The parking was really an issue, as all 4 apartments have rather quite small parking spots and everyone had bakkies which made it impossible to park on your designated spot , had to use visitors parking and received note from business below apartments that we were not allowed to park there but I mean there was no other way.

The parking area is tricky, especially with a double cab bakkie.

The stairs was good at the start of the weekend, but later the knees took a strain! The traffic, but luckily only the Friday! The braai wasn't on the balcony, but downstairs - so stairs again!

Reviewed Feb 13, 2023The accommodation was perfect for our requirements. We needed to be within easy walking distance of the Life Bay View hospital and related facilities, which it is. The living areas are spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The block out curtains allowed for a good night's rest and the kitchen is large enough to comfortably self-cater for a number of days. The host was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to assist my elderly mother when she needed assistance.
Everything was lovely. My only note is that the fan in the bedroom hits the cupboard door when the door is opened fully. Not good for the door or the fan!

The drain in the shower over flows when you showering so after like 2/3 minutes you standing in dirty water and the water and drain smells. I have send a message to the owners and on the app but no one came to assist with this. they don’t offer enough towels or fresh towels daily, for the price you pay we elected clean towels or enough towels for the duration of our stay. we manage to talk to the cleaning lady that cleaned one of the apartments to give us clean towel but only for that one day otherwise we were told to get them washed at the laundromat at our own expense. the complimentary coffee, creamer and milk were all expired: dated from 2020, 2021 and 2022. we visited in 2023! we only noticed this after we all had coffee and felt sick no aircons, we had to sleep with the windows open and the mosquitoes ate us up! we were bitten from head to toe literally! I’ve uploaded some pics of the dates on some of the items that expired. I wouldn’t recommend

Reviewed Jan 17, 2023The Host Johan is welcoming and Responds quickly for any queries . i would highly recommend anybody looking for privacy and Freedom of stay . The most important thing currently they are not being affected by Load shedding so just imagine staying in USA within South Africa
All went well : well-equipped for self-catering area and there is aslo an outside braai . very safe with armed response for each unit

Parking is an issue for bigger SUV's. Stairs are very slippery when wet and there are alot of them to get up and down, so take note of this. No cleaning services or bed sheet changing for the duration of our stay. Get's costly to take in towels for cleaning,drying every 3rd day. Unit could use a dual washing machine/tumble dryer for the days you need to wash/dry your clothes Unit could use a fan in the lounge as it gets humid in the unit Doors do not close properly, with a 1 year old exploring I always need to close the doors.
