Di sera la zona si popola di facce poco raccomandabili. Di notte siamo stati svegliati due volte dalle urla in strada. In pratica non abbiamo riposato tutta notte

I love the location. Walking distance to a big grocery store, train and bus station. Safe place to walk around Mestre.

חיפשנו מלון ללילה אחד, לקראת טיסת בוקר מוקדמת, וזה בהחלט ענה על הצורך. החדרים נוחים ומאובזרים, הצוות אדיב, בגדול היינו מרוצים.

חשוב לדעת שהחניה מאוד קטנה, וזה עניין של מזל אם תהיה חניה פנויה או לא. עלות חניה 15 יורו ללילה.

El personal del hotel muy amable, la habitación amplia, cuidada y muy limpia. Los desayunos variados y abundantes. La ubicación estupenda, tienes la parada del autobús justo delante del hotel, lo que te facilita el ir y venir de Venecia sin complicaciones.

Solo le pondría un pero… el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacia un poquito de ruido.

Beliggenheten var strålende i forhold til bussen til Venezia, personal var hyggelig og behjelpelig med parkering da vi kom med bil.

Quando entri trovi camere molto belle e accoglienti e ti dimentichi del contesto nel quale è inserito l’hotel.

Hotelli kaipaa päivitystä sisustuksen osalta. Sijainti lähiympäristön vuoksi ei ollut kovin viihtyisä ja vaikutti turvattomalta.

Dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa, kilka kroków do przystanku autobusowego. Dostępny bar, w którym można wypić pyszną kawę.

Brudno!!!!! Po prostu bardzo brudno. Z deszczownicy sypał sie kurz.

Everything was good. Close to train station, clean, good sized room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent! Would highly recommend a stay to anyone.

Sehr freundliches Personal, welches uns nach einem Hotelwechsel ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade zukommen ließ. Moderne Ausstattung, gemütliche Bar, tolles Zimmer. Die Linie 4L hält qusai direkt vor der Tür und man ist innerhalb einer Viertelstunde im alten Venedig.

The airconditioner was not working properly,. Apparently they have the master control and you cannot set your preferred temp, my room temp was 25 degrees and suffocating,. They offered standing fans to other guests but was never offered to us

The suite for 3 of us had lots of room. The breakfast was very good and the location made going into Venice very easy with the bus stop across the street. Much better than staying in Venice center!

Hotel davvero splendido, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Camere perfette, ambienti eleganti e soprattutto una pulizia impeccabile, rara da trovare: tutto era ordinato, profumato e tenuto con grande attenzione. Si vede chiaramente la qualità del lavoro svolto e l’attenzione verso il cliente durante il soggiorno.

Purtroppo però devo segnalare un episodio molto negativo al momento del check-out. Una collega presente alla reception si è rivolta nei miei confronti con modi poco educati e un atteggiamento molto scortese, continuando a rispondere in maniera maleducata senza alcun motivo. È stato davvero spiacevole concludere un soggiorno praticamente perfetto con un’esperienza del genere.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The young lady who checked us in cleared up 2 issues that could have significantly affected our vacation. She helped our party of 4 on 3 other areas where she made our plans less complicated and the results were far better than we ever could have imagined.

Hotel je što se tiče lokacije, doručka, čistoće i udobnosti bio u redu.

Senzor protupožarnog alarma proizvodi čudan ticking zvuk, pomalo nervira. Zvao sam recepciju, rekli su da će riješit, ali nisu. Imaju čudan sistem naplate sa preautorizacijama, naprave prvo 2 rezervacije pa tek onda naplatu, tako da praktički zamrznu 2 puta veći iznos za naplatu, pa se to tek danima poslije " odmrzne". Kako je to prvi put da se susrećem s tim ekscentričnim načinom naplate, prouzročilo mi je financijsku neugodnost. Biti oprezan kod naplate i tražiti dobro pojašnjenje.

地段可以，距离火车站不远，步行方便，但是路面不平，推大行李箱的话还是挺累的。酒店对过有一家大超市和麦当劳。前台员工态度好，房间整洁安静，我们住的这一间卫生间超大。

They asked to block an amount on the credit card as warranty, but the minibar was empty... A four star hotel should offer the slippers for the room (already there). Apparently in this hotel they are available "on request" and their quality was so bad that you nedeed one minute to put the foot in... The hotel is old and consumed. It would need a real maintenance. It is obviously not a 4* hotel. Maybe 3*.

Klima koja nije mogla da se podesi. U kupatilu nije bilo grejanja.

The hotel was generally pleasant. The bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

However, there were several issues during our stay. There was constant noise coming from an electrical cabinet or motion sensor in the room, which kept turning on throughout the night and created unnecessary disturbance. My colleague reported this, and we were told that someone would come to check it the next day, but this never happened. Additionally, there were problems with the payment. When booking through Booking, it was stated that the accommodation would be paid upon arrival. However, a certain amount was charged to my account on the day of the reservation. Upon arrival, we were told that this amount would be refunded (which it was, three days after departure), but then another charge was made. At one point, the total amount taken from my account exceeded the actual cost of the three-night stay. On the day of departure, the correct amount was charged — twice. The preauthorization charges exceeded €1000 in total (while the reservation itself was around €500), and this money was only fully returned a week after we left the hotel.

Što se tiče samog boravka, sve je bilo uredno i čisto, doručak je bio raznolik.

Unatoč urednosti i čistoći, veliki problem nastao je prilikom naplate. S računa mi je umjesto 538 eura za 3 noći skinuto preko 1000 eura. Smatram da je takva predautorizacija apsolutno previsoka i nepotrebna te goste dovodi u vrlo neugodnu financijsku situaciju. Povrat tog iznosa traje danima, što je još jedan veliki minus, a ono što posebno zabrinjava je to da vraćeni iznos na kraju nije u potpunosti odgovarao stvarnoj cijeni. Takva praksa ostavlja loš dojam i stvara nepovjerenje, bez obzira na kvalitetu samog hotela.

Venedig ist wunderschön , aber teuer. Die Unterkunft in Mestre zu wählen war deutlich günstiger würde ich so aber nicht noch einmal wählen da es dort wirklich scheußlich ist. Die Überfahrt mit dem Bus geht schnell, aber die Busse sind so unangenehm voll dass die zwanzig Minuten nervig sind. Das Hotel war sehr durchschnittlich , vor allem das Frühstück fand ich nicht gut. Vom Kaffee bis zum Ei alles kalt, die Auswahl an Kuchen großzügig ( typisch italienisch) aber der Rest mäßig.

El desayuno bien, lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El personal muy amable y servicial. Nos indicaron muy bien como movernos a Padua y a Venecia.

Pasé por 2 habitaciones. La primera tenia un ruido insoportable que resulto muy desagradable para poder dormir. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación y perfecta, sin ruidos pero muy pequeña, casi rozando la incomodidad. Eso sí, nos descontaron algo del precio.

Café da manhã muito saboroso e farto, ótima localização do hotel, facilidade de estacionar no local, quarto confortável, equipe muito prestativa, voltaria com certeza.

Pulizia eccezionale. Non c'era un granello di polvere. Personale gentile, accogliente, disponibile e reception h24. Letto comodo, camera dotata dei comfort essenziali anche se piccola ma bagno spazioso A meno di un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre che permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia Santa Lucia (10 minuti di treno e corse frequenti)

Il bagno era privo di aeratore pur non essendo finestrato (mi sono munita di un deodorante spray perché non è piacevole dopo aver fruito del bagno, anche se il grado di confidenza con l'altro ospite era elevato) La colazione nel mio caso non era compresa nel soggiorno (lo sapevo) e 14 euro a persona mi sono sembrati un tantino troppo, considerato la qualità medio-bassa dei prodotti. Però sicuramente avere la possibilità di fare colazione in struttura è comodo Ho fruito ogni sera del ristorante, per evitare di prendere il treno la sera da Venezia e per comodità: la maggior parte dei prodotti è surgelata e non c'è un buon rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Buka od ormarića u sobi za struju ili senzora pokreta koji se palio cijelu noć i na taj način je stvarao nepotrebnu buku, a soba je bila s lošim pogledom na cestu.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön Das Frühstück hatte allen was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht. Große Auswahl. Die Lage war gut.
