Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Good location close to many metro stations, modern look, decent amount of space and smart organisation methods, great bathroom, comfortable bed with nice bedding. The temperature control was very accurate and had a fan only mode too. Fresh towels and water bottles provided daily.
Very few facilities in the hotel hence the 3 star rating.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026An amazing hotel in Tokyo, very comfortable room, the bathroom is actually pretty spacious for Tokyo standards. I like the interior design, it is very beautiful. Location is amazing, walkable distance to Nihonbashi, and accessible to subways that take u to all the main spots in Tokyo. I’m very lucky that I even got a room that face Tokyo city scenery including the iconic Tokyo tower! Definitely will be my top pick hotel when I visit Tokyo again

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The cleanliness of the room, the bathrooms were very nice, the Netflix kept kick us off network. So we’d know that our Netflix accounts are not shared with next hotel renters.
Washing machine is a 2 in 1 combined drier as well. The machine does not dry the clothing well and leaves a musty smell on the clothing even if it’s cleaned.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026飯店位置鄰近銀座線浜町駅，旁邊還有公園可以散步。 沿著甘酒橫丁走，有非常多的居酒屋與餐廳，氣氛好又不會有太多遊客。 房間乾淨且空間足夠大，採光也很好。 每天都會提供客房清潔服務，並提供新的礦泉水與毛巾。 這次是住宿在高樓層，相當安靜，能夠一覺到天亮。 櫃台人員會使用英文，能夠親切且快速得協助完成入住手續。 此外，若提早到達，有提供寄放行李服務。
距離日比谷線的人形町駅有點距離，大概需要5-10分鐘路程。 酒店的販賣機售價稍微高20-30日幣，但還可以接受。

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026朝食は予約しませんでした。起きる時間が遅いと、朝食の時間に間に合わないかもしれないので。 最寄りは浜町駅で、人形町駅も徒歩5分くらいなので便利です。 周りは居酒屋が多めですが、少し歩けばラーメンやうどんのお店もあります。味はまあまあですが、ちょっとこってりしているので、脂っこいものが好きな人にはいいと思います。 近くにローソンとセブンイレブンがあるので、朝ごはんはだいたいコンビニで済ませました。

我訂的是3人房，但實際房型是兩張床再加一張沙發床，三個人入住後空間真的偏擁擠，連行李箱都很難平放打開。其實我願意多花一些錢住空間較大的4人房，可惜飯店只有2人房和3人房可選。 另外，洗烘衣機只有3台，以飯店的住宿人數來說明顯不太夠，尖峰時間常常需要等很久。 不過這方面飯店的處理方式值得肯定。如果遇到衣服已經洗完、房客卻遲遲沒有取走而佔用機器，可以通知櫃檯協助處理，工作人員會將衣物取出，讓下一位房客使用，算是很有效率地解決洗衣機被長時間佔用的問題。

Hotel is in a slightly more quiet area and can sometimes become long to travel to other areas.Check in was quick and easy and you can get complementary items like hair brush, shaver, bath salts, hair band and more like that. Staff from what I saw are really friendly and helpful. You can get rental umbrellas at reception
The room it self was very clean however the basic rooms are a lot smaller then you would think, if you have 2 people + 2 suitcase you wont have much room at all. Tv could of had multiple languages. Lobby could also do with a chill area

The location was ok. 5-10 min walks from 4 different metro station. The hotel smelled good. Possibility to store ur luggage after check out. Ac worked great. The utilities were all there and functional.
The bed was kinda small. The hotel staff refused to provide an additional blanket and gave very thin warps. It was horrible. No lounge to sit and work. The stand for luggage in the room was too small if u dont have a carry on. Kinda far from the rest of the city but it was better priced and quite (which might take your experience away from experiencing the hype of the city and spend lots of time in the metro).

Dentifrici, spazzolini, pettini, creme, collutorio, etc., insomma oggetti di cura per il corpo sono disponibili all’entrata. De kamer is klein , wij hebben 2 grote koffers en 2 trolleys, wij lopen elke keer tegen aan. Geen planken in de kledingkast .

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Bien qu’un peu excentré, l’hôtel est facilement accessible via 3 lignes de métro et le quartier plus tranquille aide à se reposer le soir. Lit super confortable, prix correct pour Tokyo et pour la taille de la chambre (2 lits simples pour plus d’espace).
Reste un peu dispendieux Notre air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien dans notre première chambre. Après 2 tentatives de réparation, on a été changé de chambre. Nous avons demandé de réserver pour nous un restaurant à la réception et ils ont refusé de nous aider. C’est dommage, car beaucoup d’hôtel aide habituellement les clients avec ce genre de requête. Je ne voulais pas appeler et parler en anglais par respect pour les employés du restaurant. Et quand j’ai demandé si quelqu’un d’autre pouvait m’aider, on m’a dit que c’était vraiment juste à moi d’appeler et me débrouiller. Bref, employés gentils, mais sont serviables seulement pour la chambre pas pour les visites ou autre demande.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The English capabilities and helpfulness of the staff was a highlight, as were the plentiful amenities on offer.
The breakfast was actively bad, very touristy and not in a good way, with only some whacky types of bread as a local touch. There was also no staff to control the guests. The area was easily flooded due to its small space and the relative high number of guests, and it made everything chaotic and allowed other guests to misbehave with noone to check on them.

Our first time in Tokyo so it was a gamble, however located next to the subway and had a great little vibe around the hotel area. We explored a few bars little eateries etc and loved it
Clean and very friendly the amenities were excellent and we had a great view of the city in the distance..

A more quite neighborhood without all the rush of Tokyo. Great location for those who prefer the slow life with transportation next door.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The hotel is lovely and within walking distance of several underground stations. The breakfast is very good. We were even given a breakfast pack when we left early. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s normal in Japan.
There’s always a lot of luggage at the entrance. It’s a pity that there isn’t a separate room for it. It always makes the first impression seem a bit chaotic.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026とても綺麗でインテリアのセンスも良く、2人でも十分に快適な広さのお部屋でした。高層階だったので夜景も綺麗で、シーツなどの寝具も上質感があり、ぐっすり眠れました。人形町は昭和の雰囲気が残る落ち着いたエリアで、昔ながらの飲み屋さんも近く、とても気に入りました。ホテル隣のパン屋さんも美味しかったです。
気になった点としては、外国人団体客の宿泊と重なったためか、朝のロビーがスーツケースと人でかなり混み合っていたことです。タイミング的に仕方ないかなとも思いました。

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Koko hotel is very clean and close to subway stations. It is pretty easy to go to nearby places. The price is very competitive and cost effective. I will definitely choose it again if I will visit Tokyo in the future. Love Koko hotel.
The room is relative small but with all functions available. I do not mind the same room because the value is over the price.
