The room did not match expectation The fittings in the bathroom, especially the shower and flush was lousy and leaking water all over Toiletries were not kept, despite having notified/requested to the room boy at the time of checkin AC did not work reliably TV was lousy vintage model, kept in a corner that was not comfortable to view either and had a horrible sound quality Most disappointing was about the comforter and pillow covers/bed spreads.. They all had a bad odour!

The location was great, close to the attractions. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious, and well-kept.

The bathroom had some piping/leak issues, but nothing major.

The location, the cleanliness of the room, and everything was good and it was worth the money.

In the night, someone tried to knock on our door, not the main door, but there is another door in the middle which connects to another room. They were trying to open it but the staff said it can't be opened. But that issue needs to be taken care of

1. Restaurant differential service between the table i.e. free fried ground nut served for other table with drinks that was served in our previously visit before reaching the food. We have asked for the same and just ignored on 29/04/2026 lunch time. 2.On 30/04/2026, we came for breakfast at 7;20 AM and Restaurant guy sent us back and told us come by 07:30 AM. We came at 07:45AM. However, they kept Vada after our breakfast at 08:00AM 3. On 30/04/2026 Dinner room service was given without tissues paper and stick/fork for Gobi 4. Mainly, there is no water to drink when we checked into the room and this is the basic requirement an hotelier should provide the water on humanity basis i.e. at least daily one bottle as complementary 4.Shower knob was very tight to operate (Room #:101) and was complained and no service on the same till our checkout 5. The wall paintings are so dirty/dusty.. 6. There is no ideal parking place for the Two wheelers and lot of water drooping from the AC and gate was narrow and was not operative.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. It was just ok for short stay.

Mattresses were out if shape and were uncomfortable. Breakfast menu was same and very limited. Blanket covers were torn. Very limited supply of tea and coffee sachets (Only two teabags and two sachets per say were kept for a family of three stsying in the room). Despite confirmation from bookings.com for free extra bed for one day, I was charged for same.
