Hotel Plaza

Comfortable bed and across the street from train station.

Nothing I disliked

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hiljainen huone. Helppo kulkea julkisilla nähtävyyksille. Alakerran ravintola hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen.

Suihku ammeessa, hankala päästä suihkuun.

It was a great location for going to Venice

Very good location

The aircon was terrible and we went during the heatwave

Location and facilities. Breakfast was excellent

All ok

Location

Rugs in hallways need an update. Or really good cleaning

The bed was good. The location great

No hot water in my room Some of the staff were very incompetent and screw the check in Other staff member fixed it

the location is very good if u travel via train services and bus stops are just right in front of the hotels which are convenient to travel the Venice island and Mestre city centre. for the price on breakfast buffet is reasonable thou the spread is limited and cant request for the egg types such as fried or omelet.

hotel room has poor facilities such as no boiling kettle, dental kits, bedroom slippers, no bedside charging ports for tourists who need to charge mobile phones, power bank, etc.. the bathroom water is always very hot even if we adjust to the lukewarm or cold and water speed is low. staff service is poor when we are at the reception counter asking for airport transfer service and the cafe for hot water.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our time there O

L'emplacement et le personnel

Les chambres sont désuètes

extremely noisy terrible pillows

Location easy across from train station and also bus across the road to Venice. Nice buffet breakfast and restaurant attached, helpful staff, good air-conditioning and shower pressure.

The bed and pillows are quite hard.

A small, cozy, and very clean place in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Town. The location was perfect for exploring everything on foot, and the room was comfortable and well maintained.

One thing to keep in mind is that because the hotel is located in the Old Town, parking is not available directly at the property. We had to rent an overnight parking space outside the Old Town, which cost €65 for just one night. This is definitely something to consider when budgeting for your stay.

Su ubicación

El desayuno con poca variedad.

Lage

Posizione ottima, stanze grandi e pulite.

Room was lovely

Great location. Quiet. Helpful staff.

Tudo. Quarto muito bom. Cama excelente.

Requested two beds , was put in a single king

Breakfast good. Location perfect

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. Bus and train station very close

Missed the gym

Location to the station

No facilities in the room, limited basic breakfast was expensive

Posizione e stanza

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The first night was brilliant,

on the second night we couldn’t get to sleep until three in the morning because there was a party going on right under our windows: loud music was playing all night and we could hear people shouting.

Location to buses and trains was brilliant literally in front of the hotel. Airport bus 100 metres. Air con was on 24/7 which was fantastic.

Nothing

The location was amazing to get everywhere.

The quality of the room was not great. The room is very dated!! . Mould in the shower and shower doors did not close all the way causing damp on floor. The sink has some staining and something around the rim. Damp staining in the bathroom ceiling. Not sure if the bathroom fan works at all. Carpet did not come across as clean. Very basic amenities. And old charging options. Considering even the buses and trains have USB options. Breakfast was the same every morning. However, the gentleman who welcomed us to Breakfast was lovely.. The restaurant downstairs Soul, staff were nice but service VERY slow and not much variety. There was one reception member of staff, think his name. Ay have been Salaam who we reacted with twice and found him extremely unhelpful

Die Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Trotz Hauptstrasse relativ leise.

Es gab schlechte Gerüche, evtl. Ein Abwasserproblem im gesamte Hotel. Das Frühstück war zwar umfangreich, aber Massenabfertigung.

Buona

Loved the location to get into Venice. The staff, especially Paula, was very helpful in telling us how to get around easily. She even helped me with a lunch reservation persisting with the call when they kept putting her to the wrong people. Room lwas clean and large. Exactly what we were looking for! Would stay here again.

minimal issue - but I did not like the pillows. they were a bit hard. I like mine soft and rather flat. Also the TV was impossible to navigate but we were busy all day and it didn't matter.

Posizione.

The Greatest Location!!!

Location

N/A

Right across the road from Mestre train station. Perfect for one night before heading into Venice proper. The breakfast was really good. The sheets were clean and white. Bed was really hard. That didn’t bother me too much. Check-in was very easy. Seems to be a very popular hotel.

Mestre per me è formazione, studio e crescita personale e professionale.

Nulla.

Desayuno completo.

Every aspect of the stay fell short of basic expectations.

Invoice request not properly addressed 48 hours after my stay, I contacted Hotel Plaza Venice requesting an invoice for the charges I had already paid. I was not requesting a refund, compensation, reservation modification, or exception. I was initially informed that an invoice could not be provided because I had not requested one before or during check-out. I was subsequently told that this was impossible under the Italian fiscal system, without a clear explanation of how this prevented the hotel from providing documentation of my paid charges. I was later provided with a receipt, but it was incomplete and did not fully address my request. My request was limited to one thing: an invoice covering all charges I had paid. The matter required further correspondence and was not satisfactorily resolved. Based on this experience, I would not choose Hotel Plaza Venice again.

It's opposite to train station and bus to venice .very clean .we had a very large room withtwo twin beds .breakfast could be better .

Breakfast was good, not exceptional, but fit for purpose. Sometimes it took time for the personell to refill the foods, but when you asked for anything they were very very nice and helpful!

The holel´s common areas are nicely renewed, but the rooms, at least the one we were given, was quite old in decor and furniture, as well as the bathroom fittings. But it was very clean, so it was totally fine

This is a very good hotel located right in front of the Venice Mestre train station, so the location is really amazing. There are plenty of trains and busses to reach the center of Venice quickly. The hotel had all the facilities we needed. The room was spacious, clean, the beds were so comfortable, it had a fridge and a good A/C, and we also enjoyed the bath tub a lot! The breakfast is good enough: it has a good variety of things though it might get busy there.

El desayuno poca variedad de pan.

Check in staff were stern and not very friendly. The hotel restaurant they were super rude and angry

It’s a budget hotel - for Singapore- but they were very accommodating for an early check in when our flight arrived at 5am. Checked us in at 8 am. Avoid the rooms next to the lifts. It’s noisy. Rooms small but OK. It’s fine for two nights and the pool is a real bonus. Close to bus stop and people mover.

The hotel location across from the train station could not be better. The front desk staff were notably efficient in providing information, esp. on doubts regarding public transportation. And the bus that goes directly into Piazzale Roma in 20 min (where you take the water boats in the Venice canal) is across the street from the hotel (1.50 tickets easily bought in the machine by the bus stop, panel in 4 languages). Stunning breakfast buffet, even with vegan croissants and other options that respect the dietary habits of various cultures. There is a hotel restaurant nexdoor, with a diverse and reasonably priced menu. Cleanliness was excellent, and so was the size of the bathrrom.

No comments. Everything was great.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was exceptional

The only improvement I can see is that it would be lovely if the rooms had tea making facilities and an iron and ironing table. That would make the hotel a ten out of ten hotel

Almost everything

The cleaning lady entering my room without knocking to check the refrigirator

Staff were very professional. We arrived midday and our room was ready. Location across from train station and airport express bus were a plus. Bathroom spacious. Perfect one night stay!

Absolutely friendly, helpful and professional

Quarto confortável, banheiro grande, ótima localização

Nada.

Wygodne łóżka, smaczne śniadania, dbałość o czystość i bardzo dobra lokalizacja

1) brak gniazdek ethernetowych w pokoju 2) limitowana przepustowość WiFi 3) mimo spełnienia żądania dotyczącego konfiguracji lóżek, obsługa nie chciała potwierdzić tego wcześniej przed przyjazdem

Ubicación superñ cómoda para los viajeros.Muy buena atención del personal.

Nada que comentar. Todo perfecto..

ubytovali jsme se kolem 2 rano a nebyl to problem, snidane v cene, pokoj velky a cisty

Very close to the train station, about 1 block away. They also had an airport shuttle available for a nominal sum which made that part of the trip very easy. Picks you up at the hotel and drops you off in front of the departures terminal.

Nothing.
