Noen mangler til litt voksne damer: Liten kasserolle - raskbøtte på bad - gulvtue(eller noe å tørke opp med ved søl) - dusjsåpe - skoskje. Noen lyspærer manglet på badet og dørvrideren på samme rom var løs. Info ang.ankomst fra jernbane og ang.søppelsortering på Norsk(vi er tross alt i Norge). Søppelkassene nede i søppelsortering manglet merking.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war mit ziemlich unangenehmen

Die Unterkunft war mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Duschräume waren sehr klein, sodass selbst schlanke Menschen sich bücken mussten. Der Fußboden war unsauber. Ich empfehle, ein bisschen mehr für ein Apartment oder Hotel zu bezahlen, sonst wird der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft die Stimmung beeinträchtigen.

Su limpieza, amplitud, situación, la amabilidad de sus trabajadores. La oficina donde dan las llaves está al lado de la estación de tren y autobuses y muy cerca del apartamento. tuvinos un problema al llegar que faltaba una cama supletoria ya que éramos 4 adultos y en 10 minutos nos la facilitaron con rapidez. Muy bien. Sólo una sugerencia, la ducha del baño se sale el agua por el suelo y no disponen de un fregona. Solamente ese detalle. Totalmente recomendable.

The location was great, next to tge bus terminal and few minutes from the train station. Lot of shops within walking distance to buy some food. 10 min from the opera and the library and the most frequent bus/tram station to connect you anywhere. It was as described, fully stocked with plates, glasses, iron, fan, vacuum cleaner, dish washer, washing machine. Very well organized, comfortable for up to 4 people.

The only thing was finding the reception for the keys, because the map leads you 200 m to the right, but found it at the end.

Ich habe bei booking.com eine Unterkunft gebucht, welche mit über 5.600 Bewertungen angeblich bei 8,2 lag. Einen Tag vor Bezug bekommt man von Vanders den Standort mitgeteilt und sieht, dass das entsprechende runtergekommene Haus in beunruhigender Lage, mit 3,7 bewertet wird. Mehrere hundert unzufriedene Gäste. Den Rest kann man dort erfahren. Zudem sind die Betten extrem weich, seltsame Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und nachdem man unter die Laken gesehen hat, möchte man endgültig umziehen.

Lovely property lots of equipment in kitchen. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable and some cushions would help with comfort. The pillows were only one and quite flat but we asked for more and got them the next day without issue. Washing machine and drying facilities were great. Overall no complaints at all just the sofa made it hard to relax after a day of walking.

The apartment is very spacious, certainly for a lone traveller as I was. It has practically all the amenities one could need, even though I didn't need most of them (kitchen utensils, ...)

The matresses are very soft, not ideal for me. After removing the topper for sleeping it was a little better. Additionally to the filter coffee machine a coffee capsule machine would have been very appreciated since this would be quicker and less messy in the morning.

Location. Easy to access with lift. Enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Bedroom too small - not much wider than the bed. Makes it a bit of a struggle for a 70+ yr old to crawl across as one side is against the wall. Was told there were 4 washing machine tablets. There was 1. There was no hand wash in the bathroom. I know these are minor things, but they do make a difference to travellers,especially the older set.

It was clean and easy to get to from the main train station with comfortable beds . The booking in was easy .

The area around the apartment is a bit down market and doesn’t feel particularly safe at night . We witnessed a fight outside the premises adjacent to the flat and there was a running street battle outside the flat at 4am in the morning.

Man kann zu Fuß schnell das Stadtzentrum, sowie Sehenswürdigketen wie die Oper gut erreichen. Auch bis zum Königspalast kann man zu Fuß gehen. In der Umgebung gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und auch gastronomische Einrichtungen, um am Abend noch etwas trinken oder Essen zu gehen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, Waschmaschine, selbst ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett standen zur Verfügung. Das man einen Tiefgarargenplatz mieten konnte, war trotz des Preises super.

Das man keine normalen Gardienen hat, ist nicht so toll, da man vom gegenüberliegenden Bürogebäube direkt in die Wohnung sehen kann. Außerdem kommt bei den dunklen schweren Vorhängen auch nachts wenig frische Luft in die Wohnung. Wenn man schon einen Schminktisch in das Schlafzimmer stellt, dann sollte es dort auch eine Lichtquelle geben. Der kleine rund Glastisch ist für das Essen zu klein. Wir waren nur zu zweit und es war bereits zum Frühstücken viel zu wenig Platz. Außerdem rutschen auf Glas auch Teller und Tassen. Den Tisch sollte man auswechseln.

Je to len mini detail, ale solnicka a cukornicka by potešili. Čakali sme trochu iný typ postelí, troska viac regulernejsie, ale aj toto splnilo účel.

Daire gerçekten mükemmeldi; evinizde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey eksiksiz şekilde düşünülmüş ve mevcut. Temiz, konforlu, düzenli ve kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Oslo’ya tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle yine burada kalırım. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Ayrıca resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Her konuda bize yardımcı oldular ve konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdiler. The apartment was excellent and had everything you could possibly need in a home. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and very welcoming. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. If I come to Oslo again, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Oslo. I would also like to mention the reception staff, who were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. They were always ready to assist us and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! If I visit Oslo again, this will definitely be my first choice.

Very disappointing stay and definitely not an accommodation I would recommend. Check-in was extremely inefficient. Nobody explained properly how to access the apartment, despite it being located in an old residential building with several different entrances and doors. One of our rooms was also not ready at the official check-in time. We were told we would be called when it was ready, but nobody ever contacted us. The apartment itself was very uncomfortable. Strong food and pizza smells came directly from the corridors and common areas, suggesting an issue intrinsic to the building. There was also cigarette smoke and considerable noise. Some of the old electrical sockets even produced sparks when plugging devices in, which was concerning. Booking describes the location as “fabulous”, but my experience was the opposite. The surrounding area felt unsafe and intimidating, particularly because we repeatedly encountered people openly using drugs nearby. This made me feel very uncomfortable, especially when returning to the apartment. Because of the smells, noise and overall feeling of insecurity, I was unable to sleep properly and asked to shorten my reservation. Despite explaining the circumstances, the property refused to refund the unused night. Poor organisation, uncomfortable conditions and a location that, in my experience, felt anything but “fabulous”. Future guests should be aware of these issues before booking.

They handled the issue of not making the place ready by the time of check in proffessionally and upgraded my reservation to a bigger apartment although I was alone.

Although I sent them a request for early check in, moreover I reached the reception early to urge them to do their best to let me check in as soon as possible, the time for check in was due but still the apartement wasn't ready. In addition, the place was without any basic needs such as tissues, shampoo, slippers.

Clean and modern place with thoughtful stuff and architecture in a lovely place intersection with the history, natural beauty of the horten bay and the city center. Very nice place.

The property is very close to Oslo central station so very good for traveling.

The refrigerator is so smelly. The washing machine is plug off might could not work. No complementary such as soap shampoo or kitchen cloth for drying dish or kitchen paper.

The place is a perfect lil.place for us travelling with a toddler. More room to run around in a kitchen and bedroom separate to relax in the evening especially as food is pricey in Norway. Make sure to go supermarket around the corner has good prices.

Apartamento en muy mal estado de conservación. Mesa coja y rota. Mesitas de noche que no funcionaban y que se aguantaban, literalmente, con un trozo de papel higiénico que le habían colocado. La puerta del balcón no cerraba y estaba rota. Muebles y ventanas con la madera en muy mal estado.

Spacious and clean apartment including its own garden space. Well equipped kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, oven and grill, and every utensil you can think of and enough crockery to host a dinner party. Perfectly located with close access to the bus station, mainline railway station, for all transport links - local and further afield, although everything is quite walkable as well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful when collecting keyfob and sorted out minor technical glitch with ease.

L'appartement était très propre, mais ne comporte aucun produit de base à part un savon pour les mains et un rouleau de papier toilette: pas de gel douche, d'huile/vinaigre/sel, ni café ou thé...

Quando affitti su booking non sanno dirti su quale appartamento vai, notizia fondamentale per chi deve spedire una valigia.... ci hanno fatta avere l'indizzo all'arrivo e non prima.

Il complesso dove era collocato il nostro appartamento è un po' border line, al confine fra una zona di soli uffici ed una un po' degradata: l'aspetto era triste e a volte sembrava un po' un dormitorio. Nonostante sia vicino alla stazione (in posizione arretrata) per raggiungere a piedi il centro da questo appartamento sono necessari circa 20 minuti di camminata veloce. L'edificio e l'appartamento necessiterebbero manutenzione.

Super gelegen in der Nähe des Bahnhofs mit toller Aussicht. Alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man so braucht, inklusive bequemer Betten.

Everything was good. But some extra pillow were needed. Shower was too small, difficult to manage around.

The location was fine, with a 10 minute walk to Jernbarnetorget, and a 7 minute walk to Grønland station. Bed was comfortable. Street facing balcony useful.

Several things in the apartment were broken when I arrived (window blind would not go up, bedroom window handle had been removed so it would not open, hairdryer broken, some lightbulbs not working) and there was a strong smell of damp coming from behind the dishwasher area. This, and the lack of air conditioning, meant the balcony door needed to be open at all times when home. I was also concerned by the lack of fire exits, given the window was locked and there were no emergency escape instructions provided. As a serviced apartment, I would have expected housekeeping to come earlier than 9 days into a 12 day stay, as this is a long time to use the same towels and linens. The rubbish bags provided were not compatible with the local rubbish sorting system (no green or blue bags provided), meaning all waste went to landfill. For the price, this was very disappointing, so I would not recommend.

Lower standard compared to the pictures on booking.com. A bed for a fourth person was put in the living room, and this was not clear during the booking process and made the stay uncimfortable. There were no standard items in the kitchen, like saly, sugar, some basic spices. The flat had big windows, but was surrounded by other close flats, so no privacy / intimacy. It was in general ok, but nit good value for money.

Good location and the apartment was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the fans provided were useful.

The amenities were lacking, it would be nice if body wash and shampoo were provided to make the stay more comfortable. No hand towels were provided and the extra bath towels were also chargeable.

Za krótkie zasłony w salonie - nie można było zasłonić okien wieczorem, a zaraz za oknami był zewnętrzny balkon, którym chodzili sąsiedzi do klatki wspólnej Okropnie brudne zasłony w całym mieszkaniu! Très bon emplacement. Nous avons également apprécié la taille de l’appartement, qui était spacieux, agréable et plutôt bien décoré. Un logement confortable et bien situé dans l’ensemble.

Réservation pour 4 adultes, mais seulement 3 vrais lits. Le 4ᵉ était un lit d’appoint sommaire installé dans le salon. Personnel à l'accueil peu agréable face à la situation et aucune solution proposée.

Nothing particular comes to mind. Just one minor point - there could have been a bit more information about recycling points. The notes on the wall just stated that we should “find our nearest recycling points”, but we are guests and don’t know the area, so believe that this is information that should be provided for us.

Posizione centrale, a dieci minuti dalla stazione, museo di Munch e Opera House. Vicini anche supermercati, ristoranti ed un parco interno al condominio. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli alla reception.

Sicuramente aumenterei il numero di padelle e pentole, due adulti ed una bambina con una sola pentola ed una sola padella, diciamo che cucinare la sera diventava un po' difficile. Sicuramente migliorerei anche le tende, poco oscuranti, non coprono perfettamente le finestre e al mattino alle 6 avevamo già luce

I really needed the washing machine (i have a baby) but there was no socket to plug it in There were no bathroom amenities not even a shelf in the shower to place the things i bought

La ubicación muy bien, al lado de la estación de tren y el apartamento era tal cual se describía, suficiente para pasar 3 dias.

Justo enfrente de la ventana de la habitación hay un gimnasio que tiene de dia y de noche una luz muy fuerte que alumbra directamente a la habitación, hace difícil intentar conciliar el sueño ya que las cortinas no oscurecen mucho.

L’appartement était très agréable et bien situé dans le quartier de Bjorvika. Agréable balcon, bons équipements hormis quelques plats manquants pour le four. Tout est accessible facilemrnt et rapidement à pied.

L’accès pour récupérer les clés n’était pas évident.
