As usual, our stay was fabulous. It was also wonderful to see familiar faces again — special thanks to Julie and Devy, along with the rest of the Club Lounge team: Daisy, Alex, and Doori (apologies if I missed anyone's name!). Everyone was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed back. A huge thank you as well to the chef in the Club Lounge — the food selection was amazing, and she clearly has a deep understanding of flavor and balance. We found ourselves genuinely excited every time we visited the lounge, always looking forward to what would be served next. The Grand Kitchen team also delivered outstanding service, and the chefs there prepared truly great food throughout our stay. On top of that, the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to keep our room comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles. The Intercontinental Parnas is situated in a fantastic location and offers a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me most, though, is that even as an already excellent property, it continues to grow and improve. That kind of ongoing commitment to getting better is what makes us keep coming back.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The room, service, and breakfast were all wonderful. The hotel is attached to a shopping center where Starfield Library is located, which made it convenient for public transit and shopping. We also had lunch at the cafe. Our room was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to take the airport bus from this location. Someone at the hotel walked us to where we needed to go to catch the bus.

The service here sets a gold standard that other hotels should strive to match. From the doormen and front desk to the concierge, restaurant team, and housekeeping, every staff member was exceptionally attentive and professional. The room has an extremely comfortable bed and couch and is well appointed. Also has fast, efficient elevators, making getting around seamless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh ingredients, an impressive selection, and made-to-order coffee from a dedicated barista. To top it off, the location is unbeatable with direct, easy access to COEX, Parnas Mall, and the Hyundai Department Store. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I’ve been fortunate enough to experience several five-star hotels in different cities around the world, and this one easily ranks among my top five. Everything was always spotless, and the attention to detail was exceptional — I even received a face mask in my room every day, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel always smelled amazing, too. The service, the food, the atmosphere — everything was absolutely wonderful. I truly had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

Intercontinental Seoul Parnas is one of the best intercon hotels we have ever stayed. Reception is very efficient. Room is clean and it is located in a prime location. The hotel is directed connected to Hyundai department stores and coex shopping mall. The starfield library is next door. It is so convenient to shop and eat where the hotel is. Highly recommended! I must praise Mount Lee, the person who checked us in. He was very efficient! We had various bookings for our stays with different room types! He sorted all out very efficiently made our stay very convenient. All the issues we had during our stay (not many) , he dealt with professionally and he made sure we were ok throughout our stay. He is very friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much to ask!

I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times, so that should tell you a lot. It is one of my favourite hotels. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great! The mall is downstairs and the bus to the airport is right next door. Can go to the business area and book a suitable time. I am in the IHG loyalty program and really enjoy the lounge access. Many of the staff there recognize me and my wife and those that don't still treat us really nicely. The bell desk has been very helpful as they receive packages, delivering them to our room, and keeping our items in either their refrigerator or freezer until we are ready leave.

Excellent service from Jake at Concierge. Our company President was travelling for a meeting but had run out of business cards. A template was sent to Jake at Concierge, who arranged new cards to be printed within a matter of hours, ready for collection when the boss checked in. Amazing service!!

When I checked into the hotel, I asked reception staff if they could indicate in the system that the room would only offer jasmine tea. The staff kindly replied that it was no problem and even noted my request in the system. They then gave me some extra tea bags that weren't jasmine tea. The staff didn't change the tea bags daily. After waiting a few days, I felt the hotel wasn't doing a good job of management. Finally, I went to the IHG CLUB lounge for help and successfully obtained jasmine tea bags. We are IHG Diamond member. Since my kid is under 13 years old and can't have breakfast in the IHG Club Lounge, I had to bring her to the first-floor restaurant. Every day, the staff politely asked what I'd like to drink. However, for the first three days, I waited a long time for my jasmine tea order. Then I had to go and order it myself again because l did not success get my order actually. l began success get my tea order from the 4th day. Get one cup of tea is not easy. Today is my tenth day staying at this hotel. Since one small pot of Jasmin tea(250ml) wasn't enough, I went to a senior staff to order another cup. After getting my table number, he promised to deliver it to me later. I was waiting it. After a long wait, I went back and found he hadn't intended to make me another cup of jasmine tea. He even questioned me, saying there was already tea on my table. I explained that it was the first cup I ordered in the morning, and I was thirsty and needed one more cup. He spoke to me with a strange and questioning tone. He turned away and muttered to himself in Korean. I felt very sad. Just a cup of tea have to being question like this. This hotel is different from many InterContinental hotels I've stayed before. It doesn't provide hot water and tea bags at the bar for guests to make their own. If you want hot drink, you have to wait to order it. Every day, I wait for a cup of hot tea to get start with my breakfast. I feel like it doesn't make sense that this old employee questioned my need for an extra 150ml cup of hot tea. Most other guests order a tall 400ml iced coffee every day. If my cup weren't so small, I wouldn't have to walk back and forth twice to ask for tea. If not welcome asking for more than one cup of tea. Please put the sign for clear that "One Cup Of Tea Only" on top of the table. l am happy to support.

My wife and I had a pleasure of spending 6 wonderful days @ this fabulous hotel. From check in to check out everything was perfect. As soon as you enter the hotel, can see it oozes of quality. The staff are wonderful, room was great, breakfast was vast and tasty, leisure facilities were superb with one of the largest jacuzzi ever seen. Wei Lou Chinese restaurant on 34th floor was excellent. The hotel is situated in a very good area and underground there is Parnas Mall, Coex Mall, Starfield Library and obviously plenty of shops, eating places and train station. Have not stayed at IHG brand for a while and enjoyed it so much that have booked Hamburg Germany at Crowne Plaza for 6 persons. Very impressed. Also have a friend and his wife visiting Seoul and have taken my recommendation to stay at this hotel. Hope to visit beautiful Seoul again and will definitely stay at Intercontinental Grand Seoul Parnas.

The stay was quite disappointing. The staff members’ lack of communication was quite evident. The room was clean, but the attention to detail in the cleaning was lacking. While the hotel itself was decent, the service fell short of what you’d expect from other five-star hotels in Seoul.

I recently hosted a corporate Amazon event at this venue and I cannot say enough incredible things about this team. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Grace Lee, our main point of contact and the head manager, was above and beyond amazing. Her communication was stellar, patient, and accommodating at every turn. Despite the significant time difference between the USA and Seoul, she was remarkably quick and thorough in all of her email communications. When we needed a DJ, she didn't just send referrals, she personally followed up with them when we encountered translation issues. That level of care and initiative was unmatched. Days before our event, Grace met me at the venue for a full walkthrough to ensure every detail was accounted for. On event day, she was onsite for the entire duration, managing her team who helped with setup and even assisting with additional tasks like signage and gift bag preparation. She truly anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. In all my years of event planning, Grace is the best partner I have ever had. The culinary experience deserves its own standing ovation. Culinary Team Leader Na Eunseon and Pastry Chef Seo Jonghyuk delivered the absolute best dinner and dessert experience our Amazon team has ever had; and that is not an exaggeration. Every single guest raved about the food. The menu was unique, delicious, beautifully presented, and genuinely impressive, from gold-topped beef tartare and caviar lava chips to live hand-rolled sushi featuring exquisite toro and fire-cooked wagyu. It was an absolute showstopper. And then there were the desserts. What Seo Jonghyuk presented was truly shock-and-awe level artistry. A large custom macaron adorned with our Amazon logo and brand colors, complete with a custom QR code linking to our business site. Individually crafted Amazon-branded confectionary desserts and chocolates that were simply unbelievable. The attention to detail and creativity were nothing short of fine art. Our guests were absolutely blown away. This team and this venue are my highest recommendation in Seoul. If you are looking for a world-class event experience with partners who genuinely care about delivering excellence, look no further. I cannot give them enough praise.

This hotel has the best Club Lounge food I have ever experienced. I'm an IHG Diamond Ambassador and recently gained lounge access, and after staying for five nights, I was blown away by the food. During my stay, I enjoyed steak, fish, lobster pasta, and lamb chops. I am also a Hilton Diamond and Marriott Platinum member, so I've visited many club lounges all over the world, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best lounges when it comes to food. The only major downside is the age restriction for children, but I appreciated that they allowed takeout during afternoon tea. I would especially like to thank Mr. Yoonsung Cho, Ms. Dana Lee, Ms. Yeonjeong Gu, Ms. Duri Han, Ms. Jooeun Kim, and Mr. Byunghee Lee for their outstanding service in the lounge. The Grand Kitchen breakfast was not the best breakfast buffet I've ever had, but it was still good, and I truly appreciated being allowed to use a private room on several occasions. Thank you to Ms. Sohyun Yoo, Mr. Jaehyun Lee, and Mr. Yongsu Cho for their excellent service at the Grand Kitchen. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with countless dining and shopping options nearby. The famous Starfield Library is also within walking distance. The Classic Room is a bit small, and even the Junior Suite felt somewhat compact. However, my 11-month-old son loved crawling around and especially enjoyed the view from the window. I personally preferred the temple view, but my son loved watching the cars on Teheran-ro. I spent a lot of points that I had purchased for this stay, but overall, I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the experience, from the service to the food and beverage offerings. I would also like to thank Eric Bae from the bell staff and Jaden Seo from the concierge team for their excellent service. Thank you to all of the staff members I encountered during my stay for making it such a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who have Club InterContinental access.

It was an absolutely stellar experience. The ground-floor lobby lounge was strikingly elegant and aesthetically delightful, while the cocktails were impeccably crafted. The service staff were remarkably warm and hospitable as well. Although the executive lounge offerings were marginally less impressive than those during my January stay, the overall standard remained highly commendable. The room was equally tasteful in its appointments. Should I have the pleasure of returning, I would be most appreciative of a larger room allocation. Two stays within a span of just six months speak volumes about its enduring appeal.

As an IHG Diamond Ambassador member, I was disappointed that no room upgrade was offered or even mentioned at check-in, despite upgraded rooms appearing to be available. The overall check-in experience did not reflect the level of recognition expected for elite members.

Beautiful space, comfortable rooms, conveniently located

The stay in this Gangnam area Hotel is just superb. The convenience of getting a ride of taxi or Subway station can be reached in minutes. The Hotel’s room is spacious and the bed linen is just nice, comfy and clean. The staffs are super nice and helpful. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Hotel location is very convenient to mall with lots of restaurants and shopping heaven. The breakfast menu is international with handcrafted coffee and delicious food. One good thing is their Lounge Bar, the place is so pretty and there is Live Band every night. I do hope I will come back again for this place.

Excellent location. Rooms were clean. Excellent wine selection at the Mercato wine cellar. Casual dinner at the Mercato was really good, with friendly and professional service. Very good breakfast selection at the Grand Kitchen. All in all, the five of us found our stay to be most enjoyable. Top quality service displayed.

We went all in for our 60th wedding anniversary celebration. We planned a month- long trip around the world with several-day stops in Montreal, Munich, Madrid, Barcelona, Chiang Mai (Thailand), Kanazawa (Japan) and Seoul (Korea). We choose great hotels in each city. This hotel was the best!! It lives up to its name, "Grand." The hotel is beautiful and the lounge was fantastic, especially the young women and men who worked there and joined us in our celebration. It's probably the best hotel lounge we've ever experienced.

The hotel room was clean, quiet, spacious and modern, particularly like how the shower and toilet is separated. And the state of art toilet. The hotel location connected directly to subway line and shopping nearby and underground shopping.

Great location in Gangnam Area. Right at COEX Mall. Starfield Library. Food Center and more. Very convenient. Easy access from Airport. Airport Limo/Bus stop exactly at Hotel’s front. Good tip from Hotel’s team member about using 6103 Non Stop bus instead of 6703 Limo. Same price. Nice grand atmosphere as typically Intercontinental Hotel standard. I do understand usually IHG elite benefit is limited at IC especially for redeeming points or award. We get exactly the 1 King Classic Room with Chaise Sofa. I think it was the smallest guest room. The concierge team was very great and helpful. Mr. Sangmin Lee who answered all my questions prior to arrival and Mr. Cedric who frantically used multiple apps to find us a Minivan Taxi to Suseo KTX Station as he concerns that we might be late and have no space with our 4 luggage. At the end, we rode with a regular sedan with the friendliest and chatty grandpa. Arrived at Suseo Station in timely manner. Overall is great experience. I do have a suggestion is to make the breakfast buffet more affordable. Differentiate between Weekdays and Weekends like most Asian Hotel. 85000 KRW per person is on higher end. Sometime people wants simple breakfast.

Location was center of sightseeing and also for business. It is also very convenient the shopping center is located under the hotel. Rooms were clean and world class standard. However the shower at the tub always had water running off to the floor as there were no barrier to keep the water within the tub area. Love the atmosphere of the hotel and location. Noise level were good, there were no disturbance at all when i was in my room. Concierge helped me book airport transfer at 615am and it was seamless. All in all good recommendation to stay at this hotel.

I’ve stayed at several InterContinental hotels across Asia, and I had often heard that the Club Lounge at Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas was considered top-tier. During my week-long stay, I can confidently say it lived up to its reputation. I truly enjoyed the offerings at the Club Lounge, with the steak being a standout highlight. Although my stay felt short, I had hoped for a room upgrade given my DE status. However, I was informed that the hotel was experiencing high occupancy at the time. Despite this, I still had a very enjoyable and comfortable overall experience. I would also like to express my appreciation to the Club Lounge staff for being consistently attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Their service added a personal and pleasant touch to the experience. In terms of hospitality, I would especially commend East Asian IHG hotels. The staff are notably approachable, warm, and genuinely welcoming, always greeting guests with sincere smiles.

We recently stayed at InterContinental Seoul Parnas and came away with mixed feelings. There were some excellent aspects of the stay, but also several disappointments that prevented it from meeting the standards we expect from the InterContinental brand. On the positive side, the hotel is beautifully presented and located next to the COEX Mall area, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The housekeeping staff, breakfast manager, and concierge team were outstanding throughout our stay. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful in arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and local tours. Their service was a highlight of our visit. One thing worth noting is that Platinum Elite status appears to receive little to no recognition unless the reservation is booked directly through IHG. Travelers expecting meaningful elite benefits may be disappointed. Our biggest issue was with the room itself. Every morning between approximately 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., a recurring noise would wake us up. We recorded the sound and shared a video with hotel staff, but they were unable to identify the source. The proposed solution was for us to change rooms. While that may sound reasonable, we had a fully booked sightseeing schedule and simply did not have the time to spend hours packing, moving, and unpacking again. What was most frustrating was the lack of follow-up. After reporting the issue, nobody contacted us to provide updates or check whether the problem had improved. The matter was only discussed again when I raised it during checkout. Staff apologized, but no effort was made to acknowledge the inconvenience. Even a small gesture of goodwill would have demonstrated that the hotel valued guest satisfaction. Another consideration for travelers is location. While the hotel is excellent for those visiting Gangnam for medical treatments, plastic surgery, or dermatology appointments, it is far from many of Seoul’s major sightseeing attractions. Due to traffic, most destinations required 30–45 minutes of travel each way. We are longtime fans of the InterContinental brand, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Compared with recent stays at JW Marriott and Regent properties, InterContinental Seoul Parnas fell noticeably short in both service recovery and guest care. The staff were friendly, but friendliness alone is not the same as being truly helpful when problems arise. Overall, a beautiful hotel with some exceptional team members, but one that did not deliver the level of service and accountability we expected from a luxury property.

I had a great stay here. The reception and concierge team were friendly and helpful. The check-in/out process was easy and quick. Also, I found the bedding and pillow really comfortable so it helped with getting good rest. It is located next to two good shopping malls so there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. Chris Yoon was helpful with booking a taxi for me.

Exceptional service from the Concierge team, specifically Jake Seo, who went above and beyond to assist with an event request. Everything was wonderful, location, atmosphere, attentiveness of staff. Will definitely be back.

Bedding: oh wow!!! so so very nice especially with the pillow menu Staff & Services they provided: Impeccable, Friendly & Efficient. Lounge on Level 34: We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Good food, Good drinks. Did we enjoy our stay? We have booked another stay already. Was it costly? Yes, but it was money well-spent. Wholeheartedly recommend this IC to fellow travellers. I recently stayed one night at the Intercontinental Grand Seoul Parnas Hotel. The hotel is as it says "Grand" and also incorporates a large shopping centre. The room was large and very comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. One of the best points of the hotel is that it is only a short walk through the shopping mall to the airport bus, very convenient. Would definately stay there again.

Harry, the Frontdesk personnel is polite, professional and speaks good English. He truly shows hotel guests that he cares, and he went the extra mile to ensure we have a pleasant stay and a good celebration. We came to Seoul to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The hotel also thoughtfully arranged a beautiful birthday cake in advance for my husband. Small gesture but warm and kind. This hotel is indeed one of the best in Seoul. It is directly above the Coex Mall and Parnas Mall, and near the Hyundai departmental store. It is my second time staying here, and I know I made a right decision to stay here again this round. I’ll be back again and again.

It's my second stay here! Everything remains the same, excellent! The location is really convenient as it is linked with 3 malls and you can actually get what you want easily. It is only 5 mins to the MTR station. The room is cozy with everything you need! Cleanliness is good and all the staffs are friendly with a bright smile whenever you meet them. Although it is located on the main street, we can never hear the noise outside and had a wonderful and comfortable stay here.

I booked my stay via Chase the Edit. Upon checking in, staff clearly and patiently explained to me all program benefits. The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to the Parnas mall and the Coex mall with tons of shopping and food options. The beautiful Starfield Library is also next door. Airport Limousine bus stop and subway line 2 are right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful. My room is of a good sized, very clean. I really love the bathroom with large, powerful rain shower. The hotel also houses one-Michelin-star restaurant Sushi Kanesaka, where I had a great dinner.

Very comfortable, all of managers are kind and polite, well managed hotel

I love this hotel, and will stay here almost every time I visit Seoul purely for the benefits of the bath house, free daily breakfast (which rivals 1 star michelin restaurants), cocktail hours, and the screen golf range. I love the amenities and the service here. The turn down service is also excellent, and a concierge member helped me find a taxi/van to Incheon to my grandma's that could fit 3 large suitcases and could accommodate for my motion sickness. It would be nice to get an upgrade from my 1-bedroom suite with lounge access, but this is my second time here, and the service was impeccable as the last time.

We stayed here on our last night in Seoul before flying back home. The Intercontinental has all the perks of a 5 star hotel, but what stands out is their incredibly varied breakfast buffet, their helpful concierge desk and the complimentary classes in their fitness club.

great location, convenient for subway and airport bus, super GYM, and good breakfast.
