Juste un petit bémol au niveau du voisinage. Un dès voisin qui habite une maison à côté un peu plus haut, laisse son chien, un berger allemand aboyer de nuit comme de jour. 😡

La terraza es un plus para las noches calurosas Esta proximo al centro sin estar en pleno bullicio Nos facilitaron la entrada antes del horario de check in y la gestion de la entrega del coche de alquiler. Gestion de accesos con codigos y llave de seguridad en el apartamento
Si tengo que sacarle algun defecto es que no tiene aire acondicionado. Aun asi el apartamento cuenta con dos grandes ventiladores que ayudan a refrescar la estancia

Communication with the lady managing the place was a bit iffy. I asked some questions about the parking place. They told us to park underground which we did, but the garage was pretty narrow and one time we arrived and there were already 3 cars in the garage. The bulding has plenty of other parking spaces with more more space, but our remote only opened the underground one

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026A estadia teve vários pontos muito positivos. O alojamento estava impecavelmente limpo, muito elegante e bem decorado. Não faltava absolutamente nada e sentimo-nos confortáveis durante a estadia. No entanto, infelizmente, o isolamento acústico deixou muito a desejar. Todas as noites ouvíamos bastante ruído. De manhã cedo era possível ouvir as cadeiras a serem arrastadas na esplanada durante o pequeno-almoço. Na última noite foi ainda pior: por volta da 1h da manhã entrou uma família(check in) e o barulho foi constante até cerca das 2h30. Ouvia-se tudo, incluindo as crianças a correr e a falar, como se estivessem dentro do nosso próprio apartamento,a regra do lazer check-in tem de ser mais regularizada a partir das 22 horas). Infelizmente, não conseguimos dormir uma única noite seguida nem descansar como esperávamos. Além disso, o colchão da minha cama, de molas, já se encontrava bastante gasto e sentiam-se claramente as molas, tornando o descanso desconfortável. Por fim, o portão da garagem também não funcionava corretamente. É uma pena, porque o alojamento tem muito potencial e é realmente bonito. No entanto, tendo em conta o preço pago, a relação qualidade-preço acabou por não corresponder às nossas expectativas, sobretudo pela falta de isolamento acústico e pelo conforto da cama.

The parking is an absolute nightmare. There is an underground ish parking that’s just in a corner so it’s a pain to go in and out. Also the angle is crazy I would not go there with a small low down car. We had a Nissan Juke and it was fine but took ages to park and get out of there, with the wheels skidding all the time when we left.

Mi,a placut faptul ca atunci cand am avut o problema cu telecomanda de la garanj imediat mi,au raspuns la mesaj si mi,au inlocuit,o. Un apartament, curat, cu tot ce ai nevoie. Am gasit inclusiv filtre pentru cafea,cafea ,lapte, sare, piper. In fiecare zi ne,au schimbat prosoapele.
In descrierea booking era memtionat un alt tip de apartament, cu patio,terasa, mai mare ca suprafata dar nu m,a derajat, pot sa spun ca a fost mai frumos decat oricare alt apartament.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Beautiful clean apartment. Staff were really helpful and friendly and apartment could be cleaned regularly as requested. Its a short walk to the centre. Free on site parking. There also seems to be a few bus routes going past the apartment so maybe also suitable for those without a car, though I can't vouch for this. All in all great value for money and a lovely apartment.
Not a negative, just a note to others renting a car that parking is a bit tricky and tight, especially in the underground carpark, so maybe choose a more compact car if possible.

Faptul ca nu este un aparat de cafea cu pastile (a fost doar cafea solubilă sau filtru). De asemenea, cred ca ar ajuta sa existe un detergent pentru spălarea rufelor (o pastilă, două). În prima zi ne-a fost dificil să deschidem ușa și am încercat să luăm legătura cu ei, însă fără succes, nu ne-a răspuns nimeni. Într-un final am rezolvat noi 😊

Reviewed May 25, 2026The apartments are in a very convenient location, about 10-15 minutes walk from the marina. There's a cleaning service every day. The city centre can be reached by walking. The kitchen is well equipped, there's a dishwasher and washing machine.
The garage is pretty small and exits with a steep incline directly on a main street. There are no mosquito nets and opening the windows for fresh air usually allows one or two inside. Our toilet had a problem and was leaking water in the night which was loud enough to be heard while trying to sleep.

La chambre et la salle de bains à l'étage était parfaite, avec une bonne literie Merci au personnel, toujours souriant et à l'écoute !
Manque de vaisselle (pour 4 personnes) et grille pain à remplacer. Pour info, la chasse d'eau des toilettes du haut fuit.

Pokój by usytuowany na najniższym piętrze, miałam poczucie jakbym była w jaskini, przez balkon do pokoju dostawały się mrowki, były na blatach kuchennych a nawet w lodówce. Zgłosiłam gospodarzowi ale najprawdopodobniej to taki urok tego miejsca. druga sypialnia znajdowała się w dobudowanej części, było tam bardzo zimno. Ciasny parking, żeby zmieścić małą Aronę musiałam parkować na 4.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026We are both in our mid 70s and the apartment is located in a fairly steep location. There are no shops etc within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. It would be better suited to someone younger or with a car. The electronic key system was a bit fiddly and sometimes took a few minutes to get in to the apartment. There was no anti slip mat in the bathroom for use when having a shower in the bath which for me as a geriatric was a little worrisome. There was very little tourist information or brochures available. A list of TV stations and their numbers would help in trying to find out what is available instead of scrolling through numerous channels to see what was available.

Paar Bereiche defekt (Kühlschrank Tür und Schranktür muss man Separat öffnen, Wäscheständer zu sehr gebogen und WC Knopf hat manchmal geklemmt. Außerdem wimmelt es nur von Mücken…vllt solche Gittervorhang für Balkontür wäre nice

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schön sanierten Haus in einer Top-Lage. Man kommt in die Stadt gut zu Fuß. Es gab einen Parkplatz in einer eigenen Garage, sodass man sich keine Gedanken, um die Parkplatzsuche machen musste. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Die Küche hatte eine super Ausstattung und uns hat während des Aufenthalts nichts gefehlt. Außerdem gab es Gäste-WC und ein großes Hauptbadezimmer mit Badewanne, sowie einen süßen Balkon mit einem direkten Ausblick auf den Hafen.

Zdjęcia ofercie nie pokazują pokoju w całości. W ofercie jest zdjęcie pokoju z wieloma oknami, który jest nasłoneczniony, nasz natomiast miał tylko jedno okno w związku z czym w pokoju panował półmrok. Tylko zdjęcie kuchni i łazienki pokrywało się z rzeczywistością (praie, bo aktualnke w kuchni brakuje zegara), reszta to zdjecia z innego pokoju. Pokój był tuż przy wejściu do garażu, więc było stosunkowo głośno rano i po południu, kiedy inni goście tamtędy chodzili, a drzwi miały spore szpary, przez co hałas był dość uciążliwy. Nie polecam osobom, które chcą rano spać dłużej niż do 7 rano. Widok z balkonu przez wszystkim na okno sąsiada- max 5metrów. Boczny, skromny widok między innymi budynkami na morze. Liczę na rekompensatę lub częściowy zwrot środków.

Kuchyňské nože by potřebovaly nabrousit, vše byly bohužel velmi tupé. :) A u dveří by se hodil věšák na bundy. Jinak bylo vše opravdu super!

Het matras in de masterbedroom was erg slecht, je voelt de veren. Er waren geen koffie of theekoppen.

Mrówki w kuchni, mało i nieuzupełniany papier toaletowy, mało sztućców a zwłaszcza naczyń, tak że trzeba było myć po każdym posiłku

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Rustige ligging, uitzicht op de haven en de grootte van het appartement. Centrale ligging in oude centrum. Privé parkeermogelijkheid was erg fijn. Snelle reactie van host. Appartement is luxe uitgevoerd en geeft je een thuisgevoel. Balkon met uitzicht op de haven is geweldig. Als je wilt kan appartement elke dag schoongemaakt worden. Wij hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt.
De beschrijving om de poort te openen voor het parkeren van de auto was niet duidelijk. Die zou uitgebreider beschreven mogen worden. Er is alleen een koffieapparaat voor filterkoffie. Een apparaat voor cups zou handiger zijn en beter passen bij de luxe van het appartement.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den traumhaften Aufenthalt im Urlaubsdomizil Madeira in Funchal. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war super, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend: ruhig und dennoch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Funchal und Madeira zu erkunden. Für uns als Sonnenanbeter war die herrliche Sonnensituation auf dem Balkon ein echtes Highlight und hat unseren Urlaub noch zusätzlich verschönert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung und die wunderschöne Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Świetna lokalizacja, 10 min od centrum, codzienne sprzątanie, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, super kontakt z właścicielem, parking na miejscu podziemny lub naziemny. Super taras na górze z rewelacyjnym widokiem.
Wszystko było ok, jedynie na co mógłbym zwrócić uwagę to żeby były dwa komplety kluczy do drzwi, ponieważ przy zatrzaskujących sie drzwiach mozna przez przypadek zostawić klucz w środku.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Die Unterkunft war super, der Service außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten für dreieinhalb Wochen das App. D. Es ist sehr hellhörig, aber wenn beide Seiten rücksichtsvoll sind, entstehen keine Probleme. Vor allem der Blick vom Balkon auf Funchal und den Hafen haben wir sehr genossen, besonders im Dunklen war es immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Man kommt sehr schnell in die Altstadt oder zum Baden am Fort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman, napi takarítással (munkanapokon). Kényelmes és nagy ágyak. Fürdőszoba hálószobánként. Kilátás a kikötőre és sétatávolságra a belvárostól. Saját parkolóhely.
Naponta voltak hangyák a konyhapulton, de nem volt nagyon zavaró.

No apartamento onde ficamos, de manhã era um pouco barulhento, não havia muito isolamento. Garagem com declive muito acentuada e apertada, muito difícil de estacionar carros mais baixos.
