privacy di ogni ospite. Vicinanza alla stazione ma non influenzata dalla "confusione" della stessa.

Rispetto agli ottimi servizi generali dell'Hotel la colazione è sicuramente non altezza per varietà dell'offerta.

Lively room and welcoming, knowledgeable reception staff. We ate in the restaurant and sadly we were the only two people in there because the food was outstanding. They deserve to be packed out with diners. Compliments to the chef - an outstanding meal and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Could not recommend it more. Not just your average hotel meal - it was amazing!!! Thank you. *****

At reception extra "administration fee" was charged (2 euro per night per room). It is the first time I see something like this in hotels! Looked like mandatory tips to administration in advance. 地點極佳，離火車站及巴士站都很近，拖行李走很輕鬆方便。飯店及房間很新穎，現代化及乾淨，我們訂的comfortable room房型，空間不錯，有空間可以打開攤平28吋行李箱，尤其是我們住宿其間，威尼斯熱浪侵襲，房間內的冷氣夠冷，住宿起來非常舒服。而且房間價格，相比較威尼斯本島算是好價位。櫃台服務小姐非常友善及助人，我們有一天要早出發，無法用早餐，她幫忙我們準備早餐餐盒讓我們帶有，而且也幫助我們預定到機場的計程車接送。另外加值的部分離飯店很近的地方就有幾家不錯，好吃的餐廳。 總之這是一次很愉快的住宿體驗。

Stayed here at the end of our cruise to spend a few days in Venice. The hotel was selected by our travel provider and would probably be somewhere we maybe wouldn’t have selected ourselves. It was in a great location, 1stop on the train into central Venice which was ideal and took us no time to get there. The room was clean & tidy but could benefit from updating as it looks a bit tired. Buffet breakfast was not the best. Food was cold and the coffee was horrible so I’d maybe skip that and eat elsewhere.

Dobra lokalizacja, tuż przy dworcu kolejowym, umożliwiająca szybkie i stosunkowo tanie przemieszczanie się po regionie. Smaczne śniadania (chociaż bez wielkich urozmaiceń), sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa.

Miejsce w którym położony jest hotel jest praktyczne (tuż przy dworcu kolejowym), jednak z tego powodu nie jest to zbyt urocza i emanująca włoskim klimatem lokalizacja.

Hotel was lovely during the June 2026 heatwave. AC worked perfectly. The hotel restaurant is EXCELLENT! First night they made pizza for us after closing. Second night Chef Salvatore fixed a delicious dinner for our party of 11. Everyone raved about their meal. Chef Salvatore even came out to chat with us. I’d come back just to the restaurant. Bar staff is delightful. Plus the location is so convenient to the train station.
