Tuvimos problemas para entrar al portal, al final subimos porque un vecino abrió la puerta. Luego entramos al piso y estaba muy sucio, platos sin lavar en la cocina y el suelo sucio. El cuarto no tenía pestillo y también estaba muy sucio: la toalla desteñida con lejia, las sillas sucias, las cortinas también, las paredes llenas de humedad…

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Sólo a cinco minutos de la estación central a pie y todo lo necesario alredor.

La habitación privada era muy pequeña. Sólo cabía una cama y no hay más espacio que para una persona entrar a usar la cama. La habitación también está en el último piso 7 y sin ascendor, pero no está especificado en el anuncio. Así que precio alto en relación a la molestia e incomodidad.

Nothing. There were men in the common area who were loud and kept talking til 2am. Also someone might have slept in the bathroom and locked in because I was unable to use the bathroom from 4am til 6am.

Tesiste büyük bir temizlik sorunu var. Temel temizlik kriterlerinden çok uzakta. Temizlendiği söylenen odada yerlerde biriken saçlar ve tozlar olduğu gibi mobilyaların üzerinde de ele yapışan bir şeyler dökülmüş ve temizlenmemiş. Yastıklar ve çarşaflar da daha önce kullanılmış şekilde ve üzerlerinde saç ve tozlar vardı. Temizlendiği söylenen odada tek temiz şey yenilenen çöp poşetiydi.

Så og si alt. Rommet var i 6. etasje, det var ikke fungerende heis i bygget og heisen er planlagt å være i uorden i mange måneder fremover. Dette burde være opplyst om. Det var ett av de skitneste stedene jeg har vært i, ikke byttet på sengen, kun nybrettet håndduk på en skitten seng. Generelt skittent overalt. Jeg måtte forlate leiligheten og finne meg ny plass å sove, for dette var uaktuelt å sove i.

There's nothing scarier than a stranger entering your room at 4 a.m. and waking you up, telling you it's his room and that you have to empty it at night. Pas grand chose... Il est difficile de trouver des qualités à ce logement aussi peu confortable que propre.

Nous ne nous attendions à rien, au vu des précédents avis… mais nous avons tout de même réussi à être déçus ! Avis aux téméraires comme nous l'avons été : croyez les avis que vous lisez et fuyez ! Mieux vaut payer 30€ de plus par nuit et se sentir à l'aise là où l'on dort. Dès notre entrée dans l’appartement, et plus particulièrement dans la chambre, une forte odeur de tabac froid, imprégnée dans les murs, nous a accueillis. Et ce n’était que le début ! La chambre était extrêmement mal isolée : nous entendions parfaitement les conversations des autres chambres, le robinet, et le moindre bruit provenant de la salle de bain. Dans notre lit, nous avons trouvé des poils ; sur le parquet, des déchets (cacahuète, morceau de plaquette de médicaments…) ; et sur les murs, des taches douteuses (du sang séché ?). Quant à la salle de bain, elle était tout simplement immonde, et les toilettes n’en parlons pas. La proximité avec la gare rend toute tranquillité impossible : les allers-retours incessants des voitures ont rythmé notre nuit. Enfin, notre « accueil » par l’homme sur place (le propriétaire ?) a parfaitement résumé l’expérience : un regard noir, un « hey » lancé froidement… et aucune trace d’hospitalité.

The room did not look clean and the bedclothes looks like its just newly been used. The elevator did not function so i had to walk up to 6 th. floor with heavy luggage and when finally upstairs It was hard to find the room because the door was not marked.

Nothing. Worst place ever. People who clining there full of drag. Can't focus. 7 rooms. No fire alarm. Everything dirty. No money back. People avoid this place. Room 4 with window to the salon. The code not working. Other people open your room. How it's possibly they have codes to your room

Me habría gustado si al llegar me hubiesen abierto la puerta y haber pasado la noche ahí.

Pues no me gustó que dando la opción de hacer el checking desde las 18:00 de la tarde hasta las 24:00 de la noche y cuando yo hice la reserva les puse como comentario o solicitud hacer el checking entre las 23:00 y las 24:00 que era cuando llegaba mi vuelo. El día anterior a mi llegada , me mandaron un e-mail diciéndome que me mandarían un código pin sobre las 18:00 de el mismo día de mi estancia, pin que nunca llegó, y también me decían que el checkin solo se podía hacer desde las 18:00 hasta las 23:00 a lo que yo le respondo que hice una solicitud de hacer el checking desde las 23:00 hasta las 24:00 y fue aprobado, me responden que sí que no habrá problema y podré hacer el checkin, y me dejan un número de teléfono para que llame cuando esté fuera, porque no tienen recepción física, a las 21:30 les mando un e-mail y les digo que mi vuelo acaba de aterrizar y que cojo el autobús a las 22:00 y que llegaré a las 23:30 email que no me responden, entonces a las 23:45 les llamo diciéndoles que estoy fuera no me cogen el teléfono. Sigo insistiendo llamando y siguen sin cogérmelo a lo que mando un e-mail a las 23:55 diciéndoles hola estoy fuera me podríais abrir no obtengo respuesta, por lo que ya a las 00:15 cansada de insistirles y que no me cojan el teléfono.

I loved the proximity to the Oslo train and coach station. It was very easy to find the accommodation.

I was really disappointed that the room was not cleaned properly. There was a dirty sock under the bed and a used, dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. The room did not have a feeling of being freshly cleaned. Only one of three lamps in the room worked. The roller blind was filthy. The shelving unit was broken. The pillows were lumpy. The common areas of bathroom and kitchen were dirty .

1. On the first night of arrival, I reached around midnight. I had to use a code and Wi-Fi to enter, but while the Wi-Fi inside was working, there was no connection at the entrance. Since I didn’t have mobile data, I couldn’t access the entry instructions and had to wait outside for a long time. 2. The elevator was broken, and I had to carry my 25 kg luggage up to the 6th floor. 3. The toilet was extremely dirty, with blood stains on the bowl. 4. The walls of the room were very dirty, and the curtain was broken. 5. The mattress was worn out, uncomfortable to sleep on, and had a bad smell. 6. I couldn’t find anyone responsible to report these problems to.

Перше враження було досить критичне, від проживаючих в сусідніх кімнатах, таке враження, що ці люди живуть там постійно, а всі останні приїздять до них в гості, не запитуючи їх. Невиховані і люди які не поважають загальний простір інших. Також все було брудно і зі специфічним запахом. Вночі вони слухали музику і голосно спілкувалися.

Es war unglaublich verschmutzt, insbesondere die gemeinschaftlich zu nutzende Küche, das Bad, der Aufenthaltsraum. Beim Inhaber nachgehakt gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Vorschlag zur Verbesserung. Bin nach einer halben Stunde als ich was neues gefunden hatte und die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber sehr unzufriedenstellend gewesen ist, wieder gegangen

De los peores alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Habitaciones diminutas, sin ventana (a pesar de que en el momento de hacer la reserva las fotos decían lo contrario) y sábanas sucias desde que entramos. El baño compartido tenía polvo y pelos acumulados desde hace meses como mínimo, y únicamente nos dieron una toalla para dos personas; a pesar de que comunicamos este hecho al alojamiento nada más entrar, la única "solución" que nos dieron fue que "tomáramos prestada" alguna toalla de otros huéspedes que estuviera en la secadora. Sin comentarios al respecto. Total, cero recomendable!!!

Wszystko. Obiekt niezgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Brudno i ciasno. Nie ma suszarki, tv w ciasnym korytarzu. Na dwie osoby dostaliśmy jedną małą poduszkę. Bardzo głośno, w pokoju czuć papierosy.

DIE Buchung war für zwei Personen. So gehe ich h davon aus, das das Bett mit 2 Kopfkissen und 2 Schlafdecken ausgestattet ist. Es gab aber nur eine Decke!!! Die Küche und das Bad müssen ungefähr 10 Personen anwenden. Das geht nicht. Eine Toilette für soviele Personen. Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet und das Objekt gleich wieder verlassen. Es ist eine : Frechheit" das diese Unterkunft " ohne Stornierung" nur buchbar ist. Ichvetwarte das mir mein Geld für 2 Nächte und 2 Personen zurück erstattet werden auf mein Konto. Da wir eine andere Unterkunft für die selbe Zeit und zwei Perdonen buchen mussten.

The location is very conveniently close to the train station. You can walk to the harbourside with ease.

This apartment was abysmal. We were only booked for 4 nights and had to leave after the 3rd it was so bad. The floor was filthy, the bathroom was gross, there was even bloodstains on our pillows. The communal area stank of cigarette smoke and we had our food stolen from the fridge twice... presumably by the other guests. There was no staff or anyone present meaning there was no one to bring these issues up with. Our room didn't have a window so in order to get any air into the tiny room you had to open the door to the balcony which was shared with 2 other rooms. The road outside is busy and loud throughout the night. The weather was exceptionally warm and there was no fan or aircon of any kind. It is by far the cheapest place we found in Norway but it is honestly jut not worth it. AVOID at all costs.

Apparently there was an issue with the system. I didnt have way to get into the building so I always had to wait someone to get out of the building and open the door for me to come in. Unacceptable.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem Check- In hat alles automatisch und gut funktioniert.

Es handelt sich um eine kaum eingerichtete Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsfächen, die leider sehr schmutzig waren. Die Wände sind extrem dünn. Es gab kein Licht im Zimmer.

low price, very central location

Its a weird concept. The rooms are part of a flat with shared kitchen and bathroom, there is no one around from the "hotel". The facilities were abit dirty, especially the bathroom and I haven't noticed that somebody came to clean during the day. The building is currently being refurbished, so the elevator wasn't in service during my stay.

Der Besitzer hat gegen 21:45 in unserem Nebenzimmer bei offenem Fenster mit Lackierarbeiten angefangen. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich (Küche und Couch) wird regelmäßig geraucht. Der Kühlschrank war defekt und hat deshalb ständig gepiept. Außerdem war die Küche dreckig. Nachdem wir morgens aus dem Haus gingen wurden uns keine 300m entfernt Drogen angeboten.

Alt. Ikke noe som helst var som det skulle. Linken for å komme inn virket ikke. Huseier tok ikke telefonen. Bare flaks at noen gikk ut så jeg kom inn ytterdøren. Hele leiligheten var møkkete. Rommet var ikke klargjort. Sengesettet var ikke byttet. Jeg måtte bytte det selv. Jeg endte opp med å støvsuge hele rommet, gangen, badet og kjøkkenet siden det var skittent over alt. Varmen i dusjen var umulig å stille siden håndtaket var tatt vekk.

Allt den 1 poäng är för mycket för stället. Rummet varken ventilation eller fönster!! Det är som arrest rum i polishuset. Inga handdukar han har delat en lägenhet på 6 rum med kartong vägar!! Kunde inte sova vila . Du hör allt från varje rum .. för att jag ska andas var tvungen att öppna dörren !! Fattar ej bokning.com kan ha ett sånt ställe på sin sida .. skamligt skämligt.. med ett ord KATASTROF.. Jag kräver mina pengar tillbaka!!

Pościel czysta,łóżko wygodne, aneks kuchenny(potrzebowałam tylko szklanke) , sofa w przedpokoju.Mieszkanie z kilkoma pokojami.Lazienka obszerna,edna na kilka pokoi mydło,ręcznik.Lozko wygodne,dobrze się spało.

Mogę powiedzieć, że czysta była tylko pościel na łóżku i szklanka z kuchni😐 W łazience w miarę.. ale przyszłam o północy więc była używana to już czysto nie było. Przez główne drzwi wejściowe pomogli mi wejsc mlodzi panowie,którzy wlasnie wrocili. Dalsza droga do mieszkania była ok.( kody do zamków) ,5pietro,jest winda. Nocleg w miarę dobry ale potrzeba zwiększyć czystosc pomieszczeń. Aha i ręcznika nie było w pokoju,mimo iż był w ofercie. W innym pokoju już opuszczonym, rano widziałam były ręczniki 2,nie używane..Ogólnie rzecz biorąc polecam to miejsce..
