تجربة سيئة للاسف ولا انصحكم تحجزون فيه تعامل الموظف الهندي اللي يقول ان اسمه احمد سيء وغير محترم الغرفة صغيره والمكيف ما يشتغل والحمام اكبر من الغرفة ولا عندهم مواقف

Recht zentral gelegen (man muss etwas laufen, um zur Metro zu gelangen, aber das Viertel, in dem das Hotel ist, ist selbst auch schon recht schön)

Location - 4 mins from train station

Unfortunately, this hotel felt quite overpriced for what we paid. The facilities are very outdated and could definitely use some updating. The bed head had visible dust on it, which was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. The shower was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. At night, the room felt very humid and stuffy, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It did the job for us as we only needed somewhere to stay for one night, but if we were staying longer, I would have chosen somewhere else. For the price, I expected a much better standard of room and facilities.

الغرف صغيرة جدا التكييف ضعيف لا يعمل بشكل يوجد صيانة في الفندق ونسمع أصوات مزعجة بقرب النافذه و بعيد عن وسط البلد نصف ساعة بالسيارة الفطور لا يستحق المبلغ الذي تدفعه لايوجد مواقف ، اخذو مني مبلغ اضافة غير مبلغ الحجز ضريبة سياحة مع ان الفنادق لا تفرض مثل هذه الرسوم في إيطاليا

Great space next the metro quiet, easy and clean. Shower was great and staff were friendly.

The sound leaks from the lobby to the room right by the door fine for a solo traveller but not for a couple who may want a little more privacy.

Отличный персонал, всегда помогал, подсказывал. Две большие комнаты с высокими потолками, это на любителя. Район я бы сказал спальный, тихий. При желании недорого можно попроситься на завтраки

Больше всего не понравились лифты, чтобы до номера добраться нужно или по короткой дороге, но со старым лифтом (с детской коляской дико неудобно), либо через длинный путь, но с двумя лифтами, один из которых очень старый. Также удаленность от центра, до пьяцце дель Думо пешком где-то часа полтора, хотя есть метро рядом. Но самое ужасное это ванная комната и душевая кабина. Нет управляемой лейки душа, только лейка, встроенная в потолок, очень тяжело мыться

The Hotel is unfortunately spread across multiple floors and buildings and has a lot of architectural barriers, which make it difficult to move around with strollers, bags or wheelchairs. Rooms are okay, it was nice to find a welcome water bottle. Less nice was to hear the noise made by the wooden doors and the elevators, which beep very loudly every time the doors open (sometimes even for 15-20 seconds).

Siamo stati per la seconda volta all oasi village, la prima volta, il letto era nettamente migliore, cosi come la pulizia.

Spacious and clean room with everything needed in it. Modern furniture and cosy design. Good place to stay.

Location. No shelves in the bathroom to put the personal stuff.

Ho soggiornato una notte e mi sono trovata molto bene. Lo staff è stato davvero accogliente e gentile, e l’hotel era pulito e curato. La posizione è perfetta, soprattutto per un soggiorno breve, essendo molto vicino alla stazione. Consigliato!

I've stayed here a number of times -- the location happens to be good for my needs. It's comfortable and reliable, albeit somewhat spartan. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I forgot my passport with money (1500 Euros) when I left and the lady called Karen at the front desk send me a message. I was ready to take a train to Bergamo so I went there and got back my passport and all the money. It's a hotel in a good location and the service was great!

La prima notte non funzionava l’aria condizionata, la seconda notte mi hanno cambiato camera facendomi spostare a me le mie cose, ma l’aria era sempre alta. Circa 27 gradi. Il termostato in camera non funziona e la pilotano loro da sistema centralizzato. LA PRIMA SETTIMANA DI AGOSTO.

Gentilezza staff, servizi, comodità per l’accesso al Marconi Express. Ambiente giovane e informale. Essendo il compleanno di mio marito ci è stato offerto l’aperitivo.

Enregistrement désagréable. J’ai présenté mon identité avec ma femme et mes deux enfants ; on m’a exigé les passeports de tout le monde. Quand j’ai fait remarquer que beaucoup d’hôtels se contentent d’une seule pièce d’identité, le réceptionniste a réagi de façon condescendante. Dommage, car le tarif était correct, mais à cause de ces deux réceptionnistes de nuit, je ne reviendrai pas. De plus, il n'y a pas assez de places de parking ; j'ai dû trouver un autre endroit pour garer ma voiture.

Väldigt mysigt. Enkelt o h rent. Ca 3 kvarter från början av shoppinggatan Enl Google skulle det ta 45min att gå till katedralen. Vi hade en egen Uteplats med möbler till vårat hotellrum. Hotellet hade 6parkeringar på deras gård. Låst bom, perfekt när bilen var fullastad. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet utan på Ett café strax utanför.

The price was very attractive and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We are there only for a night during a heat wave so it was so nice with the air conditioning. It’s close to the metro station- Loretto

La gestione delle prenotazioni è poco flessibile, l’atteggiamento del personale è scortese e il parcheggio è scomodo: ogni volta che gli ospiti arrivano in auto devono fare la fila alla reception per ritirare e riconsegnare le chiavi, poiché la posizione del parcheggio richiede che il personale sposti le auto con le nostre chiavi per consentire agli ospiti già presenti di uscire. Avevo prenotato una camera in promozione "Genius" per due notti con un solo ospite. Successivamente, la prima notte ho aggiunto un secondo ospite. Secondo la prassi abituale dell’hotel, sarebbe stato sufficiente addebitare un supplemento per il secondo ospite, mantenendo la tariffa scontata originaria. Tuttavia, l’hotel ha rifiutato qualsiasi soluzione di compromesso, insistendo sulla necessità di pagare la differenza per la tariffa piena, senza concedere alcuno sconto. Mi hanno chiesto di pagare 74 euro in più; durante la trattativa, ho riscontrato un atteggiamento poco collaborativo da parte loro e una totale mancanza di volontà di trovare una soluzione equa. Inoltre, mi hanno chiesto di pagare l’intero importo quella stessa sera, cosa che ho trovato incredibile. Dopo ulteriori discussioni, ho pagato prima solo il costo di una notte, perché ero davvero esausto; il giorno successivo ho contattato l’assistenza clienti di Booking per comunicare con l’hotel e solo allora il problema è stato risolto. Ai viaggiatori che intendono modificare la propria prenotazione, sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Non mi ricordo più il nome del ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check in ma ho apprezzato molto la sua disponibilità. Siamo arrivati tardissimo e ci ha accolto con un gran sorriso e ci ha aiutato in ogni cosa! Super !

La doccia piccola e scomoda

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte.camera e bagno ampi. Ambiente pulito, silenzioso, ben gestito. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione, buona e abbondante. Abbiamo richiesto il late check out che è stato concesso con un supllemento. Zona comoda, tranquilla e non lontana dalla Metro. Ambiente semplice ma curato.lo consiglieri.

离火车站比较近，坐公交车和地铁都很方便，附近就有一家很大的家乐福超市，吃饭买东西都很方便。酒店的卫生间很干净。

Rumore fino alle 2.00 del mattino. La porta della camera filtrata la luce del corridoio. Non è stato possibile riposare.. Le altre volte le camere utilizzate erano vicine alla reception. Invece questa volta, nella camera lontana dall'ingresso che mi è stata assegnata, l'esperienza è stata poco gradevole

A környék tiszta, nyugodt. Közel volt a metrómegállóhoz, így könnyen és gyorsan el lehetett érni a belvárost. Több reggeliző hely is található a szállás közelében.

Nagyon gyenge volt a klimatizálás a nagy melgben. Az egyik szoba teraszára tettek 2 kültéri klima egységet, ami nagyon zajos volt és emiatt nem lehetett kinyitni az ablakot. Kevés levegő volt a szobában és meleg. Jelzésünk ellenére sem igyekeztek orvosolni a problémát.

the layout of the hotel is complicated and is hard to navigate which makes it even more difficult if you have 2 suitcases, the layout and the plan is not intuitive and hotel lacks signes for directions, some are present but adding more would be better

L’aria condizionata era accesa tutto il tempo, senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura, dal momento che non avevamo a disposizione il telecomando.

This hotel was a true lifesaver. I had to book it just one hour before midnight after, for the first time in 15 years of using Booking.com, I unfortunately encountered a fraudulent property. With very low expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this hotel was. It offered excellent value for money, a convenient location, and everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It became a genuine safe haven during a very stressful evening. The staff were incredibly kind and did everything they could to help. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality!

The only minor inconvenience was that it took a little while to find my room through the maze-like corridors, but once you know the way, it's not a problem at all.

Camere molto pulite e spaziose

Per raggiungere la camera c’rta un passaggio da fare esterno e scoperto, disagevole in caso di maltempo, caldo/freddo ecc.

Hotel accogliente situato nelle vicinanze della fermata della metropolitana Piola. La camera era spaziosa e molto luminosa. La colazione è ottima con prodotti dolci e salati e lo staff è cordiale e molto disponibile

Very clean and in a great part of Milan. Quieter than the main areas. Super close to Piola train so easy to get around.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut - alles hat funktioniert und war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung hat mir . Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen, das Personal superfreundlich. Preisleistung sehr gut. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine Metrostation, mit der man alles erreichen kann. Man kann auch zu Fuß die Stadtmitte gehen, in circa 30 Minuten.

Nice hotel, not the most fancy one of the city but very clean with a nice staff and a good access to the City center via the metro line M1.

The location was convenient.

The reception staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. I did not feel respected as a guest, and their attitude made my stay less pleasant. I expected more professionalism and better customer service.
