The room allotted had windows that didn't close properly.. the sliding windows.. with children it was scary as they needed to be monitored with regards to the window and the bathroom door was not locking at all. When informed at the reception they said will do the needful and nothing was done ! Overall bad experience

The location is very good, lots of food options on the ground floor and nearby. It is a pet friendly stay, they take extra charges for allowing pets. But it seems that there are specific rooms which allows pets but they don't say it upfront while booking.
The maintenance and cleanliness can be better. The fan was not working for anything under 5 in the regulator, the TV was not starting

The bathroom floor was not very clean, the soap dispenser did not work, there were no hand or floor towels and also there was only one bath towel per room. We had to ring and ask for extra towels. There was also no towel racks in the bathroom.
